AIM:To reveal the role of miRNA in retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) by bioinformatics analysis.METHODS:The raw data of this study came from the researches of Wang et al and Zhao et al who analyzed the micro RNA(mi...AIM:To reveal the role of miRNA in retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) by bioinformatics analysis.METHODS:The raw data of this study came from the researches of Wang et al and Zhao et al who analyzed the micro RNA(mi RNA) expression profile between ROP and controls.Based on the identified differentially expressed miRNA,the related target genes,lnc RNA and circ RNA were predicted.Then we performed functional enrichment analysis to further analyze the functions of target genes.RESULTS:Hsa-mi RNA-128-3 p and hsa-mi RNA-9-5 p showed significantly different expression in both studies.Lnc RNA of POLDIP2,GAS5,NEFL and UHRF1,circ RNA of ZNF280 C_hsa_circ_001211 and SIAE_hsa_circ_002083,tar get gene of QKI showed meaningful differential expression in ROP.Enrichment analysis showed that TGF-β signaling pathway,PI3 K-Akt signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway might play important roles in the prog ress of ROP.CONCLUSION:This research may provide a comprehensive bioinformatics analysis of differentially expressed miR NAs which are possibly involved in ROP.展开更多

However, the original industrial data, usually unbalanced, are inevitably m...A successful mechanical property data-driven prediction model is the core of the optimal design of hot rolling process for hot-rolled strips. However, the original industrial data, usually unbalanced, are inevitably mixed with fluctuant and abnormal values. Models established on the basis of the data without data processing can cause misleading results, which cannot be used for the optimal design of hot rolling process. Thus, a method of industrial data processing of C-Mn steel was proposed based on the data analysis. The Bayesian neural network was employed to establish the reliable mechanical property prediction models for the optimal design of hot rolling process. By using the multi-objective optimization algorithm and considering the individual requirements of costumers and the constraints of the equipment, the optimal design of hot rolling process was successfully applied to the rolling process design for Q345B steel with 0.017% Nb and 0.046% Ti content removed. The optimal process design results were in good agreement with the industrial trials results, which verify the effectiveness of the optimal design of hot rolling process.展开更多

The new process "ultra fast cool...By measuring the expansion curves of a C-Mn steel at different cooling rates by using an MMS-300 thermo- mechanical simulator, continuous cooling transformation curves were obtained. The new process "ultra fast cooling+ laminar cooling" was simulated and the effects of ultra fast cooling ending temperature on microstructure had also been investigated. The hot rolling experiment was done by adopting "high temperature rolling-[-forepart ultra fast cooling" technologies at laboratory scale. The results revealed that ultra fast cooling can delay the decrease of disloca- tion density and refine ferrite grains. Diversity control of the microstructure and phase transformation strengthening can be realized by changing the ultra fast cooling ending temperature. With the decrease of ultra fast cooling ending temperature, the strength and toughness increase, but plasticity does not decrease obviously. The new technique can improve the yield strength by over 50 MPa. Therefore, the upgrade of mechanical properties of C-Mn steel can be realized by using "high temperature rolling+ ultra fast cooling+laminar cooling" technique. Compared with "low temperature rolling with large deformation degree" technique, this new technology can decrease the roiling force and in- crease the production efficiency.展开更多

The accuracy and real-time performanc...Reconstruction of a 12-lead electrocardiogram(ECG) from a serial 3-lead ECG has been researched in the past to satisfy the need for more wearing comfort and ambulatory situations. The accuracy and real-time performance of traditional methods need to be improved. In this study, we present a novel method based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs) for the synthesis of missing precordial leads. The results show that the proposed method receives better similarity and consumes less time using the PTB database. Particularly, the presented method shows outstanding performance in reconstructing the pathological ECG signal, which is crucial for cardiac diagnosis. Our CNN-based method is shown to be more accurate and time-saving for deployment in non-hospital situations to synthesize a standard 12-lead ECG from a reduced lead-set ECG recording. This is promising for real cardiac care.展开更多
The surgical emergency treatments and cura-tive effects of postrenal acute renal failure following obstruction due to upper urinary calculi in infants were evaluated.Of the 13 infants with postrenal acute renal failur...The surgical emergency treatments and cura-tive effects of postrenal acute renal failure following obstruction due to upper urinary calculi in infants were evaluated.Of the 13 infants with postrenal acute renal failure following obstruction due to upper urinary calculi,11 received retrograded catheterizations of the ureter with semi-rigid ureteroscopy(F 6.8),and two received open ureterolithotomy.The results showed that only one infant had anuresis and continuous reduction of hemoglobin 5 h after the open ureterolithotomy and received exploration via excision and peritoneal dialysis,and the remaining 12 patients well recovered in this group.The renal function of all the patients was restored without postoperative complications.It is concluded that the retrograded catheterization of the ureter with ureteroscopy is a minimally invasive,safe and effective therapy for postrenal acute renal failure following obstruction due to upper urinary calculi in infants.For those infants whose urethras are thin and small,the open ureterolithotomy is a suitable method.But patients with bleeding tendency need to be corrected prior to the open ureterotomy to remove obstructions.展开更多
