Objective To construct and verificate an RNA-binding protein(RBP)-associated prognostic model for gliomas using integrated bioinformatics analysis.Methods RNA-sequencing and clinic pathological data of glioma patients...Objective To construct and verificate an RNA-binding protein(RBP)-associated prognostic model for gliomas using integrated bioinformatics analysis.Methods RNA-sequencing and clinic pathological data of glioma patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database and the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas database(CGGA)were downloaded.The aberrantly expressed RBPs were investigated between gliomas and normal samples in TCGA database.We then identified prognosis related hub genes and constructed a prognostic model.This model was further validated in the CGGA-693 and CGGA-325 cohorts.Results Totally 174 differently expressed genes-encoded RBPs were identified,containing 85 down-regulated and 89 up-regulated genes.We identified five genes-encoded RBPs(ERI1,RPS2,BRCA1,NXT1,and TRIM21)as prognosis related key genes and constructed a prognostic model.Overall survival(OS)analysis revealed that the patients in the high-risk subgroup based on the model were worse than those in the low-risk subgroup.The area under the receiver operator characteristic curve(AUC)of the prognostic model was 0.836 in the TCGA dataset and 0.708 in the CGGA-693 dataset,demonstrating a favorable prognostic model.Survival analyses of the five RBPs in the CGGA-325 cohort validated the findings.A nomogram was constructed based on the five genes and validated in the TCGA cohort,confirming a promising discriminating ability for gliomas.Conclusion The prognostic model of the five RBPs might serve as an independent prognostic algorithm for gliomas.展开更多

The structures, forms, and phases of these large quantities of fluid inclusions were also studied. A mass of fluid inclusions with various sizes, distributions, shapes, and phases exist in bornite and its associated minerals. Their sizes vary from a few micrometers to tens of micrometers, and the forms appear as negative crystals, or elongated, elliptical, and irregular. At room temperature, fluid inclusions were mainly characterized as gas-liquid two- phase. However, small amounts of fluid inclusions with pure gas phase and pure liquid single-phase were also observed in quartz and calcite. These fluid inclusions initially broke during the ore crushing and grinding process and then released into the flotation pulp in the flotation process. The quantitative analysis of fluid inclusions in the solution and the comparisons of mineral dissolution show that the amount of copper and iron released by fluid inclusions in the bornite sample is higher than the amount dissolved by the mineral; fluid inclusions in the associated gangue minerals, quartz, and calcite also make contribution.展开更多

With this model, it is guaranteed that the two cameras of the active stereo vision system can keep their lines of sight fixed on the same target object during smooth pursuit. This feature is very important for active stereo vision systems, since not only 3D reconstruction needs the two cameras have an overlapping field of vision, but also it can facilitate the 3D reconstruction algorithm. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, some software simulations are done to demonstrate the same target tracking characteristic in a virtual environment apt to mistracking easily. Here, mistracking means two eyes track two different objects separately. Then the proposed method is implemented in our active stereo vision system to perform real tracking task in a laboratory scene where several persons walk self-determining. Before the proposed model is implemented in the system, mistracking occurred frequently. After it is enabled, mistracking never occurred. The result shows that the vision system based on neural pathways of human binocular motor system can reliably avoid mistracking.展开更多

Background:Platform for prediction and analysis of Chinese medicine against coronavirus disease 2019(TCMAntiCOVID-19 V1.0)was used to explore the active ingredients,key targets and mechanisms of the compound coronavir...Background:Platform for prediction and analysis of Chinese medicine against coronavirus disease 2019(TCMAntiCOVID-19 V1.0)was used to explore the active ingredients,key targets and mechanisms of the compound coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),It will provide a reference for the clinical application of this prescription as a broad-spectrum agent in the prevention and treatment of pneumonia.It will also win valuable time for finding symptomatic Chinese medicine prescriptions and vaccine research and development.Methods:Set Banxia Tianma Baizhu decoction as the negative control.Qingfei Paidu decoction as the positive control,and use TCMAntiCOVID-19 V1.0 platform to predict the potential efficacy of compound Shuanghuanglian.We used the quantitative evaluation algorithm of multi-target drugs for the network disturbance of disease,by comparing the changes of network topological characteristics before and after drug intervention,and using the disturbance rate to evaluate the drug’s dryness for disease prediction.Using batman-TCM,the credibility card value of the target sets 20,then the target of traditional Chinese medicine composition is predicted,the heterogeneous network of traditional Chinese medicine composition-drug target-disease target is established.The interaction of related network is realized by JavaScript Visualization is realized,and cycloscape is edited.The average connectivity,the average shortest path length,the centrality of connectivity and the centrality of network compactness are calculated by using R’s iGraph package,and nulldistribution is used as the overall distribution to correct the disturbance rate of drugs to the real network,so as to evaluate the stability of network topology and explore its mechanism.Results:The key targets of COVID-19 were Aif1,Ccl2,Cdc20,Cxcl13,Fcer1g,Ido1,Ifng,Il10,Il1rnIl6,Ncf4,Ptger4,Spi1,Tnf,Xcl1;after the intervention,the average connectivity,the average shortest path length,the network connectivity centrality and the network tightness centrality were(2.31e+1),(2.41e+0),(6.21e−1),(1.68e−2)respectively;the total scores of network stability evaluation of drug intervention diseases were 18.29,12.59 and 19.10 respectively.Conclusion:Compound Shuanghuanglian can effectively break the stability of the disease network of COVID-19,and the overall effect of prevention and treatment of COVID-19 is close to that of the positive control Qingfei Paidu decoction,which is significantly better than that of the negative control Banxia Tianma Baizhu decoction.That is because compound Shuanghuanglian mainly acts on Aif1,Ccl2,Cdc20,Cxcl13,Fcer1g and other key targets.Compound Shuanghuanglian plays important role of inhibiting the inflammatory response of patients with COVID-19 and alleviating lung injury,so as to achieve the purpose of treating COVID-19.At the same time,in the initial stage of COVID-19 and other sudden infectious pneumoniausing compound Shuanghuanglian can win valuable time before finding symptomatic Chinese medicine prescription and vaccine research.展开更多
Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effects and possible mechanisms of action of ginseng on cerebral vasospasm and early brain injury(EBI)following hemorrhagic stroke.Materials and Methods:Spr...Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effects and possible mechanisms of action of ginseng on cerebral vasospasm and early brain injury(EBI)following hemorrhagic stroke.Materials and Methods:Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats(n=48)were randomly divided into sham operation(sham group),subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)model(SAH group),normal saline(NS group),and Ginaton(Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Drops)intervention(gin group)groups.MCP-1 m RNA and tumor necrosis factor levels were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.The relative expression of m RNA was detected by Western blotting.Results:(1)Compared with the sham group,the SAH,NS,and gin groups had different degrees of neurological dysfunction.Compared with the SAH and NS groups,the neurological deficits in the gin group were significantly improved(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the sham group,the relative expression levels of MCP-1 m RNA in the SAH,NS,and gin groups were 5.1±0.9,3.4±0.6,and 2.5±0.4,respectively;the relative expression levels of m RNA were 13.3±2.4,11.2±1.8,and 3.8±0.6,respectively.(3)The apoptosis rates of brain tissue in the sham,SAH,NS,and gin groups were 4.8±0.7,54.2±10.3,50.1±7.4,and 28.4±4.5,respectively.(4)Western blot showed that the relative expression levels of toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)protein in the sham,SAH,NS,and gin groups were 0.29±0.03,0.87±0.15,0.65±0.13,and 0.41±0.17,respectively;the relative expression levels of B protein were 0.21±0.04,0.96±0.14,0.73±0.18,and 0.30±0.05,respectively.Gin treatment could inhibit TLR-4 and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)protein expression.Conclusions:Dona tablets may inhibit activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway,and SAH-induced inflammatory response,so as to reduce cerebral vasospasm and EBI.展开更多

Initial TOF repairs were performed using a trans-annular right ventricular outflow tract patch to relieve the obstruction. However, this procedure resulted in long-standing pulmonary valve regurgitation and increased right ventricular (RV) volume, causing arrhythmias and sudden death.[1] Thus, pulmonary annulus preservation became the most prevalent surgical strategy for TOF repair, possibly causing a mix of pulmonary stenosis and pulmonary valve regurgitation. Currently, clinicians concerned with RV function decrease during the long-term follow-up use of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) to predict the appropriate timing of interventions for valve sparing. Assessment of the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) fails to detect subtle cardiac dysfunction of left ventricular (LV). This study aimed to detect and evaluate new parameters of subclinical anthracyclines' cardiotoxicity in children with solid tumor. Methods: A detailed echocardiographic examination was performed in 36 children with hepatoblastoma or rhabdomyosarcoma after receiving anthracyclines' chemotherapy and 36 healthy controls from January 2015 to December 2016. The LVEF, ratio of early diastolic peak velocity of transmitral flow (E) and septal diastolic e' mitral annular peak velocity (e'), tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE), and LV global longitudinal strain (GLS) were evaluated using M-mode, tissue Doppler imaging (TDI), and two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography (2D-STE), respectively. Echocardiographic parameters were compared between patient group and healthy controls. All patients were divided into two subgroups based on their anthracyclines' cumulative dosage (〈300 mg/m^2 subgroup and ≥300 mg/m^2 subgroup). Results: All patients had no presentation of heart failure and LVEF within normal range (65.7 ± 5.1%). Compared with healthy controls, the mean E/e' increased significantly (7.9 ±0.7 vs. 10.2 ± 3.5, t = 3.72, P 〈 0.01 ), mean TAPSE decreased significantly ( 17.2 ± 1.3 mm vs. 14.2 ± 3.0 mm, t = -4.03, P 〈 0.01), and mean LV GLS decreased significantly (-22.2% ± 1.9% vs. -17.9% ± 2.9%, t = -5.58, P 〈 0.01) in patient group. Compared with subgroup with anthracyclines' cumulative dosage 〈 300 mg/m^2, mean LV GLS decreased significantly (- 18.7 + 2.7% vs. - 16.5 ~ 2. 1%, t = 2.15, P = 0.04), the mean E/e' increased significantly (9.1 ±1.5 vs. 11.5 ± 4.9, t = -2.17, P = 0.04), and mean TAPSE decreased significantly (14.2±2.1 mm vs. 12.5±2.2 mm, t = -2.82, P = 0.02) in subgroup with anthracyclines' cumulative dosage 〉300 mg/m^2. Conclusions: LV GLS is helpful in the early detection of subclinical LV dysfunction using 2D-STE. E/e' and TAPSE are other sensitive parameters in detecting subclinical cardiac dysfunction of both ventricles by TD1. These parameters show significant change with different anthracyclines' cumulative dosage, so cumulative dosage should be controlled in clinical treatment.展开更多

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) stimulation test has been generally accepted as a current method for diagnosing delayed puberty. The objective of this research was to assess the cut-offvalues and the efficacy of GnRH stimulation test in the diagnosis of delayed puberty in both males and females. Methods: A study of 91 IHH, 27 CDP patients, 6 prepubertal children, and 20 pubertal adults was undertaken. Blood samples were obtained at 0, 30, 60, and 120 rain after GnRH administration and the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) were rneast, red. For each paralneter, the sensitivities and specificities were estimated, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed. Resulis: The ROC curves indicated that a serunl basal LH 〈0.6 IU/L or peak LH 〈9.74 IU/L resulted in moderate sensitivity (73.8% or 80.0%) and specificity (90.9% or 86.4%) in the diagnosis of HH in males. Serum basal LH 〈0.85 IU/L or basal FSH 〈2.43 IU/L resulted in moderate sensitivity (80.0% or 100.0%) and specificity (75.0% or 50.0%) in the diagnosis of HH in females. Conclusions: Our data suggest that isolated use of the gonadorelin stimulation test is almost sufficient to discriminate between HH and CDP in males, but unnecessary in females. The most useful predictor is serum basal or peak LH to differentiate these two disorders in males, but serum basal LH or FSH in females.展开更多

Clearly, there is a far-reaching need to identify and profile the expression of miRNAs in this important crop under various physiological and pathological conditions. In this study, we used an in situ synthesized custom microarray of plant miRNAs to examine the expression and temporal presence of miRNAs in the leaves of tomato plants infected with Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV). Following computational sequence homology search and hairpin structure prediction, we identified three novel tomato miRNA precursor genes. Our results also show that, in accordance with the phenotype of the developing leaves, the tomato miRNAs are differentially expressed at different stages of plant development and that CMV infection can induce or suppress the expression of miRNAs as well as up-regulate some star miRNAs (miRNA*s) which are normally present at much lower levels. The results indicate that developmental anomalies elicited by virus infection may be caused by more complex biological processes.展开更多

All of them show high thermal stability as revealed by their high glass transition temperatures and thermal decomposition temperatures at 5% weight loss. These polymers have wide band gaps and relatively high triplet energy levels. As a result, the spin coating method was used to prepare the green phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes with polymers PTPPO38CZ, PTPPO13CZ and PTTPO27CZ as the typical host materials. The green device of polymer PTPPO38CZ as host material shows electroluminescent performance with maximum current efficiency of 2.16 cd.A-1, maximum external quantum efficiency of 0.7%, maximum brightness of 1475 cd.m-2 and reduced efficiency roll-off of 7.14% at 600 cd.m-2, which are much better than those of the same devices hosted by polymers PTTPO27CZ and PTPPO13CZ.展开更多

文摘Objective To construct and verificate an RNA-binding protein(RBP)-associated prognostic model for gliomas using integrated bioinformatics analysis.Methods RNA-sequencing and clinic pathological data of glioma patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database and the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas database(CGGA)were downloaded.The aberrantly expressed RBPs were investigated between gliomas and normal samples in TCGA database.We then identified prognosis related hub genes and constructed a prognostic model.This model was further validated in the CGGA-693 and CGGA-325 cohorts.Results Totally 174 differently expressed genes-encoded RBPs were identified,containing 85 down-regulated and 89 up-regulated genes.We identified five genes-encoded RBPs(ERI1,RPS2,BRCA1,NXT1,and TRIM21)as prognosis related key genes and constructed a prognostic model.Overall survival(OS)analysis revealed that the patients in the high-risk subgroup based on the model were worse than those in the low-risk subgroup.The area under the receiver operator characteristic curve(AUC)of the prognostic model was 0.836 in the TCGA dataset and 0.708 in the CGGA-693 dataset,demonstrating a favorable prognostic model.Survival analyses of the five RBPs in the CGGA-325 cohort validated the findings.A nomogram was constructed based on the five genes and validated in the TCGA cohort,confirming a promising discriminating ability for gliomas.Conclusion The prognostic model of the five RBPs might serve as an independent prognostic algorithm for gliomas.

文摘The existence and release of fluid inclusions in bornite and its associated minerals, namely, quartz and calcite were investigated and confirmed. The structures, forms, and phases of these large quantities of fluid inclusions were also studied. A mass of fluid inclusions with various sizes, distributions, shapes, and phases exist in bornite and its associated minerals. Their sizes vary from a few micrometers to tens of micrometers, and the forms appear as negative crystals, or elongated, elliptical, and irregular. At room temperature, fluid inclusions were mainly characterized as gas-liquid two- phase. However, small amounts of fluid inclusions with pure gas phase and pure liquid single-phase were also observed in quartz and calcite. These fluid inclusions initially broke during the ore crushing and grinding process and then released into the flotation pulp in the flotation process. The quantitative analysis of fluid inclusions in the solution and the comparisons of mineral dissolution show that the amount of copper and iron released by fluid inclusions in the bornite sample is higher than the amount dissolved by the mineral; fluid inclusions in the associated gangue minerals, quartz, and calcite also make contribution.
文摘An active stereo vision system based on a model of neural pathways of human binocular motor system is proposed. With this model, it is guaranteed that the two cameras of the active stereo vision system can keep their lines of sight fixed on the same target object during smooth pursuit. This feature is very important for active stereo vision systems, since not only 3D reconstruction needs the two cameras have an overlapping field of vision, but also it can facilitate the 3D reconstruction algorithm. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, some software simulations are done to demonstrate the same target tracking characteristic in a virtual environment apt to mistracking easily. Here, mistracking means two eyes track two different objects separately. Then the proposed method is implemented in our active stereo vision system to perform real tracking task in a laboratory scene where several persons walk self-determining. Before the proposed model is implemented in the system, mistracking occurred frequently. After it is enabled, mistracking never occurred. The result shows that the vision system based on neural pathways of human binocular motor system can reliably avoid mistracking.

文摘Constipation is a common complication of stroke,and it is increasing year by year,which is worthy of attention.In fact,as an effective treatment for Post-ischemic Stroke Constipation,massage has been recognized by doctors at home and abroad.However,In the known research reports,massage prescriptions are complicated,therefore,a simple and effective massage prescription is urgently needed to effectively guide the clinic and promote it.In this study,we used association rule and entropy clustering analysis methods to mine clinical literature on Post-ischemic Stroke Constipation in 7 databases,and combined with data analysis,traditional chinese massage theory and clinical practice,a core new prescription is summarized.The core new prescription of massage in treating Post-ischemic Stroke Constipation take tonifying spleen,nourishing Qi and generating Body Fluid,promoting Qi,invigorating the circulation of blood and eliminating phlegm as the principle of treatment,which is accord with the pathogenesis of this disease,can better guide the clinical practice and facilitate the popularization and application of massage therapy.

文摘Acute Kidney Injury(AKI)is a clinical syndrome characterized by rapid renal deterioration with high morbidity and mortality.Renal reperfusion(IRI),renal toxicity and sepsis are the main causes of AKI.IRI is one of the main causes of acute kidney injury in clinic,accounting for 75%of all the causes of AKI[1].The fatality rate of AKI caused by IRI is high,and the surviving patients may leave chronic renal impairment with different degrees[2].A number of studies have shown that ischemia-reperfusion injury leading to renal dysfunction is directly related to oxidative stress,and the inhibition of oxidative stress through nod-like/toll-like signaling pathway can reduce acute renal injury.This review summarizes the research progress in regulating oxidative stress and the relationship between innate immune receptors and acute renal injury.

文摘Based on the data mining of clinical literature,we analyzed the characteristics of Acupoint Selection and manipulation in the clinical treatment of“simple obesity”,in order to optimize the compatibility of clinical acupoints,simplify the manipulation,and summarize the core prescription of Massage in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods:First we search and screen the clinical literature of Chinese Massage therapy for“simple obesity”by scholars at home and abroad.Then we analyze the Acupoint Selection and manipulation rules of Chinese Massage therapy for“simple obesity”by using data mining technology and traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system.Finally we obtain the optimal new prescription based on complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis.Results:Fifty-seven prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,including TIANSHU(ST25)(36),ZHONGWAN(RN12)(32),GUANYUAN(RN4)(30),ZUSANLI(ST36)(27),QIHAI(RN6)(23),“Stomach Meridians”(10),“Spleen Meridians”(8),Renmai(7),Abdomen(36),Umbilicus(8),Pressing(33),Holding(27),Pressing(26),and get 4 core Prescriptions like ST25-RN12-Renmai-Stomach Meridians-Abdominal Rub-Rubbing-Pushing thumb-Rubbing-Palm Pushing-Thumb Point Acupuncture-Palm Vibration and 4 new prescription of Massage manipulation for the treatment of simple obesity.Conclusion:The results of clinical diagnosis and treatment data are mined and analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system.The acupoint compatibility,manipulation rules and core prescriptions obtained can provide statistical basis and references for clinical Massage manipulation in the treatment of simple obesity.

文摘Background:Platform for prediction and analysis of Chinese medicine against coronavirus disease 2019(TCMAntiCOVID-19 V1.0)was used to explore the active ingredients,key targets and mechanisms of the compound coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),It will provide a reference for the clinical application of this prescription as a broad-spectrum agent in the prevention and treatment of pneumonia.It will also win valuable time for finding symptomatic Chinese medicine prescriptions and vaccine research and development.Methods:Set Banxia Tianma Baizhu decoction as the negative control.Qingfei Paidu decoction as the positive control,and use TCMAntiCOVID-19 V1.0 platform to predict the potential efficacy of compound Shuanghuanglian.We used the quantitative evaluation algorithm of multi-target drugs for the network disturbance of disease,by comparing the changes of network topological characteristics before and after drug intervention,and using the disturbance rate to evaluate the drug’s dryness for disease prediction.Using batman-TCM,the credibility card value of the target sets 20,then the target of traditional Chinese medicine composition is predicted,the heterogeneous network of traditional Chinese medicine composition-drug target-disease target is established.The interaction of related network is realized by JavaScript Visualization is realized,and cycloscape is edited.The average connectivity,the average shortest path length,the centrality of connectivity and the centrality of network compactness are calculated by using R’s iGraph package,and nulldistribution is used as the overall distribution to correct the disturbance rate of drugs to the real network,so as to evaluate the stability of network topology and explore its mechanism.Results:The key targets of COVID-19 were Aif1,Ccl2,Cdc20,Cxcl13,Fcer1g,Ido1,Ifng,Il10,Il1rnIl6,Ncf4,Ptger4,Spi1,Tnf,Xcl1;after the intervention,the average connectivity,the average shortest path length,the network connectivity centrality and the network tightness centrality were(2.31e+1),(2.41e+0),(6.21e−1),(1.68e−2)respectively;the total scores of network stability evaluation of drug intervention diseases were 18.29,12.59 and 19.10 respectively.Conclusion:Compound Shuanghuanglian can effectively break the stability of the disease network of COVID-19,and the overall effect of prevention and treatment of COVID-19 is close to that of the positive control Qingfei Paidu decoction,which is significantly better than that of the negative control Banxia Tianma Baizhu decoction.That is because compound Shuanghuanglian mainly acts on Aif1,Ccl2,Cdc20,Cxcl13,Fcer1g and other key targets.Compound Shuanghuanglian plays important role of inhibiting the inflammatory response of patients with COVID-19 and alleviating lung injury,so as to achieve the purpose of treating COVID-19.At the same time,in the initial stage of COVID-19 and other sudden infectious pneumoniausing compound Shuanghuanglian can win valuable time before finding symptomatic Chinese medicine prescription and vaccine research.

文摘Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effects and possible mechanisms of action of ginseng on cerebral vasospasm and early brain injury(EBI)following hemorrhagic stroke.Materials and Methods:Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats(n=48)were randomly divided into sham operation(sham group),subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)model(SAH group),normal saline(NS group),and Ginaton(Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Drops)intervention(gin group)groups.MCP-1 m RNA and tumor necrosis factor levels were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.The relative expression of m RNA was detected by Western blotting.Results:(1)Compared with the sham group,the SAH,NS,and gin groups had different degrees of neurological dysfunction.Compared with the SAH and NS groups,the neurological deficits in the gin group were significantly improved(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the sham group,the relative expression levels of MCP-1 m RNA in the SAH,NS,and gin groups were 5.1±0.9,3.4±0.6,and 2.5±0.4,respectively;the relative expression levels of m RNA were 13.3±2.4,11.2±1.8,and 3.8±0.6,respectively.(3)The apoptosis rates of brain tissue in the sham,SAH,NS,and gin groups were 4.8±0.7,54.2±10.3,50.1±7.4,and 28.4±4.5,respectively.(4)Western blot showed that the relative expression levels of toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)protein in the sham,SAH,NS,and gin groups were 0.29±0.03,0.87±0.15,0.65±0.13,and 0.41±0.17,respectively;the relative expression levels of B protein were 0.21±0.04,0.96±0.14,0.73±0.18,and 0.30±0.05,respectively.Gin treatment could inhibit TLR-4 and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)protein expression.Conclusions:Dona tablets may inhibit activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway,and SAH-induced inflammatory response,so as to reduce cerebral vasospasm and EBI.

文摘To the Editor: Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) was first surgically repaired in 1955. Initial TOF repairs were performed using a trans-annular right ventricular outflow tract patch to relieve the obstruction. However, this procedure resulted in long-standing pulmonary valve regurgitation and increased right ventricular (RV) volume, causing arrhythmias and sudden death.[1] Thus, pulmonary annulus preservation became the most prevalent surgical strategy for TOF repair, possibly causing a mix of pulmonary stenosis and pulmonary valve regurgitation. Currently, clinicians concerned with RV function decrease during the long-term follow-up use of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) to predict the appropriate timing of interventions for valve sparing. Although CMR techniques have evolved as the reference standard for assessing RV volumes and function during the last two decades, routinely monitoring the progression of repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF) RV dysfunction remains difficult.
文摘Background: Cardiotoxicity is one of the most serious chronic complications ofanthracyclines therapy. Assessment of the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) fails to detect subtle cardiac dysfunction of left ventricular (LV). This study aimed to detect and evaluate new parameters of subclinical anthracyclines' cardiotoxicity in children with solid tumor. Methods: A detailed echocardiographic examination was performed in 36 children with hepatoblastoma or rhabdomyosarcoma after receiving anthracyclines' chemotherapy and 36 healthy controls from January 2015 to December 2016. The LVEF, ratio of early diastolic peak velocity of transmitral flow (E) and septal diastolic e' mitral annular peak velocity (e'), tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE), and LV global longitudinal strain (GLS) were evaluated using M-mode, tissue Doppler imaging (TDI), and two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography (2D-STE), respectively. Echocardiographic parameters were compared between patient group and healthy controls. All patients were divided into two subgroups based on their anthracyclines' cumulative dosage (〈300 mg/m^2 subgroup and ≥300 mg/m^2 subgroup). Results: All patients had no presentation of heart failure and LVEF within normal range (65.7 ± 5.1%). Compared with healthy controls, the mean E/e' increased significantly (7.9 ±0.7 vs. 10.2 ± 3.5, t = 3.72, P 〈 0.01 ), mean TAPSE decreased significantly ( 17.2 ± 1.3 mm vs. 14.2 ± 3.0 mm, t = -4.03, P 〈 0.01), and mean LV GLS decreased significantly (-22.2% ± 1.9% vs. -17.9% ± 2.9%, t = -5.58, P 〈 0.01) in patient group. Compared with subgroup with anthracyclines' cumulative dosage 〈 300 mg/m^2, mean LV GLS decreased significantly (- 18.7 + 2.7% vs. - 16.5 ~ 2. 1%, t = 2.15, P = 0.04), the mean E/e' increased significantly (9.1 ±1.5 vs. 11.5 ± 4.9, t = -2.17, P = 0.04), and mean TAPSE decreased significantly (14.2±2.1 mm vs. 12.5±2.2 mm, t = -2.82, P = 0.02) in subgroup with anthracyclines' cumulative dosage 〉300 mg/m^2. Conclusions: LV GLS is helpful in the early detection of subclinical LV dysfunction using 2D-STE. E/e' and TAPSE are other sensitive parameters in detecting subclinical cardiac dysfunction of both ventricles by TD1. These parameters show significant change with different anthracyclines' cumulative dosage, so cumulative dosage should be controlled in clinical treatment.
文摘Background: Delayed puberty can result either from constitutional delay of growth and puberty (CDP) or idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH). Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) stimulation test has been generally accepted as a current method for diagnosing delayed puberty. The objective of this research was to assess the cut-offvalues and the efficacy of GnRH stimulation test in the diagnosis of delayed puberty in both males and females. Methods: A study of 91 IHH, 27 CDP patients, 6 prepubertal children, and 20 pubertal adults was undertaken. Blood samples were obtained at 0, 30, 60, and 120 rain after GnRH administration and the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) were rneast, red. For each paralneter, the sensitivities and specificities were estimated, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed. Resulis: The ROC curves indicated that a serunl basal LH 〈0.6 IU/L or peak LH 〈9.74 IU/L resulted in moderate sensitivity (73.8% or 80.0%) and specificity (90.9% or 86.4%) in the diagnosis of HH in males. Serum basal LH 〈0.85 IU/L or basal FSH 〈2.43 IU/L resulted in moderate sensitivity (80.0% or 100.0%) and specificity (75.0% or 50.0%) in the diagnosis of HH in females. Conclusions: Our data suggest that isolated use of the gonadorelin stimulation test is almost sufficient to discriminate between HH and CDP in males, but unnecessary in females. The most useful predictor is serum basal or peak LH to differentiate these two disorders in males, but serum basal LH or FSH in females.

文摘目的:机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术中需要头低位和气腹,这将严重干扰呼吸顺应性(Crs)。本研究比较机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术在相同气腹压力下不同程度的神经肌肉阻滞对Crs的影响。创新点:不同深度神经肌肉阻滞对机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术Crs的观察。方法:将100例接受机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的患者随机分配到中度神经肌肉阻滞组和深度神经肌肉阻滞组,每组50例。应用罗库溴铵维持神经肌肉阻滞。保持对4个成串刺激1~2个反应为中度神经肌肉阻滞组;对4个成串刺激无反应,而对强直后刺激1~2个反应为深度神经肌肉阻滞组。两组气腹压力均为10 mm Hg。记录麻醉诱导后及气腹0、30、60和90 min的吸气峰值压力、平均压力、Crs和气道阻力。手术结束时对手术条件进行评估。结论:在机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术中,相同的气腹压力下,深度神经肌肉阻滞不能改善Crs和手术条件,但能显著降低术中体动。

文摘A large number of plant microRNAs (miRNAs) are now documented in the miRBase, among which only 30 are for Solanum lycopersicum (tomato). Clearly, there is a far-reaching need to identify and profile the expression of miRNAs in this important crop under various physiological and pathological conditions. In this study, we used an in situ synthesized custom microarray of plant miRNAs to examine the expression and temporal presence of miRNAs in the leaves of tomato plants infected with Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV). Following computational sequence homology search and hairpin structure prediction, we identified three novel tomato miRNA precursor genes. Our results also show that, in accordance with the phenotype of the developing leaves, the tomato miRNAs are differentially expressed at different stages of plant development and that CMV infection can induce or suppress the expression of miRNAs as well as up-regulate some star miRNAs (miRNA*s) which are normally present at much lower levels. The results indicate that developmental anomalies elicited by virus infection may be caused by more complex biological processes.

文摘Four novel polymers, poly(3,6-9-decyl-carbazole-alt-1,3-benzene) (PB13CZ), poly(3,6-9-decyl-carbazole-alt- bis(4-phenyl) (phenyl) phosphine oxide) (PTPPO38CZ), poly(3,6-9-decyl-carbazole-alt-2,4-phenyl(diphenyl) phosphine oxide) (PTPPO13CZ) and poly(3,6-9-decyl-carbazole-alt-bis(3-phenyl) (phenyl) phosphine oxide) (PTTPO27CZ) were synthesized, and their thermal, photophysical properties and device applications were further investigated to correlate the chemical structures with the photoelectric performance of bipolar host materials for phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes. All of them show high thermal stability as revealed by their high glass transition temperatures and thermal decomposition temperatures at 5% weight loss. These polymers have wide band gaps and relatively high triplet energy levels. As a result, the spin coating method was used to prepare the green phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes with polymers PTPPO38CZ, PTPPO13CZ and PTTPO27CZ as the typical host materials. The green device of polymer PTPPO38CZ as host material shows electroluminescent performance with maximum current efficiency of 2.16 cd.A-1, maximum external quantum efficiency of 0.7%, maximum brightness of 1475 cd.m-2 and reduced efficiency roll-off of 7.14% at 600 cd.m-2, which are much better than those of the same devices hosted by polymers PTTPO27CZ and PTPPO13CZ.
