研究Al_(2)O_(3)晶须和石墨烯纳米片共增强铜基复合材料的力学性能和显微结构。采用机械合金化、真空热压烧结和热等静压工艺制备不同石墨烯含量的铜基复合材料。含0.5%石墨烯(质量分数)的铜基复合材料(GNP-0.5)具有良好的Cu/C和Cu/Al_(... 研究Al_(2)O_(3)晶须和石墨烯纳米片共增强铜基复合材料的力学性能和显微结构。采用机械合金化、真空热压烧结和热等静压工艺制备不同石墨烯含量的铜基复合材料。含0.5%石墨烯(质量分数)的铜基复合材料(GNP-0.5)具有良好的Cu/C和Cu/Al_(2)O_(3)界面结合性能;复合材料的硬度和抗压强度随石墨烯含量的增加呈现先增加到一个临界值后减小的趋势。研究结果表明,石墨烯和Al_(2)O_(3)晶须在铜基复合材料中最主要的强化机制是能量耗散和载荷传递以及石墨烯导致的晶粒细化。石墨烯与Al_(2)O_(3)晶须的双相混杂增强效应在于:当Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu界面存在微裂纹并沿着界面扩展时,嵌于铜基复合材料中的石墨烯会阻碍裂纹扩展路径,从而强化Al_(2)O_(3)晶须在铜基复合材料中的增强作用。 展开更多

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术对患者术后粘连的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析2015年3月-2020年7月该院63例行胆囊切除术的患者的临床资料,根据手术方式不同分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=31)。对照组行开腹胆囊切除术,观察组行腹腔镜胆囊切... 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术对患者术后粘连的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析2015年3月-2020年7月该院63例行胆囊切除术的患者的临床资料,根据手术方式不同分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=31)。对照组行开腹胆囊切除术,观察组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。比较两组患者临床指标、炎症因子水平、并发症及肠粘连发生率。应用Pearson相关系数分析炎症因子与术后粘连的相关性。结果观察组手术时间、肛门排气时间和肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组[(56.7±8.3)和(82.6±9.4)min、(22.5±2.3)和(35.6±4.3)h、(13.2±5.7)和(19.1±6.8)h],术后疼痛评分低于对照组[(7.6±0.3)和(9.2±0.5)分](P<0.05)。术后2 d,观察组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)明显低于对照组[(11.3±3.6)和(26.7±6.5)mg/L,(5.5±1.3)和(6.4±2.5)µg/L](P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(6.5%和25.0%,P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组肠粘连发生率明显低于对照组(12.9%和28.1%,P<0.05)。术后CRP和PCT水平与肠粘连发生率存在明显正相关。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术可明显改善患者临床指标,降低患者炎症因子水平、并发症和肠粘连发生率。 展开更多

With the increasing use of Al-Si-Mg alloys in the automotive industry,the fatigue performance of Al-Si-Mg alloy has become a major concern with regard to their reliability.The fatigue characteristics and microcosmic mechanism of an Al-Si-Mg alloy under multiaxial proportional loadings were investigated in this research.As low cycle fatigue life and material strengthening behavior are closely related,the effect of equivalent strain amplitude on the multiaxial fatigue properties was analyzed.Fatigue tests were conducted to determine the influence of equivalent strain amplitude on the multiaxial proportional fatigue properties.The fatigue life exhibits a stable behavior under multiaxial proportional loadings.The dislocation structures of the Al-Si-Mg alloy were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The dislocation structure evolution of the Al-Si-Mg alloy under multiaxial proportional loadings during low cycle fatigue develops step by step by increasing fatigue cycles.Simultaneously,the dislocation structure changes with the change in equivalent strain amplitude under multiaxial proportional loadings.The experimental evidence indicates that the multiaxial fatigue behavior and life are strongly dependent on the microstructure of the material,which is caused by multiaxial proportional loadings. 展开更多

Effects of surface condition on fatigue properties of a medium-strength γ-TiAl alloy Ti-45Al-5Nb-lW(at%) were investigated.It is found that the maximum stresses of fatigue samples are lower than the yield stresses of the medium-strength γ-TiAl alloy.Meanwhile,the local plastic deformation is unconspicuous to occur at the crack tip.In this case,the fatigue strength is mainly decided by surface conditions of maximum-stressed surface,but compressive stress and deformation especially resulted from shot peening play an important role in the improvement of the condition fatigue strength.The affecting depth of shot peening is about 250 μm.As a result,the relatively weak microstructures and phases become the preferential initiation sites and propagation routes.They are observed to be equiaxed γ grains,B2 + ω grains,and α_2-γ lamellar interface in soft orientations.The existence of V-notch can significantly reduce the fatigue properties of the samples. 展开更多

Diffusion bonding is a near net shape forming process that can join dissimilar materials through atomic diffusion under a high pressure at a high temperature.Titanium alloy TC4(Ti-6 Al-4 V)and 4 J29 Kovar alloy(Fe-29 Ni-17 Co)were diffusely bonded by a vacuum hot-press sintering process in the temperature range of 700-850°C and bonding time of 120 min,under a pressure of 34.66 MPa.Interfacial microstructures and intermetallic compounds of the diffusion-bonded joints were characterized by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The elemental diffusion across the interface was revealed by electron probe microanalysis.Mechanical properties of joints were investigated by micro Vickers hardness and tensile strength.Results of EDS and XRD indicated that(Fe,Co,Ni)-Ti,TiNi,Ti_2Ni,TiNi_2,Fe_2 Ti,Ti_(17) Mn_3 and Al_6 Ti_(19) were formed at the interface.When the bonding temperature was raised from 700 to 850°C,the voids of interface were reduced and intermetallic layers were widened.Maximum tensile strength of joints at 53.5 MPa was recorded by the sintering process at 850°C for 120 min.Fracture surface of the joint indicated brittle nature,and failure took place through interface of intermetallic compounds.Based on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the diffusion-bonded joints,diffusion mechanisms between Ti-6 Al-4 Vtitanium and Fe-29 Ni-17 Co Kovar alloys were analyzed in terms of elemental diffusion,nucleation and growth of grains,plastic deformation and formation of intermetallic compounds near the interface. 展开更多
