To achieve good results in convolutional neural networks(CNN) for text classification task, term-based pooling operation in CNNs is proposed. Firstly, the convolution results of several convolution kernels are combined by this method, and then the results after combination are made pooling operation, three sorts of CNN models(we named TBCNN, MCT-CNN and MMCT-CNN respectively) are constructed and then corresponding algorithmic thought are detailed on this basis. Secondly, relevant experiments and analyses are respectively designed to show the effects of three key parameters(convolution kernel, combination kernel number and word embedding) on three kinds of CNN models and to further demonstrate the effect of the models proposed. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method of text classification in CNNs, term-based pooling method is addressed that not only the availability of the way is proved, but also the performance shows good superiority. 展开更多

以往研究关注动机信念对外语能力的独立影响,很少有实证研究探索动机信念对外语能力的共同影响。本研究通过自我效能感的中介作用探讨学生的内外部动机对外语能力的影响机制。1036名八年级学生参加英语学业水平测试和动机信念调查。结... 以往研究关注动机信念对外语能力的独立影响,很少有实证研究探索动机信念对外语能力的共同影响。本研究通过自我效能感的中介作用探讨学生的内外部动机对外语能力的影响机制。1036名八年级学生参加英语学业水平测试和动机信念调查。结构方程模型结果显示,内部动机可以直接影响外语水平,也可通过自我效能感的部分中介作用影响外语水平,而外部动机对外语水平只有小幅直接影响,性别在中介模型中并无调节作用。研究结果表明内部动机可以通过提高自我效能感进而提高学生的外语水平。研究发现对自我决定理论的发展有理论贡献,对外语教师也有一定的启示意义。 展开更多

The automated measurement of crop phenotypic parameters is of great significance to the quantitative study of crop growth.The segmentation and classification of crop point cloud help to realize the automation of crop phenotypic parameter measurement.At present,crop spike-shaped point cloud segmentation has problems such as fewer samples,uneven distribution of point clouds,occlusion of stem and spike,disorderly arrangement of point clouds,and lack of targeted network models.The traditional clustering method can realize the segmentation of the plant organ point cloud with relatively independent spatial location,but the accuracy is not acceptable.This paper first builds a desktop-level point cloud scanning apparatus based on a structured-light projection module to facilitate the point cloud acquisition process.Then,the rice ear point cloud was collected,and the rice ear point cloud data set was made.In addition,data argumentation is used to improve sample utilization efficiency and training accuracy.Finally,a 3D point cloud convolutional neural network model called Panicle-3D was designed to achieve better segmentation accuracy.Specifically,the design of Panicle-3D is aimed at the multiscale characteristics of plant organs,combined with the structure of PointConv and long and short jumps,which accelerates the convergence speed of the network and reduces the loss of features in the process of point cloud downsampling.After comparison experiments,the segmentation accuracy of Panicle-3D reaches 93.4%,which is higher than PointNet.Panicle-3D is suitable for other similar crop point cloud segmentation tasks. 展开更多

Retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)has essential functions,such as nourishing and supporting the neural retina,and is of vital importance in the pathogenesis of age-related retinal degeneration.However,the exact molecular changes of RPE during aging remain poorly understood.Here,we isolated human primary RPE(h RPE)cells from 18 eye donors distributed over a wide age range(10–67 years old).A quantitative proteomic analysis was performed to analyze changes in their intracellular and secreted proteins.Age-group related subtypes and age-associated proteins were revealed and potential age-associated mechanisms were validated in ARPE-19 and h RPE cells.The results of proteomic data analysis and verifications suggest that RNF123-and RNF149-related protein ubiquitination plays an important role in protecting h RPE cells from oxidative damage during aging.In older h RPE cells,apoptotic signaling-related pathways were up-regulated,and endoplasmic reticulum organization was down-regulated both in the intracellular and secreted proteomes.Our work paints a detailed molecular picture of h RPE cells during the aging process and provides new insights into the molecular characteristics of RPE during aging and under other related clinical retinal conditions. 展开更多
