With the popularization of clinical ultrasound technology,small follicular ovulation infertility is gradually being recognized in clinical practice.Low follicle ovulation refers to the phenomenon that the average value of the three diameter lines of the dominant follicle is less than 14mm-18mm under continuous ultrasound monitoring.The dominant follicle ovulates before it develops to maturity,which is a kind of ovulation disorder and one of the leading causes of unexplained infertility[1],accounting for 25%-30%of the total number of patients with infertility[2].At present,Western medicine mostly uses ovulation,stimulating drugs to treat this disease.Still,due to the clinical result of“high ovulation but low pregnancy”,there are certain obstacles in treatment.The purpose of this article is to discuss Zhang Xiaofeng’s understanding of TCM of this disease.The tutor believes that the location of the disease is in the kidney,and the mechanism of the disease is kidney yin deficiency and blood heat.The treatment principle is sequential therapy,nourishing yin and clearing heat,taking into account the protection of the spleen and stomach,and the therapeutic effect is perfect. 展开更多

The Solar Upper Transition Region Imager(SUTRI)onboard the Space Advanced Technology demonstration satellite(SATech-01),which was launched to a Sun-synchronous orbit at a height of~500 km in 2022 July,aims to test the on-orbit performance of our newly developed Sc/Si multi-layer reflecting mirror and the 2k×2k EUV CMOS imaging camera and to take full-disk solar images at the Ne VII 46.5 nm spectral line with a filter width of~3 nm.SUTRI employs a Ritchey-Chrétien optical system with an aperture of 18 cm.The on-orbit observations show that SUTRI images have a field of view of~416×416 and a moderate spatial resolution of~8″without an image stabilization system.The normal cadence of SUTRI images is 30 s and the solar observation time is about16 hr each day because the earth eclipse time accounts for about 1/3 of SATech-01's orbit period.Approximately15 GB data is acquired each day and made available online after processing.SUTRI images are valuable as the Ne VII 46.5 nm line is formed at a temperature regime of~0.5 MK in the solar atmosphere,which has rarely been sampled by existing solar imagers.SUTRI observations will establish connections between structures in the lower solar atmosphere and corona,and advance our understanding of various types of solar activity such as flares,filament eruptions,coronal jets and coronal mass ejections. 展开更多

This is the first report on a polysaccharide(RCJ2-Ib)isolated from Rosa Chinensis Flos.RCJ2-Ib was obtained through the extraction with water,precipitation with ethanol,separation with DEAE-52 column and purification with DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow column and Sephadex G100 column.GC,FT-IR and NMR analyses revealed that RCJ2-Ib(3.3 k Da)was a 1,4-linked polymannuronic acid containing substantialβ-Danomers units.The anticoagulant effect of RCJ2-Ib evaluated by using rabbit ear venous blood and an acute blood stasis rat model showed that RCJ2-Ib had obvious anticoagulant activity in regulating endogenous and exogenous coagulation pathways and reducing serum thromboxane B2 and endothelin-1.In addition,RCJ2-Ib could also increase the number of Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli.As a result,RCJ2-Ib has the potential to inhibit thrombosis and maintain the intestinal environment. 展开更多

Traditional methods focus on the ultimate bending moment of glulam beams and the fracture failure of materials with defects,which usually depends on empirical parameters.There is no systematic theoretical method to predict the stiffness and shear distribution of glulam beams in elastic-plastic stage,and consequently,the failure of such glulam beams cannot be predicted effectively.To address these issues,an analytical method considering material nonlinearity was proposed for glulam beams,and the calculating equations of deflection and shear stress distribution for different failure modes were established.The proposed method was verified by experiments and numerical models under the corresponding conditions.Results showed that the theoretical calculations were in good agreement with experimental and numerical results,indicating that the equations proposed in this paper were reliable and accurate for such glulam beams with wood material in the elastic-plastic stage ignoring the influence of mechanic properties in radial and tangential directions of wood.Furthermore,the experimental results reported by the previous studies indicated that the method was applicable and could be used as a theoretical reference for predicting the failure of glulam beams. 展开更多

Considering the glulam beam-column connection form and the number of bolts,monotonic loading test and finite element analysis was carried out on 9 connection specimens in 3 groups to study the rotational performance and failure mode of the connection.The test results revealed that compared with U-shaped connectors,T-shaped connectors can effectively improve the ductility of connections,and the increase in the number of bolts can reduce the initial stiffness and ductility of connections.By theoretical analysis,formulas for calculating the initial stiffness and ultimate moment of connections were deduced.Subsequently,the moment-rotation theoretical model of connections was established based on the formulas,which were validated according to the test data and simulation results.The proposed model can not only improve the current theoretical system of heavy-duty glulam beam-column structure but also provide a theoretical basis for calculating the mechanical properties of the glulam beam-column connection. 展开更多

研究探讨了妊娠后期母猪肥胖对其围产期代谢状况及仔猪生产性能、肠道健康和免疫系统的影响。选用经产长白×大白母猪60头,将妊娠109日龄母猪按背膘厚度分为两组(正常背膘厚度组=17 mm;背膘过厚组,≥21 mm)。试验结果表明,母猪妊娠... 研究探讨了妊娠后期母猪肥胖对其围产期代谢状况及仔猪生产性能、肠道健康和免疫系统的影响。选用经产长白×大白母猪60头,将妊娠109日龄母猪按背膘厚度分为两组(正常背膘厚度组=17 mm;背膘过厚组,≥21 mm)。试验结果表明,母猪妊娠后期背膘厚度过大,降低了活产仔猪总数和窝重。与正常背膘厚度母猪相比,背膘厚度过大会使母猪血糖、白介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平和稳态模型胰岛素评价抵抗值升高。过厚的背膘还降低了围产期母猪血浆中总超氧化物歧化酶的含量,增加了硫代巴比妥酸活性物质的含量。此外,过厚背膘母猪的粪便中TNF-α水平升高,而白介素10(IL-10)水平下降。最终结论是母猪妊娠后期肥胖加重了围产期母猪的代谢紊乱,降低了活产仔猪的数量,对母猪及其后代的肠道健康产生了不利影响。 展开更多

目的:探讨选择性动脉栓塞(selective arterial embolization,SAE)术和动脉灌注化疗栓塞术在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(gestational trophoblastic neoplasia,GTN)治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年7月至2020年1月27例于首都医科大学附属... 目的:探讨选择性动脉栓塞(selective arterial embolization,SAE)术和动脉灌注化疗栓塞术在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(gestational trophoblastic neoplasia,GTN)治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年7月至2020年1月27例于首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院行SAE治疗的GTN患者临床资料,分为动脉灌注化疗栓塞组(n=14)和单纯动脉栓塞组(n=13),所有患者行SAE治疗联合静脉化疗。超声检查子宫病灶大小改变、检测血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-human chorionic gonadotropin,β-HCG)下降水平及保留生育功能情况。结果:患者平均年龄为35.37(19~51)岁,17例活动性出血患者行SAE治疗后出血均得到有效控制,患者行静脉化疗的总疗程中位数为4个疗程,治疗过程中行子宫切除为6例。两组患者行SAE联合静脉化疗1个疗程,超声检查评定治疗有效率为51.8%(14/27),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.413);血清β-HCG平均下降(2.07±0.91)个对数,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.987)。结论:SAE治疗用于预防或控制高危GTN病灶出血效果肯定,动脉灌注化疗未明显提高动脉栓塞联合静脉化疗的疗效。 展开更多

成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factors,FGFs)是细胞间的多功能信号分子,调节生物体的多种生理功能。FGF21作为一种重要的调控因子,对毛囊发育及生长周期具有重要作用。为研究FGF21基因对毛囊发育及生长周期的影响及作用机制,... 成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factors,FGFs)是细胞间的多功能信号分子,调节生物体的多种生理功能。FGF21作为一种重要的调控因子,对毛囊发育及生长周期具有重要作用。为研究FGF21基因对毛囊发育及生长周期的影响及作用机制,本研究通过构建靶向敲除FGF21基因的载体,体外将Cas9 m RNA和g RNA显微注射到FVB小鼠受精卵中,在小鼠FGF21基因的第1外显子上造成移码突变,从而获得FGF21基因敲除(knock out,KO)小鼠。通过测序鉴定F0代小鼠基因型,共获得3只FGF21等位基因敲除小鼠(Fgf21^(-/-));q RT-PCR和Western blotting结果表明,在Fgf21^(-/-)小鼠中未检测到FGF21 m RNA表达和FGF21蛋白表达;经脱毛再生及皮肤组织H&E染色发现,与野生型(wild type,WT)小鼠相比,Fgf21^(-/-)小鼠体重降低、器官组织未出现异常变化、毛发生长速度减慢、毛囊的直径和毛发的密度均减小。本研究利用CRISPR/Cas9技术成功构建了Fgf21^(-/-)小鼠模型,为后续研究FGF21基因在毛囊发育及生长周期中的功能提供了更好的动物模型。 展开更多

绿色化学是当今化学科学研究的前沿领域.仿生催化是绿色合成技术和方法学研究的一个重要方面.生物质和酶分子在酶催化转化过程中的"构-效"关系可以通过仿生催化进行模拟研究.CO_2作为温室气体的主要成分是造成全球气候变暖的... 绿色化学是当今化学科学研究的前沿领域.仿生催化是绿色合成技术和方法学研究的一个重要方面.生物质和酶分子在酶催化转化过程中的"构-效"关系可以通过仿生催化进行模拟研究.CO_2作为温室气体的主要成分是造成全球气候变暖的主要因素,但它同时也是C1化学的重要原料.利用CO_2与有机环氧化合物通过偶联反应制备有机环碳酸酯或聚碳酸酯则是CO_2化学研究的热点之一,并已经取得了长足的进步.但是运用手性催化剂对此反应进行不对称环加成得到手性环碳酸酯的研究不多.本文首次设计并合成了具有双提篮结构的手性钴卟啉螯合物.其中的提篮部分由手性联萘酚(S或R)和L-苯丙氨酸组成,从卟啉骨架的meso位引入,首先制备了两种手性结构的自由卟啉配体(6a,7a);然后与醋酸钴反应得到两种二价钴卟啉手性配合物(6b,7b),加入醋酸后,通过空气氧化得到三价钴卟啉手性催化剂(6c,7c).采用紫外、红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振(包括二维NMR)等技术对得到的卟啉中间化合物、配合物和催化剂进行了详细的表征,确定了化合物的结构.将得到的三价钴卟啉配合物作为手性催化剂用于CO_2和环氧化合物的不对称环加成反应.结果表明,提篮的手性基团对小分子的环氧化合物环氧丙烷具有手性选择性,在低温-20°C下,可以得到大于50%的ee值.同时由于提篮与卟啉平面空间的有限性,导致分子体积较大的环氧化合物与CO_2的反应很慢,也没有发现其对环碳酸酯的对映选择性.我们相信本工作对于合成手性卟啉分子及其在不对称催化中的应用具有一定的意义. 展开更多

Flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, an antioxidant, markedly improve memory impairments and neuronal injuries. In the present study, primary cortical neurons of rats were exposed to potassium cyanide to establish a model of in vitro neural cell apoptosis. Inhibition of apoptosis by flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi at concentrations of 18.98, 37.36, and 75.92 μg/mL was detected using this model. These flavonoids dramatically increased cell survival, inhibited cell apoptosis and excessive production of malondialdehyde, and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and Na+-K+-ATPase in primary cortical neurons exposed to potassium cyanide. The flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were originally found to have a polyhydric structure and to protect against cerebral hypoxia in in vitro and in vivo models, including hypoxia induced by potassium cyanide or cerebral ischemia. Visible light communications(VLC) have recently attracted a growing interest and can be a potential solution to realize indoor positioning,however,the performance of existing indoor positioning system is limited by multipath distortion inside a room.In order to combat the effect of multipath distortion,this paper proposes an LED-based indoor positioning algorithm combined with hybrid OFDM(HOFDM),in which asymmetrically clipped optical OFDM(ACOOFDM) is transmitted on the odd subcarriers while using pulse amplitude modulated discrete multitone(PAM-DMT) to modulate the imaginary part of each even subcarrier.In this scheme,we take a combined approach where a received-signal-strength(RSS) technique is employed to determine the location of the receiver and realize the 3-D positioning by Trust-region-based positioning.Moreover,a particle filter is used to further improve the positioning accuracy.Results confirm that this proposed positioning algorithm can achieve high accuracy even with multipath distortion,and the algorithm has better performance when combined with particle filter. 展开更多

Dataset classification is an essential fundament of computational intelligence in cyber-physical systems(CPS).Due to the complexity of CPS dataset classification and the uncertainty of clustering number,this paper focuses on clarifying the dynamic behavior of acceleration dataset which is achieved from micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS)and complex image segmentation.To reduce the impact of parameters uncertainties with dataset classification,a novel robust dataset classification approach is proposed based on neighbor searching and kernel fuzzy c-means(NSKFCM)methods.Some optimized strategies,including neighbor searching,controlling clustering shape and adaptive distance kernel function,are employed to solve the issues of number of clusters,the stability and consistency of classification,respectively.Numerical experiments finally demonstrate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Though obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and metabolic syndrome(MS) are correlated;the contributing factors for the occurrence of MS in Chinese snorers remain largely undefined.We aimed to investigate the associated pathogenesis of coexistence of OSAHS and MS in Chinese snorers.A total of 144 Chinese habitual snorers were divided into 3 groups,the control group(simple snorers)(n = 36),the mild OSAHS group(n= 52)and the moderate-to-severe OSAHS group(n = 56).The incidence of MS in the moderate-to-severe OSAHS group(26.8%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(8.3%),the mild OSAHS group(11.1%) and all the OSAHS patients(19.45%)(all P < 0.05).Homeostatic model assessment(HOMA) index and proinsulin(PI) were negatively correlated with nocturnal meanSpO_2 and miniSpO_2.Meanwhile,nocturnal SpO_2 were negatively correlated with body mass index,waist and neck circumferences and diastolic blood pressure,but positively correlated with total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.The study indicated that in Chinese snorers,moderate-to-severe OSAHS was closely associated with MS via nocturnal hypoxemia. 展开更多

In order to enhance the bearing capacity of structural components,save materials,and reduce cost,a glued laminated timber(glulam)I-beam that is theoretically suitable for engineering application was proposed.In this study,18 glulam specimens were fabricated using larch dimension lumber and resorcinol-formaldehyde resin.Four-point bending tests were carried out to compare the ultimate bearing capacity,strain,and deflection of various specimens.The results showed that:(1)The typical failure mode at bending is the web shear failure parallel to grain.Before the failure,cracks and sounds appear at the beam web,which represent the sudden brittle failure.(2)The cross-sectional strain of glulam beam changed linearly with the beam height,indicating that the plane section assumption was basically established.(3)Stiffener could improve the initial flexural stiffness of glulam beam,which experiences an increase of 28.21%.Larger the shear span ratio,smaller the initial flexural stiffness.The initial flexural stiffness improves by 10-23.5%with the increase in the thickness of the lower flange.(4)The effects of stiffener and shear-span ratio on shear strength are relatively significant.After the stiffeners are set at the support and the loading point in pairs,the shear strength of the glulam beam increases by 15.05%averagely.With the increase in the shear-span ratio,the shearing strength of the glulam I-beam gradually reduces.The equation of the shearing strength with the shear span ratio is obtained,which is shown by high fitting precision.(5)The shear strength correlation,as proposed by Soltis and Rammer,is suitable not only for rectangular beams,but also for glulam I-beams. 展开更多

Rational design of electrocatalysts is important for a sustainable oxygen evolution reaction(OER).It is still a huge challenge to engineer active sites in multi-sizes and multi-components simultaneously.Here,a series of CoxP nanoparticles(NPs)confined in an SiO2matrix(SiO2/CoxP)is designed and synthesized as OER electrocatalysts.The phosphorization of the hydrolyzed Co-phyllosilicate promotes the formation of ultrasmall and small Co2P and CoP.These are firmly confined in the SiO2matrix.The coupling of multi-size and multi-component CoxP catalysts can regulate reaction kinetics and electron transfer ability,enrich the active sites,and eventually promote the intrinsic OER activity.The SiO2matrix provides abundant porous structure and oxygen vacancies,and these facilitate the exposure of active sites and improve conductivity.Because of the synergy and interplay of multisized/component CoxP NPs and the porous SiO2matrix,the unique SiO2/CoxP heterostructure exhibits low overpotential(293 m V@10 mA cm-2),and robust stability(decay 12 mV after 5000 CV cycles,97.4%of initial current after 100 h chronoamperometric)for the OER process,exceeding many advanced metal phosphide electrocatalysts.This work provides a novel tactic to design low-cost,simple,and highly efficient OER electrocatalysts. 展开更多
