As an important organizational resource of the human resources has been more and more attention. Western countries as the most developed country in the world, is also the birthplace of the human resources management related theory and application of the more successful, select an object to the west as the comparison of the Chinese, to promote the improvement of Chinese enterprise human resources management is of great significance.
