Inheritance Analysis of Bolting Associated Traits Using Mixed Major Gene Plus Polygene Model in Brassica rapa 被引量:1

[ Objective ] This study aimed to analyze the inheritance of bolting associated traits in Brassica rapa, which will provide useful information in a breeding program for late-bolting or bolting-resistant cultivars of Chinese cabbage. [ Method] Three phenotypic measurements, bolting index, flowering time, days to 5 cm elongated stalk, respectively were used for inheritance analysis of six generations, P, (bolting resistant inbreed line ), P2 (vernalization independent type) and their filial generations F1 , B1, B2 and F2, using the mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model. [ Result] The two traits, bolting index and days to 5 cm elongated stalk, both were controlled by two major genes with additive-dominant-epistatic effects ( B-1 model) in hybrid. The flowering time was controlled by one major gene with addltive-dominant effects plus additive-dominant-epistatic effects (D model). The heritability of the major genes in B1, B2 and F2 were 96.22%, 93.33%, 93.55% for bolting index, 70.68%, 70.68%, 70.64% for flowering time, 79.44%, 79.55%, 79.38% for days to 5-cm elongated stalk, respectively, but no polygene heritability was detected in BI, B2 and F2 generation. It indicated that the bolting trait in Brassica rapa was controlled by one or tow major genes. [ Conclusion] This implied that in the genetic improvement for bolting resistant trait major gene was a main factor. It is fit for early selection and environment factor should be mentioned. 展开更多

As an Industrial Wireless Sensor Network(IWSN)is usually deployed in a harsh or unattended environment,the privacy security of data aggregation is facing more and more challenges.Currently,the data aggregation protocols mainly focus on improving the efficiency of data transmitting and aggregating,alternately,the aim at enhancing the security of data.The performances of the secure data aggregation protocols are the trade-off of several metrics,which involves the transmission/fusion,the energy efficiency and the security in Wireless Sensor Network(WSN).Unfortunately,there is no paper in systematic analysis about the performance of the secure data aggregation protocols whether in IWSN or in WSN.In consideration of IWSN,we firstly review the security requirements and techniques in WSN data aggregation in this paper.Then,we give a holistic overview of the classical secure data aggregation protocols,which are divided into three categories:hop-by-hop encrypted data aggregation,end-to-end encrypted data aggregation and unencrypted secure data aggregation.Along this way,combining with the characteristics of industrial applications,we analyze the pros and cons of the existing security schemes in each category qualitatively,and realize that the security and the energy efficiency are suitable for IWSN.Finally,we make the conclusion about the techniques and approach in these categories,and highlight the future research directions of privacy preserving data aggregation in IWSN. 展开更多

QTL Mapping of Vernalization Requirement in Brassica rapa

An F2 population, derived from a cross between the vernalization independent genotype ' RcBr' and the vernalization dependent genotype'08A061 ' , was developed to eonstruet a linkage map with 165 SSR and InDel markers. QTL analysis was performed by two phenotypie evaluation ( days to 5 em elongate stalk and flowering time) based on the difference in F2:3 families under vernalization and no vernalization. The results showed that the vernalization requirement was reeessive in Brassica rapa. Seven QTLs that controlled vernalization requirement were detected on A02 and A06 linkage groups, which explained phenotypic variation ranging from 0.08% to 22.52%. Two QTLs ( VR-DE01, VR-b391 ) were detected on the top of A02, which explained 22.52% and 14. 54% of the phenotypic variation, respectively, and closely linked with BrFLC2 gene. Two QTLs (VR-DE03, VR-DE04) were deteeted on A06 with 13.30% and 13.64% of phenotypie variation. These detected QTLs will provide useful information on understanding the genetic basis between vernalization requirement and bolting, and that will be useful for marker-assisted selection (MAS) in a breeding program for bolting resistant eultivars. 展开更多

In this research,core-shell electrospun fibers loaded with the shell of cellulose acetate and the core of oleic acid and alkyd varnish resin were synthesized and used within poly(dimethyl siloxane)(PDMS)to prepare self-healing and p H-responsive coatings for a steel substrate.The morphology of the electrospun fibers was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and confocal fluorescence microscopy.Thermo gravimetric analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy revealed that the self-healing agents were loaded successfully with a loading rate of 2.9%.The properties of the fiber-PDMS composite coating were characterized by water contact angle measurements,mechanical tests,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and scanning Kelvin probe.Results show that the maximum self-healing efficiencies of the fiber-PDMS coating in alkaline and acidic solution are 95.96%and 97.04%,respectively.The composition of the self-healing agents at the damaged part of the coating was verified by an infrared mapping test and using an energy dispersive spectrometer.In addition,the sandpaper abrasion test shows the hydrophobic effect of fiber-PDMS coating remains above 88.2%and decreases slightly through the addition of abrasion cycles.This research can pave the way for the industrial applications of p H-responsive self-healing coatings. 展开更多

Marine fouling is a worldwide challenge with huge damages on industrial structures,side effects on economics of industries,and environmental and safety-related hazards.Different approaches have been used for combating fouling in the marine environment.Meanwhile,nanocomposite polymer coatings are a novel generation of antifouling coatings with merits of toxin-free chemical composition and ease of large-scale application.Nanomaterials such as nano-metals,nano-metal oxides,metal-organic frameworks,carbon-based nanostructures,MXene,and nanoclays have antibacterial and antifouling properties in the polymer coatings.Besides,these nanomaterials can improve the corrosion resistance,mechanical strength,weathering stability,and thermal resistance of the polymer coatings.Therefore,in this review paper,the antifouling nanocomposite coatings are introduced and antifouling mechanisms are discussed.This review explicitly indicates that the antifouling efficiency of the nanocomposite coatings depends on the properties of the polymer matrix,the inherent properties of the nanomaterials,the weight percent and the dispersion method of the nanomaterials within the coating matrix,and the chemicals used for modifying the surface of the nanomaterials;meanwhile,the hybrids of different nanomaterials and appropriate chemical agents could be used to improve the antifouling behavior of the prepared nanocomposites.Moreover,the theoretical studies are introduced to pave the way of researchers working on theantifouling coatings,and the importance of the theoretical studies and computational modeling along with the experimental research is notified to develop antifouling coatings with high efficiency. 展开更多

The capacitance loss caused by slow electron and ion migration kinetics in thick electrode with high-mass loading has been regarded as a great challenge in the field of electrochemical energy storage.Herein,we demonstrate a facile electrochemical deposition method for coating the heterostructured Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/WO_(x) onto flexible carbon cloth( Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/WO_(x)@CC).In the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/WO_(x) heterojunction,the mixed-valence WOx core provides abundant active sites for H+ions accommodation,while Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx shell can not only prevent peeling off the thick WOx but also act as an interconnected conductive network.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/WO_(x)@CC flexible electrode with an ultrahigh mass loading of 34.9 mg·cm^(−2) exhibits a high areal capacitance of 5.73 F·cm^(−2) at 5 mA·cm^(−2) and excellent rate capability.Notably,the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/WO_(x)@CC electrode under such a high mass loading still delivers a gravimetric capacitance of 164 F·g^(−1) and areal capacitance of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/WO_(x)@CC electrode increases linearly with the WOx mass loading.Furthermore,a symmetrical supercapacitor assembled with Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/WO_(x)@CC electrode exhibits a good areal energy density of 96.8μWh·cm^(−2) at a power density of 1.5 mW·cm^(−2).This work verifies high mass loading of active materials per unit electrode area for charge storage of supercapacitors in limited space,indicating the great potential in the development of commercially available thick metal-oxide film supercapacitors. 展开更多
