In Situ Formation of LiF-Rich Carbon Interphase on Silicon Particles for Cycle-Stable Battery Anodes

Silicon(Si)is a potential high-capacity anode material for the next-generation lithium-ion battery with high energy density.However,Si anodes suff er from severe interfacial chemistry issues,such as side reactions at the electrode/electrolyte interface,leading to poor electrochemical cycling stability.Herein,we demonstrate the fabrication of a conformal fl uorine-containing carbon(FC)layer on Si particles(Si-FC)and its in situ electrochemical conversion into a LiF-rich carbon layer above 1.5 V(vs.Li^(+)/Li).The as-formed LiF-rich carbon layer not only isolates the active Si and electrolytes,leading to the suppression of side reactions,but also induces the formation of a robust solid-electrolyte interface(SEI),leading to the stable interfacial chemistry of as-designed Si-FC particles.The Si-FC electrode has a high initial Coulombic effi ciency(CE)of 84.8%and a high reversible capacity of 1450 mAh/g at 0.4 C(1000 mA/g)for 300 cycles.In addition,a hybrid electrode consisting of 85 wt%graphite and 15 wt%Si-FC,and mass 2.3 mg/cm^(2) loading delivers a high areal capacity of 2.0 mAh/cm^(2) and a high-capacity retention of 93.2%after 100 cycles,showing the prospects for practical use. 展开更多

With the rapid development of 5G technology,it has become fast and easy for people to transmit information on the Internet.Digital images can express information more intuitively,so transmitting information through images has excellent applications.This paper uses a new chaotic system called 1D-Sin-Logistic-Map(1D-SLM).1D-SLM has two control parameters,which can provide larger parameter space,and the parameter space in the chaotic state is continuous.Through Lyapunov exponent analysis(LE),bifurcation diagrams analysis,spectral entropy analysis(SE),and 0-1 test,it is verified that 1D-SLM has complex dynamic behavior and is very suitable for cryptography.Compared with other 1D chaotic systems,the 1D-SLM has a larger Lyapunov exponent(LE)and spectral entropy(SE).For color image encryption algorithms,only relying on chaotic mapping is not enough to ensure security.So combined with 1D-SLM,we design a color image encryption algorithm,which is implemented by plane expansion,which reduces the correlation between the three channels of color images.The experimental results show that the proposed cross-plane color image encryption algorithm is safe and resistant to common attack methods. 展开更多

开发高效水氧化催化剂对于太阳能分解水制氢和CO_2还原都具有重要意义.我们之前的研究表明,基于Ru-bda(bda=2,2'-联吡啶-6,6'-二羧酸)单体的双核钌催化剂在以(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6为氧化剂的化学法水氧化反应中表现出良好的催化性能,... 开发高效水氧化催化剂对于太阳能分解水制氢和CO_2还原都具有重要意义.我们之前的研究表明,基于Ru-bda(bda=2,2'-联吡啶-6,6'-二羧酸)单体的双核钌催化剂在以(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6为氧化剂的化学法水氧化反应中表现出良好的催化性能,比相同条件下单核钌催化剂的活性高出一个数量级.然而,该类双核钌催化剂的光催化水氧化性能尚未被系统研究.因此我们考察了以丙烷桥双核钌配合物为催化剂、[Ru(bpy)3]Cl2为光敏剂、Na2S2O8为电子牺牲体组成的三组分体系的光催化性能,并和相应的单核钌催化剂进行了对比,同时考察了溶液中乙腈的含量对单、双核钌分子催化剂光催化产氧性能和产氧机理的影响.实验结果表明,无论是单核还是双核钌催化剂,其催化活性与乙腈在磷酸缓冲溶液中的比例密切相关.乙腈的含量不仅影响了水氧化的驱动力,而且影响O-O的形成机理,改变反应的动力学和反应速率.单、双核钌催化剂的活性都随着乙腈比例的增加而增加,然而双核钌催化剂在低乙腈含量的缓冲溶液中展现优于单核钌催化剂的光催化性能;而在高乙腈含量的缓冲溶液中,双核钌催化剂和单核钌催化剂的光催化性能趋于相当.在最优化条件(60%乙腈)下,双核钌的光催化产氧TON值达到638,在450 nm的光量子效率达到77%.我们还发现,当乙腈浓度较低时,单核钌催化剂Ru-bda催化的水氧化反应为二级动力学;当乙腈浓度较高时,该催化剂在反应中表现为一级动力学.从而推测O-O键的形成机制由双分子自由基耦合转变成单分子亲核进攻,也解释了为什么高乙腈含量下单核和双核钌催化剂的活性差别不大.本研究所展示的Ru-bda的溶剂效应可能同样适用于电化学和光电化学水氧化,对深入理解和设计高效太阳能分解水器件具有重要意义. 展开更多

Objective:The programmed cell death-1 receptor/programmed cell death-1 ligand (PD-1/PD-L1) pathway plays a crucial role in tumor evasion from host immunity.This study was designed to evaluate the association between circulating PD-L1 expression and prognosis in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Totally 80 advanced gastric cancer patients and 40 health controls from Beijing Cancer Hospital were enrolled in the present study.Circulating PD-L1 expression was tested by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The associations between the expression level of PD-L1 and clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed statistically.Results:Expression of PD-L1 in advanced gastric cancer patients was significandy up-regulated compared with health people (P=0.006).The expression of PD-L1 was significantly correlated with differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P=0.026 and P=0.041,respectively).Although we didn't find significant difference in all advanced gastric cancer patients with different PD-L1 expression,the adenocarcinoma patients with higher up-regulated PD-L1 expression had much better prognosis than low expression patients (65.6% vs.44.7%,P=0.028).Conclusions:PD-L1 was elevated in advance gastric cancer patients and may play an important role in tumor immune evasion and patients prognosis. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate Leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor 5 (LGR5) expressions in gastric cancer and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods: LGR5 expression was assessed by immunohistochemistry in 257 gastric cancer patients after surgery. The relationships between LGR5 expression and clinicopathological features and patients prognosis were statistically analyzed. Results: The expression of LGR5 was significantly higher in gastric cancers as a cancer stem cell marker than in adjacent normal tissues (P〈0.001), and more frequently in patients with intestinal type, well-moderate differentiation and stage I and II (P〈0.05). Although we found gastric cancer patients with LGR5 positive expression had a poorer prognosis, it didn't meet statistical significance (P〉0.05). LGR5 negative expression was significantly related to the favorable overall survival in stage I and II gastric cancer patients (P〈0.05). Furthermore, patients with high LGR5 expression tended to be more likely to get progression and have poorer progress-free survival (P〈0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that LGR5 expression was an independent factor of overall survival for the patients with stage I and II gastric cancer (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Our results show that LGR5 may play an important role in tumorigenesis and progression and would be a powerful marker to predict the prognosis of patients with stage I and II gastric cancer. 展开更多

Element doping has been proved to be a useful method to correct for the mass bias fractionation when analyzing iron isotope compositions.We present a systematic re-assessment on how the doped nickel may affect the iron isotope analysis in this study by carrying out several experiments.We find three important factors that can affect the analytical results,including the Ni:Fe ratio in the analyte solutions,the match of the Ni:Fe ratio between the unknown sample and standard solutions,and the match of the Fe concentration between the sample and standard solutions.Thus,caution is required when adding Ni to the analyte Fe solutions before analysis.Using our method,theδ56Fe and δ57Fe values of the USGS standards W-2 a,BHVO-2,BCR-2,AGV-2 and GSP-2 are consistent with the recommended literature values,and the long-term(one year) external reproducibility is better than 0.03 and 0.05‰(2 SD) for δ56Fe and δ57Fe,respectively.Therefore,the analytical method established in our laboratory is a method of choice for high quantity Fe isotope data in geological materials. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE To summarize a common pathogenetic condition,the pathologic characteristics shown in frozen section and ourexperience utilizing 2 different diagnostic methods in cases ofcommon thyroid diseases (TD).METHODS Data from 638 cases with frozen sections fromthyroid tissue were retrospectively analyzed.The intraoperativefrozen sections of the patients and postoperative diagnostic resultsof routine paraffin sections were compared.RESULTS In the 683 patients,the gender ratio of females tomales was 2.64:1,and the ratio between the patients with nodulargoiter (NG) and the patients with thyroid adenoma was 1.5:1.Theoldest age group of patients with thyroid cancer (TC) ranged from40 to 49 years.Frozen section pathologic examination has beenemployed more and more in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases,and the detection rate of TC has increased year by year,i.e.,therate increased to 6.45%,7.58%,14.55% and 16.57%,respectively,in2005,2006,2007 and 2008.Thyroid papillary carcinoma (TPC) wasthe most commonly seen malignant tumor of the thyroid (MTT),which accounted for approximately 94.8% of MTTs and 11.44%of the total TDs.Micropapillary carcinoma accounted for 27.4%of TPC,and multifocal carcinomas accounted for 15.58% of TCs.Many of the TCs (19.48%) were complicated by benign diseasessuch as adenoma,NG and thyroiditis.The coincidence rate ofdiagnoses made by frozen section and paraffin embedding forthyroid disease was 98.59%.Calcification was rather common inNG and TPC,and there were significant differences in psammomabodies (PMB) between the calcifications of TPC and NG (P<0.01).CONCLUSION TPC ranks first in the incidence of MTTsand accounts for 94.8% of all MTTs.About 1/4 of TPCs aremicropapillary carcinoma,while 1/5 are accompanied by benigndisease,such as adenoma,NG and thyroiditis.PMB are ofimportance and of significance in the diagnosis of TPC. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the association of membrane-associated guanylate kinase inverted 1(MAGI1) with gastric cancer(GC) and the related molecular mechanisms.Methods: The reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry(IHC)were utilized to measure the MAGI1 expression level in GC tissues. Quantitative real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to ensure the MAGI1 expression in GC cell lines. Small hairpin RNA(sh RNA) was applied for knockdown of endogenous MAGI1 in GC cells. MTT assay and colony formation assay, scratch wounding migration assay and transwell chamber migration assay, as well as transwell chamber invasion assay were employed respectively to investigate the GC cell proliferation, migration and invasion in MAGI1-knockdown and control GC cells. The potential molecular mechanism mediated by MAGI1 was studied using Western blotting and RT- PCR.Results: RT-PCR and IHC verified MAGI1 was frequently expressed in matched adjacent noncancerous mucosa compared with GC tissues and the expression of MAGI1 was related to clinical pathological parameters. Functional assays indicated that MAGI1 knockdown significantly promoted GC cell migration and invasion. Further mechanism investigation demonstrated that one pathway of MAGI1 inhibiting migration and invasion was mainly by altering the expression of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)-related molecules via inhibiting MAPK/ERK signaling pathway.Conclusions: MAGI1 was associated with GC clinical pathological parameters and acted as a tumor suppressor via inhibiting of MAPK/ERK signaling pathway in GC. 展开更多

化石燃料燃烧带来的硫排放将导致酸雨的产生,因而实现燃油深度脱硫显得至关重要。多酸(POM)基共价有机骨架材料具有氧化还原性、可调的亲疏水性、可循环再生等特点,被认为是燃油氧化脱硫的一种优异催化材料。本实验在科研成果的基础上... 化石燃料燃烧带来的硫排放将导致酸雨的产生,因而实现燃油深度脱硫显得至关重要。多酸(POM)基共价有机骨架材料具有氧化还原性、可调的亲疏水性、可循环再生等特点,被认为是燃油氧化脱硫的一种优异催化材料。本实验在科研成果的基础上创新设计了一个综合实验。通过离子交换法将强氧化型多酸分子(NH_(4))_(5)H_(6)PMo_(4)V_(8)O_(40)(简写为PMo_(4)V_(8))引入共价有机骨架(COF),合成了一种多酸基共价有机骨架材料(POM@EB-COF,EB代表溴化乙啶)。利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、元素分析等表征手段对材料结构进行解析。以含有二苯并噻吩的十氢萘作为模型燃油,体系中通入氧气,在PMo_(4)V_(8)@EB-COF固体材料表面进行二苯并噻吩的氧化反应,考察其氧化脱硫性能。研究结果表明,以PMo_(4)V_(8)@EB-COF作为氧化脱硫催化剂,反应温度为100℃,反应时间2.5 h,二苯并噻吩(DBT)的转化率达96.6%,DBT氧化产物砜的选择性达100%,PMo_(4)V_(8)@EB-COF展现出优异的催化性能。本实验涉及多个化学二级学科的知识要点,普及了合成化学与绿色化学的理念,也适用于模块化实验教学以满足不同教学要求,提高了学生的创新意识和综合能力。 展开更多

The testing on the bearing strength of single-shear bolt jointed composite laminates structure is done.And the effect of the fixture on the testing results is analyzed. Then a macro-micro multi-scale analytical model combined with the improved"Generalized Method of Cells( GMC) "is developed,which is used to predict the macro bearing strength and to characterize the micro constitute material failure of the bolt jointed composite laminates structure. Both the contact conditions at the bolt/hole boundary and the contact conditions at the specimen/fixture boundary,progressive damage,and the material properties degradation are all taken account into the analytical model. Thus,the numerical simulation results agree well with the experimental results.Finally,the effect of the fixture on the testing results is characterized. The results show that the incomplete contaction between the fixture and the specimen or the lack of the lateral constraint on the specimen will affect the limited bearing strength and the offset bearing strength of the bolt jointed composite laminates structure. In addition,the lower support rigid of the fixture will affect the rigid of the bolt jointed composite laminates structure. 展开更多

The cnr (colorless non-ripening) epimutation resulted from hypermethylation in a 286 bp region of LeSPL-CNR promoter inhibits normal fruit ripening. In present study, potential regulators of LeSPL-CNR, which could bind to the specific 286 bp region, were screened via south-western blotting and yeast one-hybrid (Y1H) library screening system. Results indicated that a total of 13 and 19 candidate proteins were acquired respectively, and both ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase and 40S ribosomal protein were identified by two methods. These would provide some information for revealing roles of DNA methylation and the regulatory mechanism for LeSPL-CNR. 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate correlations between proportion and distribution of tumor stroma and MDCT early phase enhancement character in solid lung adenocarcinoma, and compare with microvessel density and histological subtypes. Methods: Thirty-one patients with lung adenocarcinoma shown as solid solitary pulmonary nodules underwent routine con-trast-enhanced MDCT followed by surgical resections. CT character included net enhancement and distribution of enhance-ment. The largest cut surface of tumor specimens were stained by hematoxylin and eosin. About 25 fields of view of each specimen were scanned as digitized pictures at low magnification. Semi-auto segmentation software was used to calculate mean stroma proportion. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to represent the relationships between extent of tumor en-hancement, proportion of tumor stroma and MVD respectively. Fisher's exact test was used to analyze statistical differences in degree of CT enhancement among groups of different histological subtypes. Results: Proportion of invasive tumor stroma (13.2%-54.5%, mean 26.2 ± 8.8%) was correlated positively with net enhancement (8-60.8 HU, mean 31.2 ± 13.6 HU; r = 0.483, P = 0.006) which was more than MVD. 58.1% cases showed homogenous enhancement, 32.3% cases showed periph-eral inhomogenous enhancement, 3.2% cases showed central inhomogenous enhancement, 3.2% cases showed asymmetri-cal inhomogenous enhancement, and 3.2% cases showed no enhancement. 58.1% cases' stroma showed mixed distribution, 35.5% cases showed peripheral distribution, 3.2% cases showed central distribution, and 3.2% cases showed asymmetrical distribution. Significantly more adenocarcinomas classified with "net enhancement > 20 HU" were found in the acinar group than in the solid with mucin subtype (P = 0.005). Conclusion: Extent of CT enhancement reflects underlying not only the tumor angiogenesis but also stroma proliferation in solid small lung adenocarcinoma. Tumor stroma proportion could reflect the histopathologic basis of small lung adenocarcinoma's CT enhancement substantially than MVD. Distribution between enhancement and tumor stroma have good correspondence. Most of acinar adenocarcinomas have higher degree of CT net enhancement than solid with mucin adenocarcinomas. 展开更多
