Wendan decoction improves learning and memory deficits in a rat model of schizophrenia

An experimental model of schizophrenia was established using dizocilpine （MK-801）. Rats were intragastrically administered with Wendan decoction or clozapine for 21 days prior to establishing the model. The results revealed that the latency of schizophrenia model rats to escape from the hidden platform in the Morris water maze was significantly shortened after administration of Wendan decoction or clozapine. In addition, the treated rats crossed the platform significantly more times than the untreated model rats. Moreover, the rate of successful long-term potentiation induction in the Wendan decoction group and clozapine group were also obviously increased compared with the model group, and the population spike peak latency was significantly shortened. These experimental findings suggest that Wendan decoction can improve the learning and memory ability of schizophrenic rats to the same extent as clozapine treatment.

Reflection and transmission of an Airy beam in a dielectric slab

The reflection and transmission of a finite-power Airy beam incident on a dielectric slab are investigated by an analytical method.Based on the plane-wave angular spectrum expansion and Fresnel approximation,the analytical expressions of the reflected field,internal field as well as transmitted field in each region are obtained.Through numerical simulations,the intensity distributions of the incident beam,reflected beam,internal beam as well as transmitted beam are presented at oblique incidence.Besides,we also compare the intensity distributions of the geometrical-optics beam field,the first order beam mode field and the actual beam field,which indicates that the contribution of each order beam mode field to the actual beam field is related to the refractive index of the dielectric slab.Meanwhile,the reflection characteristics of the Airy beams in the special cases of Brewster incidence and total reflection are investigated.Finally,the effects of the optical thickness and refractive index of the dielectric slab on the peak intensity distributions and beam shifts of the reflected and transmitted beams are also discussed in detail.The analytical and numerical results will be useful to analyze the propagation dynamics of Airy beam in the dielectric slab and provide some theoretical supports to the design of optical film.

五个家族性腺瘤性息肉病家系分析

目的分析5个家族性腺瘤性息肉病(FAP)家系,总结常染色体显性遗传规律。方法对5个FAP家系进行调查分析,取外周血、粪便行全外显子组测序(WES)筛查大肠癌基因,行结肠镜检查并取活体组织进行病理分析。结果5个家系中,连续几代发生FAP,当父亲或者母亲患FAP后,其子代发生FAP的概率均等(50%),无性别差异,发病者均存在腺瘤样结肠息肉病基因(APC)突变,未成年人中未见发病,部分患者患有2种以上肿瘤。结论在有FAP病史的家系中,未成年人一般不发病,成年后均需要进行APC基因检测及结肠镜检查,一旦发现腺瘤需要尽早进行内镜下治疗,避免结直肠癌的发生。

舒林酸联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗家族性腺瘤性息肉病的作用及其机制初探

目的探讨舒林酸联合双歧杆菌三联活菌(培菲康)治疗家族性腺瘤性息肉病(FAP)的疗效及其机制。方法收集2013年1月1日至2022年1月1日在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院就诊的FAP患者,采用随机数字表法,将经胃肠镜检查及组织病理学检查确诊的这些FAP患者,分为舒林酸组、培菲康组、舒林酸联合培菲康组3组。舒林酸组口服舒林酸400 mg/d,疗程为1年;培菲康组口服培菲康6粒/d,疗程1年;舒林酸联合培菲康组,口服舒林酸400 mg/d+6粒培菲康/d,疗程1年。每4个月结肠镜复查1次,观察每组患者一般情况,腺瘤的病理类型、大小、数目。采用16sRNA高通量测序分析患者粪便菌群变化Western blot检测凋亡抑制蛋白Bcl-2的表达。结果入组患者共90例,每组30例,舒林酸联合培菲康组于治疗后4、8、12个月腺瘤的病理类型:管状腺瘤分别占活检腺瘤总数分别为90.5%、94.4%、99.2%;绒毛管状腺瘤占9.5%、5.6%、0.8%;舒林酸组分别为85.3%、90.4%、95.2%,培菲康组分别为80.5%、85.3%、90.2%。舒林酸+培菲康组与培菲康组、舒林酸组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)16sRNA测序提示舒林酸联合培菲康组厚壁菌门和放线菌门比例增加,而拟杆菌门比例降低。Western blot显示舒林酸联合培菲康组Bcl-2表达显著较其它组降低(P<0.05)。结论舒林酸联合培菲康能有效的治疗FAP,其疗效优于单纯服用舒林酸组和培菲康组。可能的机制与降低Bcl-2,减少对凋亡的抑制,促进了腺瘤的凋亡,同时改善了肠内环境菌群有关。

肝细胞核因子-1α基因突变协同腺瘤样结肠息肉病基因突变对家族性腺瘤性息肉病细胞增殖的影响

目的探讨肝细胞核因子-1α(HNF-1α)基因突变协同腺瘤样结肠息肉病基因(APC)突变对家族性腺瘤性息肉病(FAP)细胞增殖的影响。方法利用RNA干扰技术,构建HNF-1α基因突变协同APC突变细胞模型,通过MTT法、克隆形成、划痕试验、细胞迁移、细胞侵袭及致瘤等实验观察HNF-1α基因突变协同APC突变对FAP细胞的增殖能力。结果与单突变组比较,HNF-1α基因突变协同APC突变组FAP细胞具有较强的细胞克隆形成、细胞迁移、细胞侵袭及致瘤性。结论HNF-1α基因协同APC突变促进了FAP细胞增殖。
