Lithium-sulfur(Li-S) battery has been considered as one of the most promising rechargeable batteries among various energy storage devices owing to the attractive ultrahigh theoretical capacity and low cost. However, the performance of Li-S batteries is still far from theoretical prediction because of the inherent insulation of sulfur, shuttling of soluble polysulfides, swelling of cathode volume and the formation of lithium dendrites. Significant efforts have been made to trap polysulfides via physical strategies using carbon based materials, but the interactions between polysulfides and carbon are so weak that the device performance is limited. Chemical strategies provide the relatively complemented routes for improving the batteries' electrochemical properties by introducing strong interactions between functional groups and lithium polysulfides. Therefore, this review mainly discusses the recent advances in chemical absorption for improving the performance of Li-S batteries by introducing functional groups(oxygen, nitrogen, and boron, etc.) and chemical additives(metal, polymers, etc.) to the carbon structures, and how these foreign guests immobilize the dissolved polysulfides. 展开更多

In this review, the research progress of bio-inspired polarized skylight navigation is evaluated from the perspectives of theoretical basis, information detection, sensor design, and navigation realization. First, the theory for characterizing the polarization mode of the skylight was introduced. Second, using sunlight, moonlight, and ocean as backgrounds, the measurement results of skylight polarization distribution under different weather conditions are described to compare the variation patterns. Third, the development history and research outcomes of bionic polarization navigation sensor for polarized skylight detection and navigation information calculation are categorized into two types, namely non-imaging and imaging types. In precision measurement, the non-imaging type is higher than the imaging type, and the accuracy that it can reach is ± 0.1° of navigation accuracy without drift error. Fourth, two polarized skylight orientation algorithms,E-vector-based method and Solar Meridian-Anti Solar Meridian(SM-ASM)-based method are summarized. Fifth, this review details the combined application of polarized skylight navigation sensors and Inertial Navigation System(INS), Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS), Vision,Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM), and other navigation systems. The yaw and trajectory accuracy can be increased by about 40% compared to classical navigation system in complex outdoor environments. In information fusion,the uncertain information from different sources might be modeled with different theoretical frameworks.When one needs to fuse the uncertain information represented by different uncertainty theories,constructing the transformation between different frameworks is crucial.Various transformations of a Fuzzy Membership Function(FMF)into a Basic Belief Assignment(BBA)have been proposed,where the transformations based on uncertainty maximization and minimization can determine the BBA without preselecting the focal elements.However,these two transformations that based on uncertainty optimization emphasize the extreme cases of uncertainty.To avoid extreme attitudinal bias,a trade-off or moderate BBA with the uncertainty degree between the minimal and maximal ones is more preferred.In this paper,two moderate transformations of an FMF into a trade-off BBA are proposed.One is the weighted average based transformation and the other is the optimization-based transformation with weighting mechanism,where the weighting factor can be user-specified or determined with some prior information.The rationality and effectiveness of our transformations are verified through numerical examples and classification examples. 展开更多

【目的】劳尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)在茄科作物上引起严重的细菌性青枯病,本研究旨在发掘青枯劳尔氏菌与致病相关的基因。【方法】利用Tn5转座子构建随机插入突变体,分析生物膜形成、细胞运动和致病性;对有表型变化的突变体,运用... 【目的】劳尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)在茄科作物上引起严重的细菌性青枯病,本研究旨在发掘青枯劳尔氏菌与致病相关的基因。【方法】利用Tn5转座子构建随机插入突变体,分析生物膜形成、细胞运动和致病性;对有表型变化的突变体,运用TAIL-PCR方法鉴定Tn5插入位点,确定所突变的基因。【结果】以模式菌株GMI000为出发菌,总共获得了400个突变体,其中2个突变体不能形成生物膜,在软琼脂平板上的运动能力下降;接种感病番茄植物,这2个突变体都不能引起萎焉症状。TAIL-PCR结果显示,2个突变体的Tn5插入位点都在NADH脱氢酶F亚基(nuoF)中,距离翻译起始位点分别为103-bp和225-bp。ripAY基因启动子推动的nuoF基因互补载体,完全恢复了2个突变体的表型。【结论】NADH脱氢酶复合物是微生物呼吸电子传递链中的第一步催化酶。我们的结果表明,NADH脱氢酶复合物对R. solanacearum生物膜形成、细胞运动和致病性也有重要作用。 展开更多

To investigate the containment characteristics and mechanisms of axial compressor blade and casing in turboshaft engine,experimental and simulation research is conducted on Titanium alloy axial compressor blades and stainless steel simulator casings in this paper.Experiments for four thicknesses(from 0.8 mm to 1.4 mm)of casings are presented on high-speed spin tester.Perforation,ricochet with and without failure of the casings are obtained in test results.Three obvious bulges or dishing region are observed,petaling failure occurs in the first bulge or the third deformation region.Parabolic and elongated dimples are observed at the fracture surface.Finite Element(FE)models with calibrated Johnson-Cook material behavior law are built and analyzed by using explicit dynamic software for a better understanding on the containment behavior.Good agreement is obtained between the experimental observations and numerical predictions.The evolution of the impact force,energy absorption,temperature increase and the cracks’propagation are analyzed.Three force peaks occur in the impact process.Energy analysis reveals that penetration condition of ricochet with failure leads to most internal energy of the casing. 展开更多

In the theory of belief functions,the evidence combination is a kind of decision-level information fusion.Given two or more Basic Belief Assignments(BBAs)originated from different information sources,the combination rule is used to combine them to expect a better decision result.When only a combined BBA is given and original BBAs are discarded,if one wants to analyze the difference between the information sources,evidence de-combination is needed to determine the original BBAs.Evidence de-combination can be considered as the inverse process of the information fusion.This paper focuses on such a defusion of information in the theory of belief functions.It is an under-determined problem if only the combined BBA is available.In this paper,two optimization-based approaches are proposed to de-combine a given BBA according to the criteria of divergence maximization and information maximization,respectively.The new proposed approaches can be used for two or more information sources.Some numerical examples and an example of application are provided to illustrate and validate our approaches. 展开更多
