Effects of Main Meteorological Disasters and Their Defense Counterm easures in Ningxia

[ Objective] The study aimed to discuss effects of major meteorological disasters on national economic construction as well as people's lives and property in Ningxia. [Method] Based on data about meteorological disas... [ Objective] The study aimed to discuss effects of major meteorological disasters on national economic construction as well as people's lives and property in Ningxia. [Method] Based on data about meteorological disasters over the past 50 years and their direct economic losses dur- ing 2003-2011 in Ningxia, effects of major meteorological disasters on national economic construction as well as people's lives and property were discussed, and some defense countermeasures of meteorological disasters were put forward. [ Result] In Ningxia, drought, rainstorm and flood, gale and dust, hail and thunderstorm had done considerable harm to national economic construction as well as people's lives and property. Since 2003, total direct economic losses caused by all meteorological disasters in Ningxia changed from 1.28 billion to 1.97 billion yuan and accounted for 0.8% -3.1% of GDP of Ningxia. Among them, the direct economic losses caused by drought were the highest and annual average value during 2003 -2011 reached 1.22 billion yuan, accounting for 77.6% of total direct economic losses caused by all meteorological disasters in Ningxia. The direct economic losses caused by rainstorm, flood and hail ranked second, and their annual average values were 0.11 billion and 0.12 billion yuan, accounting for 7.4% and 7.6% of total direct economic losses. Meanwhile, annual average direct economic losses caused by thunderstorm in Ningxia reached 1.18 million yuan. In addition, annual average value of the direct economic losses caused by gale and dust totaled 0.01 billion yuan, with a proportion of 1.0%. [ Conclusion] The research could provide scientific references for the defense of meteorological disasters in future. 展开更多

雄安新区发展智慧教育是实现"弯道超车"的战略选择,是推动京津冀协同发展的重要举措。智慧教育强调新一代信息技术在促进教育上的巨大潜力,智慧教育的建设以教育信息化为基础,分步骤地重点关注智慧学习环境建设、新型教学模... 雄安新区发展智慧教育是实现"弯道超车"的战略选择,是推动京津冀协同发展的重要举措。智慧教育强调新一代信息技术在促进教育上的巨大潜力,智慧教育的建设以教育信息化为基础,分步骤地重点关注智慧学习环境建设、新型教学模式建设和现代教育制度建设。智慧教育以教学模式的创新为内生动力,将推动区域教育公共服务能力提升。对雄安新区的基线调研表明:雄安新区生师比高,中学阶段生源回流;教学计算机、新型教室及网络等基础设施薄弱;教学理念、师资和课程资源建设难以达到教学模式创新的要求;教育财政经费不足,教师待遇偏低。国际四大湾区实施创新驱动战略的经验表明,创新驱动模式并不唯一。各湾区的教育受到模式影响呈现不同的特色,但在产学研的深度结合上具有共性。本项目研究雄安新区的基线调研,对标四大湾区促进创新驱动而进行的教育布局,从智慧教育环境建设、教学模式提升及现代教育制度建设三个角度提出未来雄安新区发展智慧教育的十条建议。 展开更多

The treatment ofwastewater that includes toxic organic pollutants such as dyes, phenoaniline, phenols and their derivatives is still a challenge due to their biorecalcitrant and acute toxicity to the widespread acceptance of water recycling. Three-dimensional (3D) Bi2WO6 microsphere was synthesized by the hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3 and Na2WO4 as raw materials. This structure exhibits high photocatalytic activity for the dyes, toxic organic compounds. The degradation of methlyene blue is 100% in 30 min, 4-nitrylphenol is 95% in 60min and p-nitrylphenol is 95% in 75min in ultraviolet (UV) light irradiation. 3D Bi2WO6 microsphere is also a good photocatalyst to treat the printing and dyeing sewage, and exhibits high repeatability. After being used the 20th time, Bi2WO6 still has high activity to degrade the printing and dyeing sewage, which is very important for a photocatalyst to be used in industry. A sea-urchin-like CuO/ZnO porous nanostructure is obtained via a simple solution method followed by a calcination process.There are abundant pores among the resulting nanowires due to the thermal decomposition of copper-zinc hydroxide carbonate.The specific surface area of the as-prepared CuO/ZnO sample is determined as 31.3 m^(2)·g^(-1).The gas-sensing performance of the sea-urchin-like CuO/ZnO sensor is studied by exposure to volatile organic compound(VOC)vapors.With contrast to a pure porous sea-urchin-like ZnO sensor,the sea-urchin-like CuO/ZnO sensor shows superior gas-sensing behavior for acetone,formaldehyde,methanol,toluene,isopropanol and ethanol.It exhibits a high response of 52.6-100 ppm acetone vapor,with short response/recovery time.This superior sensing behavior is mainly ascribed to the porous nanowireassembled structure with abundant p-n heterojunctions. 展开更多

Pharmacist-led interventions have demonstrated significant benefits for older adults,with a plethora of studies dedicated to this subject.A bibliometric study was conducted to assess the current state of research and summarize key themes in the domain of pharmacist-led interventions for older adults.The analysis encompassed publications available in the Web of Science Core Collection from its inception until September 8,2022.To perform the bibliometric analysis,VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were employed.The initial query yielded a substantial 6084 relevant documents spanning the period from 1995 to September 8,2022.Of these,5496(constituting 90.34%)were categorized as“Article”.Notably,the yearly output of publications displayed an upward trajectory.This body of work emanated from 120 countries and regions,with the United States being the foremost contributor,accounting for the majority of publications(n=2637).The University of Sydney in Australia emerged as the institution with the highest number of publications(n=155).Timothy F Chen,affiliated with the University of Sydney,was the most prolific author,boasting 35 publications.Joseph T Hanlon,a scholar affiliated with the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia,emerged as the most frequently co-cited author.When considering journal productivity,The Journal of Managed Care&Specialty Pharmacy stood out as the most prolific journal(n=251).Conversely,the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society garnered the highest number of co-citations(n=5293).The predominant research themes encompassed the development of new criteria,updates to existing criteria,the utilization of criteria for identifying potentially inappropriate medications in older populations,concerns surrounding inappropriate polypharmacy in this demographic,and the evaluation of the positive impact of pharmacist-led interventions for older adults.In conclusion,this comprehensive bibliometric analysis offers a panoramic view of pharmacist-led interventions for older adults,providing valuable insights into the field’s evolution over the past three decades. 展开更多
