Rail transit plays a key role in mitigating transportation system carbon emissions.Accurate measurement of urban rail transit carbon emission can help quantify the contribution of urban rail transit towards urban transportation carbon emission reduction.Since the whole life cycle of urban rail transit carbon emission measurement involves a wide range of aspects,a systematic framework model is required for analysis.This research reviews the existing studies on carbon emission of urban rail transit.First,the characteristics of urban rail transit carbon emission were determined and the complexity of carbon emission measurement was analyzed.Then,the urban rail transit carbon emission measurement models were compared and analyzed in terms of the selection of research boundaries,the types of greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions calculation,and the accuracy of the measurement.Following that,an intelligent station was introduced to analyze the practical application of digital collaboration technology and energy-saving and carbon-reducing system platforms for rail transit.Finally,the urgent problems and future research directions at this stage were discussed.This research presents the necessity of establishing a dynamic carbon emission factor library and the important development trend of system integration of carbon emission measurement and digital system technology. 展开更多

In wind tunnel tests for the full-model fixed with sting,the low structural damping of the long cantilever sting results in destructive low-frequency and large-amplitude vibration.In order to obtain high-quality wind tunnel test data and ensure the safety of wind tunnel tests,an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD(Proportion Differentiation)control method is proposed.This method is used for active vibration control of a cantilever structure under variable aerodynamic load excitation,and real-time adjustment of parameters is achieved according to the system characteristics of vibration energy.Meanwhile,a real-time method is proposed to estimate the real-time vibration energy through the vibration acceleration signal,and the average exciting power of aerodynamic load is obtained by deducting the part of the power contributed by the vibration suppressor from the total power.Furthermore,an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller is proposed to achieve adaptive control to the changes of the aerodynamic load.Besides,the subsonic and transonic experiments were carried out in wind tunnel,the results revealed that comparing to fixed gain PD controllers,the energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller maintains higher performance. 展开更多

Exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have demonstrated regenerative potential for cell-free bone tissue engineering,nevertheless,certain challenges,including the confined therapeutic potency of exosomes and ineffective delivery method,are still persisted.Here,we confirmed that hypoxic precondition could induce enhanced secretion of exosomes from stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth(SHEDs)via comprehensive proteomics analysis,and the corresponding hypoxic exosomes(H-Exo)exhibited superior potential in promoting cellular angiogenesis and osteogenesis via the significant up-regulation in focal adhesion,VEGF signaling pathway,and thyroid hormone synthesis.Then,we developed a platform technology enabling the effective delivery of hypoxic exosomes with sustained release kinetics to irregular-shaped bone defects via injection.This platform is based on a simple adsorbing technique,where exosomes are adsorbed onto the surface of injectable porous poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)microspheres with bioinspired polydopamine(PDA)coating(PMS-PDA microspheres).The PMS-PDA microspheres could effectively adsorb exosomes,show sustained release of H-Exo for 21 days with high bioactivity,and induce vascularized bone regeneration in 5-mm rat calvarial defect.These findings indicate that the hypoxic precondition and PMS-PDA porous microsphere-based exosome delivery are efficient in inducing tissue regeneration,hence facilitating the clinical translation of exosome-based therapy. 展开更多
