Chitosan oligosaccharides(COSs)are the main degradation products from chitosan or chitin and have been reported to induce resistance to diseases in herbaceous plants like cucumber and Arabidopsis.Concomitantly,pine wi...Chitosan oligosaccharides(COSs)are the main degradation products from chitosan or chitin and have been reported to induce resistance to diseases in herbaceous plants like cucumber and Arabidopsis.Concomitantly,pine wilt disease(PWD)is a devastating disease of conifer tree species.Here,we hypothesized that COSs induce plant resistance gene(PRG)expression in the woody plant Masson pine,Pinus massoniana.COSs were inoculated into P.massoniana seedlings and the BGISEQ-500 platform was used to generate transcriptomes from COSs-treated P.massoniana and control seedlings.A total of 501 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified by comparing the treatment and control groups.A total of 251(50.1%)DEGs were up-regulated in the treatment relative to the control seedlings and 250(49.9%)were down-regulated.Inoculation of COSs induced the expression of 31 PRGs in P.massoniana seedlings and the relative expression levels of six of the PRGs were verified by RT-qPCR.This is the first study to demonstrate that COS induces the expression of PRGs in a tree species.These results provide important insights into the function of COSs and further the prospects of developing a COS-based immune inducer for controlling PWD.展开更多

Short basal internodes are important for lodging resistance of rice(Oryza sativa L.).Several canopy indices affect the elongation of basal internodes,but uncertainty as to the key factors determining elongation of bas...Short basal internodes are important for lodging resistance of rice(Oryza sativa L.).Several canopy indices affect the elongation of basal internodes,but uncertainty as to the key factors determining elongation of basal internodes persists.The objectives of this study were(1)to identify key factors affecting the elongation of basal internodes and(2)to establish a quantitative relationship between basal internode length and canopy indices.An inbred rice cultivar,Yinjingruanzhan,was grown in two split-plot field experiments with three N rates(0,75,and 150 kg N ha−1 in early season and 0,90,and 180 kg N ha−1 in late season)as main plots,three seedling densities(16.7,75.0,and 187.5 seedlings m−2)as subplots,and three replications in the 2015 early and late seasons in Guangzhou,China.Light intensity at base of canopy(Lb),light quality as determined from red/far-red light ratio(R/FR),light transmission ratio(LTR),leaf area index(LAI),leaf N concentration(NLV)and final length of second internode(counted from soil surface upward)(FIL)were recorded.Higher N rate and seedling density resulted in significantly longer FIL.FIL was negatively correlated with Lb,LTR,and R/FR(P<0.01)and positively correlated with LAI(P<0.01),but not correlated with NLV(P>0.05).Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that FIL was strongly associated with Lb and LAI(R2=0.82).Heavy N application to pot-grown rice at the beginning of first internode elongation did not change FIL.We conclude that FIL is determined mainly by Lb and LAI at jointing stage.NLV has no direct effect on the elongation of basal internodes.N application indirectly affects FIL by changing LAI and light conditions in the rice canopy.Reducing LAI and improving canopy light transmission at jointing stage can shorten the basal internodes and increase the lodging resistance of rice.展开更多

However, less attention has been paid to air permeability and moisture loss prevention which also play important roles in injury healing. Methods: In the present work, we prepared a hyaluronic acid‐poloxamer (HA‐POL) hydrogel and tested the therapeutic effect of the hydrogel on skin‐wound healing. Results: The HA‐POL hydrogel transformed from sol to gel at 30°C, close to body temperature, and had stable moisturizing properties. HA‐POL hydrogel promoted skin‐wound healing and increased protein accumulation in the wound area. HA‐POL hydrogel allowed greater air permeability than Band‐aid, a typical wound covering. Results from transwell assays showed that the HA‐POL hydrogel effectively isolated skin‐wounds from bacterial invasion. Conclusion: This work demonstrates the advantages of using HA‐POL gel materials in the treatment of cutaneous wounds.展开更多

Whether IG...Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) is a common fetal development disorder which has great impact on neonatal health. Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF1) has an important role in regulating fetal growth. Whether IGF1 DNA methylation was associated with IUGR has not been studied. Placenta samples from IUGR (n = 27) and normal delivery (n = 29) were collected whereas basic information of mothers and infants were also collected. RT-PCR was performed to examine IGF1 transcriptions and bisulfite sequencing PCR was used for DNA methylation analysis. Gene expression analysis found IUGR had significantly lower IGF1 transcription compared to control group (IUGR: 0.330 ± 0.351;control group: 1.001 ± 0.800, t = 3.995, P IGF1 were all highly methylated and there is no difference on DNA methylation rate between IUGR and control group (IUGR: 75%;control group: 81%;P = 0.09). Interestingly, in both IUGR and control groups, male fetus had significantly higher methylation rate than female fetus (IUGR: male: 87%;female: 74%, P = 0.016;control: male: 82%;female: 69%, P = 0.012). There was no correlation between IGF1gene expression and DNA methylation rate (r = 0.095, P = 0.063). Intrauterine fetal growth restriction placenta had significantly lower IGF1gene expression;however, IGF1 DNA methylation level was similar. A potential fetus gender difference was also found in IGF1 DNA methylation rate.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao San on the brain-gut axis in rats exposed to chronic immobilization stress (ClS).Methods:Rats were divided into control,model,and treatment groups.The rats belonging to t...Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao San on the brain-gut axis in rats exposed to chronic immobilization stress (ClS).Methods:Rats were divided into control,model,and treatment groups.The rats belonging to the model and treatment groups were subjected to CIS for 21 consecutive days,during which they were administered Xiaoyao San decoction [3.854 g/(kg· d)] or vehicle by gavage,and their body weight gain,food intake and water intake were monitored.The rats were subsequently subjected to the open field test (OFT) and D-XyloSe absorption test,and the expression levels of neuropeptides secreted by the hypothalamus and stomach were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),radioimmune analysis,or real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Gastric mucosal morphology was also assessed.Results:The model rats exhibited complex brain-gut axis abnormalities following exposure to CIS,abnormalities signified by decreases in food intake,reductions in digestive absorption,decreases in body weight,decreases in the total distances traveled and increases in the time in the central zone during the OFT,gastric mucosal lesion development and decreases in gastrointestinal hormone secretion.These changes were reversed after treatment with Xiaoyao San,which also regulated the secretion of both peripheral (serum and stomach) and central (hypothalamus) brain-gut peptides.Specifically,the levels of neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neuropeptide Y receptor Y5,which are secreted by the hypothalamus and promote digestive function,were increased in the Xiaoyao San-treated group compared with the model group.Furthermore,the levels of pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) and its receptor,melanocortin-4 receptor (MC4R),which are secreted by the hypothalamus and inhibit digestive function,were significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the model group.However,the levels of ghrelin (GHRL),gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL),which are secreted by the stomach,were significantly increased in the serum and stomach of the treatment group compared with the serum and stomach of the model group following Xiaoyao San treatment (P <.05 vs.the model group).Conclusion:Xiaoyao San attenuates CIS-induced gastrointestinal dysregulation by regulating the peptides secreted by both the hypothalamus and the gastrointestinal tract (GIT),suggesting that its effects are associated with the brain-gut axis.展开更多

[Methods] A total of 2715 paternity testing cases accepted by the Forensic Me...<span>[Objective] To analyze the mutation signature and regularity of STR locus on 23 autosomes in paternity testing cases in Hainan. [Methods] A total of 2715 paternity testing cases accepted by the Forensic Medical Identification Centre of our hospital from 2017 to 2020 derived from counties and cities in Hainan Province were collected, the cases containing gene mutations were selected, the mutation rate and details of each locus were counted, and the mutation regu-larity of 23 STR loci was analyzed. [Results] Of the 2715 cases identified as “support”, 1487 were triplet cases and 1640 were dyad cases, totaling 4614 meioses;There were 50 gene mutation events (including 17 triplet mutations and 33 dyad mutations), with an average mutation rate of 0.0047% and a cumulative mutation rate of 1.0837%. A total of 19 of the 23 STR loci were mutated, with a mutation rate of 0.1301% at the D12S391 locus and 0.0217% at five loci, TPOX, D1S1656, D2S441, D22S1045, and PentaD, while no muta-tion events were found at four loci, D19S433, TH01, D13S317, and D7S820. Of the 50 mutation events, 47 were one-step mutations, 1 was two-step, and 2 were three-step. There were 35 paternal mutations (13 triplets and 22 dyads), 6 maternal mutations (4 triplets and 2 dyads), and 9 indeterminate pater-nal/maternal mutations, with a paternal to maternal mutation ratio of 5.83:1. [Conclusion] The mutation rate of D12S391 locus is the highest, and the muta-tion rate of TPOX, D1S1656, D2S441, D22S1045 and PentaD loci is the lowest in Hainan population, and paternal mutations are more than maternal muta-tions. In the paternity test, if 1 - 3 STR loci do not conform to the genetic law, especially when the mutant locus is homozygous or the next of kin is identi-fied, it is necessary to use other kits to review and increase the number of loci or use the second-generation sequencing technology to confirm, carefully de-termine the mutation and ensure the accuracy of the identification conclusion.</span>展开更多
Error or drift is frequently produced in pose estimation based on geometric"feature detection and tracking"monocular visual odometry(VO)when the speed of camera movement exceeds 1.5 m/s.While,in most VO meth...Error or drift is frequently produced in pose estimation based on geometric"feature detection and tracking"monocular visual odometry(VO)when the speed of camera movement exceeds 1.5 m/s.While,in most VO methods based on deep learning,weight factors are in the form of fixed values,which are easy to lead to overfitting.A new measurement system,for monocular visual odometry,named Deep Learning Visual Odometry(DLVO),is proposed based on neural network.In this system,Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is used to extract feature and perform feature matching.Moreover,Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)is used for sequence modeling to estimate camera’s 6-dof poses.Instead of fixed weight values of CNN,Bayesian distribution of weight factors are introduced in order to effectively solve the problem of network overfitting.The 18,726 frame images in KITTI dataset are used for training network.This system can increase the generalization ability of network model in prediction process.Compared with original Recurrent Convolutional Neural Network(RCNN),our method can reduce the loss of test model by 5.33%.And it’s an effective method in improving the robustness of translation and rotation information than traditional VO methods.展开更多

The Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 caused major damage to several coastal countries. Tsunami occurrence regularity and hazard analysis are needed to ensure economic and cultural exchange on the Maritime Silk Road. To explore and identify tsunami hazard on the Maritime Silk Road, the spatial and temporal characteristics of historical tsunami events were given out. Some useful information hidden in historical tsunamis was searched from source parameters, such as seismic magnitude, focal depth and water depth. The tsunami possibility in the case of earthquake occurrence was also studied, exploring the probability of tsunami caused by different magnitudes. The analysis result shows that tsunamis on the Maritime Silk Road mainly occurred in 8 major tectonic faults, each of which has different tsunami occurrence regularity. On the basis of statistical analysis, a numerical model was used to simulate the potential tsunamis and show the tsunami hazard levels along the coast of Maritime Silk Road. The research results of this paper can help the tsunami early warning and ensure the safety of economic and cultural exchanges on the Maritime Silk Road.展开更多

However, the exact mechanism of resistance to sorafenib remains unclear and it is valuable to establish a novel mouse model to quantitatively analyze the inhibition rates of sorafenib on the invasive growth of HCC cells in the liver.Methods: HCC tissue microblocks derived from patients were cultured and mixed with hydrogel drops. Then, hydrogel drops containing microblocks of HCC tissue were attached onto the surface of the livers of nude mice to form lesions or nodules of HCC. The mice received molecular targeting agents through oral administration. Livers with tumor nodules were harvested for H&E staining(hematoxylin-eosin staining) analysis and H&E staining images were quantitatively analyzed using image J software. The invasive growth of HCC cells into the liver was calculated using the depth of the lesions compared with the total thickness of the liver.Results: Microblocks containing cells derived from HCC patients can form lesions in the liver of nude mice. Oral administration of molecular targeting agents inhibited the invasive growth of HCC cells in the liver of nude mice.Conclusions: The model established in this study involves the invasive growth of HCC cells in the liver of nude mice, and the model allows for the quantitative analysis of the inhibitory effect of molecular targeting agents on the invasion of HCC cells in vivo.展开更多

To reveal the relationship between germination and the 3'-5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate(c AMP) content from the dormant(black or green-black) and non-dormant(yellow)chlamydospore in Ustiloginoidea virens,this study adopts ultrasonic-bath method and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method, for extraction c AMP content of the different color chlamydospore. The results demonstrated that, as for the freshly chlamydospores collected from the false smut balls during their germination, c AMP content of yellow chlamydospore appeared a slight growth during 0-12 h, and showed a rapid declining as the germination time extended(12-48 h). Above all, in yellow chlamydospores, the germination rate and the content of c AMP presented a very notably negative correlation(|r|=0.861 9>r0.01=0.834), but the correlation between germination rate and content of c AMP was not obvious in black chlamydospores. The germination rate and the content of c AMP presented a notably positive correlation under different storage period(0, 2, 4, 6, 8,10 months) of the two color chlamydospores(the yellow of chlamydospore: |r | = 0.785 1 > r0.05= 0.707; the black of chlamydospore: |r| = 0.957 9 > r0.05= 0.707).展开更多
Zinc-ion batteries are under current research focus because of their uniqueness in low cost and high safety.However,the pursuing of high-performance cathode materials of aqueous Zinc ion batteries(AZBs)with low cost,h...Zinc-ion batteries are under current research focus because of their uniqueness in low cost and high safety.However,the pursuing of high-performance cathode materials of aqueous Zinc ion batteries(AZBs)with low cost,high energy density and long cycle life has become the key problem to be solved.Herein we synthesized a series of amorphous nickel borate(AM-NiBO)nanosheets by varying corrosion time with in-situ electrochemical corrosion method.The AM-NiBO-T13 as electrode material possesses a high areal capacity of 0.65 m Ah/cm^(2) with the capacity retention of 95.1%after 2000 cycles.In addition,the assembled AM-NiBO-T13//Zn provides high energy density(0.77 m Wh/cm^(2) at 1.76 m W/cm^(2)).The high areal capacity and better cycling performance can be owing to the amorphous nanosheets structure and the stable coordination characteristics of boron and oxygen in borate materials.It shows that amorphous nickel borate nanosheets have great prospects in the field of energy storage.展开更多
文摘Chitosan oligosaccharides(COSs)are the main degradation products from chitosan or chitin and have been reported to induce resistance to diseases in herbaceous plants like cucumber and Arabidopsis.Concomitantly,pine wilt disease(PWD)is a devastating disease of conifer tree species.Here,we hypothesized that COSs induce plant resistance gene(PRG)expression in the woody plant Masson pine,Pinus massoniana.COSs were inoculated into P.massoniana seedlings and the BGISEQ-500 platform was used to generate transcriptomes from COSs-treated P.massoniana and control seedlings.A total of 501 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified by comparing the treatment and control groups.A total of 251(50.1%)DEGs were up-regulated in the treatment relative to the control seedlings and 250(49.9%)were down-regulated.Inoculation of COSs induced the expression of 31 PRGs in P.massoniana seedlings and the relative expression levels of six of the PRGs were verified by RT-qPCR.This is the first study to demonstrate that COS induces the expression of PRGs in a tree species.These results provide important insights into the function of COSs and further the prospects of developing a COS-based immune inducer for controlling PWD.

文摘The nuclear-encoded factors and the photosynthetic apparatus have been studied extensively during chloroplast biogenesis.However,many questions regarding these processes remain unanswered,particularly in perennial woody plants.As a model material of woody plants,poplar not only has very significant value of research,but also possesses economic and ecological properties.This study reports the Populus trichocarpa DJ-1C(PtrDJ1C)factor,encoded by a nuclear gene,and a member of the DJ-1 superfamily.PtrDJ1C knock-out with the CRISPR/Cas9 system resulted in different albino phenotypes.Chlorophyll fluorescence and immunoblot analyses showed that the levels of photosynthetic complex proteins decreased significantly.Moreover,the transcript level of plastid-encoded RNA polymerase-dependent genes and the splicing efficiency of several introns were affected in the mutant line.Furthermore,rRNA accumulation was abnormal,leading to developmental defects in chloroplasts and affecting lignin accumulation.We concluded that the PtrDJ1C protein is essential for early chloroplast development and lignin deposition in poplar.

文摘Short basal internodes are important for lodging resistance of rice(Oryza sativa L.).Several canopy indices affect the elongation of basal internodes,but uncertainty as to the key factors determining elongation of basal internodes persists.The objectives of this study were(1)to identify key factors affecting the elongation of basal internodes and(2)to establish a quantitative relationship between basal internode length and canopy indices.An inbred rice cultivar,Yinjingruanzhan,was grown in two split-plot field experiments with three N rates(0,75,and 150 kg N ha−1 in early season and 0,90,and 180 kg N ha−1 in late season)as main plots,three seedling densities(16.7,75.0,and 187.5 seedlings m−2)as subplots,and three replications in the 2015 early and late seasons in Guangzhou,China.Light intensity at base of canopy(Lb),light quality as determined from red/far-red light ratio(R/FR),light transmission ratio(LTR),leaf area index(LAI),leaf N concentration(NLV)and final length of second internode(counted from soil surface upward)(FIL)were recorded.Higher N rate and seedling density resulted in significantly longer FIL.FIL was negatively correlated with Lb,LTR,and R/FR(P<0.01)and positively correlated with LAI(P<0.01),but not correlated with NLV(P>0.05).Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that FIL was strongly associated with Lb and LAI(R2=0.82).Heavy N application to pot-grown rice at the beginning of first internode elongation did not change FIL.We conclude that FIL is determined mainly by Lb and LAI at jointing stage.NLV has no direct effect on the elongation of basal internodes.N application indirectly affects FIL by changing LAI and light conditions in the rice canopy.Reducing LAI and improving canopy light transmission at jointing stage can shorten the basal internodes and increase the lodging resistance of rice.

文摘Background:Current chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia(AML)mainly involves cytotoxic agents such as doxorubicin(DNR),mitoxantrone(Mito)or 2‐aminopurine‐6‐thiol(6‐TG).However,because these agents are relatively ineffective,discovering other more effective drugs for AML treatment would be valuable.Methods:The in vitro antitumor effect of lenvatinib on AML cells was examined using the colorimetric MTT assay for assessing cell metabolic activity.AML cells mixed with Poloxamer 407 were injected into nude mice to form subcutaneous tumors.Tumorbearing mice received lenvatinib by oral administration.The antitumor effect of lenvatinib was established by measuring tumor volumes and weights.Results:Lenvatinib inhibited the growth of AML cells in a dose‐dependent manner.We used AML cells to establish subcutaneous tumor tissues by mixing the cell suspension with Poloxamer 407.Poloxamer 407 alone did not influence the subcutaneous growth of AML cells.Treatment of lenvatinib inhibited in vivo tumor growth of AML cells.Conclusion:The multiple‐kinase inhibitor lenvatinib inhibits the in vitro proliferation of AML cells,and restricts the in vivo growth of AML tumors.

文摘Background: Recent research into skin injury and wound healing has focused mainly on post‐trauma hemostasis, infection prevention, dermal regeneration and angiogenesis. However, less attention has been paid to air permeability and moisture loss prevention which also play important roles in injury healing. Methods: In the present work, we prepared a hyaluronic acid‐poloxamer (HA‐POL) hydrogel and tested the therapeutic effect of the hydrogel on skin‐wound healing. Results: The HA‐POL hydrogel transformed from sol to gel at 30°C, close to body temperature, and had stable moisturizing properties. HA‐POL hydrogel promoted skin‐wound healing and increased protein accumulation in the wound area. HA‐POL hydrogel allowed greater air permeability than Band‐aid, a typical wound covering. Results from transwell assays showed that the HA‐POL hydrogel effectively isolated skin‐wounds from bacterial invasion. Conclusion: This work demonstrates the advantages of using HA‐POL gel materials in the treatment of cutaneous wounds.

文摘Tourism destination images in terms of the gaps between the projected and perceived images are of great significance in the development of destinations.Additionally,the use of big-data in tourism studies remains under-utilized despite the boom in big-data applications and the increasing number of electronic User Generated Contents(UGC).Aiming to take advantage of tourism UGC to fully understand the destination image gap between official promotion materials and tourist perception of Sanya City in China,this study innovatively employed a big-data analysis technique,Tourism Sentiment Evaluation(TSE)model and proposed a new analysis framework integrating the“cognitive-affective”model with the gpp analysis of projected and perceived destination image to explore the destination image gap of Sanya It is found that Sanya's perceptive destination image is overall consistent with its official positioning;however,there also exist image gaps between the two groups in terms of the impact of festival events and tourists'attitude towards core scenic spots amongst others.This study's findings are discussed in light of their methodological,theoretical,and practical implications for destination positioning,marketing,and management.
文摘Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) is a common fetal development disorder which has great impact on neonatal health. Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF1) has an important role in regulating fetal growth. Whether IGF1 DNA methylation was associated with IUGR has not been studied. Placenta samples from IUGR (n = 27) and normal delivery (n = 29) were collected whereas basic information of mothers and infants were also collected. RT-PCR was performed to examine IGF1 transcriptions and bisulfite sequencing PCR was used for DNA methylation analysis. Gene expression analysis found IUGR had significantly lower IGF1 transcription compared to control group (IUGR: 0.330 ± 0.351;control group: 1.001 ± 0.800, t = 3.995, P IGF1 were all highly methylated and there is no difference on DNA methylation rate between IUGR and control group (IUGR: 75%;control group: 81%;P = 0.09). Interestingly, in both IUGR and control groups, male fetus had significantly higher methylation rate than female fetus (IUGR: male: 87%;female: 74%, P = 0.016;control: male: 82%;female: 69%, P = 0.012). There was no correlation between IGF1gene expression and DNA methylation rate (r = 0.095, P = 0.063). Intrauterine fetal growth restriction placenta had significantly lower IGF1gene expression;however, IGF1 DNA methylation level was similar. A potential fetus gender difference was also found in IGF1 DNA methylation rate.

文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao San on the brain-gut axis in rats exposed to chronic immobilization stress (ClS).Methods:Rats were divided into control,model,and treatment groups.The rats belonging to the model and treatment groups were subjected to CIS for 21 consecutive days,during which they were administered Xiaoyao San decoction [3.854 g/(kg· d)] or vehicle by gavage,and their body weight gain,food intake and water intake were monitored.The rats were subsequently subjected to the open field test (OFT) and D-XyloSe absorption test,and the expression levels of neuropeptides secreted by the hypothalamus and stomach were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),radioimmune analysis,or real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Gastric mucosal morphology was also assessed.Results:The model rats exhibited complex brain-gut axis abnormalities following exposure to CIS,abnormalities signified by decreases in food intake,reductions in digestive absorption,decreases in body weight,decreases in the total distances traveled and increases in the time in the central zone during the OFT,gastric mucosal lesion development and decreases in gastrointestinal hormone secretion.These changes were reversed after treatment with Xiaoyao San,which also regulated the secretion of both peripheral (serum and stomach) and central (hypothalamus) brain-gut peptides.Specifically,the levels of neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neuropeptide Y receptor Y5,which are secreted by the hypothalamus and promote digestive function,were increased in the Xiaoyao San-treated group compared with the model group.Furthermore,the levels of pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) and its receptor,melanocortin-4 receptor (MC4R),which are secreted by the hypothalamus and inhibit digestive function,were significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the model group.However,the levels of ghrelin (GHRL),gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL),which are secreted by the stomach,were significantly increased in the serum and stomach of the treatment group compared with the serum and stomach of the model group following Xiaoyao San treatment (P <.05 vs.the model group).Conclusion:Xiaoyao San attenuates CIS-induced gastrointestinal dysregulation by regulating the peptides secreted by both the hypothalamus and the gastrointestinal tract (GIT),suggesting that its effects are associated with the brain-gut axis.
文摘Objective:To explore the recent 20 years' herbal administration rules in TCM treatments of ovarian cysts (OCs) based on data mining.Methods:A prescription database for ovarian cysts was established by ACCESS 2007.Importing the database into SPSS17.0 and SPSS Modeler14.1.SPSS17.0 was used for descriptive and cluster analyses,while SPSS Modeler14.1 was used for association rules analysis.Results:After screening,363 prescriptions were obtained.The 10 most frequently-used Chinese herbal medicines are Zedoaria (Rhizoma Curcumae),Poria cocos (Poria),Common buried rubber (Rhizoma Sparganii),Red peony root (Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Peach seed (Semen Persicae),Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Chinese angelica (Ramulus Cinnamomi),Liquorice root (Radix Glycyrrhizae),Pangolin scales (Squama Manis) and Moutan cortex (Cortex Moutan Radicis);the 5 most common syndromes of OCs are qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,uterine blood stasis,stagnation of liver qi and retention of phlegm and dampness,nearly to 54.26%;In association rules analysis,5 sets of two-herbs association rules were obtained,17 sets of three-herbs association rules were obtained,22 sets of four-herbs association rules were obtained and 4 sets of five-herbs association rules were obtained;By clustering,13 sets of core couplet medicinals were obtained.Conclusion:Medicinal herbs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,resolve hard lumps,for strengthening the spleen,eliminating phlegm,and relieving liver qi stagnation were highly used in the treatment of OCs;Herbs attributed to the Liver Meridian,the Spleen Meridian and the Heart Meridian were highly used in OCs;The compatibility of herbs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and resolve hard lumps were highly used;Guizhi Fuling Wan (GFW) was often used and combined with other herbs in the treatment of OCs.

文摘Aqueous rechargeable ammonium-ion batteries(AIBs)have drew considerable attention because of their capacity for high rates,low cost,and high safety.However,developing desired electrodes requiring stable structure in the aqueous fast ammoniation/de-ammoniation becomes urgent.Herein,an ammonium ion full battery using Cu_(3)[Fe(CN)_(6)]_(2)(CuHCF)acting to be a cathode and barium vanadate(BVO)acting to be an anode is described.Its excellent electrochemical behavior of Prussian blue analogs and the perfectly matched lattice structure of NH_(4)^(+)is expected.And the open structure of vanadium compounds satisfies the fast ammoniation/de-ammoniation of NH4+is also achieved.As a result of these synergistic effects,the BVO//CuHCF full cell retains 80.5 percent of its capacity following 1000 cycling.These achievements provide new ideas for developing low-cost and long-life AIBs.

文摘Aqueous alkaline zinc batteries(AZBs)exhibit great potential due to their high capacity,high safety and low cost.However,despite these advantages,the lack of high stability and high utilization rate makes the search for high-performance cathode materials a great challenge.Here,an amorphous nickel boride/rGO(NixB/rG O)complex structure was designed.As a result of abundant unsaturated active sites and synergistic electronic effects,amorphous NixB exhibits excellent energy storage properties.As well as having high electrical conductivity,rGO avoids aggregation of NixB nanoparticles,ensuring that NixB/rGO electrodes have a high energy storage capacity.The structure has a strong adhesion between NixB and rGO,which protects its stable structure and extends its life.More importantly,the NixB/rGO//Zn full battery shows remarkable capacity(228.4 m Ah/g at 2 A/g),extraordinary cycle durability(93.7%retained after1000 cycles)and strong energy density 399.7 Wh/kg,when coupled with NixB/rGO cathode.This work will also shed light on other nickel-zinc batteries in order to achieve super durability and capacity.

文摘Covalent organic framework(COF)monolayers,with atomically thin,ordered networks,and rich functionality,are widely studied due to their unusual structure/property relationships.However,synthesizing COF monolayer has remained an unmet challenge due to the difficulty of controlling reactions at the monolayer limit with large-scale uniformity.The identification and development of new reactions and polymerization conditions are critical for the further advancement of COF monolayer materials.Moreover,as one-molecule-thick a freestanding films,COF monolayer offers an ideal material system.Many advanced applications of COF monolayer have been explored in recent literature.This review provides an overview of the current state of precise synthetic strategies for COF monolayer,highlighting the advantages and limitations of different synthetic approaches and key challenges related to enhancing quality,and emphasizing the unique benefits of COF monolayer as both an ideal model system and for advanced applications.
文摘<span>[Objective] To analyze the mutation signature and regularity of STR locus on 23 autosomes in paternity testing cases in Hainan. [Methods] A total of 2715 paternity testing cases accepted by the Forensic Medical Identification Centre of our hospital from 2017 to 2020 derived from counties and cities in Hainan Province were collected, the cases containing gene mutations were selected, the mutation rate and details of each locus were counted, and the mutation regu-larity of 23 STR loci was analyzed. [Results] Of the 2715 cases identified as “support”, 1487 were triplet cases and 1640 were dyad cases, totaling 4614 meioses;There were 50 gene mutation events (including 17 triplet mutations and 33 dyad mutations), with an average mutation rate of 0.0047% and a cumulative mutation rate of 1.0837%. A total of 19 of the 23 STR loci were mutated, with a mutation rate of 0.1301% at the D12S391 locus and 0.0217% at five loci, TPOX, D1S1656, D2S441, D22S1045, and PentaD, while no muta-tion events were found at four loci, D19S433, TH01, D13S317, and D7S820. Of the 50 mutation events, 47 were one-step mutations, 1 was two-step, and 2 were three-step. There were 35 paternal mutations (13 triplets and 22 dyads), 6 maternal mutations (4 triplets and 2 dyads), and 9 indeterminate pater-nal/maternal mutations, with a paternal to maternal mutation ratio of 5.83:1. [Conclusion] The mutation rate of D12S391 locus is the highest, and the muta-tion rate of TPOX, D1S1656, D2S441, D22S1045 and PentaD loci is the lowest in Hainan population, and paternal mutations are more than maternal muta-tions. In the paternity test, if 1 - 3 STR loci do not conform to the genetic law, especially when the mutant locus is homozygous or the next of kin is identi-fied, it is necessary to use other kits to review and increase the number of loci or use the second-generation sequencing technology to confirm, carefully de-termine the mutation and ensure the accuracy of the identification conclusion.</span>

文摘Error or drift is frequently produced in pose estimation based on geometric"feature detection and tracking"monocular visual odometry(VO)when the speed of camera movement exceeds 1.5 m/s.While,in most VO methods based on deep learning,weight factors are in the form of fixed values,which are easy to lead to overfitting.A new measurement system,for monocular visual odometry,named Deep Learning Visual Odometry(DLVO),is proposed based on neural network.In this system,Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is used to extract feature and perform feature matching.Moreover,Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)is used for sequence modeling to estimate camera’s 6-dof poses.Instead of fixed weight values of CNN,Bayesian distribution of weight factors are introduced in order to effectively solve the problem of network overfitting.The 18,726 frame images in KITTI dataset are used for training network.This system can increase the generalization ability of network model in prediction process.Compared with original Recurrent Convolutional Neural Network(RCNN),our method can reduce the loss of test model by 5.33%.And it’s an effective method in improving the robustness of translation and rotation information than traditional VO methods.

文摘The Maritime Silk Road is not only a passageway for business and trade, but also the road of friendship between eastern and western civilizations. The Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 caused major damage to several coastal countries. Tsunami occurrence regularity and hazard analysis are needed to ensure economic and cultural exchange on the Maritime Silk Road. To explore and identify tsunami hazard on the Maritime Silk Road, the spatial and temporal characteristics of historical tsunami events were given out. Some useful information hidden in historical tsunamis was searched from source parameters, such as seismic magnitude, focal depth and water depth. The tsunami possibility in the case of earthquake occurrence was also studied, exploring the probability of tsunami caused by different magnitudes. The analysis result shows that tsunamis on the Maritime Silk Road mainly occurred in 8 major tectonic faults, each of which has different tsunami occurrence regularity. On the basis of statistical analysis, a numerical model was used to simulate the potential tsunamis and show the tsunami hazard levels along the coast of Maritime Silk Road. The research results of this paper can help the tsunami early warning and ensure the safety of economic and cultural exchanges on the Maritime Silk Road.

文摘Background: The outcomes for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) receiving sorafenib are far from satisfactory because of treatment resistance to sorafenib. However, the exact mechanism of resistance to sorafenib remains unclear and it is valuable to establish a novel mouse model to quantitatively analyze the inhibition rates of sorafenib on the invasive growth of HCC cells in the liver.Methods: HCC tissue microblocks derived from patients were cultured and mixed with hydrogel drops. Then, hydrogel drops containing microblocks of HCC tissue were attached onto the surface of the livers of nude mice to form lesions or nodules of HCC. The mice received molecular targeting agents through oral administration. Livers with tumor nodules were harvested for H&E staining(hematoxylin-eosin staining) analysis and H&E staining images were quantitatively analyzed using image J software. The invasive growth of HCC cells into the liver was calculated using the depth of the lesions compared with the total thickness of the liver.Results: Microblocks containing cells derived from HCC patients can form lesions in the liver of nude mice. Oral administration of molecular targeting agents inhibited the invasive growth of HCC cells in the liver of nude mice.Conclusions: The model established in this study involves the invasive growth of HCC cells in the liver of nude mice, and the model allows for the quantitative analysis of the inhibitory effect of molecular targeting agents on the invasion of HCC cells in vivo.

文摘Ustilaginoidea virens is the causal agent of a serious disease of rice. To reveal the relationship between germination and the 3'-5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate(c AMP) content from the dormant(black or green-black) and non-dormant(yellow)chlamydospore in Ustiloginoidea virens,this study adopts ultrasonic-bath method and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method, for extraction c AMP content of the different color chlamydospore. The results demonstrated that, as for the freshly chlamydospores collected from the false smut balls during their germination, c AMP content of yellow chlamydospore appeared a slight growth during 0-12 h, and showed a rapid declining as the germination time extended(12-48 h). Above all, in yellow chlamydospores, the germination rate and the content of c AMP presented a very notably negative correlation(|r|=0.861 9>r0.01=0.834), but the correlation between germination rate and content of c AMP was not obvious in black chlamydospores. The germination rate and the content of c AMP presented a notably positive correlation under different storage period(0, 2, 4, 6, 8,10 months) of the two color chlamydospores(the yellow of chlamydospore: |r | = 0.785 1 > r0.05= 0.707; the black of chlamydospore: |r| = 0.957 9 > r0.05= 0.707).

文摘Zinc-ion batteries are under current research focus because of their uniqueness in low cost and high safety.However,the pursuing of high-performance cathode materials of aqueous Zinc ion batteries(AZBs)with low cost,high energy density and long cycle life has become the key problem to be solved.Herein we synthesized a series of amorphous nickel borate(AM-NiBO)nanosheets by varying corrosion time with in-situ electrochemical corrosion method.The AM-NiBO-T13 as electrode material possesses a high areal capacity of 0.65 m Ah/cm^(2) with the capacity retention of 95.1%after 2000 cycles.In addition,the assembled AM-NiBO-T13//Zn provides high energy density(0.77 m Wh/cm^(2) at 1.76 m W/cm^(2)).The high areal capacity and better cycling performance can be owing to the amorphous nanosheets structure and the stable coordination characteristics of boron and oxygen in borate materials.It shows that amorphous nickel borate nanosheets have great prospects in the field of energy storage.
