[Objectives]To study the clinical intervention effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on aspirin-resistant patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).[Methods]240 patients with coronary heart disease who took Aspiri...[Objectives]To study the clinical intervention effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on aspirin-resistant patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).[Methods]240 patients with coronary heart disease who took Aspirin were selected to measure thrombocytopenia by sonoclot.They were randomly divided into four groups:group A(n=60),Compound Danshen Dripping Pills and aspirin.group B(n=60),aspirin;group C(n=60),high dose aspirin;group D(n=60),Compound Danshen Dripping Pills.CR and PF were determined by sonoclot after one month.The incidence of angina pectoris,acute myocardial infarction,sudden cardiac death and hemorrhage were observed.[Results]After treatment,the CR and PF levels of group A and C were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was no significant difference between group B and D and before treatment.After treatment,the levels of CR and PF in group A and C were significantly lower than those in group B and D,and there was a significant difference.Angina pectoris and myocardial infarction events in group D were significantly higher than the other four groups;hemorrhage events in group C were significantly higher than the other three groups.[Conclusions]Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with aspirin can be used as an economical,effective,and more dependent alternative to inhibit platelet activity in aspirin resistance,and can further reduce the occurrence of acute coronary events.展开更多
Proteins are the major organic component s of waste activated sludge(WAS);the recovery of sludge proteins is economically valuable.To efficiently recover sludge proteins,WAS should undergo hydrolysis pretreatment to f...Proteins are the major organic component s of waste activated sludge(WAS);the recovery of sludge proteins is economically valuable.To efficiently recover sludge proteins,WAS should undergo hydrolysis pretreatment to fully release proteins from sludge flocs and microbial cells into aqueous phase.One of the most widely used chemical methods for that is thermal alkali hydrolysis(TAH).Here,the soluble protein concentration achieved the highest level over 90 min of TAH pretreatment at 80°C;the sludge floc disintegration and microbial cell destruction were maximized according to the content profiles of bound extracellular polymeric substance(EPS)and ribonucleic acid(RNA)of sludge.Both less proteins broken down to materials with small molecular weight and less melanoidin generated were responsible.TAH pretreatment at 80°C for 90 min resulted in the solubilization of 67.59% of sludge proteins.34.64% of solubilized proteins was present in soluble high molecular;1.55% and 4.85% broke down to polypeptides and amino acids.The lost proteins via being converted to ammonium and nitrate nitrogen accounted for 9.44% of solubilized proteins.It was important to understand the fate of sludge proteins during TAH pretreatment in terms of protein recovery,which would be helpful for designing the downstream protein separation method and its potential application.展开更多

The biophysical pr...In this paper, size-controlled and surface-functionalized RhB-labeled and Cyclosporin A (CsA)-loaded polysty- rene (PS) nanospheres were successfully synthesized via miniemulsion polymerization. The biophysical properties of PEG functionalized PS nanospheres from protein adsorption, blood compatibility, cell compatibility and cell penetrability showed the nanoparticles with high biocompatibility. These results indicated that PEG modified PS nanospheres showed outstanding properties as low size distribution (0.164), high encapsulation efficiency (98.3%), long re-calcification time (50% than positive control), low hemolysis ratio (3.19%) and high cell viability (95.3%). This work could be used as a good drug delivery system for CsA.展开更多
This study is to prepare a nanosuspension based on poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) for delivery, controlled release and enhanced anti-solid tumor effects of As2O3. As2O3-1oaded PLGA nanocapsules (As2O3-PLGA...This study is to prepare a nanosuspension based on poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) for delivery, controlled release and enhanced anti-solid tumor effects of As2O3. As2O3-1oaded PLGA nanocapsules (As2O3-PLGANCs) were prepared by double emulsion-solvent evaporation method and were optimized by univariate analysis in combination with orthogonal experimental according to several factors. The optimized As2O3-PLGA NCs presented suitable physical stability, favorable size of (200.2± 10.6) nm (PDI=0.117 ±0.008), spherical shape, and high encapsulation efficiency (92.48%± 2.14%). The in vitro suspension stability of the NCs was excellent. The release of As2O3 from the NCs showed pH responsive release characteristics. The NCs can be efficiently taken up by SMMC-7721 cell and showed excellent antitumor efficacy against SMMC-7721 cell line. Then, As2O3-PLGA NCs could be considered as a promising formulation for the pH dependent release of As2O3 in cancer cells and enhance the anti-solid tumor effects of As2O3.展开更多
