目的:分析儿童肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤(undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver,UESL)的超声、CT及MRI影像学表现,以提高对该病的认识水平。方法:回顾性收集2009年12月至2021年12月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院经手术及病理证实...目的:分析儿童肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤(undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver,UESL)的超声、CT及MRI影像学表现,以提高对该病的认识水平。方法:回顾性收集2009年12月至2021年12月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院经手术及病理证实的11例儿童UESL,分析所有患儿的超声、CT及MRI影像表现,总结其影像学特点。结果:病灶均为单发,肿块最大径11.5~19.8 cm。CT平扫显示所有病灶边缘较清楚、其内呈不均匀低密度,内可见厚薄不均的分隔;囊性密度区边缘或分隔周围可见少许片絮样软组织密度影。6例超声图像均提示实性占位,表现为混合回声的实性包块内可见大小不等的无回声区。3例MRI表现为边界清楚肿块影,T1WI呈不均匀混杂低信号,病灶内可见高信号区;T2WI呈混合高信号区和条状低信号区。9例病灶增强扫描动脉期均以边缘强化为主,8例可见迂曲增粗血管影;延迟期病灶呈持续不均匀强化,边缘持续强化,且从外围向中心充盈,强化范围增大,8例延迟期可见假包膜。结论:儿童UESL影像学表现有一定特征性,了解其影像特点并结合临床特征,有助于早期诊断。展开更多
Gabapentinoid drugs(pregabalin and gabapentin) have been successfully used in the treatment of neuro pathic pain and in focal seizure prevention.Recent research has demonstrated their potent activities in modulating n...Gabapentinoid drugs(pregabalin and gabapentin) have been successfully used in the treatment of neuro pathic pain and in focal seizure prevention.Recent research has demonstrated their potent activities in modulating neurotransmitter release in neuronal tissue,oxidative stress,and inflammation,which matches the mechanism of action via voltage-gated calcium channels.In this review,we briefly elaborate on the medicinal history and ligand-binding sites of gabapentinoids.We systematically summarize the preclinical and clinical research on gabapentinoids in stroke,including ischemic stro ke,intracerebral hemorrhage,subarachnoid hemorrhage,seizures after stro ke,cortical spreading depolarization after stroke,pain after stroke,and nerve regeneration after stro ke.This review also discusses the potential to rgets of gabapentinoids in stroke;however,the existing results are still unce rtain regarding the effect of gabapentinoids on stroke and related diseases.Further preclinical and clinical trials are needed to test the therapeutic potential of gabapentinoids in stroke.Therefore,gabapentinoids have both opportunities and challenges in the treatment of stroke.展开更多
The residual Li and Li^(+)/Ni_(2)+cation mixing play essential roles in the electrochemical properties of Ni-rich cathodes.However,a general relationship between the residual Li conversion,cation mixing,and their effe...The residual Li and Li^(+)/Ni_(2)+cation mixing play essential roles in the electrochemical properties of Ni-rich cathodes.However,a general relationship between the residual Li conversion,cation mixing,and their effects on the Li^(+)kinetics and structural stability has yet to be established,due to the presence of cobalt in the cathode.Here,we explore the synergistic impact of the residual Li conversion and cation ordering on a Co-free Ni-rich cathode(i.e.,LiNi0.95Mn0.05O_(2)).It discloses that the rate capability is mainly affected by residual Li contents and operating voltage.Specifically,residual Li can be electrochemically converted to cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)below 4.3 V,thus inducing high interphase resistance,and decomposes to produce CO_(2)-dominated gas at 4.5 V,causing temporary enhancement of Li^(+)diffusivity but severe surface degradation during cycling.Moreover,the cycling performance of Co-free Ni-rich cathode is not only determined by Li^(+)/Ni_(2)+cation-ordered superlattice,which enhances the structural stability as it functions as the pillar to impede lattice collapse at a highly charged state,but also by the robust CEI layers which protect the bulk from electrolyte attack under 4.3 V.These findings promote an in-depth understanding of residual Li conversion and Li^(+)/Ni_(2)+cation ordering on Co-free Ni-rich cathode.展开更多
In the present study,the Ultrasonic-Microwave(US-MW)technique was applied for assisting enzymatic hydrolysis of freshwater mussel meat.The operating parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated and the propert...In the present study,the Ultrasonic-Microwave(US-MW)technique was applied for assisting enzymatic hydrolysis of freshwater mussel meat.The operating parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated and the properties and qualities of the freshwater mussel hydrolysates were also analyzed.The considerable optimum conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis of mussel meat were ratio of liquid to material of 10.36:1,power of 360.52 W,processing time of 6.91 min,enzymolysis time of 4 h.Under these conditions,a degree of hydrolysis(DH)of 48.40% was obtained.The hydrolysates produced under optimum conditions,were characterized in terms of electrophoretic profile,amino acid composition and infrared spectrum analysis.SDS-PAGE profiles of the hydrolysates revealed that several protein bands were cleaved and several light myosin chains(25 kDa and 15 kDa,respectively)and peptides of molecular weight lower than 6.5 kDa were identified.The infrared spectrum absorption peak of amide band A and band III shifted after US-MW pre-treatment,which indicated that the N-H(hydrogen bonding)stretching vibration and triple helix structure of samples were affected.The essential amino acids in hydrolysates with or without US-MW pre-treatment were 36.62 mg/100 g and 33.40 mg/100 g.It was proved that US-MW assisted enzymatic hydrolysis is an effective technology to utilize freshwater mussel meat.展开更多
