Potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)have been considered as promising candidates in the post-lithium-ion battery era.Till now,a large number of materials have been used as electrode materials for PIBs,among which vanadium oxides exhibit great potentiality.Vanadium oxides can provide multiple electron transfers during electrochemical reactions because vanadium possesses a variety of oxidation states.Meanwhile,their relatively low cost and superior material,structural,and physicochemical properties endow them with strong competitiveness.Although some inspiring research results have been achieved,many issues and challenges remain to be further addressed.Herein,we systematically summarize the research progress of vanadium oxides for PIBs.Then,feasible improvement strategies for the material properties and electrochemical performance are introduced.Finally,the existing challenges and perspectives are discussed with a view to promoting the development of vanadium oxides and accelerating their practical applications. 展开更多

背景与目的免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)改善了部分肺鳞状细胞癌(肺鳞癌)患者的生存,目前仍缺乏高龄患者免疫治疗的数据。本研究探讨真实世界中不同年龄肺鳞癌患者免疫治疗的疗效和不良反应。方法回顾性分析201... 背景与目的免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)改善了部分肺鳞状细胞癌(肺鳞癌)患者的生存,目前仍缺乏高龄患者免疫治疗的数据。本研究探讨真实世界中不同年龄肺鳞癌患者免疫治疗的疗效和不良反应。方法回顾性分析2018年1月-2022年1月就诊于北京医院经病理明确诊断的肺鳞癌患者185例,124例接受内科一线治疗,其中化疗组57例,免疫联合化疗组(联合组)46例,单药免疫组13例,靶向治疗组8例。按年龄分为高龄组(年龄≥70岁)73例和低龄组(年龄<70岁)112例。比较高龄组与低龄组患者以及不同治疗方式疗效和不良反应。评价程序性死亡配体1(programmed cell death ligand 1,PD-L1)和肿瘤突变负荷(tumor mutational burden,TMB)表达作为疗效、预后标志物的价值。采用实体瘤疗效评价标准(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1,RECIST 1.1)评价近期疗效,常见不良反应分级评价标准(Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events version 4.03,CTCAE 4.03)评价免疫相关不良反应。Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,并进行Log-rank检验。Cox风险比例回归模型分析影响预后的因素。结果高龄组患者一线联合组总有效率(overall response rate,ORR)为69.2%(9/13),显著高于化疗组的25%(4/16)(χ^(2)=5.673,P<0.05)。低龄组ORR为53.8%(14/26),高于化疗组的27.3%(9/33),差异不显著(χ^(2)=4.317,P>0.05)。高龄组单药免疫、联合组及化疗组的中位无进展生存时间(median progression-free survival,mPFS)和中位总生存时间(median overall survival,mOS)均与低龄组无差异(均P>0.05)。高龄组一线联合组与免疫单药组mPFS均较化疗组延长,但差异均未达到统计学意义(均P>0.05)。联合组及免疫单药组mOS与化疗组均无差异(均P>0.05)。低龄联合组较化疗组显著延长mPFS(12.30个月vs 6.17个月,P<0.01)。mOS较化疗组明显延长(39.03个月vs 14.4个月,P>0.05)。高龄组PD-L1表达阳性率显著高于低龄组[82.6%(19/23)vs 54.3%(19/35),χ^(2)=4.928,P<0.05]。高龄组与低龄组TMB表达无差异(56.8%vs 52.0%,P>0.05)。高龄组与低龄组PD-L1与TMB表达均与患者mPFS和mOS无关。高TMB表达患者中,联合组mPFS较化疗组显著延长(8.6个月vs 3.5个月,P<0.05),但mOS无差异(P>0.05)。低TMB患者中,化疗组mPFS优于联合组,但未达到统计学差异(P>0.05)。Cox风险比例回归模型提示临床分期是进展期肺鳞癌患者独立预后因子。总体免疫相关不良反应发生率为58.0%(n=51),3级及以上发生率25.0%(n=22)。最常见的3级及以上不良反应有皮疹、免疫相关性肺炎和乏力。高龄组与低龄组不良反应发生率无差异。结论一线免疫联合化疗较化疗提高肺鳞癌患者ORR、mPFS和mOS。高龄组肺鳞癌患者免疫单药或联合化疗疗效与低龄组相似,总体不良反应可控。 展开更多

Objective: The relationship between anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK) expression in malignant pleural effusion(MPE) samples detected only by Ventana immunohistochemistry(IHC) ALK(D5F3) and the efficacy of ALKtyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy is uncertain.Methods: Ventana anti-ALK(D5F3) rabbit monoclonal primary antibody testing was performed on 313 cell blocks of MPE samples from Chinese patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma, and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) was used to verify the ALK gene status in Ventana IHC ALK(D5F3)-positive samples. The follow-up clinical data on patients who received crizotinib treatment were recorded.Results: Of the 313 MPE samples, 27(8.6%) were confirmed as ALK expression-positive, and the Ventana IHC ALK(D5F3)-positive rate was 17.3%(27/156) in wild-type epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) MPE samples. Twenty-three of the 27 IHC ALK(D5F3)-positive samples were positive by FISH. Of the 11 Ventana IHC ALK(D5F3)-positive patients who received crizotinib therapy, 2 patients had complete response(CR), 5 had partial response(PR) and 3 had stable disease(SD).Conclusions: The ALK gene expression status detected by the Ventana IHC ALK(D5F3) platform in MPE samples may predict tumor responsiveness to crizotinib in Chinese patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma. 展开更多

Background:Lung cancer has been the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide for many years.This study aimed to investigate the global patterns and trends of lung cancer.Methods:Lung cancer incidence and mortality were derived from the GLOBOCAN 2020 database.Continuous data from Cancer Incidence in Five Continents Time Trends were used to analyze the temporal trends from 2000 to 2012 using Joinpoint regression,and average annual percent changes were calculated.The association between the Human Development Index and lung cancer incidence and mortality was assessed by linear regression.Results:An estimated 2.2 million new lung cancer cases and 1.8 million lung cancer-related deaths occurred in 2020.The age-standardized incidence rate(ASIR)ranged from 36.8 per 100,000 in Demark to 5.9 per 100,000 in Mexico.The age-standardized mortality rate(ASMR)varied from 32.8 per 100,000 in Poland to 4.9 per 100,000 in Mexico.Both ASIR and ASMR were approximately twice higher in men than in women.The ASIR of lung cancer showed a downward trend in the United States of America(USA)between 2000 and 2012,and was more prominent in men.The age-specific incidence rates of lung cancer for ages of 50 to 59 years showed an upward trend in China for both men and women.Conclusions:The burden of lung cancer is still unsatisfactory,especially in developing countries like China.Considering the effectiveness of tobacco control and screening in developed countries,such as the USA,there is a need to strengthen health education,accelerate the establishment of tobacco control policies and regulations,and improve early cancer screening awareness to reduce the future burden of lung cancer. 展开更多

The cycloaddition reactions of methane and ethylene mediated by Ir^(+) have been designed and studied by the techniques of mass spectrometry in conjunction with theoretical calculations.Studies have shown that Ir^(+) can mediate the cycloaddition reaction of CH4and two C_(2)H_(4) to generate a half-sandwich structure IrHCp^(+)(Cp=η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))including pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand by continuous dehydrogenation reaction with the forming of three C-C bonds and seven C-H bonds.The orbital analysis indicates the mechanism of the cyclization reaction to generation of pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand with odd number carbon atom depends on the overlap ofπorbitals in-C_(2)H_(2) and carbene,which is more difficult than the forming of cyclobutadiene ligand and benzene.This study may help to understand the reaction mechanism in the cycloaddition reactions of organic compounds,which will be useful to guide the rational design of new catalysts with tailored selectivity and increased efficiency. 展开更多

The numerical solution of blow-up problems for nonlinear wave equations on unbounded spatial domains is considered.Applying the unified approach,which is based on the operator splitting method,we construct the efficient nonlinear local absorbing boundary conditions for the nonlinear wave equation,and reduce the nonlinear problem on the unbounded spatial domain to an initial-boundary-value problem on a bounded domain.Then the finite difference method is used to solve the reduced problem on the bounded computational domain.Finally,a broad range of numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of our method,and some interesting propagation and behaviors of the blow-up problems for nonlinear wave equations are observed. 展开更多

Preimplantation genetic diagnosis(PGD)uses molecular biological techniques to genetically diagnose embryos beforein vitro fertilization.The information obtained through PGD can help clinicians select healthy embryos for implantation,prevent the transmission of inherited diseases and help affected families have healthy children.This paper reviews the development of PGD technology,the history of its application to hereditary hearing loss,and the general process of how PGD is applied to screen for hereditary hearing loss.The aim of this review is to demonstrate the reliability of PGD in the primary prevention of hereditary hearing loss,assist clinicians in counseling patients at risk of transmitting an inherited disease,and explore the journey from PGD toin vitro fertilization.Given that the application of PGD technology to hereditary hearing loss varies in different countries and regions,there is still a long way to go before PGD is routinely applied for the primary prevention of hereditary hearing loss. 展开更多
