In this study,a new tannic acid adsorbent(ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether crosslinked tannic acid,TAEGDE)for adsorptive removal of dyes from water was prepared using EGDE as a cross-linking agent.The resultant TA-EGDE was in particulate form with rough surface morphology and a diameter ranging from 10 to 30μm.The adsorption performance of the TA-EGDE was evaluated in a flow-through mode using water samples contaminated with methylene blue(MB)and two-component mixed dyes,respectively.The TA-EGDE provided adsorption capacity up to 721.8 mg·g^(-1)at 65°C for MB.It showed a high removal efficiency(99%)of MB(50 mg·L^(-1))from the water sample and could recovery 90%of the adsorbed MB by eluting with acidic ethanol aqueous solution.The excellent adsorption of MB and neutral red on the TA-EGDE may be the result of the synergy of electrostatic interaction andπ-πinteraction.Furthermore,the TA-EGDE could separate dyes from water samples contaminated with twocomponent mixed dyes with a separation coefficient ranging from 1.8 to 36.5.The anionic TA-EGDE would be an effective adsorbent to remove and recycle dyes from the contaminated water. 展开更多

利用全硅氧键硅单体与丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯进行乳液共聚,一直是直接制取纳米二氧化硅苯丙复合乳液的理想方法,但因硅氧键水解速度快于丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯的自由基聚合速度,故存在聚合稳定性差的问题。文中先以正硅酸四甲酯、环己醇和甲基丙... 利用全硅氧键硅单体与丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯进行乳液共聚,一直是直接制取纳米二氧化硅苯丙复合乳液的理想方法,但因硅氧键水解速度快于丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯的自由基聚合速度,故存在聚合稳定性差的问题。文中先以正硅酸四甲酯、环己醇和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,正己烷为甲醇共沸剂,通过两步酯交换反应,制得了不同疏水性的全硅氧键乙烯基不饱和硅单体;然后以其为功能单体,经乳液聚合制得可在成膜过程中就地生成纳米二氧化硅的复合苯丙乳液。通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术,分析了酯交换产物中的主要组分;用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、Zeta电位及激光粒度测试、铅笔划痕硬度对乳液及乳胶膜进行了表征。结果表明,硅单体加入量在30%(质量分数)时,乳液聚合仍有很好的稳定性;乳胶粒粒径分布较窄,粒径约100 nm;乳胶膜中存在纳米二氧化硅晶体,膜硬度达H级。 展开更多

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mycophenolate mofetil(MMF)or tacrolimus(TAC)compared with azathioprine(AZA)as maintenance therapy for active lupus nephritis(ALN).Patients with ALN who responded to 24 weeks of induction treatment were enrolled.Patients who received MMF or TAC as induction therapy continued MMF or TAC treatment during the maintenance period,whereas those who received intravenous cyclophosphamide were subjected to AZA treatment.The primary endpoint was the incidence of renal relapse.Secondary endpoints included extrarenal flares and composite endpoints(deaths,end-stage renal disease,or doubling of serum creatinine levels).A total of 123 ALN patients(47 in the MMF group,37 in the TAC group,and 39 in the AZA group)were enrolled.The median follow-up time was 60 months.Ten MMF-treated patients,ten TAC-treated patients,and eight AZA-treated patients experienced renal relapses(P=0.844).The cumulative renal relapse rates in the MMF group(P=0.934)and TAC group(P=0.673)were similar to the renal relapse rate in the AZA group.No significant difference in the incidence of severe adverse event was observed among the groups.Long-term maintenance therapies with MMF or TAC might have similarly low rates of renal relapse and similar safety profiles compared with AZA. 展开更多

Good dispersibility of graphene in a medium or matrix is a critical issue in practical applications.In this work,graphene was functionalized using N-(4-hydroxyl phenyl)maleimide(4-HPM)via the Diels—Alder(DA)reaction by a one-step catalyst-free approach.The optimal reaction condition was found to be 90℃for 12 h using dimethytformamide(DMF)as the solvent.FTIR,Raman spectroscopy,XPS and EDS proved that 4-HPM moieties were successfully grafted onto the surface of graphene.UVvis and TGA confirmed that the grafting amount of 4-HPM was 3.75%-3.97%based on the mass of graphene.Functionalized graphene showed excellent dispersion stability when dispersed in common solvents such as ethanol,DMF,water,tetrahydrofuran and pxylene.Meanwhile,functionalized graphene also exhibited pH sensitivity in aqueous due to the phenolic hydroxyls from the 4-HPM moieties.As a result of good dispersion stability and pH sensitivity,compared with graphene,functionalized graphene had better adsorption capacity for methylene blue(MB)from aqueous solution. 展开更多
