The double flower developmental process is regulated via a complex transcriptional regulatory network.To understand this highly dynamic and complex developmental process of Dianthus spp.,we performed a comparative analysis of floral morphology and transcriptome dynamics in simple flowers and double flowers.We found that the primordium of double flowers of‘X’was larger in size compared to that of simple flowers of‘L’in Dianthus chinensis.RNA-seq and Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis(WGCNA)during flower development,identified stage-specific gene network modules.Expression analysis by RNA-seq indicated that a group of genes related to floral meristem identity,primordia position and polarity were highly expressed in double flowers genotypes compared to simple flowers genotypes,suggesting their roles in double-petal formation.A total of 21 DEGs related to petal number were identified between simple and double flowers.The experiments of in situ hybridization revealed that DcaAP2L,DcaLFY and DcaUFO genes were expressed in the intra-sepal boundary and petal boundary.We proposed a potential transcriptional regulatory network for simple and double flower development.This study provides novel insights into the molecular mechanism underlying double flower formation in Dianthus spp. 展开更多

The elderly people are difficult to seek medical advice,the elderly dependency ratio is soaring,finance fails to bear such heavy load,and social endowment service pressure is also constantly increasing. Traditional endowment mode is already incapable of satisfying current endowment demands. On the basis of the population aging,this paper came up with the new endowment mode " hospital + nursing home" and analyzed its feasibility. Finally,it reached the conclusion that this endowment mode is helpful for solving problems of endowment and medical care,and alleviating the problem of population aging. 展开更多

Real-time simulation of large-scale wind farms with detailed modeling can provide accurate insights into system transient behaviors,but entails challenges in computing resources.This paper develops a compact real-time simulator based on the field programmable gate array(FPGA)for large-scale wind farms,in which the spatial-temporal parallel design method is proposed to address the huge computation resource demand associated with detailed modeling.The wind farm is decoupled into several subsystems based on model consistency,and the electrical system and control system of each subsystem are solved in parallel.Both the module-level pipeline technique and superscalar pipeline technique are introduced to the wind farms’simulation to effectively improve the utilization of hardware resources.In case studies,real-time simulations of two modified wind farms are separately carried out on a single FPGA,including one with 13 permanent magnet synchronous generators under a time-step of 11µs,and the other with 30 squirrel-cage induction generators under a time-step of 8µs.Simulation tests,under different scenarios,are implemented to validate the numerical performance of the real-time simulator,and a comparison with the commercial tool PSCAD/EMTDC demonstrates the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed design. 展开更多
