Efficient Clustering Routing Algorithm Based on Opportunistic Routing

Based on the analysis of the existing classic clustering routing algorithm HEED, this paper proposes an efficient dynamic clustering routing algorithm ED-HEED. In the cluster selection process, in order to optimize the network topology and select more proper nodes as the cluster head, the proposed clustering algorithm considers the shortest path prediction of the node to the destination sink and the congestion situation. In the data transmission procedure, the high-efficiency CEDOR opportunistic routing algorithm is applied into the ED-HEED as the data transmission mode between cluster headers. A novel adaptive dynamic clustering mechanism is also considered into the algorithm, as well as the data redundancy and security control. Our Simulation demonstrates that the ED-HEED algorithm can reduce the energy consumption, prolong the network life and keep the security and availability of the network compared with the HEED algorithm. 展开更多

Layered material indium selenide(InxSey)is a promising candidate for building next-generation electronic and photonic devices.We report a zirconium aided MBE growth of this van der Waals material.When co-depositing zirconium and selenium onto an indium phosphide substrate with a substrate temperature of 400℃at a constant zirconium flux rate of 0.01 ML/min,the polymorphic Inx Sey layer emerges on top of the insulating ZrSe2 layer.Different archetypes,such as InSe,α-In2Se3 and α-In2Se3,are found in the InxSey layers.A negative magnetoresistance of 40%at 2 K under 9 T magnetic field is observed.Such an InxSeyZrSe2 heterostructure with good lattice-matching may serve as a candidate for device applications. 展开更多

Methods: The monocular mfVEP in both eyes of 36 normal subjects (72 eyes) were tested with VERIS Science 4.0. The stimulus was the pattern reversal dart array consisted of 60 sectors each including 16 black-white reverse patterns. The visual stimulation was controlled by a binary pseudo-random m-sequence and subtended 25 degrees of retinal region. Results: The mfVEP patterns between left and right eyes of each subject were similar, and P1 latency and amplitude in correspondent visual field quadrants between left and right eyes had no significant difference(P>0.05). The latency of superotemporal visual field quadrant in right eyes was shorter than that of superonasal visual field quadrant in left eyes,and the amplitude of superonasal visual field quadrant in right eyes was longer than that of superotemporal visual field quadrant in left eyes(P<0.05). The P1 latency and amplitude among four visual field quadrants of each eye had significant difference(P<0.05). The P1 latency between the superonasal visual field quadrant and inferotemporal visual field quadrant or between the superonasal visual field quadrant and inferonasal quadrant visual field had significant differences in right or left eyes(P<0.05). A novel layered perovskite tantalate phosphor Sr_(3)LaTa_(3)O_(12):Sm^(3+)(SLTO:Sm^(3+)) with orange-red emission was obtained for the first time via the solid-phase synthetic method. The phase purity, surface morphology,element distribution and luminescent properties of the SLTO:xSm^(3+)(x= 0.01 mol%-0.30 mol%) phosphors were investigated. Under 408 nm excitation, the optimum doped SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+) phosphor emits orangered light at 598 nm with the highest emission peak(4G_(5/2)→6H_(7/2)). The critical energy transfer distance is 1.687 nm. The prepared SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+)phosphor has excellent thermal stability with temperature quenching temperature(T_(0.5)> 500 K) and high activation energy(E_(a)= 0.25 e V). Through calculation, the chromaticity coordinates of all samples are concentrated in the orange-red area, and the color purity reaches 99%. The fabricated white light-emitting diode(w-LED) has a good correlated color temperature(5132 K), a high R_(a)(89), and the CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.340, 0.327). Consequently, the superiority of orange-red-emitting tantalate SLTO:Sm^(3+) phosphors for w-LEDs is demonstrated. 展开更多

生物可吸收封堵器的应用有望降低传统金属封堵器并发症的风险.之前研制的生物可吸收封堵器存在不完全降解的局限性并导致新的并发症,因此目前尚未有相关产品获批上市.本研究使用了一种新型完全可吸收封堵器,旨在探索完全可吸收封堵器治... 生物可吸收封堵器的应用有望降低传统金属封堵器并发症的风险.之前研制的生物可吸收封堵器存在不完全降解的局限性并导致新的并发症,因此目前尚未有相关产品获批上市.本研究使用了一种新型完全可吸收封堵器,旨在探索完全可吸收封堵器治疗室间隔缺损的疗效和安全性.从2019年4月到2020年1月,本研究在七个医学中心入组125名膜周部室间隔缺损患者,经筛查后108名患者被纳入研究并随机分为植入生物可吸收封堵器实验组和金属封堵器组.所有受试者均成功植入封堵器并完成24个月的随访.生物可吸收封堵器组患者经胸超声心动图显示高亮回声在24个月内逐渐消失,说明可吸收封堵器在体内实现完全降解.对比金属封堵器,实验组器械相关心律失常发生率(5.56%vs.14.81%,P=0.112)和持续传导阻滞发生率(0/54 vs.6/54,P=0.036)显著降低.本研究提示新型完全可吸收封堵器可以在单纯超声引导下实现成功植入,同时降低术后永久性心律失常的发生率. 展开更多

Ventricular septal defect(VSD)is one of the commonest congenital heart diseases(CHDs).Current occluders for VSD treatment are mainly made of nitinol,which has the risk of nickel allergy,persistent myocardial abrasion and fatal arrythmia.Herein,a fully biodegradable polydioxanone(PDO)occluder equipped with a shape line and poly-L-lactic acid PLLA membranes is developed for VSD closure without the addition of metal marker.PDO occluder showed great mechanical strength,fatigue resistance,geometry fitness,biocompatibility and degradability.In a rat subcutaneous implantation model,PDO filaments significantly alleviated inflammation response,mitigated fibrosis and promoted endothelialization compared with nitinol.The safety and efficacy of PDO occluder were confirmed in a canine VSD model with 3-year follow-up,demonstrating the biodegradable PDO occluder could not only effectively repair VSD,induce cardiac remodeling but also address the complications associated with metal occluders.Furthermore,a pilot clinical trial with five VSD patients indicated that all the occluders were successfully implanted under the guidance of echocardiography and no adverse events occurred during the 3-month follow-up.Collectively,the fully bioresorbable PDO occluder is safe and effective for clinical VSD closure and holds great promise for the treatment of structural CHDs. 展开更多

We have studied the magnetic and electrical transport properties of epitaxial NiAs-type CrTe thin films grown on SrTiO3(111) substrates. Unlike rectangle hysteresis loops obtained from magnetic measurements, we have identified intriguing extra bump/dip features from anomalous Hall experiments on the films with thicknesses less than 12 nm. This observed Hall anomaly is phenomenologically consistent with the occurrence of a topological Hall effect (THE) in chiral magnets with a skyrmion phase. Furthermore, the THE contribution can be tuned by the film thickness, showing the key contribution of asymmetric interfaces in stabilizing N6el-type skyrmions. Our work demonstrates that a CrTe thin film on SrTiO3(111) substrates is a good material candidate for studying real-space topological transport. 展开更多

Periodically poled lithium niobate on insulator(LNOI) ridge waveguides are desirable for high-efficiency nonlinear frequency conversions, and the fabrication process of such waveguides is crucial for device performance. In this work, we report fabrication and characterization of locally periodically poled ridge waveguides. Ridge waveguides were fabricated by dry etching, and then the high-voltage pulses were applied to locally poled ridge waveguides. Second harmonic generation with normalized conversion efficiency of 435.5% W^(-1)·cm^(-2) was obtained in the periodically poled LNOI ridge waveguide,which was consistent with the triangular domain structure revealed by confocal microscopy. 展开更多

Background:The calcineurin inhibitor(CNI)-based immune maintenance regimen that is commonly used after renal transplantation has greatly improved early graft survival after transplantation;however,the long-term prognosis of grafts has not been significantly improved.The nephrotoxicity of CNI drugs is one of the main risk factors for the poor long-term prognosis of grafts.Sirolimus(SRL)has been employed as an immunosuppressant in clinical practice for over 20 years and has been found to have no nephrotoxic effects on grafts.Presently,the regimen and timing of SRL application after renal transplantation vary,and clinical data are scarce.Multicenter prospective randomized controlled studies are particularly rare.This study aims to investigate the effects of early conversion to a low-dose CNI combined with SRL on the long-term prognosis of renal transplantation.Methods:Patients who receive four weeks of a standard regimen with CNI+mycophenolic acid(MPA)+glucocorticoid after renal transplantation in multiple transplant centers across China will be included in this study.At week 5,after the operation,patients in the experimental group will receive an additional administration of SRL,a reduction in the CNI drug doses,withdrawal of MPA medication,and maintenance of glucocorticoids.In addition,patients in the control group will receive the maintained standard of care.The patients’vital signs,routine blood tests,routine urine tests,blood biochemistry,serum creatinine,BK virus(BKV)/cytomegalovirus(CMV),and trough concentrations of CNI drugs and SRL at the baseline and weeks 12,24,36,48,72,and 104 after conversion will be recorded.Patient survival,graft survival,and estimated glomerular filtration rate will be calculated,and concomitant medications and adverse events will also be recorded.Conclusion:The study data will be utilized to evaluate the efficacy and safety of early conversion to low-dose CNIs combined with SRL in renal transplant patients. 展开更多

In this work, we propose a new scheme to generate frequency-doubled vortex beams from a radially poled Li Nb O3 micro-ring resonator based on nonlinear Cherenkov radiation. The near-infrared fundamental wave is resonant in the micro-ring, while the second harmonic is emitted from the resonator along the Cherenkov phase-matching direction. The topological charge of the emitted second-harmonic vortex beam is determined by both the azimuthal order of the whispering galley modes and the number of nonlinear grating elements. The field distribution and the conversion efficiency of the emitted vortex beam are investigated. 展开更多

We study the effect of dimension variation for second-harmonic generation(SHG) in lithium niobate on insulator(LNOI)waveguides. Non-trivial SHG profiles in both type-0 and type-I quasi-phase matching are observed during the wavelength tuning of the fundamental light. Theoretical modeling shows that the SHG profile and efficiency can be greatly affected by the waveguide cross-section dimension variations, especially the thickness variations. In particular, our analysis shows that a thickness variation of tens of nanometers is in good agreement with the experimental results. Such investigations could be used to evaluate fabrication performance of LNOI-based nonlinear optical devices. 展开更多
