Improvement of integrated battlefield situational awareness in complex environments involving dynamic factors such as restricted communications and electromagnetic interference(EMI)has become a contentious research pr...Improvement of integrated battlefield situational awareness in complex environments involving dynamic factors such as restricted communications and electromagnetic interference(EMI)has become a contentious research problem.In certain mission environments,due to the impact of many interference sources on real-time communication or mission requirements such as the need to implement communication regulations,the mission stages are represented as a dynamic combination of several communication-available and communication-unavailable stages.Furthermore,the data interaction between unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)can only be performed in specific communication-available stages.Traditional cooperative search algorithms cannot handle such situations well.To solve this problem,this study constructed a distributed model predictive control(DMPC)architecture for a collaborative control of UAVs and used the Voronoi diagram generation method to re-plan the search areas of all UAVs in real time to avoid repetition of search areas and UAV collisions while improving the search efficiency and safety factor.An attention mechanism ant-colony optimization(AACO)algorithm is proposed for UAV search-control decision planning.The search strategy is adaptively updated by introducing an attention mechanism for regular instruction information,a priori information,and emergent information of the mission to satisfy different search expectations to the maximum extent.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves better search performance than traditional algorithms in restricted communication constraint scenarios.展开更多

By using the statistical methods, including correlation analysis, factor analysis and comparative analysis of satisfaction and importance, we analyzed the survey data, and get the results of analysis. p53 is mutated in half of cancer cases.However,no p53-targeting drugs have been approved.Here,we reposition decitabine for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),a subtype with frequent p53 mutations and extremely poor p...p53 is mutated in half of cancer cases.However,no p53-targeting drugs have been approved.Here,we reposition decitabine for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),a subtype with frequent p53 mutations and extremely poor prognosis.In a retrospective study on tissue microarrays with 132 TNBC cases,DNMT1 overexpression was associated with p53 mutations(P=0.037)and poor overall survival(OS)(P=0.010).In a prospective DEciTabinE and Carboplatin in TNBC(DETECT)trial(NCT03295552),decitabine with carboplatin produced an objective response rate(ORR)of 42%in 12 patients with stage IV TNBC.Among the 9 trialed patients with available TP53 sequencing results,the 6 patients with p53 mutations had higher ORR(3/6 vs.0/3)and better OS(16.0 vs.4.0 months)than the patients with wild-type p53.In a mechanistic study,isogenic TNBC cell lines harboring DETECT-derived p53 mutations exhibited higher DNMT1 expression and decitabine sensitivity than the cell line with wild-type p53.In the DETECT trial,decitabine induced strong immune responses featuring the striking upregulation of the innate immune player IRF7 in the p53-mutated TNBC cell line(upregulation by 16-fold)and the most responsive patient with TNBC.Our integrative studies reveal the potential of repurposing decitabine for the treatment of p53-mutated TNBC and suggest IRF7 as a potential biomarker for decitabine-based treatments.展开更多

First, the simulation-based Bayesian de- sign framework for SSADT is presented. Then, by considering his- torical data, specific optimal objectives oriented Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence is established. A numerical example is discussed to illustrate the design approach. It is assumed that the degrada- tion model (or process) follows a drift Brownian motion; the accele- ration model follows Arrhenius equation; and the corresponding parameters follow normal and Gamma prior distributions. Using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and WinBUGS software, the comparison shows that KL divergence is better than quadratic loss for optimal criteria. Further, the effect of simulation outiiers on the optimization plan is analyzed and the preferred sur- face fitting algorithm is chosen. At the end of the paper, a NASA lithium-ion battery dataset is used as historical information and the KL divergence oriented Bayesian design is compared with maxi- mum likelihood theory oriented locally optimal design. The results show that the proposed method can provide a much better testing plan for this engineering application.展开更多

However non-thermal plasma associated with catalyst can resolve these problems. So this kind of technology was paid more and more attention to treat waste gas. In this paper, we make use of this technology to decompose toluene under different electric field and packed materials. At the same time, the mechanism of toluene decomposition using plasma and catalyst is discussed. The experimental results show toluene decomposition increases with electric field strength increasing and flow velocity and initial concentration decreasing. There are four conditions in plasma: without packed materials (1);with packed materials (2);with BaTiO3 in the surfaces of packed materials (3);and with nanometer Ba0.8Sr0.2Zr0.1Ti0.9O3 (4). Toluene decomposition represents a obvious trend, that is, η(4) > η(3) > η(2) > η(1). The best decomposition efficiency of toluene arrives at 95%.展开更多

Plants with different carbon reduction cycles respond differently to strong light stress. However, variation in photoinhibition in leaves with different photosynthetic characteristics in maize is not clear. In this experiment, we used the first leaves (with an incomplete C4 cycle) and fifth leaves (with a complete C4 cycle) of maize plants as well as the fifth leaves (C3 cycle) of tobacco plants as a reference to measure the photosynthetic rate (PN) and chlorophyll a parameters under strong light stress. During treatment, PN, the maximal fluorescence (Fm), the maximal quantum yield of PSII photochemistry (Fv/Fm), and the number of active photosystem II (PSII) reaction centers per excited cross-section (RC/CSm) declined dramatically in all three types of leaves but to different degrees. PN, Fm, Fv/Fm, and RC/CSm were less inhibited by strong light in C4 leaves. The results showed that maize C4 leaves with higher rates of photosynthesis are more tolerant to strong light stress than incomplete C4 leaves, and the carbon reduction cycle is more important to photoprotection in C4 leaves, while state transition is critical in incomplete C4 leaves.展开更多

Based on it,this paper makes an empirical research by using the survey data about migrant workers in Chongqing. The research findings are as follows:( i) The urban employment,the living condition and the rural connection have a significant impact on migrant workers' transfer decision;( ii) If the value of those factors( such as the working stability,the family income,the urban house condition and the urban social security) is higher,then the migrant workers who have no economic interest in rural areas are better able to integrate into the urban areas,therefore the inclination to transfer the household registration from agriculture to non-agriculture will be much stronger. It is proposed that we should do some significant things,such as enhancing the investment of security housing,bringing the migrant workers into the city housing accumulation fund system and giving them prior allocation right,perfecting land elastic exit mechanism,creating a harmonious employment environment,which are important strategies promoting migrant workers to integrate into the urban areas and affecting their individual decision about transferring from agriculture to nonagriculture.展开更多

Research results indicate that grain production integrated technology efficiency of China is relatively low,technology utilization level is low,and it remains at the stage of decreasing returns to scale,and the pure technology efficiency still has space to increase. Total factor productivity is declining and the total factor productivity of many provinces is relatively low. Since the total factor productivity of eastern areas is higher than central and western areas,it is required to strengthen technological support for grain production. The implementation of urbanization is helpful for promoting increase of grain production technology efficiency in central and eastern areas,but it will exert negative influence on western areas.展开更多
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)is a major economically devastating pathogen that has evolved various strategies to evade innate immunity.Downregulation of antiviral interferon largely promot...Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)is a major economically devastating pathogen that has evolved various strategies to evade innate immunity.Downregulation of antiviral interferon largely promotes PRRSV immunoevasion by utilizing cytoplasmic melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5(MDA5),a receptor that senses viral RNA.In this study,the downregulated transcription and expression levels of porcine MDA5 in PRRSV infection were observed,and the detailed mechanisms were explored.We found that the interaction between P62 and MDA5 is enhanced due to two factors:the phosphorylation modification of the autophagic receptor P62 by the upregulated kinase CK2αand the K63 ubiquitination of porcine MDA5 catalyzed by the E3 ubiquitinase TRIM21 in PRRSV-infected cells.As a result of these modifications,the classic P62-mediated autophagy is triggered.Additionally,porcine MDA5 interacts with the chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 2(CCT2),which is enhanced by PRRSV nsp3.This interaction promotes the aggregate formation and autophagic clearance of MDA5-CCT2-nsp3 independently of ubiquitination.In summary,enhanced MDA5 degradation occurs in PRRSV infection via two autophagic pathways:the binding of MDA5 with the autophagy receptor P62 and the aggrephagy receptor CCT2,leading to intense innate immune suppression.The research reveals a novel mechanism of immune evasion in PRRSV infection and provides fundamental insights for the development of new vaccines or therapeutic strategies.展开更多

The aim of this study was to develop a simple, sensitive and rapid high perf...Ginsenoside Rg1(Rg1), the major effective component of ginseng, has been shown to have multiple bioactivities, but low oral bioavailability. The aim of this study was to develop a simple, sensitive and rapid high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS) method, which could be used to validate and quantify the concentrations of Rg1 and its metabolites in Sprague-Dawley rat bile,urine, and feces after oral administration(25 mg/kg). Calibration curves offered satisfactory linearity(r40.995)within the determined ranges. Both intra-day and inter-day variances were less than 15%, and the accuracy was within 80–120%. The excretion recoveries of Rg1, ginsenoside Rh1(Rh1), and protopanaxatriol(Ppt) in bile,urine, and feces combined were all greater than 70%. The fecal excretion recoveries of Rg1, Rh1, and Ppt were40.11%, 22.19%, and 22.88%, respectively, whereas 6.88% of Rg1 and 0.09% of Rh1 were excreted in bile.Urinary excretion accounted for only 0.04% of Rg1. In conclusion, the observed excretion profiles for Rg1 and its metabolites after oral administration are helpful for understanding the poor oral bioavailability of Rg1 and will aid further investigations of Rg1 as a pharmacologically active component.展开更多

Although several studies have shown that PRRSV can affect the cell cycle of infected cells, it is still unclear how it manipulates the cell cycle to facilitate its proliferation. In this study, we analyzed the mRNA expression profiles of transcription factors in PRRSV-infected 3D4/21 cells by RNA-sequencing. The result shows that the expression of transcription factor DP2(TFDP2) is remarkably upregulated in PRRSV-infected cells. Further studies show that TFDP2 contributes to PRRSV proliferation and the PRRSV nucleocapsid(N) protein induces TFDP2 expression by activating C/EBPb. TFDP2 positively regulates cyclin A expression and triggers a less proportion of cells in the S phase, which contributes to PRRSV proliferation. This study proposes a novel mechanism by which PRRSV utilizes host protein to regulate the cell cycle to favor its infection. Findings from this study will help us for a better understanding of PRRSV pathogenesis.展开更多

Hydrogels composed of GMP-quadruplexes ...This work describes the gelation behaviors and properties of a biological molecule, guanosine 5′-monophosphate disodium salt(GMP), in the presence of trivalent lanthanide ions. Hydrogels composed of GMP-quadruplexes were prepared by adjusting p H,through which the protonation of phosphate group was controlled to tune the interactions between lanthanide ions and GMP.Within the p H region of 2–6, the electrostatic interaction between lanthanide ions and phosphate group is hindered and the cation-dipole interaction acts as the main driving force for the formation of G-quadruplexes. All the hydrogels were found consisting of three-dimensional network of the intertwining one-dimensional nanofibers formed by the stacking G-quartets induced by lanthanide ions. A significant fluorescence enhancement of thioflavin T(Th T), a fluorescent molecule, was found to be triggered by the G-quadruplex structures, for which the rotation of chromophoric groups on Th T molecules were prohibited due to the implant into the G-quadruplex structures.展开更多

The near-infrared fundamental wave is resonant in the micro-ring, while the second harmonic is emitted from the resonator along the Cherenkov phase-matching direction. The topological charge of the emitted second-harmonic vortex beam is determined by both the azimuthal order of the whispering galley modes and the number of nonlinear grating elements. The design method and fabrication process of the high-quality annealed proton...We report efficient generation of 671 nm red light based on quasi-phase-matched second harmonic generation of 1342 nm in LiNbO3 waveguides. The design method and fabrication process of the high-quality annealed protonexchanged periodically poled channel waveguides were presented. A continuous-wave 1.71 mW red light was obtained with a single-pass conversion efficiency of 47%·W-1·cm-2, which is 88% that of the theoretical value.While for 1 mW quasi-continuous-laser input, the corresponding peak power being 2 W, the conversion efficiency reached up to 60%. Our results indicate that the annealed proton-exchanged periodically poled LiNbO3 waveguide is promising for high-efficiency and low power consumption nonlinear generation of visible light.展开更多

It is proposed that we should do some significant things,such as enhancing the investment of security housing,bringing the migrant workers into the city housing accumulation fund system and giving them prior allocation right,perfecting land elastic exit mechanism,creating a harmonious employment environment,which are important strategies promoting migrant workers to integrate into the urban areas and affecting their individual decision about transferring from agriculture to nonagriculture.

文摘Based on DEA-Malmquist method,this paper calculated the integrated technology efficiency of grain production and total factor productivity and analyzed factors influencing the grain production technology efficiency using working documents of panel structure. Research results indicate that grain production integrated technology efficiency of China is relatively low,technology utilization level is low,and it remains at the stage of decreasing returns to scale,and the pure technology efficiency still has space to increase. Total factor productivity is declining and the total factor productivity of many provinces is relatively low. Since the total factor productivity of eastern areas is higher than central and western areas,it is required to strengthen technological support for grain production. The implementation of urbanization is helpful for promoting increase of grain production technology efficiency in central and eastern areas,but it will exert negative influence on western areas.

文摘Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)is a major economically devastating pathogen that has evolved various strategies to evade innate immunity.Downregulation of antiviral interferon largely promotes PRRSV immunoevasion by utilizing cytoplasmic melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5(MDA5),a receptor that senses viral RNA.In this study,the downregulated transcription and expression levels of porcine MDA5 in PRRSV infection were observed,and the detailed mechanisms were explored.We found that the interaction between P62 and MDA5 is enhanced due to two factors:the phosphorylation modification of the autophagic receptor P62 by the upregulated kinase CK2αand the K63 ubiquitination of porcine MDA5 catalyzed by the E3 ubiquitinase TRIM21 in PRRSV-infected cells.As a result of these modifications,the classic P62-mediated autophagy is triggered.Additionally,porcine MDA5 interacts with the chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 2(CCT2),which is enhanced by PRRSV nsp3.This interaction promotes the aggregate formation and autophagic clearance of MDA5-CCT2-nsp3 independently of ubiquitination.In summary,enhanced MDA5 degradation occurs in PRRSV infection via two autophagic pathways:the binding of MDA5 with the autophagy receptor P62 and the aggrephagy receptor CCT2,leading to intense innate immune suppression.The research reveals a novel mechanism of immune evasion in PRRSV infection and provides fundamental insights for the development of new vaccines or therapeutic strategies.

文摘As the phenomenon of an aging population gradually becomes common worldwide,the pressure on the elderly has seen a notable increase.To address this challenge,fall detection systems are important in ensuring the safety of the elderly population,particularly those living alone.Wi-Fi sensing,as a privacy-preserving method of perception,can be deployed indoors for detecting human activities such as falls,based on the reflective properties of electromagnetic waves.Signals generated by transmitters experience reflections from various objects within indoor environments,leading to distinct propagation paths.These signals eventually aggregate at the receiver,incorporating details about the objects’orientation and their activity states.In this study,within practical experimental environments,we collect dataset and utilize deep learning method to classify the falling events.

文摘Ginsenoside Rg1(Rg1), the major effective component of ginseng, has been shown to have multiple bioactivities, but low oral bioavailability. The aim of this study was to develop a simple, sensitive and rapid high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS) method, which could be used to validate and quantify the concentrations of Rg1 and its metabolites in Sprague-Dawley rat bile,urine, and feces after oral administration(25 mg/kg). Calibration curves offered satisfactory linearity(r40.995)within the determined ranges. Both intra-day and inter-day variances were less than 15%, and the accuracy was within 80–120%. The excretion recoveries of Rg1, ginsenoside Rh1(Rh1), and protopanaxatriol(Ppt) in bile,urine, and feces combined were all greater than 70%. The fecal excretion recoveries of Rg1, Rh1, and Ppt were40.11%, 22.19%, and 22.88%, respectively, whereas 6.88% of Rg1 and 0.09% of Rh1 were excreted in bile.Urinary excretion accounted for only 0.04% of Rg1. In conclusion, the observed excretion profiles for Rg1 and its metabolites after oral administration are helpful for understanding the poor oral bioavailability of Rg1 and will aid further investigations of Rg1 as a pharmacologically active component.

文摘Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) is an important infectious disease caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), leading to significant economic losses in swine industry worldwide. Although several studies have shown that PRRSV can affect the cell cycle of infected cells, it is still unclear how it manipulates the cell cycle to facilitate its proliferation. In this study, we analyzed the mRNA expression profiles of transcription factors in PRRSV-infected 3D4/21 cells by RNA-sequencing. The result shows that the expression of transcription factor DP2(TFDP2) is remarkably upregulated in PRRSV-infected cells. Further studies show that TFDP2 contributes to PRRSV proliferation and the PRRSV nucleocapsid(N) protein induces TFDP2 expression by activating C/EBPb. TFDP2 positively regulates cyclin A expression and triggers a less proportion of cells in the S phase, which contributes to PRRSV proliferation. This study proposes a novel mechanism by which PRRSV utilizes host protein to regulate the cell cycle to favor its infection. Findings from this study will help us for a better understanding of PRRSV pathogenesis.

文摘This paper examines the financing channels for zombie firms in China.We find that equity markets and suppliers provide substan-tial financing support for zombie firms,while banks and other financing channels are less important.We also find that the amount of investment does not increase accordingly after zombie firms obtain external financing,which indicates an inefficient use of funds by these zombie firms.Our results are robust to various definitions of zombie firms,and also to a propensity score match-ing method.

文摘This work describes the gelation behaviors and properties of a biological molecule, guanosine 5′-monophosphate disodium salt(GMP), in the presence of trivalent lanthanide ions. Hydrogels composed of GMP-quadruplexes were prepared by adjusting p H,through which the protonation of phosphate group was controlled to tune the interactions between lanthanide ions and GMP.Within the p H region of 2–6, the electrostatic interaction between lanthanide ions and phosphate group is hindered and the cation-dipole interaction acts as the main driving force for the formation of G-quadruplexes. All the hydrogels were found consisting of three-dimensional network of the intertwining one-dimensional nanofibers formed by the stacking G-quartets induced by lanthanide ions. A significant fluorescence enhancement of thioflavin T(Th T), a fluorescent molecule, was found to be triggered by the G-quadruplex structures, for which the rotation of chromophoric groups on Th T molecules were prohibited due to the implant into the G-quadruplex structures.

文摘In this work, we propose a new scheme to generate frequency-doubled vortex beams from a radially poled Li Nb O3 micro-ring resonator based on nonlinear Cherenkov radiation. The near-infrared fundamental wave is resonant in the micro-ring, while the second harmonic is emitted from the resonator along the Cherenkov phase-matching direction. The topological charge of the emitted second-harmonic vortex beam is determined by both the azimuthal order of the whispering galley modes and the number of nonlinear grating elements. The field distribution and the conversion efficiency of the emitted vortex beam are investigated.

文摘We report efficient generation of 671 nm red light based on quasi-phase-matched second harmonic generation of 1342 nm in LiNbO3 waveguides. The design method and fabrication process of the high-quality annealed protonexchanged periodically poled channel waveguides were presented. A continuous-wave 1.71 mW red light was obtained with a single-pass conversion efficiency of 47%·W-1·cm-2, which is 88% that of the theoretical value.While for 1 mW quasi-continuous-laser input, the corresponding peak power being 2 W, the conversion efficiency reached up to 60%. Our results indicate that the annealed proton-exchanged periodically poled LiNbO3 waveguide is promising for high-efficiency and low power consumption nonlinear generation of visible light.
