基于GEO数据库与生物信息学方法分析食管鳞状细胞癌中的核心基因 被引量:1

目的通过生物信息学方法发掘与食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)相关的核心基因并分析其生物学功能,为ESCC的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。方法从基因表达数据库GEO下载ESCC相关基因芯片数据集,运用生物信息学相关... 目的通过生物信息学方法发掘与食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)相关的核心基因并分析其生物学功能,为ESCC的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。方法从基因表达数据库GEO下载ESCC相关基因芯片数据集,运用生物信息学相关分析方法获取ESCC核心基因并进行表达水平验证和生存分析。结果本研究筛选出共同差异表达基因(DEGs)512个,其中核心基因模块包含46个基因,GO富集分析显示核心基因主要参与细胞分裂、有丝分裂核分裂、DNA复制等生物学过程;KEGG通路分析显示核心基因主要富集在细胞周期、p53信号通路、DNA复制等信号通路。经过基因表达水平验证和临床生存分析,最终发掘出13个ESCC核心基因,它们均在ESCC组织中高表达,可能与ESCC预后相关。结论通过生物信息学方法发掘的核心基因可能在ESCC的发生发展中具有重要作用,为进一步探讨ESCC的分子机制提供了一定的理论依据。 展开更多

The results show that porphyrin-chsterol esters can powerfully inhibit their metabolism, the inhibitory sequence is Ⅱ >I >Ⅲ,but the inhibitory way of each ester is different. 展开更多
