The different reservoirs in deep Songliao Basin have non-homogeneous lithologies and include multiple layers with a high content of hydrogen gas.The gas composition and stable isotope characteristics vary significantly,but the origin analysis of different gas types has previously been weak.Based on the geochemical parameters of gas samples from different depths and the analysis of geological settings,this research covers the diverse origins of natural gas in different strata.The gas components are mainly methane with a small amount of C_(2+),and non-hydrocarbon gases,including nitrogen(N_(2)),hydrogen(H_(2)),carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),and helium(He).At greater depth,the carbon isotope of methane becomes heavier,and the hydrogen isotope points to a lacustrine sedimentary environment.With increasing depth,the origins of N_(2)and CO_(2)change gradually from a mixture of organic and inorganic to inorganic.The origins of hydrogen gas are complex and include organic sources,water radiolysis,water-rock(Fe^(2+)-containing minerals)reactions,and mantle-derived.The shales of Denglouku and Shahezi Formations,as source rocks,provide the premise for generation and occurrence of organic gas.Furthermore,the deep faults and fluid activities in Basement Formation control the generation and migration of mantle-derived gas.The discovery of a high content of H_(2)in study area not only reveals the organic and inorganic association of natural-gas generation,but also provides a scientific basis for the exploration of deep hydrogen-rich gas. 展开更多

The large volumetric variations experienced by metal selenides within conversion reaction result in inferior rate capability and cycling stability,ultimately hindering the achievement of superior electrochemical performance.Herein,metallic Cu_(2)Se encapsulated with N-doped carbon(Cu_(2)Se@NC)was prepared using Cu_(2)O nanocubes as templates through a combination of dopamine polymerization and hightemperature selenization.The unique nanocubic structure and uniform N-doped carbon coating could shorten the ion transport distance,accelerate electron/charge diffusion,and suppress volume variation,ultimately ensuring Cu_(2)Se@NC with excellent electrochemical performance in sodium ion batteries(SIBs)and potassium ion batteries(PIBs).The composite exhibited excellent rate performance(187.7 mA h g^(-1)at 50 A g^(-1)in SIBs and 179.4 mA h g^(-1)at 5 A g^(-1)in PIBs)and cyclic stability(246,8 mA h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1)in SIBs over 2500 cycles).The reaction mechanism of intercalation combined with conversion in both SIBs and PIBs was disclosed by in situ X-ray diffraction(XRD)and ex situ transmission electron microscope(TEM).In particular,the final products in PIBs of K_(2)Se and K_(2)Se_(3)species were determined after discharging,which is different from that in SIBs with the final species of Na_(2)Se.The density functional theory calculation showed that carbon induces strong coupling and charge interactions with Cu_(2)Se,leading to the introduction of built-in electric field on heterojunction to improve electron mobility.Significantly,the theoretical calculations discovered that the underlying cause for the relatively superior rate capability in SIBs to that in PIBs is the agile Na~+diffusion with low energy barrier and moderate adsorption energy.These findings offer theoretical support for in-depth understanding of the performance differences of Cu-based materials in different ion storage systems. 展开更多

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, people’s concern of pollution issues arising. Vehicles, as the most important means of transportation, its exhaust emission has received considerable attention. The catalytic converter is able to purify harmful substances in exhaust gas. The absolute content of precious metals in the catalytic converter dominates the exhaust gas purification effect. Accurate detection of precious metal content is of great significance for controlling the cost of catalysts, ensuring catalytic performance and recovering precious metals from spent catalysts. We herein summarized several instruments for precious metals content exploration, such as X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS), inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP) and spectrophotometer. In this thesis, the feasibility of using various devices for characterizing precious metal content in catalytic converters is analyzed and their strengths or weaknesses are elaborated. 展开更多

Background It is unclear whether catheter ablation(CA)for atrial fibrillation(AF)affects the long-term prognosis in the elderly.This study aims to evaluate the relationship between CA and long-term outcomes in elderly patients with AF.Methods Patients more than 75 years old with non-valvular AF were prospectively enrolled between August 2011 and December 2017 in the Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Registry Study.Participants who underwent CA at baseline were propensity score matched(1:1)with those who did not receive CA.The outcome events included all-cause mortality,cardiovascular mortality,stroke/transient ischemic attack(TIA),and cardiovascular hospitalization.Results Overall,this cohort included 571 ablated patients and 571 non-ablated patients with similar characteristics on 18 dimensions.During a mean follow-up of 39.75±19.98 months(minimum six months),24 patients died in the ablation group,compared with 60 deaths in the non-ablation group[hazard ratio(HR)=0.49,95%confidence interval(CI):0.30-0.79,P=0.0024].Besides,6 ablated and 29 non-ablated subjects died of cardiovascular disease(HR=0.25,95%CI:0.11-0.61,P=0.0022).A total of 27 ablated and 40 non-ablated patients suffered stroke/TIA(HR=0.79,95%CI:0.48-1.28,P=0.3431).In addition,140 ablated and 194 non-ablated participants suffered cardiovascular hospitalization(HR=0.84,95%CI:0.67-1.04,P=0.1084).Subgroup analyses according to gender,type of AF,time since onset of AF,and anticoagulants exposure in initiation did not show significant heterogeneity.Conclusions In elderly patients with AF,CA may be associated with a lower incidence of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality. 展开更多

Objective:To study the effects of social stress(CS)and social stress combined with high-fat diet on fat mobilization as a candidate mechanism for the induction or aggravation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:Thirty-two male Wistar rats(250±10 g)were randomly allocated to a blank control group(BC),a high-fat diet group(HFD),a CS group,and a combined CS and high-fat diet group(CS t HFD).Rats were sacrificed and tissues were collected after 8 weeks.Liver and body mass were measured and used to calculate the liver index.Serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and free fatty acids(FFAs)were measured.Liver sections were examined microscopically after oil red O and hematoxylin and eosin staining.The relative mRNA expression of acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACCase),hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A(HMG-CoA)reductase in liver,and hormone-sensitive lipase(HSL),and adipose triglyceride lipase(ATGL)in subcutaneous adipose tissue,were measured by real-time PCR.The liver concentrations of triglyceride,reactive oxygen species,and ACCase were measured by ELISA and HSL activity was determined using turbidimetry.Results:NAFLD developed in the CS,HFD,and CS t HFD groups,with the most severe NAFLD being in the CS t HFD group.Serum AST,ALT,and FFA,liver index,and hepatic triglyceride,FFA,and tumor necrosis factor-a were significantly higher in both the CS and CS t HFD groups.However,food intake and ACCase mRNA expression were lower.The mRNA expression of HSL and ATGL in adipose tissue was much higher,and HSL activity was higher in the CS group than in the BC group,and in the CS t HFD group than in the HFD group.Conclusion:We have successfully established two models of stress-induced NAFLD,suggesting stress can induce and aggravate NAFLD by promoting fat mobilization through upregulation of HSL and ATGL. 展开更多

Interface can be a fertile ground for exotic quantum states,including topological superconductivity,Majorana mode,fractal quantum Hall effect,unconventional superconductivity,Mott insulator,etc.Here we grow single-unit-cell(1UC)FeTe film on NbSe_(2)single crystal by molecular beam epitaxy(MBE)and investigate the film in-situ with a home-made cryogenic scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)and non-contact atomic force microscopy(AFM)combined system.We find different stripe-like superlattice modulations on grown FeTe film with different misorientation angles with respect to NbSe_(2)substrate.We show that these stripe-like superlattice modulations can be understood as moirépattern forming between FeTe film and NbSe_(2)substrate.Our results indicate that the interface between Fe Te and NbSe2 is atomically sharp.By STM-AFM combined measurement,we suggest that the moirésuperlattice modulations have an electronic origin when the misorientation angle is relatively small(≤3°)and have structural relaxation when the misorientation angle is relatively large(≥10°). 展开更多

Background:Xiaoqinglong decoction(XQLD)is a classic Chinese medicinal formula that is widely used to treat allergic asthma.Recently,the use of XQLD to treat allergic asthma has inspired research to determine its mechanism of action.Because dendritic cells(DCs)and the T helper 1(Th1)/Th2 cytokine balance play important roles in allergic asthma,the present work aimed to assess how these immune system components are affected by XQLD.Methods:Thirty-six female BALB/C mice were randomly divided into three groups:an ovalbumin-based allergic asthma model group,a XQLD treatment group,and a control group.Histology was performed with haematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and blood were collected from the animals and used to analyze the composition of inflammatory cells and expression levels of the cytokines interleukin(IL)-5 and IL-13.The thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)protein expression was assessed by western blot analysis,and the Gata3 and Tbx21 mRNA levels were assessed by polymerase chain reaction.Results:Compared with the OVA group,the levels of TSLP expression,IL-5,IL-13,and immunoglobulin E in the XQLD group were lower(all P<.01).The level of IL-4-expressing cells(Th2 cells)was lower(P=.0013),and the percentage of IFN-g-expressing cells(Th1 cells)was higher in the XQLD group compared with those in the OVA group(P=.0065).In addition,XQLD increased the expression of Tbx21 mRNA and decreased the expression of Gata3 mRNA in the lungs compared with the OVA group(both P<.01).Conclusion:These findings suggest that XQLD may ameliorate the course of allergic asthma by regulating the Gata3/Tbx21 balance and inhibiting TSLP expression,changes which are indicative of an altered Th1/Th2 balance.Thus,the clinical effectiveness of XQLD in treating allergic asthma may be due to its regulation of Th1/Th2 balance. 展开更多

It has long been recognized that the valence electrons of an atom dominate the chemical properties, while the innershell electrons or outer empty orbital do not participate in chemical reactions. Pressure, as a fundamental thermodynamic variable, plays an important role in the preparation of new materials. More recently, pressure stabilized a series of unconventional stoichiometric compounds with new oxidation states, in which the inner-shell electrons or outer empty orbital become chemically active. Here, we mainly focus on the recent advances in high-pressure new chemistry including novel chemical bonding and new oxidation state, identified by first-principles swarm intelligence structural search calculations.The aim of this review is to provide an up-to-date research progress on the chemical bonding with inner-shell electrons or outer empty orbital, abnormal interatomic charge transfer, hypervalent compounds, and chemical reactivity of noble gases.Personal outlook on the challenge and opportunity in this field are proposed in the conclusion. 展开更多

Denitrifying bacteria in epiphytic biofilms play a crucial role in nitrogen cycle in aquatic habitats.However,little is known about the connection between algae and denitrifying bacteria and their assembly processes in epiphytic biofilms.Epiphytic biofilms were collected from submerged macrophytes(Patamogeton lucens and Najas marina L.)in the Caohai Lake,Guizhou,SW China,from July to November 2020 to:(1)investigate the impact of abiotic and biotic variables on denitrifying bacterial communities;(2)investigate the temporal variation of the algae-denitrifying bacteria co-occurrence networks;and(3)determine the contribution of deterministic and stochastic processes to the formation of denitrifying bacterial communities.Abiotic and biotic factors influenced the variation in the denitrifying bacterial community,as shown in the Mantel test.The co-occurrence network analysis unveiled intricate interactions among algae to denitrifying bacteria.Denitrifying bacterial community co-occurrence network complexity(larger average degrees representing stronger network complexity)increased continuously from July to September and decreased in October before increasing in November.The co-occurrence network complexity of the algae and nirS-encoding denitrifying bacteria tended to increase from July to November.The co-occurrence network complexity of the algal and denitrifying bacterial communities was modified by ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)and total phosphorus(TP),pH,and water temperature(WT),according to the ordinary least-squares(OLS)model.The modified stochasticity ratio(MST)results reveal that deterministic selection dominated the assembly of denitrifying bacterial communities.The influence of environmental variables to denitrifying bacterial communities,as well as characteristics of algal-bacterial co-occurrence networks and the assembly process of denitrifying bacterial communities,were discovered in epiphytic biofilms in this study.The findings could aid in the appropriate understanding and use of epiphytic biofilms denitrification function,as well as the enhancement of water quality. 展开更多

Exploring the desired anode materials to address the issues of poor structural stability tardy redox kinetics caused by large potassium ionic radius are fatal for the realization of large-scale applications of potassium-ion batteries.In this work,the feasibility to achieve promoted K^(+)storage by constructing the model of CoS_(2)enfolded in carbon was verified by the density functional theory calculations.And the results predicted a faster electron/potassium ion transport kinetics than bare CoS_(2)by increasing electron carrier density and narrowing diffusion barrier.Therefore,an interfacial engineering strategy was applied and implemented to synthesize the CoS_(2)nanoparticles enveloped in the S-doped carbon(CoS_(2)/SC)under this inspiration.The as-prepared CoS_(2)/SC composite exhibited a prominent rate capability and long cycling lifespan,delivering the high capacity of 375 mA h g^(-1)at 0.2 A g^(-1)at the 100th cycle and 273 mA h g^(-1)at 2 A g^(-1)over 300 cycles.The in/ex situ characterizations unraveled the converse mechanism of CoS_(2)/SC in K^(+)storage,showing an eventually reversible phase transformation of K_(x)CoS_(2)Co↔within the electrochemical reactions. 展开更多

The pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)may be related to the abnormal expression of microRNAs(miRNAs),which could influence the differentiation capacity of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)towards adipogenic and osteogenic lineages.In this study,exosomes from bone marrow plasma were successfully extracted and identified.Assessment of miR-103-3p expression in exosomes isolated from BM in 34 MDS patients and 10 controls revealed its 0.52-fold downregulation in patients with MDS compared with controls(NOR)and was downregulated 0.55-fold in MDS-MSCs compared with NOR-MSCs.Transfection of MDS-MSCs with the miR-103-3p mimic improved osteogenic differentiation and decreased adipogenic differentiation in vitro,while inhibition of miR-103-3p showed the opposite results in NOR-MSCs.Thus,the expression of miR-103-3p decreases in MDS BM plasma and MDS-MSCs,significantly impacting MDS-MSCs differentiation.The miR-103-3p mimics may boost MDS-MSCs osteogenic differentiation while weakening lipid differentiation,thereby providing possible target for the treatment of MDS pathogenesis. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)and prior stroke history have a high risk of cardiovascular events despite anticoagulation therapy.It is unclear whether catheter ablation(CA)has further benefits in these patients.METHODS AF patients with a previous history of stroke or systemic embolism(SE)from the prospective Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Registry study between August 2011 and December 2020 were included in the analysis.Patients were matched in a 1:1 ratio to CA or medical treatment(MT)based on propensity score.The primary outcome was a composite of all-cause death or ischemic stroke(IS)/SE.RESULTS During a total of 4.1±2.3 years of follow-up,the primary outcome occurred in 111 patients in the CA group(3.3 per 100 person-years)and in 229 patients in the MT group(5.7 per 100 person-years).The CA group had a lower risk of the primary outcome compared to the MT group[hazard ratio(HR)=0.59,95%CI:0.47–0.74,P<0.001].There was a significant decreasing risk of all-cause mortality(HR=0.43,95%CI:0.31–0.61,P<0.001),IS/SE(HR=0.73,95%CI:0.54–0.97,P=0.033),cardiovascular mortality(HR=0.32,95%CI:0.19–0.54,P<0.001)and AF recurrence(HR=0.33,95%CI:0.30–0.37,P<0.001)in the CA group compared to that in the MT group.Sensitivity analysis generated consistent results when adjusting for time-dependent usage of anticoagulants.CONCLUSIONS In AF patients with a prior stroke history,CA was associated with a lower combined risk of all-cause death or IS/SE.Further clinical trials are warranted to confirm the benefits of CA in these patients. 展开更多

背景与目的m6A RNA甲基化修饰在肺癌的发生与进展中起着重要作用,可以调节肿瘤免疫进而影响疾病预后。目前很多集中在某些特定的m6A效应器的差异表达及对肿瘤免疫细胞浸润的影响,但单个效应器表达的变化远远不足以反映m6A修饰特征的全貌... 背景与目的m6A RNA甲基化修饰在肺癌的发生与进展中起着重要作用,可以调节肿瘤免疫进而影响疾病预后。目前很多集中在某些特定的m6A效应器的差异表达及对肿瘤免疫细胞浸润的影响,但单个效应器表达的变化远远不足以反映m6A修饰特征的全貌,且关于m6A修饰对肺腺癌免疫微环境影响的研究仍较少。本研究拟探讨不同m6A修饰模式对肺腺癌中免疫微环境的影响。方法从癌症基因组图谱数据库(e Cancer Genome Atlas,TCGA)、加州大学圣克鲁兹分校泛癌全基因数据分析工具数据库(University of California Santa Cruz Xena,UCSC Xena)、基因表达综合数据库(Gene Expression Omnibus,GEO)获取肺腺癌相关数据信息。使用Maftools R分析肺腺癌队列中24个m6A效应器的基因突变,比较肺腺癌组织和正常组织中m6A效应器的表达差异,并通过Cox回归分析进行生存分析。通过Consensus Cluster Plus R非监督聚类的方法构建m6A修饰模式,进行m6A聚类生存分析、GSVA通路富集分析、免疫评分及免疫细胞浸润分析。在68例肺腺癌组织中,通过免疫组化分析LRPPRC蛋白表达水平与CD8、CD68的表达水平,验证LRPPRC与CD8;细胞毒性T细胞及巨噬细胞浸润的关系。结果在567例肺腺癌样本中有150例发生了m6A效应器突变,频率为26.46%。与正常组织相比,肺腺癌组织中共有6个读取器和3个写入器的表达明显上调。IGF2BP1和HNRNPC是影响肺腺癌患者预后的独立危险因素,且各效应器之间也存在大量的相互作用。构建了3种具有不同免疫细胞浸润特征和临床预后的m6A修饰模式。发现LRPPRC的表达与包括杀伤性T细胞和巨噬细胞在内的多种免疫细胞的浸润呈负相关,并在68例肺腺癌组织中得到验证。结论m6A修饰对肺腺癌免疫微环境的调节起着重要作用,LRPPRC有可能作为预测抗PD1免疫治疗效果的潜在生物标记物。 展开更多

背景与目的胸腺瘤是原发于前纵隔最常见的恶性肿瘤,但对于胸腺瘤的诊断没有特异性的实验室指标。本研究旨在通过mRNA微阵列分析技术筛选出对胸腺瘤诊断有提示作用的肿瘤标志物,并加以证实。方法前期对31份胸腺瘤和瘤旁胸腺组织进行mRNA... 背景与目的胸腺瘤是原发于前纵隔最常见的恶性肿瘤,但对于胸腺瘤的诊断没有特异性的实验室指标。本研究旨在通过mRNA微阵列分析技术筛选出对胸腺瘤诊断有提示作用的肿瘤标志物,并加以证实。方法前期对31份胸腺瘤和瘤旁胸腺组织进行mRNA微阵列分析,发现胸腺瘤中神经细胞正五聚体1(neuronal pentraxin 1,NPTX1)基因转录水平上调超过4倍。为进一步验证上述结果,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(polymerasechain reaction,PCR)法、免疫组化法和酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA)对60例胸腺瘤患者和30例胸腺囊肿患者NPTX1基因的转录和表达水平进行检测,并应用受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve, ROC)分析其在胸腺瘤中的诊断价值。结果胸腺瘤组织中NPTX1 mRNA转录水平明显高于对照组胸腺组织[(2.88±1.02) vs (1.35±0.47), P<0.001];胸腺瘤组织中NPTX1蛋白的表达水平明显高于对照组胸腺组织(2 vs 1, P<0.001);术前胸腺瘤患者血清中NPTX1蛋白含量明显高于对照组胸腺囊肿患者[(1,018.29±209.38) pg/mL vs(759.95±66.02)pg/mL,P<0.001];血清中NPTX1蛋白含量以842.22pg/mL为诊断节点,诊断胸腺瘤的敏感性为85.00%,特异性为93.33%,ROC曲线下面积为0.902。结论 NPTX1在胸腺瘤患者中高表达,且对胸腺瘤有诊断价值。 展开更多

目的探讨无痛内镜下冷切除术在老年患者5~9 mm扁平无蒂结直肠息肉治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取在开封市人民医院内镜中心行无痛肠镜检查,发现扁平无蒂结直肠息肉且直径在5~9 mm的124例老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组(n... 目的探讨无痛内镜下冷切除术在老年患者5~9 mm扁平无蒂结直肠息肉治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取在开封市人民医院内镜中心行无痛肠镜检查,发现扁平无蒂结直肠息肉且直径在5~9 mm的124例老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组(n=64)和对照组(n=60)。研究组应用圈套器对息肉行冷切除治疗,对照组给予黏膜下注射使息肉抬举后,应用圈套器行高频电切除治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、一次性完整切除率、标本回收率、息肉病理类型、术后并发症及手术费用。结果研究组手术时间较对照组短,手术费用较对照组少,术后并发腹胀的情况较对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术中出血例数、一次性完整切除率、标本回收率、术后并发腹痛和出血比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛内镜下应用圈套器对5~9 mm扁平无蒂结直肠息肉行冷切除术,手术时间短,安全性高,并发症少,费用低,且避免了高频电对周围正常黏膜的损伤。 展开更多

Both the prevalence of atrial fibrillation(AF)and frailty are increasing with age,and they often occur simultaneously,leading them to become the central concerns in this aging society.The incidence of frailty in patients with AF is highly variable,ranging from 4.4%to 75.4%,depending on different evaluating instruments used.Moreover,the incidence of frailty among patients with AF is on the rise,which indicated that patients with AF are more prone to frailty compared to patients without AF.The relationship between AF and frailty is complicated.Frailty elevates the risk of stroke and mortality in AF patients and is also associated with longer hospitalizations.On the other hand,it may reduce the appropriate anticoagulation in AF patients.However,the evidence of the effects of frailty on anti-arrhythmic and interventional therapy in patients with AF is scarce.Frailty affects both the management and the prognosis of AF in the geriatric population.Vice versa,AF could worsen the frail state and may represent a marker of frailty.However,there are still questions need to be resolved,for example,the impact of frailty on the interventional therapy of patients with AF.Therefore,the geriatric assessment of frailty should be considered when planning individualized management of AF in older patients. 展开更多

Multi-type unconventional gas-bearing reservoirs with different lithologies and gas accumulation potential occur in the deep part of the Songliao basin.However,the reservoirs are non-homogeneous,the gas components differ substantially,and not all types of gas-bearing reservoirs have been identified or evaluated.The International Continental Scientific Drilling Program(ICDP)is used as an example to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deep multi-type unconventional gas-bearing reservoirs using conventional and specialized logging data.The core test data are used to determine the physical properties.The porosity and permeability are compared and analyzed using different methods and models.The results show that the reservoirs have low to ultra-low porosity and ultra-low permeability.Based on the comparison of the rock mechanical parameters and mineral composition,brittleness evaluation parameters are proposed for different types of deep reservoirs in the study region.The mineral brittleness index is highly consistent with the brittleness index based on rock mechanics.An identification method for deep multi-type gas-bearing reservoir and a classification approach for different gas properties are established based on the logging response and parameter interpretation.The methane gas reservoirs have low density(DEN)and low compensated neutron logging(CNL)values and high acoustic(AC)time difference and high resistivity(RT)values.The CO_(2)gas reservoirs have lower RT values and higher CNL values than the hydrocarbon gas reservoirs.The comprehensive analysis of deep gas source rock conditions and of the source-reservoir relationship provides insights for the evaluation of deep multi-type unconventional gas reservoirs.The discovery of high hydrogen content is of significant importance for developing new areas for deep natural gas exploration. 展开更多
