交通不便、植被覆盖茂盛、地形险峻等因素导致无居民海岛开展综合地质调查研究极其困难。为了补充登岛调查人员不足,降低安全风险,提高作业效率,本文探索无人机倾斜摄影技术在无居民海岛综合地质调查中的应用。利用飞马D20无人机搭载5镜... 交通不便、植被覆盖茂盛、地形险峻等因素导致无居民海岛开展综合地质调查研究极其困难。为了补充登岛调查人员不足,降低安全风险,提高作业效率,本文探索无人机倾斜摄影技术在无居民海岛综合地质调查中的应用。利用飞马D20无人机搭载5镜头D-OP3000模块,快速获取海岛低空(190 m)、多角度、高精度影像数据,影像平均地面分辨率优于0.03 m。对获取的影像数据应用Smart3D软件生成数字正射影像(DOM)、构建海岛实景三维模型,并基于实景三维模型实现对海岛进行全方位观测,提升对海岛的宏观认识。通过对数字正射影像及海岛实景三维模型进行综合研究,结合实地调查,获取了蜈支洲岛线性断裂特征,探讨了其成因;提取了蜈支洲岛土地开发利用现状信息;识别出岛岸崩塌、断裂活动及岛滩侵蚀等地质灾害隐患点15处,并提出了防治建议,为海岛开发利用、生态保护修复、地质灾害治理及海岛综合管理提供了科学依据。 展开更多

采用ABAQUS建立12层剪力墙结构的有限元模型,利用该结构1/5缩尺模型振动台试验时预留试块的材性试验结果及相似关系,确定相应原型结构材料的性能参数,将试验参数和我国混凝土结构设计规范给出的混凝土单轴受拉/压应力-应变关系曲线相结... 采用ABAQUS建立12层剪力墙结构的有限元模型,利用该结构1/5缩尺模型振动台试验时预留试块的材性试验结果及相似关系,确定相应原型结构材料的性能参数,将试验参数和我国混凝土结构设计规范给出的混凝土单轴受拉/压应力-应变关系曲线相结合,确定ABAQUS模型中混凝土损伤塑性模型所需的应力-应变参数;将试验参数和张劲公式法相结合,确定ABAQUS模型中混凝土损伤塑性模型所需的损伤因子参数。对比有限元分析结果和振动台试验结果,验证参数设置的有效性。ABAQUS有限元分析和振动台试验所得原型结构前三阶振型和自振周期相差很小,说明ABAQUS模型和参数设置能够反映并用于计算实际结构的弹性响应。ABAQUS有限元分析得到的结构损伤情况与试验模型的损伤情况基本一致;结构的顶点加速度曲线和滞回曲线等响应的有限元分析结果与试验结果在多遇地震作用下基本吻合,但由于振动台试验累积损伤的影响,两者的差异随着地震波幅值的增大而逐渐增大;ABAQUS有限元分析得到的位移包络曲线与剪力墙结构弯曲变形的特点相符。以上弹塑性分析结果进一步表明了ABAQUS模型和参数设置能够很好地模拟结构在地震作用下的响应。 展开更多

【研究目的】川滇黔地区铅锌矿成因具有多样性,特别是与峨眉山玄武岩的关系存在较大的争议,本文从前人关注较少的二叠系碳酸盐岩中的铅锌矿入手,研究成矿物质来源。【研究方法】以云南寻甸县太平子铅锌矿为研究对象,运用S、Pb、C、H、O... 【研究目的】川滇黔地区铅锌矿成因具有多样性,特别是与峨眉山玄武岩的关系存在较大的争议,本文从前人关注较少的二叠系碳酸盐岩中的铅锌矿入手,研究成矿物质来源。【研究方法】以云南寻甸县太平子铅锌矿为研究对象,运用S、Pb、C、H、O同位素实验数据及流体包裹体测温等方法,对成矿物质来源及成矿流体特征进行探讨。【研究结果】矿石铅同位素组成比较均一,分布集中,^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb、^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb、^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb的变化范围分别为18.543~18.584、15.646~15.694、38.799~38.958,属于正常普通铅,具壳源特征,主要来源于基底岩石,水岩反应可能使赋矿围岩贡献少量的成矿物质。矿石硫化物δ^(34)S变化范围为-13.6‰~-7.3‰,方铅矿的δ^(34)S高于闪锌矿,硫同位素分馏并未达到平衡,生物成因硫酸盐还原作用(BSR)是还原硫的主要来源。热液方解石δ^(13)CV-PDB范围为3.8‰~4.7‰,δ^(18)OV-SMOW范围为12.0‰~16.7‰,相较于滇东北其他重要的铅锌矿床,具有明显的低δD、高δ^(18)Ofluid特点,成矿流体中的水主要来源于岩浆水和有机水的混合,具有中—高温、低盐度特征。【结论】太平子铅锌矿在成矿物质、流体、成矿温度等均与区域上其他典型铅锌矿有较明显差别,具有典型的岩浆-热液成因特点。 展开更多

Based on the first-order shear deformation theory,a 3-node co-rotational triangular finite element formulation is developed for large deformation modeling of non-smooth,folded and multi-shell laminated composite structures.The two smaller components of the mid-surface normal vector of shell at a node are defined as nodal rotational variables in the co-rotational local coordinate system.In the global coordinate system,two smaller components of one vector,together with the smallest or second smallest component of another vector,of an orthogonal triad at a node on a non-smooth intersection of plates and/or shells are defined as rotational variables,whereas the two smaller components of the mid-surface normal vector at a node on the smooth part of the plate or shell(away from non-smooth intersections)are defined as rotational variables.All these vectorial rotational variables can be updated in an additive manner during an incremental solution procedure,and thus improve the computational efficiency in the nonlinear solution of these composite shell structures.Due to the commutativity of all nodal variables in calculating of the second derivatives of the local nodal variables with respect to global nodal variables,and the second derivatives of the strain energy functional with respect to local nodal variables,symmetric tangent stiffness matrices in local and global coordinate systems are obtained.To overcome shear locking,the assumed transverse shear strains obtained from the line-integration approach are employed.The reliability and computational accuracy of the present 3-node triangular shell finite element are verified through modeling two patch tests,several smooth and non-smooth laminated composite shells undergoing large displacements and large rotations. 展开更多

Experimental Study on the Bending Properties of Grouting Butt Joints Reinforced by Steel Plate Embedded in Bamboo Tube 被引量:1

The construction of grouting butt joints of bamboo tubes is simple and efficient.However,when the joint is bent,the low tensile strength of the mortar easily leads to cracking of the mortar prior to the failure of the bamboo tube.In this paper,a comparative test of the bending capacity was performed on grouting butt joints reinforced by nonperforated,fully perforated,and semiperforated steel plates embedded in bamboo tubes to obtain the loaddisplacement curves and ultimate bearing capacity of various specimens.The strengthening effect of CFRP pasted on bamboo tubes was also studied.The results show that the opening at the end of the steel plate is beneficial to resist the slip between the mortar and steel plate,while the complete section in the middle of the steel plate is conducive to making full use of the tensile strength of the steel plate.Therefore,it is best to insert the semiperforated steel plate with openings in the end and without openings in the middle into the mortar to enhance the bending properties of the grouting butt joint,which can make the failure mode of the joint change from brittle failure of mortar to ductile compression failure of bamboo tube.In addition,pasting CFRP sheets on the external wall of the bamboo tube helps to reduce the tensile stress of the mortar,while increasing the width of the steel plate can increase the bending moment of inertia of the mixture of the steel plate and mortar.These two complementary measures are very effective in delaying the cracking of the bamboo tube and improving the bending capacity of the joint. 展开更多

Factors such as errors during the fabrication or construction of structural components and errors of calculation as- sumption or calculation methods, are very likely to cause serious deviation of many strings’ actual prestressing forces from the designed values during tension structure construction or service period, and further to threaten the safety and reliability of the structure. Aiming at relatively large errors of the prestressing force of strings in a tension structure construction or service period, this paper proposes a new finite element method (FEM), the "tensile force correction calculation method". Based on the measured prestressing forces of the strings, this new method applies the structure from the zero prestressing force status approach to the measured prestressing force status for the first phase, and from the measured prestressing force status approach to the designed prestressing force status for the second phase. The construction tensile force correction value for each string can be obtained by multi-iteration with FEM. Using the results of calculation, the strings’ tensile force correction by group and in batch will be methodic, simple and accurate. This new calculation method can be applied to the prestressed correction construction simulation analysis for tension structures. 展开更多

Excessive and uncontrollable inflammatory responses in alveoli can dramatically exacerbate pulmonary disease progressions through vigorous cytokine releases,immune cell infiltration and protease-driven tissue damages.It is an urgent need to explore potential drug strategies for mitigating lung inflammation.Protease-activated receptor 2(PAR2)as a vital molecular target principally participates in various inflammatory diseases via intracellular signal transduction.However,it has been rarely reported about the role of PAR2 in lung inflammation.This study applied CRISPR-Cas9 system encoding Cas9 and sg RNA(p Cas9-PAR2)for PAR2 knockout and fabricated an anionic human serum albuminbased nanoparticles to deliver p Cas9-PAR2 with superior inflammation-targeting efficiency and stability(TAP/p Cas9-PAR2).TAP/p Cas9-PAR2 robustly facilitated p Cas9-PAR2 to enter and transfect inflammatory cells,eliciting precise gene editing of PAR2 in vitro and in vivo.Importantly,PAR2 deficiency by TAP/p Cas9-PAR2 effectively and safely promoted macrophage polarization,suppressed proinflammatory cytokine releases and alleviated acute lung inflammation,uncovering a novel value of PAR2.It also revealed that PAR2-mediated pulmonary inflammation prevented by TAP/p Cas9-PAR2was mainly dependent on ERK-mediated NLRP3/IL-1β and NO/i NOS signalling.Therefore,this work indicated PAR2 as a novel target for lung inflammation and provided a potential nanodrug strategy for PAR2 deficiency in treating inflammatory diseases. 展开更多

将增量动力分析和模拟地震振动台试验两种方法相结合,对一缩尺比为1∶5的12层钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构进行3条地震波输入下的振动台试验,并将传统振动台试验的多级加载进一步细分至15个水准,以峰值加速度为地震动强度参数(IM),以各楼层... 将增量动力分析和模拟地震振动台试验两种方法相结合,对一缩尺比为1∶5的12层钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构进行3条地震波输入下的振动台试验,并将传统振动台试验的多级加载进一步细分至15个水准,以峰值加速度为地震动强度参数(IM),以各楼层的最大层间位移角为工程需求参数(EDP),绘制IM-EDP曲线。借鉴增量动力分析曲线簇的处理方式,将曲线上的某些特征点与结构性能的变化相联系定义极限状态;在曲线上求取多遇、基本和罕遇地震作用下结构的响应值,结合试验现象,对结构进行确定性的抗震性能评估。采用ABAQUS建模并对结构进行增量动力分析和基于振动台试验加载顺序的连续计算,对比IM-EDP曲线及其50%分位数曲线可知,试验IM-EDP曲线基本为IDA曲线簇的下限,即通过振动台试验所得IM-EDP曲线进行基于概率的抗震性能评估时,将偏于保守;连续计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,能有效考虑试验中损伤的累积。 展开更多

In this study,the evaporation characteristics and drying patterns of various sessile ferrofluid droplets on certain substrate under horizontal magnetic fields of controlled intensities are reported.The effects of droplet concentration and magnetic field intensity on the duration of each evaporation stage and drying patterns of droplets have been systematically investigated.It turned out that a plateau appears at the initial stage of evaporation in the absence of magnetic field and it was found that the plateau value is positively correlated with the concentration of ferrofluid droplets.Under the external magnetic field,the evaporation time of droplets decreases,the stage of contact line retreat extends,the stage of late pinning mode shortens,and the deposition area of ferrofluid droplet decreases compared to that of without magnetics field.The deposition area increases gradually and becomes more uniform with the increase of magnetic field.The decrease of friction force which is due to the decrease of the number of nanoparticles at the contact line under external magnetic field is the main reason for the observed phenomena.We found that the coffee ring and the uniform deposition inside the droplet will be destroyed when the magnetic field intensity is higher than a critical value.Our work has a significant reference value for the evaporation of sessile magnetic fluid droplets under the applied magnetic field,especially when the drying pattern needs to be precisely controlled,such as in spray or biomedicine. 展开更多
