睑板腺功能障碍与睡眠质量的相关性研究 被引量:1

目的:研究睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)与睡眠质量之间的相关性。方法:回顾性病例对照研究。选取2021-01/2022-10我院收治的MGD患者150例,根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分分为睡眠障碍组(75例,PSQI>10分)和对照组(75例,PSQI≤10分),均... 目的:研究睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)与睡眠质量之间的相关性。方法:回顾性病例对照研究。选取2021-01/2022-10我院收治的MGD患者150例,根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分分为睡眠障碍组(75例,PSQI>10分)和对照组(75例,PSQI≤10分),均进行眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评分和睑板腺相关检查(睑缘形态、睑板腺分泌能力、睑板腺分泌物性质评分)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt),检测泪膜破裂时间(BUT),评估睡眠指标(睡眠质量、睡眠潜伏期、主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间)。结果:两组患者OSDI评分、FL评分、SⅠt、BUT、睑缘形态评分、睑板腺分泌能力评分、睑板腺分泌物性质评分均有差异(P<0.05)。睡眠障碍组患者PSQI评分、睡眠潜伏期评分、主观睡眠质量评分、睡眠时间评分与OSDI评分、FL评分、睑板腺分泌能力评分和睑板腺分泌物性质评分均呈显著正相关性(P<0.05);PSQI评分、主观睡眠质量评分、睡眠时间评分与睑缘形态评分均呈显著正相关性(P<0.05);PSQI评分、睡眠潜伏期评分、主观睡眠质量评分与BUT、SⅠt均呈显著负相关性(P<0.05);睡眠时间评分与BUT呈显著负相关性(P<0.05);睡眠潜伏期评分与睑缘形态评分无明显相关性(P>0.05);睡眠时间评分与SⅠt无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:MGD患者眼表情况与多项睡眠质量指标均具有相关性,睡眠质量下降可能增加MGD的患病风险。 展开更多

In our previous studies,we have shown that(D-Ser2)oxyntomodulin(Oxm),a glucagon-like peptide 1(GLP-1)receptor(GLP1R)/glucagon receptor(GCGR)dual agonist peptide,protects hippocampal neurons against Aβ1-42-induced cytotoxicity,and stabilizes the calcium homeostasis and mitochondrial membrane potential of hippocampal neurons.Additionally,we have demonstrated that(D-Ser2)Oxm improves cognitive decline and reduces the deposition of amyloid-beta in Alzheimer’s disease model mice.However,the protective mechanism remains unclear.In this study,we showed that 2 weeks of intraperitoneal administration of(D-Ser2)Oxm ameliorated the working memory and fear memory impairments of 9-month-old 3×Tg Alzheimer’s disease model mice.In addition,electrophysiological data recorded by a wireless multichannel neural recording system implanted in the hippocampal CA1 region showed that(D-Ser2)Oxm increased the power of the theta rhythm.In addition,(D-Ser2)Oxm treatment greatly increased the expression level of synaptic-associated proteins SYP and PSD-95 and increased the number of dendritic spines in 3×Tg Alzheimer’s disease model mice.These findings suggest that(D-Ser2)Oxm improves the cognitive function of Alzheimer’s disease transgenic mice by recovering hippocampal synaptic function and theta rhythm. 展开更多

In this study, bifunctional P-113 peptide... P-113 is a fragment of natural occurring peptide Histatin 5 found in human saliva. This peptide exhibited broad spectrum of antibacterial and antifungal biological activities. In this study, bifunctional P-113 peptides 2–5 were designed as Sortase A substrates and synthesized by solid support peptide synthesis,where the N-terminus were equipped with glycine and its analogues, and C-terminus were extended with LPETGGS, respectively. Under Sortase A catalyzed condition, head to tail cyclization products 7–10were afforded in yields from 76% to 93%. The conformation insights of linear peptides 2–5 and cyclic analogues 7–10 in aqueous buffers and in trifluroethanol(TFE) analyzed by circular dichroism(CD)suggested that a-helix structures were produced progressively in hydrophobic environment independent of the cyclization, which displayed the similar behavior as parent peptide P-113. 展开更多
