The shock wave is established in a hydrogen oxygen combustion driven shock tube. Time- resolved spectra of the Av = 0 sequence of the B^2∑^+ → X^2∑^+ electronic transition of CN have been observed through optical emission spectroscopy (OES). A new method, which is based on fitting high resolution spectrum for rotational and vibrational temperatures measurement, is proposed to diag- nose temperature distribution behind the shock wave. It is estimated that the current scheme has the maximum deviation less than 8% (lσ) for vibrational temperature measurement through detailed analysis of the influence of the uncertainties of spectroscopic constants and spectral resolution. Radiation structure of the shock layer, including induction, relaxation and equilibrium process, and corresponding rotational and vibrational temperatures are obtained through time gating OES diagnostics with sub-microsecond temporal resolution. The present extensive results will strongly benefit the reaction rate estimation and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code validation in high enthalpy Mars reentry chemistry.展开更多

The microstructure and fracture surface morphology of ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Q345 steel in casting, normalizing and quenching states were observed using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Also, strengthening and fracture mechanisms of the alloys were analyzed. Results showed that the dispersed ZrO2 particles added into Q345 matrix significantly enhanced its strength, and the main strengthening mechanism was the formation of dislocation cells and pinning effect caused by the addition of ZrO2 particles. Apart from that, the hard martensite phase, grain refinement and high ZrO2 particles content also played important roles in strengthening effect. Furthermore, the nanoindentation was also performed to further reveal the strengthening effect and mechanism of dispersed ZrO2 particles in Q345 steel. Results showed that the hardness of ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Q345 steel increased with the increase of ZrO2 content.展开更多

The results show that the electrochemical reaction process of tungsten in the NaCl-KCl-NaF-WO3 molten salt system is a quasireversible process mix-controlled by ion diffusion rate and electron transport rate. Tungsten ion in this system is reduced to W(0) in two steps. The electrocrystallization process of tungsten is found to be an instantaneous, hemispheroid three-dimensional nucleation process and the tungsten ion diffusion coefficient of 2.361 × 10^-4 cm2.s^-1 is obtained at experimental conditions.展开更多

In both low and high frequency cases, the variation trend of SDAS (secondary dendritic arm spacing) with increasing pressure frequency is opposite to that of sidebranching frequency, while the variation trend of the average length of secondary arms is consistent with that of sidebranching frequency. The high sidebranching frequency indicates that more secondary arms share the whole driving force of dendrite growth, resulting in lower driving force for each one and leading to less developed secondary arms. The smallest SDAS is obtained when perturbed by the periodic pressure with the frequency of 0.157/τ0 (τ0 is the physical unit of time in the dimensionless phase field model) and 2.200/τ0 in low and high frequency cases, respectively. Comparisons of dendritic morphology and secondary arms are made between the low and high frequency cases. Firstly, in the low frequency case, secondary arms are luxuriant especially when pressure frequency is low, with many high-order side branches stretching out. Secondly, the average length of secondary arms in primary dendrite is longer in the low frequency case than that without pressure, and much longer than that in the high frequency case. Thirdly, the dendrite tip without side branches in the high frequency case is much longer than that in the low frequency case. All of the differences in dendritic morphology and sidebranching in the two cases can be attributed to the different modulation mechanism. In the low frequency case, periodic pressure determines tip velocity and then modulates sidebranching directly. While in the high frequency case, periodic pressure cannot determine sidebranching directly, but via modulating tiny protuberances in dendrite tip, part of which evolves into side branch. In this case, the tiny protuberances take part of the whole driving force, leading to less developed secondary arms.展开更多

文摘The commercialization of silicon-based anodes is affected by their low initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and capacity decay, which are attributed to the formation of an unstable solid electrolyte interface(SEI)layer.Herein,a feasible and cost-effective prelithiation method under a localized highconcentration electrolyte system(LHCE)for the silicon-silica/graphite(Si-SiO_(2)/C@G)anode is designed for stabilizing the SEI layer and enhancing the ICE.The thin SiO_(2)/C layers with-NH_(2) groups covered on nano-Si surfaces are demonstrated to be beneficial to the prelithiation process by density functional theory calculations and electrochemical performance. The SEI formed under LHCE is proven to be rich in ionic conductivity, inorganic substances, and flexible organic products. Thus, faster Li+transportation across the SEI further enhances the prelithiation effect and the rate performance of Si-SiO_(2)/C@G anodes.LHCE also leads to uniform decomposition and high stability of the SEI with abundant organic components. As a result, the prepared anode shows a high reversible specific capacity of 937.5 mAh g^(-1)after 400 cycles at a current density of 1 C.NCM 811‖Li-SSGLHCE full cell achieves a high-capacity retention of 126.15 mAh g^(-1)at 1 C over 750 cycles with 84.82%ICE,indicating the great value of this strategy for Si-based anodes in large-scale applications.
文摘BACKGROUND Preoperative serum tumor markers have been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer patients. However, few studies have evaluated the prognosis of gastric cancer patients by establishing statistical models with multiple serum tumor indicators.AIM To explore the prognostic value and predictive model of tumor markers in stage I and III gastric cancer patients.METHODS From October 2018 to April 2020,a total of 1236 patients with stage I to III gastric cancer after surgery were included in our study. The relationship between serum tumor markers and clinical and pathological data were analyzed. We established a statistical model to predict the prognosis of gastric cancer based on the results of COX regression analysis.Overall survival(OS)was also compared across different stages of gastric cancer.RESULTS The deadline for follow-up was May 31,2023.A total of 1236 patients were included in our study.Univariate analysis found that age, clinical stage,T and N stage, tumor location, differentiation,Borrmann type, size, and four serum tumor markers were prognostic factors of OS(P<0.05).It was shown that clinical stage, tumor size, alpha foetoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen,CA125 and CA19-9(P<0.05)were independent prognostic factors for OS.According to the scoring results obtained from the statistical model,we found that patients with high scores had poorer survival time(P<0.05).Furthermore,in stage I patients, the 3-year OS for scores 0-3 ranged from 96.85%,95%,85%,and 80%.In stage II patients, the 3-year OS for scores 0-4 were 88.6%,76.5%,90.5%,65.5%and 60%.For stage III patients,3-year OS for scores 0-6 were 70.9%,68.3%,64.1%,50.9%,38.4%,18.5%and 5.2%.We also analyzed the mean survival of patients with different scores. For stage I patients, the mean OS was 55.980 months. In stage II,the mean OS was 51.550 months. The mean OS for stage III was 39.422 months.CONCLUSION Our statistical model can effectively predict the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.

文摘The uncertainty of nuclide libraries in the analysis of the gamma spectra of low-and intermediate-level radioactive waste(LILW)using existing methods produces unstable results. To address this problem,a novel spectral analysis method is proposed in this study. In this method, overlapping peaks are located using a continuous wavelet transform. An improved quadratic convolution method is proposed to calculate the widths of the peaks and establish a fourth-order filter model to estimate the Compton edge baseline with the overlapping peaks.Combined with the adaptive sensitive nonlinear iterative peak, this method can effectively subtracts the background. Finally,a function describing the peak shape as a filter is used to deconvolve the energy spectrum to achieve accurate qualitative and quantitative analyses of the nuclide without the aid of a nuclide library.Gamma spectrum acquisition experiments for standard point sources of Cs-137 and Eu-152,a segmented gamma scanning experiment for a 200 L standard drum, and a Monte Carlo simulation experiment for triple overlapping peaks using the closest energy of three typical LILW nuclides(Sb-125,Sb-124,and Cs-134)are conducted. The results of the experiments indicate that(1)the novel method and gamma vision(GV)with an accurate nuclide library have the same spectral analysis capability, and the peak area calculation error is less than 4%;(2)compared with the GV,the analysis results of the novel method are more stable;(3)the novel method can be applied to the activity measurement of LILW,and the error of the activity reconstruction at the equivalent radius is 2.4%;and(4)The proposed novel method can quantitatively analyze all nuclides in LILW without a nuclide library. This novel method can improve the accuracy and precision of LILW measurements, provide key technical support for the reasonable disposal of LILW,and ensure the safety of humans and the environment.

文摘Large steerable radio telescopes can rotate in azimuth and elevation, with various upwind postures and complex wind load characteristics. In order to obtain the wind load distribution on the reflector and the wind force coefficients in different upwind postures, this work took the reflector of the Qi Tai Telescope in Xinjiang as the object. The wind pressure distribution, drag coefficient, side force coefficient, lift coefficient, and total force coefficient of 361 groups of reflectors with different upwind postures were calculated and analyzed by a numerical simulation method. The results show that the force on the reflector when the concave surface faces the wind is significantly greater than when the convex surface faces the wind. The surrogate models for calculating wind force coefficients were established based on the polynomial response surface model(PRSM) and regularized minimumenergy tensor-product spline(RMTS).The adjusted R-squared of RMTS is 0.98,and the root mean square error is below 0.1,which proves RMTS is significantly better than PRSM.Compared with the numerical simulation values, the absolute errors of the drag coefficient, side force coefficient, lift coefficient, and total force coefficient of the reflector with azimuth and elevation of 45° predicted by RMTS are 0.02,0.027,0.032,and 0.046,respectively.The relative errors are 2.42%,2.76%,2.23%,and 2.43%,respectively.It is proved that the RMTS surrogate model is reliable and that the predicted data can fast provide sufficient information for the wind-resistant design of the large steerable radio telescopes.

文摘Background:The current prevalence of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)in the elderly has risen from 1%at 65 to 40%to 50%at 95,and the overall proportion is rising.Emerging evidence suggests that ros-driven oxidative stress is a crucial mediator of the aging process. Thus,in recent years, oxidative damage and inflammation have become targets for exploring pharmacological strategies for treating age-related diseases. Methods:In C57BL/6J mice,to determine whether the mechanism of action of cerebralcare granule®(CG)combined with donepezil(Don)treatment is better than dementia alone,we constructed a mouse model and treated it with CG in combination with Don.Results:A combination of Don and CG significantly reduces the damage caused by lipid peroxidation in the hippocampus of AD mice, reduces oxidative damage, and reduces inflammation, increases the activity of antioxidant enzymes, which is finally manifested as the improvement effect on the learning and memory impairment of AD mice. Conclusion:CG combined with Don has a better effect on improving cognitive and behavioral deficits caused by D-galactose in AD mice than Don alone. The mechanism may be related to reducing inflammation via the NF-κB pathway, resisting oxidative damage and increasing acetylcholine levels.

文摘An outer ring of 29320 self-aliging roller bearing was used in an experimental study on the casting of Zr_(41)Ti_(14)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5) amorphous alloy.Numerical simulations of mold filling and solidification processes were carried out to determine the velocity fields and temperature fields of the alloy melt during mold filling process as well as the temperature fields and temperature gradient fields in the course of the solidification.According to the results,a cast with a complete shape can be obtained at 1200℃under the condition that the cooling rate is greater than the critical cooling rate. The ring-shaped part with a thickness of 25 mm,an equivalent diameter of 22 mm,and a mass of 1.32 kg was prepared by gravity casting in a copper mold.X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry data revealed that the produced cast had the amorphous structure.
文摘Non-equilibrium radiation measurements behind strong shock wave for simulated Martian atmosphere are presented in this paper. The present extensive results will strongly benefit the reaction rate estimation and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code validation in high enthalpy Mars reentry chemistry.

文摘ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Q345 steel with different ZrO2 contents(0%, 0.5% and 1.2%, mass fraction) was fabricated through combining middle frequency induction furnace melting and cored-wire injection technologies. Results showed that the hardness of ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Q345 steel increased with the increase of ZrO2 content.

文摘Abstract The electrochemical reaction mechanism and electrocrystaUization process of tungsten in the NaCl- KCl-NaF-WO3 molten salt were investigated at 973 K (700℃) by means of cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry, and chronoamperometry techniques. The results show that the electrochemical reaction process of tungsten in the NaCl-KCl-NaF-WO3 molten salt system is a quasireversible process mix-controlled by ion diffusion rate and electron transport rate. Tungsten ion in this system is reduced to W(0) in two steps. The electrocrystallization process of tungsten is found to be an instantaneous, hemispheroid three-dimensional nucleation process and the tungsten ion diffusion coefficient of 2.361 × 10^-4 cm2.s^-1 is obtained at experimental conditions.
文摘Pain is a common experience for inpatients, and intensive care unit(ICU)patients undergo more pain than other departmental patients, with an incidence of 50%at rest and up to 80%during common care procedures. At present, the management of persistent pain in ICU patients has attracted considerable attention, and there are many related clinical studies and guidelines. However, the management of transient pain caused by certain ICU procedures has not received sufficient attention. We reviewed the different management strategies for procedural pain in the ICU and reached a conclusion.Pain management is a process of continuous quality improvement that requires multidisciplinary team cooperation, painrelated training of all relevant personnel, effective relief of all kinds of pain, and improvement of patients'quality of life.In clinical work, which involves complex and diverse patients,we should pay attention to the following points for procedural pain:(1)Consider not only the patient's persistent pain but also his or her procedural pain;(2)Conduct multimodal pain management;(3)Provide combined sedation on the basis of pain management;and(4)Perform individualized pain management.Until now,the pain management of procedural pain in the ICU has not attracted extensive attention. Therefore,we expect additional studies to solve the existing problems of procedural pain management in the ICU.

文摘AIM:To identify proangiogenic factors engaged in neovascular age-related macular degeneration(AMD)except vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)from human retinal pigment epithelial(h RPE)cells and investigate the underlying mechanisms.METHODS:VEGF receptor 2(VEGFR2)in ARPE-19 cells was depleted by si RNA transfection or overexpressed through adenovirus infection. The m RNA and the protein levels of interleukin-8(IL-8)in ARPE-19 cells were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay respectively. The protein levels of AKT,p-AKT,MEK,p-MEK,ERK1/2,p-ERK1/2,JNK,p-JNK,p38 and p-p38 were detected by Western blotting.A selective chemical inhibitor,LY3214996,was employed to inhibit phosphorylation of ERK1/2.Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.RESULTS:Knockdown of VEGFR2 in ARPE-19 cells robustly augmented IL-8 production at both the m RNA and the protein levels.Silencing VEGFR2 substantially enhanced phosphorylation of MEK and ERK1/2 while exerted no effects on phosphorylation of AKT,JNK and p38.Inhibiting ERK1/2 phosphorylation by LY3214996 reversed changes in VEGFR2 knockdown-induced IL-8 upregulation at the m RNA and the protein levels with no effects on cell viability.VEGFR2 overexpression significantly reduced IL-8 generation at the m RNA and the protein levels.CONCLUSION:Blockade of VEGF signaling augments IL-8 secretion via MEK/ERK1/2 axis and overactivation of VEGF pathway decreases IL-8 production in h RPE cells.Upregulated IL-8 expression after VEGF signaling inhibition in h RPE cells may be responsible for being incompletely responsive to anti-VEGF remedy in neovascular AMD,and IL-8 may serve as an alternative therapeutic target for neovascular AMD.

文摘AIM:To Investigate the genetic findings and phenotypic characteristics of a Chinese family with Norrie disease(ND).METHODS:Molecular genetic analysis and clinical examinations were performed on a Chinese family with ND.Mutations in the Norrie disease pseudoglioma(NDP)gene were detected by direct sequencing.Haplotypes were constructed and compared with the phenotypes in the family.Evolutionary comparisons and mutant open reading frame(ORF)prediction were also undertaken.RESULTS:Two family members with ocular manifestations were diagnosed with ND.No signs of sensorineural hearing loss were observed in either patient, while one of them showed signs of mild mental retardation.A novel heterozygous mutation in the NDP gene,c.-12delAAT,was detected in both patients. The mutation and the mutation bearing hapiotype cosegregated with the ND phenotype in males and was transmitted from their mothers and/or grandmothers(Ⅱ:2).The male without ND did not harbor the mutation. The mutation occurred at the highly conserved nucleotides.DRF finder predicted that the mutation would lead to the production of a truncated protein that lacks the first 11N-terminal amino acids.CONCLUSION:A novel mutation,c.-12delAAT in the NDP gene, was identified in a Chinese family with ND.This mutation caused ND without obvious sensorineural hearing loss.Mental disorder was found in one but not the other patients. The clinical heterogeneity in the family indicated that other genetic variants and epigenetic factors may also play a role in the disease presentation.

文摘The influence of periodic pressure with low and high frequencies on microstructure and dendritic sidebranching was studied by using 3-D phase field method. In this case, the tiny protuberances take part of the whole driving force, leading to less developed secondary arms.
