Backgroud:To explore the effects of Jianpi Bushen Recipe on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of nude mice with transplanted human liver cancer SK-HEP-1 cells.Methods:To establish models with transplanted live...Backgroud:To explore the effects of Jianpi Bushen Recipe on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of nude mice with transplanted human liver cancer SK-HEP-1 cells.Methods:To establish models with transplanted liver cancer cells,nude mice were divided randomly into three groups:blank group,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group and control group.They were given normal saline,Jianpi Bushen Recipe and solafeni through administration by gavage for four weeks.The expression of TGF-β and twist mRNA were detected by real-time PCR.The expression of E-cadherin was detected by Western blot.Results:Compared with the blank group,the expression of transforming growth factor-P(TGF-β)mRNA and twist mRNA in the TCM group and the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The expression of E-cadherin protein in TCM group and control group increased significantly(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen Recipe can inhibit the EMT of liver cancer SK-HEP-1 cells in vivo by down-regulating the expression of TGF-β/twist signaling and indirectly up-regulating E-cadherin expression in transplanted liver cancer tissue,indicating the potential of Jianpi Bushen Recipe to inhibit invasion and metastasis of liver cancer.展开更多
Spectra are fundamental observation data used for astronomical research,but understanding them strongly depends on theoretical models with many fundamental parameters from theoretical calculations.Different models giv...Spectra are fundamental observation data used for astronomical research,but understanding them strongly depends on theoretical models with many fundamental parameters from theoretical calculations.Different models give different insights for understanding a specific object.Hence,laboratory benchmarks for these theoretical models become necessary.An electron beam ion trap is an ideal facility for spectroscopic benchmarks due to its similar conditions of electron density and temperature compared to astrophysical plasmas in stellar coronae,supernova remnants and so on.In this paper,we will describe the performance of a small electron beam ion trap/source facility installed at National Astronomical Observatories,Chinese Academy of Sciences.We present some preliminary experimental results on X-ray emission,ion production,the ionization process of trapped ions as well as the effects of charge exchange on the ionization.展开更多
Fully differential cross-sections of single ionization of He and Ne atoms are studied by linearly polarized extreme ultraviolet(XUV)photons in the energy range of 22.1 e V–43.7 e V,using a reaction microscope.Photoel...Fully differential cross-sections of single ionization of He and Ne atoms are studied by linearly polarized extreme ultraviolet(XUV)photons in the energy range of 22.1 e V–43.7 e V,using a reaction microscope.Photoelectron angular distributions and theβasymmetry parameters for He 1s^(2) electrons prove the reliability of our experiment,and the β asymmetry parameters extracted from the angular distributions of Ne 2p^(6) electrons are obtained.By comparing with different theoretical calculations,it is found that the contribution of the electron correlation effect in Ne 2p^(6) single ionization becomes increasingly important as the incident photon energy increases,while the relativistic effect is relatively low in the whole incident energy range.Our experimentalβasymmetry parameters may serve as a significant reference to test the most elaborated theories in the field.The datasets presented in this paper,including the photoelectron angular distributions andβasymmetry parameters,are openly available at https://doi.org/10.57760/sciencedb.j00113.00073.展开更多
目的:观察健脾解毒方对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染C57BL/6小鼠诱发胃癌过程中的胃粘膜血管新生和PTEN(Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosometen)/PI3K/AKT信号通路的影响.方法:建立H.pylori标准株NCTC11637感染C5...目的:观察健脾解毒方对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染C57BL/6小鼠诱发胃癌过程中的胃粘膜血管新生和PTEN(Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosometen)/PI3K/AKT信号通路的影响.方法:建立H.pylori标准株NCTC11637感染C57BL/6小鼠诱发胃癌的动物模型,将200只C57BL/6小鼠随机分成5组,即对照组、模型组、健脾解毒方低中高剂量组,每组40只.健脾解毒方低、中、高剂量每只小鼠分别灌服健脾解毒方250、500、1000mg·kg-1·d-1.72周后,尿素酶实验检测小鼠胃粘膜H.pylori感染情况,组织病理学检查小鼠胃粘膜癌变率,免疫组化法检测H.pylori感染对小鼠胃粘膜微血管密度(Microvessel density,MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和PTEN/PI3K/AKT信号通路的影响.结果:72周后,对照组、模型组、健脾解毒方低中高剂量组H.pylori感染率分别为0%,100%,3%,0%,0%,中药组感染率明显下降;各组小鼠胃癌发生率分别为为0%、26.3%、13.2%、10%、7.5%,中药组较模型组发生率明显减低(P=0.020,P=0.023,P=0.007).模型组MVD和VEGF表达量较对照组明显升高(P=0.002,P〈0.001),中药组可降低MVD和VEGF表达.模型组p-PTEN和p-AKT的表达较对照组明显升高(均P〈0.001),中药组可不同程度的降低p-PTEN和p-AKT的表达.结论:H.pylori长期感染C57BL/6小鼠可诱发胃粘膜癌变,增加胃粘膜MVD,促进VEGF表达,抑制PTEN活性,从而激活PI3K/AKT信号通路.健脾解毒方可降低小鼠胃粘膜H.pylori感染率,降低癌变率,抑制MVD和VEGF表达,减少PTEN失活,从而阻断PI3K/AKT信号通路可能是其预防胃癌的重要靶点.展开更多
The electron–ion recombination for phosphorus-like^(112) Sn^(35+)has been measured at the main cooler storage ring of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou, China, employing an electron–ion merged-beams te...The electron–ion recombination for phosphorus-like^(112) Sn^(35+)has been measured at the main cooler storage ring of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou, China, employing an electron–ion merged-beams technique. The absolute total recombination rate coefficients for electron–ion collision energies from 0 e V–14 e V are presented. Theoretical calculations of recombination rate coefficients were performed using the Flexible Atomic Code to compare with the experimental results. The contributions of dielectronic recombination and trielectronic recombination on the experimental rate coefficients have been identified with the help of the theoretical calculation. The present results show that the trielectronic recombination has a substantial contribution to the measured electron–ion recombination spectrum of^(112)Sn^(35+). Although a reasonable agreement is found between the experimental and theoretical results the precise calculation of the electron–ion recombination rate coefficients for M-shell ions is still challengeable for the current theory.展开更多
