Developing high-performance aqueous Zn-ion batteries from sustainable biomass becomes increasingly vital for large-scale energy storage in the foreseeable future.Therefore,γ-MnO_(2) uniformly loaded on N-doped carbon derived from grapefruit peel is successfully fabricated in this work,and particularly the composite cathode with carbon carrier quality percentage of 20 wt%delivers the specific capacity of 391.2 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1),outstanding cyclic stability of 92.17%after 3000 cycles at 5 A g^(−1),and remarkable energy density of 553.12 Wh kg^(−1) together with superior coulombic efficiency of~100%.Additionally,the cathodic biosafety is further explored specifically through in vitro cell toxicity experiments,which verifies its tremendous potential in the application of clinical medicine.Besides,Zinc ion energy storage mechanism of the cathode is mainly discussed from the aspects of Jahn–Teller effect and Mn domains distribution combined with theoretical analysis and experimental data.Thus,a novel perspective of the conversion from biomass waste to biocompatible Mn-based cathode is successfully developed. 展开更多

The supergiant Shuangjianzishan(SJZ) Ag-Pb-Zn deposit is in the southern segment of the Great Hinggan Range(SGHR), northeast China. Previous studies suggest the ore-forming material and fluid originated from the magmatic system, and the mineralization age was consistent with the diagenetic age. However,the relationship between granitic magmatism and mineralization is still unclear in the SJZ. In this study, CH-O-He-Ar and in-situ S-Pb isotope analyses were conducted to determine the sources of ore-forming fluids and metals, which were combined with geochemistry data of SJZ granitoids from previous studies to constrain the relationship between the magmatism and the mineralization. The C-H-O-He-Ar-S-Pb isotopic compositions suggested the SJZ ore-forming material and fluids were derived from a magmatic source, which has mixed a small amount of mantle-derived materials. In addition, the disseminated sulfide from the syenogranite has comparable S-Pb isotopic composition with the sulfide minerals from ore veins,suggesting that the generation of the SJZ ore-forming fluids has a close relationship with the syenogranite magmatism. Combining with the geochemical characters of the syenogranite, the authors proposed that the mantle-derived fingerprint of the SJZ ore-forming fluid might be caused by the parent magma of the syenogranite, which was derived from partial melting of the juvenile lower crust, and underwent the residual melts segregated from a crystal mush in the shallow magma reservoir. The extraction of the syenogranite parent magma further concentrated the fertilized fluids, which was crucial to mineralization of the SJZ Ag-Pb-Zn deposit. 展开更多

江淮分水岭地区是安徽省重要的粮油畜禽生产基地,但区域土壤不肥,易旱缺水。基于江淮分水岭地区水资源现状,从“水环境-社会经济-生态环境”复合系统出发,依据水资源支撑力、水资源压力、水资源承载调控力3个子系统在水资源承载过程中... 江淮分水岭地区是安徽省重要的粮油畜禽生产基地,但区域土壤不肥,易旱缺水。基于江淮分水岭地区水资源现状,从“水环境-社会经济-生态环境”复合系统出发,依据水资源支撑力、水资源压力、水资源承载调控力3个子系统在水资源承载过程中的相互作用,建立了区域水资源承载力系统结构模型,用于对江淮分水岭地区水资源承载力进行评价分析。研究表明:在保障生态用水与生活用水前提下,当前该区域水资源承载力总体处于可载状态,但时空差异明显。时间尺度上,2005~2015年间,区域单位GDP综合用水量大幅减少,水资源所承载的经济总量呈现明显的上升趋势;区域降水量和水资源可利用量年际变化较大,可承载的人口规模波动趋势明显。空间尺度上,各市间水资源可承载的经济总量与可承载的人口规模差异极大,可承载的经济总量上合肥最大,淮南最小;可承载的人口规模上六安最大,淮南同样为最小,合肥次之。水资源承载潜力上六安>巢湖>滁州>合肥>淮南;在各市的水资源承载状态中,合肥在研究期内有4 a处于超载状态,超载范围在9.87%~31.46%,超载率最高年份为2008年,淮南各年均处于超载状态,平均超载率为59.79%,2010年超载率最高达70.18%,区域化水资源问题趋于严重。水资源可承载的人口规模与区域降水量大小显著相关,用水效率的提高及产业结构的合理性调整可降低单位GDP综合用水量,大大提高水资源承载能力。根据研究结果,建议各市应根据水资源承载力实际状况,提高用水效率,合理调整产业结构,促进区域水资源与社会经济协调发展。 展开更多

In conventional photovoltaic(PV) systems, a large portion of solar energy is dissipated as waste heat since the generating efficiency is usually less than 30%. As the dissipated heat can be recovered for various applications, the wasted heat recovery concentrator PV/thermal(WHR CPVT) hybrid systems have been developed. They can provide both electricity and usable heat by combining thermal systems with concentrator PV(CPV) module, which dramatically improves the overall conversion efficiency of solar energy.This paper systematically and comprehensively reviews the research and development of WHR CPVT systems. WHR CPVT systems with innovative design configurations, different theoretical evaluation models and experimental test processes for several implementations are presented in an integrated manner. We aim to provide a global point of view on the research trends, market potential, technical obstacles, and the future work which is required in the development of WHR CPVT technology. Possibly, it will offer a generic guide to the investigators who are interested in the study of WHR CPVT systems. 展开更多

Identifying the spatio-temporal variability of human activity intensity and associated drivers: a case study on the Tibetan Plateau

Human activities have significantly degraded ecosystems and their associated services.By understanding the spatio-temporal variability and drivers of human activity intensity(HAI),we can better evaluate the interactions between human and terrestrial ecosystems,which is essential for land-use related decision making and eco-environmental construction.As the“third pole,”the Tibetan Plateau(TP)plays a strong role in shaping the global environment,and acts as an important ecological security barrier for China.Based on land-use/cover change data,environmental geographic data,and socioeconomic data,we adopted a method for converting different land use/cover types into construction land equivalent to calculate the HAI value and applied the Getis-Ord Gi*statistic to analyze the spatio-temporal dynamics associated with HAI since 1980 on the TP.Thereafter,we explored the forces driving the HAI changes using GeoDetector software and a correlation analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:It was observed that HAI increased slowly from 3.52%to 3.65%during the 1980-2020 period,with notable increases in the western part of the Qaidam Basin and Hehuang Valley.Spatially,HAI was associated with a significant agglomeration effect,which was mainly concentrated in the regions of the Yarlung Zangbo and Yellow-Huangshui rivers.Both natural and anthropogenic factors were identified as important driving forces behind the spatial changes in HAI,of which soil type,gross domestic product,and population density had the greatest influence.Meanwhile,the temporal changes in HAI were largely driven by economic development.This information provides crucial guidance for territory development planning and ecological-protection policy decisions. 展开更多
