During the COVID-19 outbreak,the use of single-use medical supplies increased significantly.It is essential to select suitable sites for establishing medical waste treatment stations.It is a big challenge to solve the...During the COVID-19 outbreak,the use of single-use medical supplies increased significantly.It is essential to select suitable sites for establishing medical waste treatment stations.It is a big challenge to solve the medical waste treatment station selection problem due to some conflicting factors.This paper proposes a multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)method based on the partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean(PMSM)operator.For the medical waste treatment station selection problem,the factors or attributes(these two terms can be interchanged.)in the same clusters are closely related,and the attributes in different clusters have no relationships.The partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean function(PMSMF)can handle these complex attribute relationships.Hence,we extend the PMSM operator to process the linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers(Lq-ROFNs)and propose the linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean(Lq-ROFPMSM)operator and its weighted form(Lq-ROFWPMSM).To reduce the negative impact of unreasonable data on the final output results,we propose the linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy partitioned dual Maclaurin symmetric mean(Lq-ROFPDMSM)operator and its weighted form(Lq-ROFWPDMSM).We also discuss the characteristics and typical examples of the above operators.A novel MADM method uses the Lq-ROFWPMSM operator and the Lq-ROFWPDMSM operator to solve the medical waste treatment station selection problem.Finally,the usability and superiority of the proposed method are verified by comparing it with previous methods.展开更多
Proper timing of flowering under different environmental conditions is critical for plant propagation.Light quality is a pivotal environmental cue that plays a critical role in flowering regulation.Plants tend to flow...Proper timing of flowering under different environmental conditions is critical for plant propagation.Light quality is a pivotal environmental cue that plays a critical role in flowering regulation.Plants tend to flower late under light with a high red(R)/far-red(FR)light ratio but early under light with a low R/FR light ratio.However,how plants fine-tune flowering in response to changes in light quality is not well understood.Here,we demonstrate that F-box of Flowering 2(FOF2),an autonomous pathway–related regulator,physically interacts with VASCULAR PLANT ONE-ZINC FINGER 1 and 2(VOZ1 and VOZ2),which are direct downstream factors of the R/FR light receptor phytochrome B(PHYB).We show that PHYB physically interacts with FOF2,mediates stabilization of the FOF2 protein under FR light and end-of-day FR light,and enhances FOF2 binding to VOZ2,which leads to degradation of VOZ2 by SCF^(FOF2) E3 ligase.By contrast,PHYB mediates degradation of FOF2 protein under R light and end-of-day R light.Genetic interaction studies demonstrated that FOF2 functions downstream of PHYB to promote FLC expression and inhibit flowering under both high R/FR light and simulated shade conditions,processes that are partially dependent on VOZ proteins.Taken together,our findings suggest a novel mechanism whereby plants fine-tune flowering time through a PHYB–FOF2–VOZ2 module that modulates FLC expression in response to changes in light quality.展开更多
The interaction of U-shaped rings used for power transmission hardware with a wind-sand field is simulated numerically.A standard kturbulence model is used in synergy with an Eulerian-Lagrangian approach.The results...The interaction of U-shaped rings used for power transmission hardware with a wind-sand field is simulated numerically.A standard kturbulence model is used in synergy with an Eulerian-Lagrangian approach.The results show that the wind pressure on the windward side of the U-shaped ring is the highest,a negative pressure zone appears on both sides of the U-shaped ring,while a Kármán Vortex Street is created on its leeward side.There are three possible regimes of motion for the sand grains in the wind field.Sand grains with size below 0.125 mm can follow the airflow directly into the contact area of two U-shaped rings.When the sand size is about 0.1 mm,the number of sand grains that are blown into the contact area attains a maximum.Through the simulation of U-shaped rings in the wind-sand field,the dynamics of such processes are explained in detail,thereby providing relevant information for the subsequent protection and design of connecting hardware used for power transmission.展开更多

The result shows that it is of great significance to actively adapt to the characteristics of information dissemination in the all-media era, establish and improve meteorological information service rules and supervision mechanisms, actively explore strong measures to strengthen the monitoring of meteorological services, promptly release authoritative voices, curb the breeding of rumors, regulate the propagation path, and conduct meteorological information dissemination assessment. Finally, this paper proposes the construction of meteorological information dissemination mechanism from five aspects: service quality assessment, introduction of enterprise information filing and credit management system, establishment of authoritative meteorological information sharing channels, formulation of emergency response plans, and vigorous promotion of meteorological popularization. The mechanism provides a theoretical reference for the meteorological department to better adapt to the all-media context and to carry out scientific and effective media-based public opinion information risk management.展开更多
FLAVIN-BINDING KELCH REPEAT F-BOX 1(FKF1)encodes an F-box protein that regulates photoperiod flowering in Arabidopsis under long-day conditions(LDs).Gibberellin(GA)is also important for regulating flowering under LDs....FLAVIN-BINDING KELCH REPEAT F-BOX 1(FKF1)encodes an F-box protein that regulates photoperiod flowering in Arabidopsis under long-day conditions(LDs).Gibberellin(GA)is also important for regulating flowering under LDs.However,how FKF1 and the GA pathway work in concert in regulating flowering is not fully understood.Here,we showed that the mutation of FKF1 could cause accumulation of DELLA proteins,which are crucial repressors in GA signaling pathway,thereby reducing plant sensitivity to GA in flowering.Both in vitro and in vivo biochemical analyses demonstrated that FKF1 directly interacted with DELLA proteins.Furthermore,we showed that FKF1 promoted ubiquitination and degradation of DELLA proteins.Analysis of genetic data revealed that FKF1 acted partially through DELLAs to regulate flowering under LDs.In addition,DELLAs exerted a negative feedback on FKF1 expression.Collectively,these findings demonstrate that FKF1 promotes flowering partially by negatively regulating DELLA protein stability under LDs,and suggesting a potential mechanism linking the FKF1 to the GA signaling DELLA proteins.展开更多

Russian emigres in Shanghai managed to create their own cultural life, and some of them were even engaged in literary creation. Thus, Russian emigre literature came into being in Shanghai. In order to have a more comprehensive grasp of Shanghai Russian literature, this thesis provides a general introduction about newspapers, periodicals, publishing houses, art and literary groups, main writers and creation themes of overseas Russians in Shanghai.展开更多
Accurate long-term power forecasting is important in the decision-making operation of the power grid and power consumption management of customers to ensure the power system’s reliable power supply and the grid econ...Accurate long-term power forecasting is important in the decision-making operation of the power grid and power consumption management of customers to ensure the power system’s reliable power supply and the grid economy’s reliable operation.However,most time-series forecasting models do not perform well in dealing with long-time-series prediction tasks with a large amount of data.To address this challenge,we propose a parallel time-series prediction model called LDformer.First,we combine Informer with long short-term memory(LSTM)to obtain deep representation abilities in the time series.Then,we propose a parallel encoder module to improve the robustness of the model and combine convolutional layers with an attention mechanism to avoid value redundancy in the attention mechanism.Finally,we propose a probabilistic sparse(ProbSparse)self-attention mechanism combined with UniDrop to reduce the computational overhead and mitigate the risk of losing some key connections in the sequence.Experimental results on five datasets show that LDformer outperforms the state-of-the-art methods for most of the cases when handling the different long-time-series prediction tasks.展开更多
