Serum CA125, CA199, CEA, CA724, and AFP for diagnosis and prognosis prediction in patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

Objective:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a malignancy that involves difficulties in early diagnosis and has extremely poor prognosis.This study aimed to evaluate serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)as biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis of ICC patients.
