Association between Low Ambient Temperature and the Severity of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To explore the relationships among ambient temperature,ischemic stroke severity,and blood pressure.Methods:Meteorological data(2005–2015)were collected from the Guangzhou Meteorological Data Service.Ischemic stroke patients from the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University were retrospectively evaluated,each winter from 2005 to 2015.Patient demographics,baseline measurements,and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were evaluated.Results:Three hundred sixty-two patients were included.The median latency from symptom onset to admission was 2 d(IQR:1–3 d).During recruitment,the highest and lowest temperatures were 39℃and 1.3℃,respectively.Hypertension was the most common comorbidity(75.1%).NIHSS scores at admission and discharge were higher in the cold-exposed group than in the controls regardless of the average temperature at admission.In addition,systolic and diastolic blood pressure values at admission were higher in the cold-exposed group than in the controls.When stratified by hypertensive status,the average and minimum temperatures at admission were negatively associated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure values in hypertensive patients.Reductions in the average and minimum temperatures at symptom onset were associated with more severe stroke.Conclusion:Ischemic stroke patients with symptom onset in winter had higher systolic blood pressure values and more serious neurologic deficits upon admission. 展开更多

社会科学需要密切关注社会热点问题。2018年,习近平总书记特别提及高校加强劳动教育这一新任务。在此背景下,对领域内文献进行梳理以便更好把握研究热点显得尤为重要。通过Citespace对CNKI中文文献数据库中2003年—2023年CSSCI和北大核... 社会科学需要密切关注社会热点问题。2018年,习近平总书记特别提及高校加强劳动教育这一新任务。在此背景下,对领域内文献进行梳理以便更好把握研究热点显得尤为重要。通过Citespace对CNKI中文文献数据库中2003年—2023年CSSCI和北大核心期刊收录的高校劳动教育研究文献进行分析。结果显示:从研究群体和结构来看,目前领域内虽然形成了一定的核心团队,但学术交流还存在短板;从研究主题来看,主要聚焦于内涵界定、价值意蕴、实践路径等理论探讨上;从研究阶段来看,主要可以分为2003年—2017年的发展阶段和2018年—2023年的爆炸式增长阶段。未来高校劳动研究可以在实证研究、跨区域跨学科学术合作、高校劳动教育实施效果等方面进一步展开。 展开更多

We employ novel digital Fresnel reflection holography to capture the 3D flows within the viscous sublayerof a smooth-wall turbulent channel flow at Reτ=400.The measurements reveal unsteady and diverse flow patterns in the sublayer including nearly uniform high and low speed flows and strong small-scale(onthe order of viscous wall units)spanwise meandering motions.The probability density functions(PDFs)ofwall shear stresses show a clear discrepancy in high stress range with those from direct numerical simu-lation(DNS),which is attributed to the unresolved streamwise and spanwise motions by DNS.Moreover,the PDF of Lagrangian particle accelerations yields a stretched exponential shape like that in homogenousisotropic turbulence,indicating strong intermittency in the sublayer.We find a significant fraction of highaccelerations is associated with the small-scale meandering motions.Our study helps explain the effectof sublayer-scale roughness on reducing drag and flow separation reported in the literature. 展开更多

The G-quadruplex(G4)sequences are short fragments of 4-i nterval triple guanine(G)with frequent and ubiquitous distribution in the genome and RNA transcripts.The G4sequences are usually folded into secondary“knot”structure via Hoogsteen hydrogen bond to exert negative regulation on a variety of biological processes,including DNA replication and transcription,mRNA translation,and telomere maintenance.Recent structural biological and mouse genetics studies have demonstrated that RHAU(DHX36)can bind and unwind the G4“knots”to modulate embryonic development and postnatal organ function.Deficiency of RHAU gives rise to embryonic lethality,impaired organogenesis,and organ dysfunction.These studies uncovered the pivotal G4 resolvase function of RHAU to release the G4 barrier,which plays fundamental roles in development and physiological homeostasis.This review discusses the latest advancements and findings in deciphering RHAU functions using animal models. 展开更多

In order to extract solanesol from potato stems and leaves more effectively and improve the extraction rate of solanesol, the same batch of potato stems and leaves harvested from Guyuan, Ningxia was selected as a research object, cell wall of potato stems and leaves was broken by enzymolysis with cellulase and high- speed shearing, and then reflux-extracted with 95% ethanol. Solanesol content was determined by HPLC, and extract yield was calculated. Extract yield and solanesol extraction rate was used as an index for comparison of difference between the 2 wall-breaking methods, so as to select the optimal wall-breaking method. The results showed that enzymolysis with cellulase exhibited extraction rate and extract yield of solanesol of 91.38% and 8.02%, respectively, which were better than those under high-speed shear emulsification technique. The enzymolysis wall-breaking method has the advantages of simple operation and strong feasibility. 展开更多

分层标识加密能有效减轻标识密码体制中密钥生成中心生成用户私钥和分发私钥的工作量.SM9标识密码作为我国商用密码行业标准和国家标准,在金融、政务等方面起着重要的作用,但SM9标识加密算法不具备分层加密的功能,不适合大规模网络的应... 分层标识加密能有效减轻标识密码体制中密钥生成中心生成用户私钥和分发私钥的工作量.SM9标识密码作为我国商用密码行业标准和国家标准,在金融、政务等方面起着重要的作用,但SM9标识加密算法不具备分层加密的功能,不适合大规模网络的应用场景,阻碍了SM9加密算法的部署.本文基于商用密码SM9标识加密算法提出一个高效的分层标识加密方案SM9-HIBE.相比SM9标识加密算法,方案的密文只增加一个群元素,解密开销只增加一个双线性对运算,与接收者标识的长度无关.方案的安全性基于判定性BDHI困难问题,在随机谕言模型中可证明方案满足静态选择明文攻击模型下的不可区分性.最后,对方案进行比较分析,结果表明SM9-HIBE在计算开销和通信代价方面与现有HIBE方案是可比的. 展开更多

安全性分析为密码方案的安全性提供重要依据和有力保障.我国自主设计的商用标识密码SM9已成为国家标准,其中,SM9数字签名算法和加密算法已成为ISO/IEC国际标准.然而,现有关于SM9标识密码算法安全性分析的公开发表研究成果较少.Cheng在In... 安全性分析为密码方案的安全性提供重要依据和有力保障.我国自主设计的商用标识密码SM9已成为国家标准,其中,SM9数字签名算法和加密算法已成为ISO/IEC国际标准.然而,现有关于SM9标识密码算法安全性分析的公开发表研究成果较少.Cheng在Inscrypt 2018基于Gap-q-BCAA1假设,给出了SM9密钥交换协议、密钥封装机制和公钥加密算法的安全性证明.本文首先基于q-SDH假设和随机谕言模型,证明SM9数字签名算法具有EUF-CMIA的安全性.其次,为了消除对Gap类困难假设的依赖,采用Twin-Hash-ElGamal技术,提出基于SM9密钥封装机制的新型密钥封装机制Twin-SM9.与SM9密钥封装机制相比,Twin-SM9的系统公钥和用户私钥分别增加了一个群元素,而封装密文长度保持不变.在随机谕言模型中证明,若q-BDHI假设成立,则Twin-SM9密钥封装机制满足IND-CCA.然后进一步阐明了SM9标识密码的安全性,研究结果有助于基于SM9的高级密码协议和算法的设计与分析. 展开更多

目的探讨自体毛囊单位提取(FUE)移植术治疗烧伤后小面积继发性瘢痕秃发(以下简称瘢痕秃发)的临床效果。方法采用回顾性观察性研究方法。根据采用的治疗方法,将空军军医大学第一附属医院2017年3月—2019年11月收治的采用自体FUE移植术治... 目的探讨自体毛囊单位提取(FUE)移植术治疗烧伤后小面积继发性瘢痕秃发(以下简称瘢痕秃发)的临床效果。方法采用回顾性观察性研究方法。根据采用的治疗方法,将空军军医大学第一附属医院2017年3月—2019年11月收治的采用自体FUE移植术治疗烧伤后小面积瘢痕秃发的18例患者[男12例、女6例,年龄(29±6)岁]纳入FUE移植组,将该单位同一时期由同一手术团队采用扩张皮瓣移植术治疗烧伤后小面积瘢痕秃发的18例患者[男13例、女5例,年龄(33±5)岁]纳入扩张皮瓣移植组。所有患者均随访1年以上,于末次随访时,采用Folliscope毛发检测系统测量移植区毛囊单位密度并计算毛发成活率,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疗效,询问患者对治疗效果的满意度及随访期间的并发症发生情况,记录移植区毛发生长情况及头皮厚度、疼痛、瘙痒、色素沉着与表面粗糙度等表征。对数据行Fisher确切概率法检验、独立样本t检验。结果末次随访时,FUE移植组患者移植区毛囊单位密度为(46.8±2.0)个/cm^(2),明显高于扩张皮瓣移植组的(42.5±4.3)个/cm^(2)(t=3.84,P<0.01);2组患者的毛发成活率接近(P>0.05)。末次随访时,2组患者治疗效果VAS评分相近(P>0.05);FUE移植组患者对治疗效果的满意度评分为(8.6±1.1)分,明显高于扩张皮瓣移植组的(7.6±0.8)分(t=2.89,P<0.01)。随访期间,2组患者均无炎症、感染等并发症发生,仅扩张皮瓣移植组2例患者发生术后疼痛。末次随访时,2组患者移植区均被新生毛发覆盖,毛发生长方向与周围正常毛发基本一致;2组患者移植区头皮厚度、疼痛、瘙痒、色素沉着与表面粗糙度等表征情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用自体FUE移植术治疗烧伤后小面积瘢痕秃发较扩张皮瓣移植术具有更好的远期毛囊单位密度和患者满意度,术后效果较好,具有良好的临床应用前景。 展开更多

Reserve network planning for fishes in the middle and lower Yangtze River basin by systematic conservation approaches 被引量:1

Although China has established more than 600 wetland nature reserves, conservation gaps still exist for many species, especially for freshwater fishes. Underlying this problem is the fact that top-level planning is missing in the construction of nature reserves. To promote the development of nature reserves for fishes, this study took the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River basin(MLYRB) as an example to carry out top-level reserve network planning for fishes using approaches of systematic conservation planning. Typical fish species living in freshwater habitats were defined and considered in the planning. Based on sample data collected from large quantities of literatures, continuous distribution patterns of 142 fishes were obtained with species distribution modeling and subsequent processing, and the distributions of another eleven species were artificially designated. With the distribution pattern of species, Marxan was used to carry out conservation planning. To obtain ideal solutions with representativeness, persistence, and efficiency, parameters were set with careful consideration regarding existing wetland reserves, human disturbances, hydrological connectivity, and representation targets of species. Marxan produced the selection frequency of planning units(PUs) and a best solution. Selection frequency indicates the relative protection importance of a PU. The best solution is a representative of ideal fish reserve networks. Both of the PUs with high selection frequency and those in the best solution have low proportions included in existing wetland nature reserves, suggesting that there are significant conservation gaps for fish species in MLYRB. The best solution could serve as a reference for establishing a fish reserve network in the MLYRB. There is great flexibility for replacing selected PUs in the solution, and such flexibility facilitates the implementation of the solution in reality in case of unexpected obstacles. Further, we suggested adopting a freshwater management framework in the implementation of such solution. 展开更多

Applications of systematic approaches in freshwater conservation planning

Systematic conservation planning(SCP)is a widely accepted biodiversity-focused approach to selecting priority areas for protection.Since freshwater ecosystems are globally in urgent need of more conservation and the development of freshwater protected areas has lagged behind such need,SCP is proposed to be widely applied in freshwater conservation.As SCP originates from terrestrial realms,freshwater-specific characteristics should be considered when applied to freshwater systems.The challenges mainly include difficulty in data collection for freshwater species and uncertainty in classification of coarse-filters for representation,while also considering the maintenance of natural connectivity in fresh waters and taking longitudinal,lateral,and climate-change-caused threats into account.Only by addressing these issues may the representativeness and persistence of freshwater biodiversity be ensured in the proposed conservation network.Though challenging at times,the application of systematic approaches in freshwater conservation planning has been widely attempted throughout the last 12 years and applied in different freshwater ecosystems at different scales.In addition,the consideration of freshwater-specific issues has been becoming more and more comprehensive.This review divides the whole process of SCP into successive steps while discussing detailed applications of freshwater planning at each step.First,according to the review,each step attempts to explore many alternatives,such as usingsurrogates from the species level to the ecosystem level(or a combination within this range)to represent the spatial variation of freshwater biodiversity,deriving raw data from various sources to use for planning,applying different techniques to expand or integrate data,setting various target forms to ensure representativeness or persistence,considering existing protected areas in different ways in the process of planning,using priority principles in various paradigms for both representativeness and persistence,and applying several types of software to the final design of the protection network.Second,applications in each step(except‘‘setting representative targets’’)have been more or less tried in considering freshwater-specific issues.For representativeness issues,accepting various sources of information and attempting different ways of data reduction are the main approaches to solving these challenges.For persistence issues,identifying the main ecological processes and threats in freshwater systems and involving them in the process of prioritization are major concerns,and setting targets or priority principles are key steps for taking these persistence issues into account.Finally,more systematic conservation of freshwater systems and new or improved alternatives of each step are expected to enrich this field of study. 展开更多
