Adaptive Predictive Functional Control for Networked Control Systems with Random Delays 被引量:1

Nowadays, more and more field devices are connected to the central controller through a serial communication network such as fieldbus or industrial Ethernet. Some of these serial communication networks like controller area network (CAN) or industrial Ethernet will introduce random transfer delays into the networked control systems (NCS), which causes control performance degradation and even system instability. To address this problem, the adaptive predictive functional control algorithm is derived by applying the concept of predictive functional control to a discrete state space model with variable delay. The method of estimating the networkinduced delay is also proposed to facilitate the control algorithm implementing. Then, an NCS simulation research based on TrueTime simulator is carried out to validate the proposed control algorithm. The numerical simulations show that the proposed adaptive predictive functional control algorithm is effective for NCS with random delays. 展开更多

Gas6 and SATB1 content in preeclampsia placenta and decidual tissues and their correlation with oxidative stress and inflammation

Objective:To study the correlation of Gas6 and SATB1 content in preeclampsia placenta and decidual tissues with oxidative stress and inflammation.Methods:A total of 62 women who were diagnosed with preeclampsia in our hospital between May 2013 and December 2015 were selected as the PE group of the study and 70 healthy pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group. The placenta tissues were collected to detect the content of Gas6 and SATB1 as well as oxidative stress indexes and inflammation indexes, and decidual tissues were collected to detect the Gas6 and SATB1 content.Results:Gas6, ROS, MDA,NADPH P47-phox, p38MAPK and IL-1β content as well as LC3-II/LC3-I ratio in placenta tissues of PE group were significantly higher than those of control group, SATB1 content was significantly lower than that of control group, and Gas6 and SATB1 content in decidual tissues were not different from those of control group;ROS, MDA, NADPH P47-phox, p38MAPK and IL-1β content as well as LC3-II/LC3-I ratio in preeclampsia placenta tissues with high Gas6 expression and low SATB1 expression were significantly higher than those in preeclampsia placental tissues with low Gas6 expression and high SATB1 expression. Conclusion:Highly expressed Gas6 and lowly expressed SATB1 in preeclampsia placenta tissues can adjust the oxidative stress and inflammation, and thus lead to the occurrence and development of disease. 展开更多

The annexins are a multifamily of calcium-regulated phospholipid-binding proteins. To investigate the roles of annexins in fiber development, four genes encoding putative annexin proteins were isolated from cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) and designated AnnGh3, AnnGh4, AnnGh5, and AnnGh6. Quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) results indicated that AnnGh3, AnnGh4, and AnnGh5 were preferentially expressed in fibers, while the transcripts of AnnGh6 were predominantly accumulated in roots. During fiber development, the transcripts of AnnGh3/4/5 genes were mainly accumulated in rapidly elongating fibers. With fiber cells further developed, their expression activity was dramatically declined to a relatively low level. In situ hybridization results indicated that AnnGh3 and AnnGh5were expressed in initiating fiber cells (0-2 DPA). Additionally, their expression in fibers was also regulated by phytohormones and [Ca2~]. Subcellular localization analysis discovered that AnnGh3 protein was localized in the cytoplasm. Overexpression of AnnGh3 in Arabidopsis resulted in a significant increase in trichome density and length on leaves of the transgenic plants, suggesting that AnnGh3 may be involved in fiber cell initiation and elongation of cotton. 展开更多
