教师作为课程改革的最终实施主体是实际掌握变革命脉的关键人物。只有教师对新课程实现了从心理接受到行为落实的全面转变,课程改革才得以真正完成。这使得教师实现从理念到行为的真确性改变所需的内外条件及其作用,构成了教师改变机制... 教师作为课程改革的最终实施主体是实际掌握变革命脉的关键人物。只有教师对新课程实现了从心理接受到行为落实的全面转变,课程改革才得以真正完成。这使得教师实现从理念到行为的真确性改变所需的内外条件及其作用,构成了教师改变机制研究的基本内容。本研究以地方性课程变革项目为实践背景,以6位教师为研究对象,以访谈为数据收集方法,以扎根理论为分析工具,探讨幼儿园课程变革中的教师改变机制。结果发现,现场看见有说服力的新课程实施样态并引发心理认同是教师改变的启动机制,其实质是教师对新课程建立起支持性信念。在把新课程理念落实到教学行为的实践历程中,教师拥有的团队变革文化是教师改变的过程机制,包括新方法实践模式、原创课团队介入流程、幼儿园团队干预因素三个外部条件与教师个体反思方式一个内部条件。新方法效能尤其是自我效能形成是教师改变的确认机制,其实质是教师对新课程建立起得到教学行为支撑的行动性信念。幼儿园作为课程变革的组织单元,应为教师提供持续的支持与园外资源,监控并推动教师改变。教师应善于寻找模范、收集范例,并逐步过渡到研发原创课,通过深入、再深入的反思,实现对改革新理念的真正内化。 展开更多

Voxel-based morphometry is gaining considerable interest for studies examining Parkinson's disease dementia patients. In this study, 12 patients with clinically defined Parkinson's disease and dementia and 12 non-demented patients with Parkinson's disease were examined using a T1WI three-dimensional fast spoiled gradient echo sequence. Gray matter data were analyzed using a voxel-based morphometry method and independent sample t-test based on Statistical Parametric Mapping 5 software. Differences in gray matter volume were represented with statistical parametric mapping. Compared with Parkinson's disease patients without dementia, decreased gray matter volume in Parkinson's disease dementia patients was observed in the bilateral superior temporal gyrus, bilateral posterior cingulate and left cingulate gyrus, right parahippocampal gyrus and hippocampus, right precuneus and right cuneus, left inferior frontal gyrus and left insular lobe. No increased gray matter volume was apparent. These data indicate that gray matter atrophy in the limbic system and cerebral neocortex is related to the presence of dementia. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the effects of the somatosensory interaction technology combined with virtual reality technology on upper limbs function and activities of daily living (ADL) in cerebrovascular disease patients. Methods: Form January, 2019 to December, 2019, 80 cerebrovascular disease patients were recruited, and had been divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 40), randomly. The control groups received conventional rehabilitation treatment, for 40 minutes per day, while observation group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, for 20 minutes per day, and virtual reality technology treatment, 20 minutes per day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. Wolf Motor Function Test (WMFT), Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities (FMA-UE) and modified Barthel index (MBI) were used to assess the motor function of the upper limbs and ADL before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, the scores of WMFT, FMA-UE and MBI were no significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05). The scores improved in both groups after treatment (P < 0.01), and were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The somatosensory interaction technology combined with virtual reality technology could facilitate to improve the upper limbs function and ADL in cerebrovascular disease patients. 展开更多

Improving Cross-Protection against Influenza Virus Using Recombinant Vaccinia Vaccine Expressing NP and M2 Ectodomain Tandem Repeats 被引量:2

Conventional influenza vaccines need to be designed and manufactured yearly.However,they occasionally provide poor protection owing to antigenic mismatch.Hence,there is an urgent need to develop universal vaccines against influenza virus.Using nucleoprotein(NP)and extracellular domain of matrix protein 2(M2e)genes from the influenza A virus A/Beijing/30/95(H3N2),we constructed four recombinant vaccinia virus-based influenza vaccines carrying NP fused with one or four copies of M2e genes in different orders.The recombinant vaccinia viruses were used to immunize BALB/C mice.Humoral and cellular responses were measured,and then the immunized mice were challenged with the influenza A virus A/Puerto Rico/8/34(PR8).NP-specific humoral response was elicited in mice immunized with recombinant vaccinia viruses carrying full-length NP,while robust M2e-specific humoral response was elicited only in the mice immunized with recombinant vaccinia viruses carrying multiple copies of M2e.All recombinant viruses elicited NP-and M2e-specific cellular immune responses in mice.Only immunization with RVJ-4M2eNP induced remarkably higher levels of IL-2 and IL-10 cytokines specific to M2e.Furthermore,RVJ-4M2eNP immunization provided the highest cross-protection in mice challenged with 20 MLD5〇of PR8.Therefore,the cross-protection potentially correlates with both NP and M2e-specific humoral and cellular immune responses induced by RVJ-4M2eNP,which expresses a fusion antigen of full-length NP preceded by four M2e repeats.These results suggest that the rational fusion of NP and multiple M2e antigens is critical toward inducing protective immune responses,and the 4M2eNP fusion antigen may be employed to develop a universal influenza vaccine. 展开更多

Breast cancer is globally the most common invasive cancer in women and remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths.Surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and endocrine therapy are currently the main treatments for this cancer type.However,some breast cancer patients are prone to drug resistance related to chemotherapy or immunotherapy,resulting in limited treatment efficacy.Consequently,traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMMs)as natural products have become an attractive source of novel drugs.In this review,we summarized the current knowledge on the active components of animal-derived TCMMs,including Ophiocordyceps sinensis-derived cordycepin,the aqueous and ethanolic extracts of O.sinensis,norcantharidin(NCTD),Chansu,bee venom,deer antlers,Ostrea gigas,and scorpion venom,with reference to marked anti-breast cancer effects due to regulating cell cycle arrest,proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,and drug resistance.In future studies,the underlying mechanisms for the antitumor effects of these components need to be further investigated by utilizing multi-omics technologies.Furthermore,large-scale clinical trials are necessary to validate the efficacy of bioactive constituents alone or in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer treatment. 展开更多
