目的分析多发性硬化康复相关研究的热点和未来发展趋势。方法系统检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于多发性硬化康复的研究,检索时间为建库至2024年3月。利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对发文...目的分析多发性硬化康复相关研究的热点和未来发展趋势。方法系统检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于多发性硬化康复的研究,检索时间为建库至2024年3月。利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对发文量,作者,国家,机构,关键词共现、聚类和突现进行比较分析。结果共纳入中文文献105篇,英文文献2240篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势。中文文献未发现具有显著中心性的作者,机构间合作相对有限;英文文献发文量最多的作者是Motl RW(119篇)。发文量最高的国家是美国(646篇),中心性为0.31。中文文献的研究机构构建的网络结构较为稀疏,未见具有显著中心性的机构;英文文献发文量最多的机构是伊利诺伊大学(108篇)。中文文献的热点关键词是“吞咽障碍”“缓解期”“神经康复”,发现7个关键词聚类,突现强度最高的关键词为“护理”;英文文献的热点关键词是“quality of life”“people”“disability”,发现7个关键词聚类,突现强度最高的关键词为“disability”。结论近年来,多发性硬化的康复逐渐受到关注。然而,尽管国内在该领域已取得一定成果,但与国际发展水平相比,仍存在一定差距,更多多发性硬化相关的研究应该被开展,以期为患者的临床治疗提供参考。展开更多

In superconducting CH cavity, the cross bar is helpfulto rigidize the cavity mechanically. Since the year of 2011, IMP have involved into the research of superconductingCH cavity for the ADS project[1].
