目的研究在CT增强扫描中观察到的肠外静脉侵犯(ctEMVI)在预测结肠癌术后无进展生存期(PFS)中的价值。方法共纳入90例结肠癌患者,ctEMVI状态由两名放射科医师进行评估,意见不一致时共同探讨达成一致。采用独立样本t检验对ctEMVI状态与临...目的研究在CT增强扫描中观察到的肠外静脉侵犯(ctEMVI)在预测结肠癌术后无进展生存期(PFS)中的价值。方法共纳入90例结肠癌患者,ctEMVI状态由两名放射科医师进行评估,意见不一致时共同探讨达成一致。采用独立样本t检验对ctEMVI状态与临床分期的关系进行分析,采用Kaplan-Meier法对ctEMVI状态与PFS、病理分期与PFS的关系进行分析。结果 ctEMVI阳性组有更高的病理分期(P<0.001)。ctEMVI阳性患者比阴性患者的PFS更短(Log-rank检验,P<0.001),病理Ⅲ期患者比Ⅰ~Ⅱ患者的PFS更短(Log-rank检验,P=0.001),但ctEMVI状态比病理分期与PFS的相关性更强(R=-0.272 vs R=-0.176)。结论 ctEMVI状态是结肠癌重要的预后指标,能够比病理分期更好的预测患者的无进展生存期。展开更多
