从专利合作视角看各城市间科技创新网络的演进——以西安市为例

为了从专利合作视角研究城市间科技创新网络的演进情况,本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,通过Innojoy专利数据库,筛选下载2011—2021年西安市的专利数据,基于西安市近十年专利合作数据,构建近十年西安参与全国科技创新网络,并在此基础上运... 为了从专利合作视角研究城市间科技创新网络的演进情况,本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,通过Innojoy专利数据库,筛选下载2011—2021年西安市的专利数据,基于西安市近十年专利合作数据,构建近十年西安参与全国科技创新网络,并在此基础上运用近十年增长数量分析、功能多中心迭代分析,通过分析西安市网络演变趋势,来探究西安参与全国科技创新网络的地位。研究发现:(1)西安在全国科技创新网络中已经扮演了相对重要的角色,其主要创新联系区域不仅集中在其他省会城市,还有相当一部分集中于省内城市;(2)西安市与全国其他15个城市之间的科技创新联系强度和广度存在较大的差异,与各个城市之间的合作专利质量和专利方向也有不同的侧重;(3)全国科技创新网络中各城市表现为多中心高低分布特点,现阶段西安处于一个相对较小核心的地位,在排名前10位的城市中已属于“边缘型”,与前几位城市的科技创新联系强度存在较大差距,还有许多环节需要完善;(4)目前西安市与省内城市的专利合作变化趋势更加明显,但和国内一线城市以及新一线城市的比较中还有很多的不足急需完善,发展和演变的趋势特征不够明显。西安市专利的创新地位在不断上升,增幅也不断上涨。但放眼全国,西安市专利数据仍具备着数量广泛但内容不深入,覆盖范围多元化但研究领域不细致的特点,与全国其他城市相比,其科技创新联系强度存在较大差距。 展开更多

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)occurs in the influenza season and has become a global pandemic.The present study aimed to examine severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)co-infection with influenza A virus(IAV)in an attempt to provide clues for the antiviral interventions of co-infected patients.We described two patients who were co-infected with SARS-CoV-2 and IAV treated at Wuhan Union Hospital,China.In addition,we performed a review in PubMed,Web of Science and CNKI(from January 1 up to November 1,2020)with combinations of the following key words:“COVID-19,SARS-COV-2,influenza A and co-infection”.A total of 28 co-infected patients were enrolled in the analysis.Of the 28 patients,the median age was 54.5 years(IQR,34.25–67.5)and 14 cases(50.0%)were classified as severe types.The most common symptoms were fever(85.71%),cough(82.14%)and dyspnea(60.71%).Sixteen patients had lymphocytopenia on admission and 23 patients exhibited abnormal radiological changes.The median time from symptom onset to hospital admission was 4 days(IQR,3–6),and the median time of hospital stay was 14 days(IQR,8.5–16.75).In conclusion,patients with SARSCOV-2 and IAV co-infection were similar to those infected with SARS-COV-2 alone in symptoms and radiological images.SARS-COV-2 co-infection with IAV could lead to more severe clinical condition but did not experience longer hospital stay compared with patients infected with SARSCOV-2 alone. 展开更多

目的探讨肠梗阻手术联合肠内营养对十二指肠先天性梗阻新生儿肠功能和营养状态的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2021年12月湖北省妇幼保健院收治的十二指肠先天性梗阻新生儿103例。将患儿分为观察组、对照组,分别有52例、51例。两组均给予... 目的探讨肠梗阻手术联合肠内营养对十二指肠先天性梗阻新生儿肠功能和营养状态的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2021年12月湖北省妇幼保健院收治的十二指肠先天性梗阻新生儿103例。将患儿分为观察组、对照组,分别有52例、51例。两组均给予腹腔镜下肠梗阻手术治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予肠外营养支持,观察组给予经鼻留置空肠营养管肠内营养支持,比较两组肠功能恢复情况以及术后7 d体格指标、营养指标、生长调节因子、炎症因子、免疫指标。结果观察组术后首次排便时间、完全肠内营养时间、喂养达到40 mL/3 h时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术前后体重、身高、头围的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术前后血清PA、ALB、TP的差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术前后血清GH、IGFBP-3的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术前后IGF-1的差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术前后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP的差值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术前后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)的差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术前后CD8^(+)的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻留置空肠营养管肠内营养支持可有效改善先天性十二指肠梗阻新生儿肠梗阻术后营养状态,促进IGF-1分泌,减轻术后炎症反应,提高免疫功能,降低术后并发症发生率。 展开更多

Changing to Poly(rod-coil) Polymers: A Promising Way for an Optoelectronic Compound to Improve Its Film Formation

Good film formation is one of basic requirements for organic optoelectronic materials to achieve the capability for fabrication of large area devices. Small molecular optoelectronic compounds have a definite chemical structure and clear device performance, and thus are welcomed in the field. However, they are generally suffering from poor film formation, especially in a large area. For addressing it, this contribution proposes and demonstrates a strategy, that is, changing them into poly(rod-coil) polymers. With one optoelectronic compound [BDT(DTBT)2] and three poly(rod-coil) polymers (P1, P2, and P3) having different non-conjugated coil segments as examples, the work clearly shows that the change to poly(rod-coil) polymers keeps many basic optoelectronic properties of the refer- ence compound, including light absorption in solution, bandgap and frontier orbital energy levels, but suppresses strong intermolecular interactions and crystalline structure in film state. Further comparisons on film formation quality on glass and ITO glass illustrate that all the three polymers have a better film formation property than the reference compound. 展开更多
