Using first-principle calculations,we investigate the mechanical,structural,and electronic properties and formation energy of 25 kinds ofⅢ-Ⅴ binary monolayers in detail.A relative radius of the binary compound accor...Using first-principle calculations,we investigate the mechanical,structural,and electronic properties and formation energy of 25 kinds ofⅢ-Ⅴ binary monolayers in detail.A relative radius of the binary compound according to the atomic number in the periodic table is defined,and based on the definition,the 25 kinds ofⅢ-Ⅴ binary compounds are exactly located at a symmetric position in a symmetric matrix.The mechanical properties and band gaps are found to be very dependent on relative radius,while the effective mass of holes and electrons are found to be less dependent.A linear function between Young’s modulus and formation energy is fitted with a linear relation in this paper.The change regularity of physical properties of B-Ⅴ(Ⅴ=P,As,Sb,Bi)andⅢ-N(Ⅲ=Al,Ga,In,Tl)are found to be very different from those of otherⅢ-Ⅴ binary compounds.展开更多
A series of magnetically recyclable Pd/Fe3O4@γ-Al2O3 catalysts were synthesized using the superparamagnetic Fe3O4@γ-Al2O3 core-shell microspheres as the supporter and nano-Pd particles assembled on γ-Al2O3 shell as...A series of magnetically recyclable Pd/Fe3O4@γ-Al2O3 catalysts were synthesized using the superparamagnetic Fe3O4@γ-Al2O3 core-shell microspheres as the supporter and nano-Pd particles assembled on γ-Al2O3 shell as the active catalytic component. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy iTEM), N2 adsorptiondesorption and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The catalytic activity and the recyclability properties of the catalysts for the Heck coupling reaction with aryl bromides and the olefins were investigated. The results show that the microspheres of the magnetic Pd/Fe304@γ-Al2O3 catalysts were about 400 nm and the nano-Pd particles assembled on γ-Al2O3 shell were about 3-4 nm in size. The saturation magnetization (MS) of the magnetic catalysts was sufficiently high to allow magnetic separations. In the Heck coupling reactions, the magnetic Pd/Fe304@γ-Al2O3 catalysts exhibited good catalytic activity and recyclability. With Pd/Fe304@γ-Al2O3 (0.021 mol%) catalyst, the bromobenzene conversion and product yield reached about 96.8% and 91.2%, respectively, at 120℃ and in 14 h. After being recycled for six times, the conversion of bromobenzene and the recovery of the catalyst were about 80% and 90%, respectively. The nano-Pd particles were kept well dispersed in the used Pd/Fe304@γ-Al2O3 catalysts.展开更多
Adoptive transfer of cytomegalovirus(CMV)-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CMV-CTLs)from original transplant donors or third-party donors was effective for the treatment of CMV infection after allogenic stem cell tran...Adoptive transfer of cytomegalovirus(CMV)-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CMV-CTLs)from original transplant donors or third-party donors was effective for the treatment of CMV infection after allogenic stem cell transplantation(allo-SCT),but the antiviral activity of CMV-CTL types has not been compared.To determine whether third-party CMV-CTLs provide comparable long-term antiviral efficacy to transplant donor CMV-CTLs,we first compared the antiviral abilities of transplant donors and third-party CMV-CTLs for treatment of CMV infection in two mouse models,compared the in vivo recovery of CMV-specific immunity,and analyzed the underlying mechanisms driving sustained antiviral immunity.The results showed that both donor and third-party CMV-CTLs effectively combated systemic CMV infection by reducing CMV pathology and tumor burden 28 days postinfusion.The in vivo recovery of CMV-specific immunity after CMV-CTL infusion was comparable in both groups.A detailed analysis of the source of recovered CMV-CTLs showed the proliferation and expansion of graft-derived endogenous CMV-CTLs in both groups.Our clinical study,which enrolled 31 patients who received third-party CMV-CTLs and 62 matched pairs of individuals who received transplant donor CMV-CTLs for refractory CMV infection,further showed that adoptive therapy with donor or third-party CMV-CTLs had comparable clinical responses without significant therapy-related toxicity.We observed strong expansion of CD8+tetramer+T cells and proliferation of recipient endogenous CMV-CTLs after CMV-CTL infusion,which were associated with a reduced or cleared viral load.Our data confirmed that adoptive therapy with third-party or transplant donor CMV-CTLs triggered comparable antiviral responses to CMV infection that might be mediated by restoration of endogenous CMV-specific immunity.展开更多
