BACKGROUND Pancreatic pseudoaneurysm is a rare vascular complication of chronic pancreatitis(CP)or necrotizing pancreatitis with an incidence of 4%to 17%,but it is potentially life-threatening.It is well known that mo...BACKGROUND Pancreatic pseudoaneurysm is a rare vascular complication of chronic pancreatitis(CP)or necrotizing pancreatitis with an incidence of 4%to 17%,but it is potentially life-threatening.It is well known that most pancreatic pseudoaneurysms are clinically associated with pancreatic pseudocysts and are usually in the peripancreatic body-tail.A minority of intrapancreatic pseudoaneurysms occur in the absence of pseudocyst formation.Noninvasive computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)are most commonly used examinations for screening pancreatic pseudoaneurysms.Notably,the rare intrapancreatic pseudoaneurysm in the pancreatic head can mimic a hypervascular solid mass and be misdiagnosed as a pancreatic tumor.CASE SUMMARY We report the case of a 67-year-old man who had been admitted to our hospital due to recurrent abdominal pain for 1 mo that was aggravated for 5 d.CT and MRI revealed a mass in the pancreatic head with significant expansion of the main pancreatic duct and mild atrophy of the pancreatic body-tail.He was admitted to the department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery due to the possibility of a pancreatic tumor.The patient was then referred for endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)with possible EUS-FNA.However,EUS showed a cystic lesion in the pancreatic head with wall thickness and enhancing nodules,which was doubtful because it was inconsistent with the imaging findings.Subsequently,color doppler flow imaging demonstrated turbulent arterial blood flow in the cystic lesion and connection with the surrounding vessel.Therefore,we highly suspected the possibility of CP complicated with intrapancreatic pseudoaneurysm,combined with the patient's long-term drinking history and the sonographic features of CP.Indeed,angiography revealed an oval area of contrast medium extravasation(size:1.0 cm×1.5 cm)at the far-end branch of the superior pancreaticoduodenal artery,and angiographic embolization was given immediately at the same time.CONCLUSION EUS is an important differential diagnostic tool when pancreatic pseudoaneurysm mimics the imaging appearance of a hypervascular pancreatic tumor.展开更多

Methods: The cultured MSCs cells from male mice were marked with Brd U in vitro, and then transplanted to the female mice which suffered from radiation injury through tail vein, PDGF-Rb antagonists imatinib was injected through abdominal cavity. Four groups were arranged, which were radiation transplantation group, normal control group, imatinib intervention group and radiation control group. Brd U incorporation, SRY expression and MVD status were detected in uterus of mice. Results: SRY gene was negative expressed in normal control group and radiation control group. SRY gene presented positive in radiation transplantation group and imatinib intervention group; Brd U incorporation showed negative in radiation control group and normal control group which died in the early stage in mice; the incorporation of Brd U was higher in radiation transplantation group compared with imatinib intervention group; CD34 was positive on the uterus of all the four groups,which showed highest in radiation control group and lowest in radiation control group; The MVD in imatinib intervention group was lower than radiation control group; the difference of MVD was significantly compared with normal control group(P<0.05). Objective:To observe effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) and restructure human thrombopoietin on hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD) in new born rats.Methods:A total of 60 neonatal SD rats were sele...Objective:To observe effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) and restructure human thrombopoietin on hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD) in new born rats.Methods:A total of 60 neonatal SD rats were selected and divided into 4 groups,with 15 in each group.Group A served as control group.Rats of Groups B-D were prepared for HIBD model by ligation of left common carotid artery combined with hypoxia method.Rats of Group A were only completed with free left common carotid artery without ligation and hypoxia operation.After HIBD model preparation,Group B was administrated with subcutaneous injection of normal saline for placebo treatment;Group C was administrated with cervical subcutaneous injection of 0.5 μg/10 g granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) for 5 d(Once a day);Group D was administrated with intraperitoneal injection of 15 U/10 g recombinant human thromobopoietin(rhTPO) for treatment.After modeling for 7,14 and 21 d,5 rate were sacrificed in each group,respectively.Brain quality damage(%) conditions of experimental animals in each group were compared in different time points,and cerebral histopathological changes of each group were observed.Expression of nestin in rats of each group was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:After modeling for 7,14 and 21 d,brain quality damages(%) of Groups B,C and D were significant higher than that of in Group A(P<0.05),while brain quality damage(%) degree of Group B was the highest in different time points,followed by Groups D and C,respectively.It was significant different compared among groups(P<0.05).The histopathological observation showed that degrees of brain damages in Groups C and D were significant lower than that of in Group B.After modeling for 7,14 and 21 d,nestin positive cell populations in Groups B,C,and D were significant higher than Group A(P<0.05).Nestin cell populations of Group C in different time points were significant higher than Groups B and D(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nestin positive cell papulations,in the above time points between Groups B and D(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both G-CSF and TPO can protect the nervous system of HIBD neonatal rats.G-CSF can promote the proliferation and differentiation of neural precursor cells to decrease the degeneration and necrosis of nerve cell.TPO can obviously ameliorate morphology index of HIBD rats.Through regulating ratio of TIMP-1 and MMP-9,TPO can maintain the integrity of blood brain barrier to relieve the occurrence of brain damage.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TMC)in treating acute ischemic stroke(AIS)with phlegm-heat syndrome based on date mining.Methods:All clinical studies of TMC treatment for phleg...Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TMC)in treating acute ischemic stroke(AIS)with phlegm-heat syndrome based on date mining.Methods:All clinical studies of TMC treatment for phlegm heatexcess pattern stroke at acute stage were searched from SinoMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Pubmed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to 27 April 2020.Establish database through"Ancient and Modern Medical record Cloud platform(V2.2.3)"software.SPSS20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to explore clustering analysis and drug association rule analysis of high frequency drugs.Results:60 articles were finally included and 59 prescriptions were collected.The result shows that the commonly used drugs are mostly warm and cold,and the taste is mainly sweet and bitter.The main distribution of meridian tropism is stomach,liver and spleen.In these prescriptions,the frequently used drug pairs were“Trichosanthis fructus”,“Rhei radix et rhizoma”and so on.The association analysis results showed that“Arisaema cum bile-Rhei radix et rhizoma”had the highest correlation.The clustering analysis figured out 2 groups of the herbs.Conlusion:The TCM treatment of AIS should be based on the drugs of clearing heat,resolving phlegm and dredging viscera.Because most of these drugs are bitter and cold,we should pay attention to taking care of the spleen and stomach while expelling evil.展开更多
BACKGROUND Localized primary gastric amyloidosis is a rare disorder characterized by the extracellular deposition of insoluble fibrillary protein in the stomach and can mimic various diseases on endoscopic examination...BACKGROUND Localized primary gastric amyloidosis is a rare disorder characterized by the extracellular deposition of insoluble fibrillary protein in the stomach and can mimic various diseases on endoscopic examination,including gastrointestinal stromal tumors,gastric cancer and ulcers.CASE SUMMARIES Here,we report a series of three cases of localized gastric amyloidosis mimicking gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma on endoscopic examination that were evaluated over the past ten years in our hospital.The different detection times of this rare disease resulted in three completely different outcomes,indicating the strong importance of early detection,diagnosis and treatment.The difficulties encountered in making an accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis are highlighted,and this report provides clinical experience for the diagnosis of localized primary gastric amyloidosis.CONCLUSION Localized gastric amyloidosis is a rare metabolic disease that resembles MALT lymphoma.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment of localized gastric amyloidosis result in an excellent prognosis.展开更多

The type and structure of the driving motor and the compression spring were decided with force-balance analysis. The tilt problem of pruning robot was resolved by ADAMS and Matlab co-sim- ulation, and the control scheme of climbing mechanism was determined. The experiment results of the prototype indicate that pruning robot can climb tree trunk smoothly at a speed of 20 mm/s and cross the raised trunk. The pruning saw which is driven by the adjustable speed motor can cut the branches of 30 mm. And the residual amount of branches is less than 5 mm. Pruning robot can meet the practical requirements of the fast-growing forest pruning work.展开更多

This paper addresses this issue of practical significance to production efficiency. Herein, a robust optimization model for this problem is formulated to hedge against uncertainty. Moreover, the counterpart of the robust optimization model is developed by duality. A hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) is proposed to solve this problem. In this algorithm, a heuristic method is utilized to seed the initial population. In addition, an adaptive local search procedure and a discrete Levy flight are hybridized with the genetic algorithm (GA) to enhance the performance of the algorithm. The effectiveness of the HGA is tested on a set of benchmark instances. Furthermore, the effect of uncertainty parameters on production efficiency is also investigated.展开更多

Then the composite powder was agglomerated to prepare thermal spraying feedstock. The ultrafine/nanostructured WC-lOCo-4Cr coating was prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel thermal spraying. The phase constitution, elemental distribution and microstructure of the coating were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the prepared composite coating were tested. The results show that the main phases of the coating include WC, binding phase with partial amorphous structure, with a little WC and Co(Cr)coexisting. The distributions of Co and Cr elements from the phase boundary to the eutectic area then to Co zone were analyzed quantitatively. The mechanisms for the formation of the microstructure and effects of Cr on the performance of the composite coating are proposed.展开更多
Objective:Our aim was to investigate the correlation between free fatty acid(FFA) spectrum, blood stasis(BS) score, and macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetic patients with or without BS, as well as the possible relations...Objective:Our aim was to investigate the correlation between free fatty acid(FFA) spectrum, blood stasis(BS) score, and macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetic patients with or without BS, as well as the possible relationship between BS and lipotoxicity. Methods: A total of 50 type 2 diabetes(T2D) patients with or without BS were enrolled from June to December 2014 in Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Hospital, with 25 patients allocated to each of two groups. Basic information, BS score, blood glucose, blood lipids, etc., were measured for each patient. In addition, we tested the levels of interleukin(IL)?6, tumor necrosis factor α(TNF?α), and IL?18 with enzyme?linked immunosorbent assay. The macroangiopathy status of patients in the two groups was examined by color ultrasound and all factors related to BS scores were analyzed. Gas chromatography?mass spectrometry was used to explore the difference in the serum FFA spectra between the two different groups. In addition, the relationship between FFA spectra, BS scores, and macroangiopathy was analyzed. Results: BS scores, total cholesterol(TC), total triglyceride(TG), low?density lipoprotein cholesterol, IL?6, TNF?α, IL?18, carotid and femoral artery plaque, carotid intima?media thickness, carotid plaque area, and femoral artery plaque area were all significantly increased in T2D patients with BS syndrome(P < 0.05). A positive correlation was observed between age, duration of diabetes, carotid intima?media thickness, carotid plaque area, femoral artery plaque area, and BS score(P < 0.05). A total of 21 fatty acids were found in the serum, and total FFA(TFFA), saturated fatty acid(SFA), lauric acid(C12:0), palmitic acid(16:0), stearic acid(C18:0), arachidonic acid(C20:4n6), behenic acid(C22:0), and lignoceric acid(C24:0) scores were all found to contribute to the difference between FFA spectrums of the two groups; of the fatty acids, C12:0, C16:0, C18:0, C22:0, TFFA, and SFA positively correlated with BS scores as evaluated by Pearson's or Spearman's correlation analysis(P < 0.05). Only SFA entered the regression equation in the multiple linear regression analysis. C12:0, C16:0, C18:0, C20:4n6, TFFA, and SFA were positively correlated with carotid plaque area, whereas linoleic acid(C18:3n3), Cis?5, 8, 11, 14, and 17?eicosapentaenoic acids(C20:5n3) were negatively correlated(P < 0.05). C16:0 was positively correlated with the femoral artery plaque area and C18:3n3, cis?4, 7, 10, 13, 16, and 19?docosahexaenoic acids(C22:6) and nervonic acid were negatively correlated(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Serum FFA spectra were significantly different between T2D patients with BS and those without, and long?chain SFA made the greatest contribution. Serum FFA spectra were correlated with BS scores and diabetic macroangiopathy, which means that lipotoxicity and BS are correlated in T2D.展开更多

Just-in-time(JIT)part feeding is adopted by more and more automobile producers.Based on this part feeding policy,vehicles perform their assigned routes cyclically and provide stations with the exact quantity of parts ...Just-in-time(JIT)part feeding is adopted by more and more automobile producers.Based on this part feeding policy,vehicles perform their assigned routes cyclically and provide stations with the exact quantity of parts required until the next arrival of the vehicle.However,if there are uncertain travel times,a shortage of materials in stations will be caused.In this paper,the JIT part feeding optimization problem under travel time uncertainty is studied.The uncertain travel time is represented by the interval number according to the actual situation.To minimize the largest possible vehicle trip time,the optimization model is developed based on robust optimization.In the model,a route-dependent uncertain parameter is introduced.Through this model,the route of each vehicle and the parts load needed to be delivered by the vehicle can be calculated.A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve this model.The parts feeding planning for an engine assembly line is taken as an example.By the Monte Carlo simulation,the relationship between the line stoppage probability and the uncertain parameter is studied to obtain the final solution.The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by this case study.展开更多
Alignment-based database search and sequence comparison are commonly used to detect horizontal gene transfer(HGT).However,with the rapid increase of sequencing depth,hundreds of thousands of contigs are routinely asse...Alignment-based database search and sequence comparison are commonly used to detect horizontal gene transfer(HGT).However,with the rapid increase of sequencing depth,hundreds of thousands of contigs are routinely assembled from metagenomics studies,which challenges alignment-based HGT analysis by overwhelming the known reference sequences.Detecting HGT by k-mer statistics thus becomes an attractive alternative.These alignment-free statistics have been demonstrated in high performance and efficiency in wholegenome and transcriptome comparisons.To adapt k-mer statistics for HGT detection,we developed two aggregative statistics T^(S)_(sum ) and T^(*)_(sum),which subsample metagenome contigs by their representative regions,and summarize the regional D^(S) _(2) and D^(*)_(2)metrics by their upper bounds.We systematically studied the aggregative statistics’power at different k-mer size using simulations.Our analysis showed that,in general,the power of T^(S)_(sum) and T^(*)_(sum) increases with sequencing coverage,and reaches a maximum power>80%at k=6,with 5%Type-I error and the coverage ratio>0.2x.The statistical power ofT^(S)_(sum) and T^(*)_(sum) was evaluated with realistic simulations of HGT mechanism,sequencing depth,read length,and base error.We expect these statistics to be useful distance metrics for identifying HGT in metagenomic studies.展开更多

文摘Objective:To observe effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) and restructure human thrombopoietin on hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD) in new born rats.Methods:A total of 60 neonatal SD rats were selected and divided into 4 groups,with 15 in each group.Group A served as control group.Rats of Groups B-D were prepared for HIBD model by ligation of left common carotid artery combined with hypoxia method.Rats of Group A were only completed with free left common carotid artery without ligation and hypoxia operation.After HIBD model preparation,Group B was administrated with subcutaneous injection of normal saline for placebo treatment;Group C was administrated with cervical subcutaneous injection of 0.5 μg/10 g granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) for 5 d(Once a day);Group D was administrated with intraperitoneal injection of 15 U/10 g recombinant human thromobopoietin(rhTPO) for treatment.After modeling for 7,14 and 21 d,5 rate were sacrificed in each group,respectively.Brain quality damage(%) conditions of experimental animals in each group were compared in different time points,and cerebral histopathological changes of each group were observed.Expression of nestin in rats of each group was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:After modeling for 7,14 and 21 d,brain quality damages(%) of Groups B,C and D were significant higher than that of in Group A(P<0.05),while brain quality damage(%) degree of Group B was the highest in different time points,followed by Groups D and C,respectively.It was significant different compared among groups(P<0.05).The histopathological observation showed that degrees of brain damages in Groups C and D were significant lower than that of in Group B.After modeling for 7,14 and 21 d,nestin positive cell populations in Groups B,C,and D were significant higher than Group A(P<0.05).Nestin cell populations of Group C in different time points were significant higher than Groups B and D(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nestin positive cell papulations,in the above time points between Groups B and D(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both G-CSF and TPO can protect the nervous system of HIBD neonatal rats.G-CSF can promote the proliferation and differentiation of neural precursor cells to decrease the degeneration and necrosis of nerve cell.TPO can obviously ameliorate morphology index of HIBD rats.Through regulating ratio of TIMP-1 and MMP-9,TPO can maintain the integrity of blood brain barrier to relieve the occurrence of brain damage.

文摘Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TMC)in treating acute ischemic stroke(AIS)with phlegm-heat syndrome based on date mining.Methods:All clinical studies of TMC treatment for phlegm heatexcess pattern stroke at acute stage were searched from SinoMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Pubmed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to 27 April 2020.Establish database through"Ancient and Modern Medical record Cloud platform(V2.2.3)"software.SPSS20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to explore clustering analysis and drug association rule analysis of high frequency drugs.Results:60 articles were finally included and 59 prescriptions were collected.The result shows that the commonly used drugs are mostly warm and cold,and the taste is mainly sweet and bitter.The main distribution of meridian tropism is stomach,liver and spleen.In these prescriptions,the frequently used drug pairs were“Trichosanthis fructus”,“Rhei radix et rhizoma”and so on.The association analysis results showed that“Arisaema cum bile-Rhei radix et rhizoma”had the highest correlation.The clustering analysis figured out 2 groups of the herbs.Conlusion:The TCM treatment of AIS should be based on the drugs of clearing heat,resolving phlegm and dredging viscera.Because most of these drugs are bitter and cold,we should pay attention to taking care of the spleen and stomach while expelling evil.

文摘BACKGROUND Localized primary gastric amyloidosis is a rare disorder characterized by the extracellular deposition of insoluble fibrillary protein in the stomach and can mimic various diseases on endoscopic examination,including gastrointestinal stromal tumors,gastric cancer and ulcers.CASE SUMMARIES Here,we report a series of three cases of localized gastric amyloidosis mimicking gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma on endoscopic examination that were evaluated over the past ten years in our hospital.The different detection times of this rare disease resulted in three completely different outcomes,indicating the strong importance of early detection,diagnosis and treatment.The difficulties encountered in making an accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis are highlighted,and this report provides clinical experience for the diagnosis of localized primary gastric amyloidosis.CONCLUSION Localized gastric amyloidosis is a rare metabolic disease that resembles MALT lymphoma.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment of localized gastric amyloidosis result in an excellent prognosis.

文摘According to the requirement of fast-growing forest pruning operation, the pruning robot was developed. The structure and control system of pruning robot were described, the work flow of pruning robot was expounded. The type and structure of the driving motor and the compression spring were decided with force-balance analysis. The tilt problem of pruning robot was resolved by ADAMS and Matlab co-sim- ulation, and the control scheme of climbing mechanism was determined. The experiment results of the prototype indicate that pruning robot can climb tree trunk smoothly at a speed of 20 mm/s and cross the raised trunk. The pruning saw which is driven by the adjustable speed motor can cut the branches of 30 mm. And the residual amount of branches is less than 5 mm. Pruning robot can meet the practical requirements of the fast-growing forest pruning work.
文摘The typemixed-model assembly line balancing problem with uncertain task times is a critical problem. This paper addresses this issue of practical significance to production efficiency. Herein, a robust optimization model for this problem is formulated to hedge against uncertainty. Moreover, the counterpart of the robust optimization model is developed by duality. A hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) is proposed to solve this problem. In this algorithm, a heuristic method is utilized to seed the initial population. In addition, an adaptive local search procedure and a discrete Levy flight are hybridized with the genetic algorithm (GA) to enhance the performance of the algorithm. The effectiveness of the HGA is tested on a set of benchmark instances. Furthermore, the effect of uncertainty parameters on production efficiency is also investigated.

文摘The WC-lOCo-4Cr composite powder was synthesized firstly. Then the composite powder was agglomerated to prepare thermal spraying feedstock. The ultrafine/nanostructured WC-lOCo-4Cr coating was prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel thermal spraying. The phase constitution, elemental distribution and microstructure of the coating were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the prepared composite coating were tested. The results show that the main phases of the coating include WC, binding phase with partial amorphous structure, with a little WC and Co(Cr)coexisting. The distributions of Co and Cr elements from the phase boundary to the eutectic area then to Co zone were analyzed quantitatively. The mechanisms for the formation of the microstructure and effects of Cr on the performance of the composite coating are proposed.

文摘Objective:Our aim was to investigate the correlation between free fatty acid(FFA) spectrum, blood stasis(BS) score, and macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetic patients with or without BS, as well as the possible relationship between BS and lipotoxicity. Methods: A total of 50 type 2 diabetes(T2D) patients with or without BS were enrolled from June to December 2014 in Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Hospital, with 25 patients allocated to each of two groups. Basic information, BS score, blood glucose, blood lipids, etc., were measured for each patient. In addition, we tested the levels of interleukin(IL)?6, tumor necrosis factor α(TNF?α), and IL?18 with enzyme?linked immunosorbent assay. The macroangiopathy status of patients in the two groups was examined by color ultrasound and all factors related to BS scores were analyzed. Gas chromatography?mass spectrometry was used to explore the difference in the serum FFA spectra between the two different groups. In addition, the relationship between FFA spectra, BS scores, and macroangiopathy was analyzed. Results: BS scores, total cholesterol(TC), total triglyceride(TG), low?density lipoprotein cholesterol, IL?6, TNF?α, IL?18, carotid and femoral artery plaque, carotid intima?media thickness, carotid plaque area, and femoral artery plaque area were all significantly increased in T2D patients with BS syndrome(P < 0.05). A positive correlation was observed between age, duration of diabetes, carotid intima?media thickness, carotid plaque area, femoral artery plaque area, and BS score(P < 0.05). A total of 21 fatty acids were found in the serum, and total FFA(TFFA), saturated fatty acid(SFA), lauric acid(C12:0), palmitic acid(16:0), stearic acid(C18:0), arachidonic acid(C20:4n6), behenic acid(C22:0), and lignoceric acid(C24:0) scores were all found to contribute to the difference between FFA spectrums of the two groups; of the fatty acids, C12:0, C16:0, C18:0, C22:0, TFFA, and SFA positively correlated with BS scores as evaluated by Pearson's or Spearman's correlation analysis(P < 0.05). Only SFA entered the regression equation in the multiple linear regression analysis. C12:0, C16:0, C18:0, C20:4n6, TFFA, and SFA were positively correlated with carotid plaque area, whereas linoleic acid(C18:3n3), Cis?5, 8, 11, 14, and 17?eicosapentaenoic acids(C20:5n3) were negatively correlated(P < 0.05). C16:0 was positively correlated with the femoral artery plaque area and C18:3n3, cis?4, 7, 10, 13, 16, and 19?docosahexaenoic acids(C22:6) and nervonic acid were negatively correlated(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Serum FFA spectra were significantly different between T2D patients with BS and those without, and long?chain SFA made the greatest contribution. Serum FFA spectra were correlated with BS scores and diabetic macroangiopathy, which means that lipotoxicity and BS are correlated in T2D.

文摘Just-in-time(JIT)part feeding is adopted by more and more automobile producers.Based on this part feeding policy,vehicles perform their assigned routes cyclically and provide stations with the exact quantity of parts required until the next arrival of the vehicle.However,if there are uncertain travel times,a shortage of materials in stations will be caused.In this paper,the JIT part feeding optimization problem under travel time uncertainty is studied.The uncertain travel time is represented by the interval number according to the actual situation.To minimize the largest possible vehicle trip time,the optimization model is developed based on robust optimization.In the model,a route-dependent uncertain parameter is introduced.Through this model,the route of each vehicle and the parts load needed to be delivered by the vehicle can be calculated.A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve this model.The parts feeding planning for an engine assembly line is taken as an example.By the Monte Carlo simulation,the relationship between the line stoppage probability and the uncertain parameter is studied to obtain the final solution.The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by this case study.

文摘Alignment-based database search and sequence comparison are commonly used to detect horizontal gene transfer(HGT).However,with the rapid increase of sequencing depth,hundreds of thousands of contigs are routinely assembled from metagenomics studies,which challenges alignment-based HGT analysis by overwhelming the known reference sequences.Detecting HGT by k-mer statistics thus becomes an attractive alternative.These alignment-free statistics have been demonstrated in high performance and efficiency in wholegenome and transcriptome comparisons.To adapt k-mer statistics for HGT detection,we developed two aggregative statistics T^(S)_(sum ) and T^(*)_(sum),which subsample metagenome contigs by their representative regions,and summarize the regional D^(S) _(2) and D^(*)_(2)metrics by their upper bounds.We systematically studied the aggregative statistics’power at different k-mer size using simulations.Our analysis showed that,in general,the power of T^(S)_(sum) and T^(*)_(sum) increases with sequencing coverage,and reaches a maximum power>80%at k=6,with 5%Type-I error and the coverage ratio>0.2x.The statistical power ofT^(S)_(sum) and T^(*)_(sum) was evaluated with realistic simulations of HGT mechanism,sequencing depth,read length,and base error.We expect these statistics to be useful distance metrics for identifying HGT in metagenomic studies.
