Mainly for the problems that the configuration of the mobile cable on the satellite is very easy to change,the motion trajectory and dynamic characteristics of the cable can not be accu-rately predicted,which affects the laying quality seriously,the dynamic modeling and simulation of mobile cable on the satellite are carried out.On the basis of referring to the previous papers,the existing mathematical model is improved.The equations of the base vector of the cable section principal axis coordinate system with respect to the arc coordinate s,the distribution force of cable balance equation,the matrix expression of the base vector after the rotation motion transformation in the section principal axis coordinate system,the angular velocity of cable,the section elastic strain and velocity calculation equations are given,and the Cosserat dynamic modeling of the mobile cable is established.Finally,the dynamic simulation model of the mobile cable assembly of the kinematic mechanism is established,and the changes of the force and torque on the cable con-straint end are obtained,which provides a reference for the dynamic modeling and simulation of the mobile cable on satellite. 展开更多

Mainly for the problem that the friction force generated by the existing process of bind-ing,fixing and fastening the flexible cable on the satellite is unknown,the friction force analysis and experimental research on the binding point of the flexible cable are carried out.The equivalent model of the cable bundle bound by nylon cable ties is established,the force on the binding point is analyzed,and the empirical formula for calculating the friction force at the binding point is estab-lished.The formula shows that the friction force is related to the cable bundle diameter,the number of winding cycles of silicone rubber tape,the width of nylon cable ties,and the binding force.The friction force tests of the cable diameter of 5.06 mm,8.02 mm,24.02 mm,38.04 mm under different winding turns of tape were carried out,which was compared with the theoretical calculation value.It is concluded that the calculation accuracy of the theoretical model is more than 95%,which can estimate the actual friction force value accurately.This provides a reference and basis for the theoretical and experimental research on the friction force of the flexible cable binding point on satellite. 展开更多

采用超声法制备了尺寸分布较窄的亚微米级的氧化石墨烯(GO),通过熔融共混法制备GO/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)复合材料并注塑成型。结果表明,超声法成功制备了尺寸分布较窄的亚微米级的GO,利于在PET中分散。加入GO未改变复合材料的晶型结... 采用超声法制备了尺寸分布较窄的亚微米级的氧化石墨烯(GO),通过熔融共混法制备GO/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)复合材料并注塑成型。结果表明,超声法成功制备了尺寸分布较窄的亚微米级的GO,利于在PET中分散。加入GO未改变复合材料的晶型结构,但能提高复合材料的结晶温度、结晶度和热变形温度,且复合材料的热稳定性不变。复合材料的力学性能随GO添加量的增加,先增大后减小。当GO的质量分数为0.05%时,PET复合材料的力学性能最佳。此时拉伸强度、拉伸模量和弯曲强度与纯PET相比,分别提升了26%,15%和22%。这种方法操作简单,较低的GO添加量就可达到较好的增强效果,不需要有机溶剂,有良好的大规模生产前景。 展开更多

Experimental study on the operating performance of the air source heat pump(ASHP)with variable outdoor airflow rate under the standard frosting condition

Frosting is a common phenomenon of the ASHP under the heating mode in winter,and the outdoor air flow rate flowing through the evaporator of the ASHP was always thought to be a major contributor.In order to validate its contribution,effects of outdoor fan airflow rate on the performance of air source heat pumps(ASHPs)were investigated under the winter heating condition.The experiment was conducted in a laboratory at the standard 2℃ air dry bulb temperature(DB)/1℃ air wet bulb temperature(WB)frosting condition,which enabled the analysis of the operating performance,frosting performance,and heating performance of the ASHP unit by changing the airflow rate of the outdoor fan.Results showed that as the airflow rate of the outdoor fan reduced from 100%to 36%,the operating performance decline and the elevated frosting-defrosting loss were observed.Meanwhile,both the frosting rate and the operating efficiency during frosting-defrosting cycles showed an increasing trend then followed by decreasing tendency.The maximum frosting rate and operating efficiency were 0.92 g/m^(2).min and 2.92,respectively,which were observed at 74%airflow rate of the outdoor fan of the ASHP unit.The observation implied the existence of the“minimum frosting suppression airflow rate”.At 36%airflow rate of the outdoor fan of the ASHP unit,however,the performance of the ASHP unit was attenuated greatly,with the frosting-defrosting efficiency loss coefficient of 0.47,the heating capacity and COP reduction by 51.5 and 38.8%,respectively.These findings provided significant references to the optimization of ASHPs performance with variable airflow rate of the outdoor fan under frosting conditions. 展开更多

产品与供应链协同演进系统(product and supply chain synchronous evolution system,PSCSE)是一类复杂的分布式信息物理系统(cyber-physical system,CPS),含有大量的未建模动态与不确定性.剧烈的需求波动及突发的网络事件,使系统结构... 产品与供应链协同演进系统(product and supply chain synchronous evolution system,PSCSE)是一类复杂的分布式信息物理系统(cyber-physical system,CPS),含有大量的未建模动态与不确定性.剧烈的需求波动及突发的网络事件,使系统结构参数极易发生变化.产品设计变更是维持PSCSES稳定、满足用户需求及保证经济效益的重要手段.本文研究基于分布式CPS的PSCSES在受到DoS攻击下的应急变更控制问题.首先,针对PSCSES在网络攻击下数据包丢失问题,利用每条子链的历史数据设计基于循环神经网络(recurrent neural network,RNN)的预测器以弥补因网络攻击造成的库存数据丢失;其次,利用博弈论思想将H∞一致性控制问题转化为多人零和图博弈问题,提出一种应急变更补偿机制;进而基于Q-learning的策略迭代技术设计了模型未知的控制器求解算法,实现了系统的库存状态H∞一致性.最后,仿真实验验证了所提方法的有效性. 展开更多

The profens belong to a class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),which exert significant antiinflammatory,analgesic,antipyretic and other pharmacological effects.A considerable number of catalytic asymmetric strategies for the synthesis of enantioenriched profens have been introduced.Herein are outlined recent trends and developments of promising catalytic enantioselective systems for the generation of profens and their derivatives.According to the reaction type,we divided these transformations into three categories:Transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenations,transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric cross-couplings and organocatalytic asymmetric transformations.Overviews of generic reaction mechanisms are presented.Ideally,this tutorial review will motivate further interest in the catalytic asymmetric synthesis of highly enantioenriched profens. 展开更多

It is well-known that microscale gaps or defects are ubiquitous and can be penetrated by vapor,resulting in the failure of superhydrophobic effect and undesired condensate flooding under high subcooling.Here,we propose and demonstrate that such problem can be solved by the oblique arrangement of nanowires.Such a structure has been demonstrated to own anti-vapor-penetration and microdrop self-transport functions under high subcooling,unaffected by the microscale gaps.This is because vapor molecules can be intercepted by oblique nanowires and preferentially nucleate at near-surface locations,avoiding the penetration of vapor into the microscale gaps.As-formed microdrops can suspend upon the nanowires and have low solid-liquid adhesion.Besides,oblique nanowires can generate asymmetric surface tension and microdrop coalescence can release driving energy,both of which facilitate the microdrop self-removal via sweeping and jumping ways.This new design idea helps develop more advanced condensation mass and heat transfer interfaces. 展开更多

【目的】采用生物信息学方法分析公共数据库来源的细菌性败血症患者全血转录组学表达谱,探讨细菌败血症相关的宿主关键差异基因及意义。【方法】基于GEO数据库中GSE80496和GSE72829全血转录组基因数据集,采用GEO2R、基因集富集分析(GSEA... 【目的】采用生物信息学方法分析公共数据库来源的细菌性败血症患者全血转录组学表达谱,探讨细菌败血症相关的宿主关键差异基因及意义。【方法】基于GEO数据库中GSE80496和GSE72829全血转录组基因数据集,采用GEO2R、基因集富集分析(GSEA)联用加权基因共表达网络分析(WGCNA)筛选细菌性败血症患者相比健康人群显著改变的差异基因,通过R软件对交集基因进行GO功能分析和KEGG富集分析。同时,通过String 11.0和Cytoscape分析枢纽基因,验证枢纽基因在数据集GSE72809(Health组52例,Definedsepsis组52例)全血标本中的表达情况,并探讨婴儿性别、月(胎)龄、出生体重、是否接触抗生素等因素与靶基因表达谱间的关系。【结果】分析GSE80496和GSE72829数据集分别筛选得到932个基因和319个基因,联合WGCNA枢纽模块交集得到与细菌性败血症发病相关的10个枢纽基因(MMP9、ITGAM、CSTD、GAPDH、PGLYRP1、FOLR3、OSCAR、TLR5、IL1RN和TIMP1);GSEA分析获得关键通路(氨基酸糖类-核糖代谢、PPAR信号通路、聚糖生物合成通路、自噬调控通路、补体、凝血因子级联反应、尼古丁和烟酰胺代谢、不饱和脂肪酸生物合成和阿尔兹海默症通路)及生物学过程(类固醇激素分泌、腺苷酸环化酶的激活、细胞外基质降解和金属离子运输)。【结论】本项研究通过GEO2R、GSEA联用WGCNA分析,筛选出与细菌性败血症发病相关的2个枢纽模块、10个枢纽基因以及一些关键信号通路和生物学过程,可为后续深入研究细菌性败血症致病机制奠定理论依据。 展开更多

The natural gas hydrate resources in the South China Sea alone are about 85 trillion cubic meters.In the drilling process of marine gas hydrate,the natural gas hydrate will decompose and produce gas,as the rising of temperature and dropping of the pressure in the annulus.This process will have a significant impact on drilling safety.Therefore,it is necessary to study the wellbore temperature distribution during the drilling of marine hydrate layer.In this paper,the wellbore temperature distribution of safe drilling in hydrated formation is taken as the research goal,and the research status of relevant domestic and international wellbore temperatures was investigated.According to the characteristics of the marine environment and reservoir-forming characteristics of hydrate reservoirs in the South China Sea,the wellbore temperature distribution model of offshore drilling wellbore under the condition of hydrate decomposition was established.The temperature distribution curve of drilling straight wellbore in hydrate layer of South China Sea was obtained.When drilling the hydrate reservoir,the distribution regularity of the wellbore temperature is similar to that of the conventional offshore drilling wellbore.However,the temperature of the wellbore annulus near the hydrate decomposition site is lower than the ambient temperature,mainly due to the hydrate decomposition endothermic.In this paper,the sensitivity analysis of several main parameters of the wellbore temperature distribution of drilling straight wellbore in hydrate layer of South China Sea was carried out.Through the conduction of experiment and numerical simulation,we have get some new findings:(1)The hydrate saturation has little effect on the wellbore temperature;(2)As the drilling fluid displacement increases,the annulus temperature of the wellbore above the mudline increases,and the temperature of the wellbore below the mudline decreases continuously;(3)As the density of the drilling fluid increases,the temperature at the wellhead decreases,and the temperature at the bottom of the well increases slightly;(4)The greater the rate of penetration of the well,the temperature at the upper part of the wellbore decreases,and the temperature at the bottom of the wellbore increases;Among them,the penetration rate has the most obvious effect on the annular temperature.The results are expected to be helpful to guide the drilling process of marine gas hydrate and offer some references. 展开更多
