采用赛璐珂(ZYAROCK)陶瓷辊可以改进浮法工艺生产的各种类型玻璃的质量。在过渡辊处和退火窑内用赛璐珂陶瓷辊替代传统钢辊,改进了退火窑最热处与玻璃接触的条件,大大减少了玻璃底面的缺陷。赛璐珂陶瓷是此种用途理想的材料,因为它... 采用赛璐珂(ZYAROCK)陶瓷辊可以改进浮法工艺生产的各种类型玻璃的质量。在过渡辊处和退火窑内用赛璐珂陶瓷辊替代传统钢辊,改进了退火窑最热处与玻璃接触的条件,大大减少了玻璃底面的缺陷。赛璐珂陶瓷是此种用途理想的材料,因为它不与硫和硫化物发生反应,而且与锡化合物不发生化学作用。采用套辊设计,即金属芯轴,陶瓷套和端盖固定件优化了这两种应用,确保长时间使用条件下机械应力小,直线度稳定。陶瓷套无膨胀,陶瓷表面无变形确保了玻璃表面的质量。控制陶瓷套的表面缺陷及显微结构是减少裂纹扩散,保证陶瓷套使用寿命的关键。陶瓷过渡辊和退火窑辊已在各种生产条件下测试了一年多。主要的优点是,对厚玻璃减少底表面压痕;对优质薄玻璃,减少由于氧化锡积瘤而产生的玻璃缺陷。而且,陶瓷辊导热率低,减少了玻璃下表面的过度冷却,从而消除应力裂纹。评估陶瓷辊作为过渡辊和在退火窑内最热处的辊道应用的特点和回报,陶瓷辊适合该处应用。 展开更多
