目的探讨以脑梗死为主要表现的食管癌所致Trousseau综合征的临床特点。方法收集新乡医学院第一附属医院2015-01—2017-12收治的食管癌合并脑梗死患者为试验组(SECG组),另选择同期住院相同例数的单纯脑梗死者为单纯脑梗死组(SG组)。详细...目的探讨以脑梗死为主要表现的食管癌所致Trousseau综合征的临床特点。方法收集新乡医学院第一附属医院2015-01—2017-12收治的食管癌合并脑梗死患者为试验组(SECG组),另选择同期住院相同例数的单纯脑梗死者为单纯脑梗死组(SG组)。详细整理其病史、症状、体征及影像学等资料,结合其一般资料、临床特点、危险因素、病情变化等进行回顾分析。结果共纳入符合条件的SECG组及SG组各72例。SECG组食管癌的病理类型以鳞癌最多见[51例(70.83%)],发现时已多发转移35例(48.61%),其中30例(41.67%)在未发现食管癌前以脑梗死为首发症状被收入院。与SG组相比,SECG组年龄[(70.04±9.29)岁]、男性[51例(70.83%)]、焦虑抑郁状态[31例(43.06%)]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血液高凝状态[46例(63.89%)]、贫血[35例(48.61%)]、多次脑梗死病史[17例(23.61%)]、多发脑梗死灶[38例(52.78%)]、同时累及多支循环[33例(45.83%)]、无明显脑动脉硬化[46例(63.89%)]、无脑梗死高危因素[21例(29.17%)]、合并其他部位血栓[15例(20.83%)],30 d mRS(2.78±2.05)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死可作为食管癌所致Trousseau综合征的主要临床表现,其特点为反复发作的同时累及多支循环的多发脑梗死灶,却多无明显脑动脉硬化及脑梗死高危因素,患者多存在贫血及高凝状态,易合并其他部位血栓。展开更多

We divide the magmatic sulphide deposits in China into four types according to their tectonic setting, intruding mode, ore deposit mode, main metallogenic elements. The four types are as follows: (1) Small-intrusion deposits in paleo-continent; (2) Smallintrusion deposits in continental flood basalt; (3) Small-intrusion deposits in orogenic belt; and (4) The deposits associated with ophiolites. On the basis of the classification, we put forward that the main magmatic metallogenic type in China is small-intrusion metallogeny, and describe its characteristics from small intrusions related concept, three geologic settings, three volcanic-intrusive assemblages and metallogenic key factors. According to the experiences of prospecting at home and abroad, we point out that there is big potential in prospecting small-intrusion deposits, which need further study. At last, we indicate that small-intrusion metallogeny not only widely distributes in mafic-ultramafic intrusions, but also has an important economic value and scientific significance in intermediate-acid intrusions.展开更多

It is a blind deposit thoroughly covered by the Cenozoic alluvial sediments in the ...The Zhou'an PGE-Cu-Ni deposit was recently discovered in the Qinling orogenic belt bound by the Yangtze and the North China Cratons. It is a blind deposit thoroughly covered by the Cenozoic alluvial sediments in the Nanyang Basin. As the first large PGE-Cu-Ni deposit discovered in the Qinling-Dabie-Sulu orogenic belt, its geological and geochemical characteristic, isotope age, genesis and tectonic setting are of wide concern in both scientific studies and ore exploration. In this contribution, we report the results obtained from a pioneering study. The Zhou'an ultramafic complex is ferruginous, with m/f = 4.79-5.08, and shows the nature of tholeiite series. It is rich in light rare earth elements, Rb, Th, U, La, Sm, Zr and Hf, and poor in heavy rare earth elements, Nd and Ta, suggesting an intraplate setting. It has high S7Sr/S6Sr and low 143Nd/144Nd ratios. The ratios of Zr/Nb, La/Nb, Ba/ Nb, Rb/Nb, Th/Nb, Th/La and Ba/La, suggest the magma originated from lithosphere mantle. The Fo values of olivine and Pd/Ir-Ni/Cu diagram suggest primary magma was High Mg basalt. The laser ablation inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy zircon U-Pb age is 641.5 ± 3.7 Ma.展开更多
