文摘The Boer goat is one of the top meat breeds in modern animal husbandry and has attracted widespread attention for its unique growth performance. However, the genetic basis of muscle development in the Boer goat remains obscure. In this study,we identified specific structural variants in the Boer goat based on genome-wide selection signals and analyzed the basis of the molecular heredity of related candidate genes in muscle development.A total of9 959 autosomal copy number variations(CNVs) were identified through selection signal analysis in 127 goat genomes.Specifically,we confirmed that the highest signal CNV(HSV) was a chromosomal arrangement containing an approximately 1.11 Mb(CHIR17:60062304-61171840 bp) duplicated fragment inserted in reverse orientation and a 5 362 bp deleted region(CHIR17:60145940-60151302 bp) with overlapping genes(e.g.,ARHGAP10,NR3C2,EDNRA,PRMT9,and TMEM184C).The homozygous duplicated HSV genotype(+/+) was found in 96% of Boer goats but was not detected in Eurasian goats and was only detected in 4% of indigenous African goats. The expression network of three candidate genes(ARHGAP10,NR3C2,and EDNRA)regulating dose transcription was constructed by RNA sequencing. Results indicated that these genes were involved in the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle satellite cells(SMSCs) and their overexpression significantly increased the expression of SAA3.The HSV of the Boer goat contributed to superior skeletal muscle growth via the dose effects of overlapping genes.

文摘BACKGROUND Postpartum depression refers to a depressive episode or depressive symptoms up to 12 mo after delivery.Trait mindfulness has presented a protective factor for postpartum depressive symptoms and proved efficient in improving relationship satisfaction among couples.AIM To investigate the correlations among mindfulness, marital quality, anxiety, and depression in a large city in western China during the post-corona virus infectious disease-2019 era and determine whether trait mindfulness mediates the relationship between marital quality and postpartum anxiety and depression among primiparas.METHODS A cross-sectional study was conducted. The self-administered questionnaire was submitted online through smartphones. The levels of mindfulness, anxiety, depression, and marital quality were respectively investigated by the mindful attention awareness scale(MAAS),the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the selfrating depression scale(SDS),and the marriage perception scale(MPS)in these enrolled Han and Tujia primiparas.RESULTS No statistical significance was observed in the prevalence of postpartum anxiety and depression, nor scores of MAAS and MPS-Total in different regions or ethnicities(P>0.05).However,MPSMarital interaction(P<0.05),MPS-Family relationship(MPS-FR)(P<0.01),and MPS-Marital conflict(MPS-MC)(P<0.01)scores of urban primiparas were higher than those of rural primiparas. The MPS-MC score of Han primiparas was higher than that of Tujia primiparas(P<0.05).Negative correlations were observed between MAAS and SAS(r=-0.457,P<0.01),and MAAS and SDS(r=-0.439,P<0.01).SAS has revealed a highly positive correlation with SDS(r=0.720,P<0.01)and a weak negative correlation with MPS(r=-0.200,P<0.05).Besides,a weak negative correlation was observed between MAAS and MPS-MC(r=-0.184,P<0.05),and a weak positive correlation was noticed between SAS and MPS-MC(r=-0.225,P<0.01).Mediation analysis demonstrated a full mediation effect of mindfulness level on the relationship between MPS-FR and postpartum anxiety(P<0.05,95%CI:-0.384 to 0.033),MPS-MC and postpartum anxiety(P<0.01,95%CI:0.027-0.193),MPS-FR and postpartum depression(P<0.05,95%CI:-0.365 to 0.031),and MPS-MC and postpartum depression(P<0.01,95%CI:0.022-0.206).CONCLUSION Mindfulness demonstrates negative correlations with marital conflict, postpartum anxiety and depression, and it may have cross-ethnic and trans-regional characteristics.Although the mindfulness levels have revealed no significant mediating effect between the total score of marital quality and postpartum depression in this study,it demonstrates a full mediation effect on the relationships between family relationships, marital conflict, and postpartum anxiety and depression.

文摘Antimony trisulfide(Sb_(2)S_(3)) solar cells suffer from large open circuit voltage deficits due to their intrinsic defects which limit the power conversion efficiency. Thus,it is important to elucidate these defects’ origin and defects at the interface. Here,we discover that sulfide radical defects have a significant impact on the performance of Sb_(2)S_(3)solar cells. Moreover,it has been illustrated that these defects at the CdS/Sb_(2)S_(3)interface can be reduced by optimizing the deposition process.A trap distribution model is used to quantify the defect density at the CdS/Sb_(2)S_(3)interface.It shows that the interface defects can be reduced by24% by improving the deposition process. This work reveals the importance of interface defects and guides the future optimization of Sb_(2)S_(3)solar cells.

文摘Federated learning is a distributedmachine learningmethod that can solve the increasingly serious problemof data islands and user data privacy,as it allows training data to be kept locally and not shared with other users. It trains a globalmodel by aggregating locally-computedmodels of clients rather than their rawdata. However, the divergence of local models caused by data heterogeneity of different clients may lead to slow convergence of the global model. For this problem,we focus on the client selection with federated learning, which can affect the convergence performance of the global model with the selected local models. We propose FedChoice,a client selection method based on loss function optimization,to select appropriate local models to improve the convergence of the global model. It firstly sets selected probability for clients with the value of loss function, and the client with high loss will be set higher selected probability, which can make them more likely to participate in training. Then,it introduces a local control vector and a global control vector to predict the local gradient direction and global gradient direction, respectively, and calculates the gradient correction vector to correct the gradient direction to reduce the cumulative deviationof the local gradient causedby theNon-IIDdata.Wemake experiments to verify the validity of FedChoice on CIFAR-10,CINIC-10,MNIST,EMNITS,and FEMNIST datasets, and the results show that the convergence of FedChoice is significantly improved, compared with FedAvg,FedProx, and FedNova.

文摘The part of China, east of the Hu Huanyong Line,is commonly referred to as eastern China. It is characterized by a high population density and a well-developed economy;it also has huge energy demands. This study assesses and promotes the large-scale development of geothermal resources in eastern China by analyzing deep geological structures, geothermal regimes, and typical geothermal systems. These analyses are based on data collected from geotectology, deep geophysics, geothermics, structural geology, and petrology.Determining the distribution patterns of intermediate-to-deep geothermal resources in the region helps develop prospects for their exploitation and utilization.Eastern China hosts superimposed layers of rocks from three major, global tectonic domainsd namely Paleo-Asian,Circum-Pacific,and Tethyan rocks. The structure of its crust and mantle exhibits a special flyover pattern, with basins and mountains as well as well-spaced uplifts and depressions alternatively on top.The lithosphere in Northeast China and North China is characterized by a thin, low density crust and mantle, whereas the lithosphere in South China has a thin, low density crust and a thick, high density mantle. The middle and upper crust contain geobodies with high conductivity and low velocity, with varying degrees of development that create favorable conditions for the formation and enrichment of geothermal resources.Moderate-to-high temperature geothermal resources are distributed in the MesozoiceCenozoic basins in eastern China, although moderate temperature geothermal resources with low abundance dominate.Porous sandstone reservoirs, karstified fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs, and fissured granite reservoirs are the main types of geothermal reservoirs in this region.Under the currently available technical conditions, the exploitation and utilization of geothermal resources in eastern China favor direct utilization over large-scale geothermal power generation. In Northeast China and North China, geothermal resources could be applied for large-scale geothermal heating purposes;geothermal heating could be applied during winter along parts of the Yangtze River while geothermal cooling would be more suitable for summer there;geothermal cooling could also be applied to much of South China.Geothermal resources can also be applied to high value-added industries,to aid agricultural practices, and for tourism.

文摘The Maichen Sag in the south-central part of the Beibuwan Basin is abundant in geothermal resources that have not been widely exploited and utilized due to inadequate research on it.This study evaluated the geothermal resources in the Maichen Sag based on the regional geological setting and geothermal conditions.Grid units for assessment and a geological model for areas with geothermal resources were established using spatial analysis techniques. The spatial distribution models of the physical and thermophysical properties of the geothermal reservoirs were also built using the Kriging interpolation method.Based on the terrestrial heat flow distribution in the target areas, the spatial distribution of the geo-temperature field through the inversion under the constraints of the temperature data from boreholes were predicted.Factors such as deep geo-temperature,thermophysical properties of rocks, and terrestrial heat flow values, were integrated into this quantitative evaluation of geothermal resources through the geological modeling-based volume method and the geothermal reservoir engineering-based numerical simulation method. The results show that the Maichen Sag has favorable heat source conditions with intersected,deep-rooted faults and widely developed Upper Paleozoic fissured granite geothermal reservoirs. The northern outer slope zone at a burial depth of 3‒5 km on the tectonic plane of the basement in the sag is suggested to be a potential target area, where,as calculated using the volume method,is likely to be the home to the total geothermal resources of 80.4×10^(9)GJ(i.e.,2.75×10^(9)tonnes of coal equivalent(tce))in the bedrock geothermal reservoirs at a burial depth of 3‒6 km.The geotemperature of 172‒201℃at a formation depth of 5 km in the sag also indicates that the deep geothermal resources are of high value for exploitation.
