建筑施工中绿色施工技术的运用分析

我国社会的建筑施工产业一直是国民经济建设中的重要内容,时代的发展及人们的需求为其也提出了新的要求,将绿色环保理念充分的应用于施工技术中,已经成为建筑寿命最为重要的核心要素所在。施工技术的应用主要有节水资源利用技术、节电施工技术、合理布局、门窗设计等方面。在形成绿色施工的理念基础上,进行技术分析和应用,才能真正实现绿色施工。

(188)~Re-labeled McAb 3H11 used as preventive for the peritoneal micrometasis of gastric cancer

In advancing gastric cancer,especially when the serous is invaded,the plantation of cancer cells in peritoneal is common and it affects patients' survival time severely.Based on sucessfully labeled McAb(monoclonal antibody) 3H11 with ^188Re,we investigated the effect of RIT(Radioimmuno-Therapy) with ^188Re-3H11 on preventing the survival time,After 1×10^6 BGC-823 gastric cancer cells were injected into the peritoneal cavity of each mouse,45MABL/C nude mice were divided into 9 groups.Each group received different doses of ^188Re-3Hll or 188Re-IgG,or saline I.P.16 hours postoperation.The injected volume of each mouse was 1.0mL.The results showed that the survival time depended on the injected doses during 0 to 37MBq.The survival time was 170±25.3d after 37MBq 188^Re-3H11 were treated.It was over 5 times more than that for the saline gro9up and about 3 times more than that for 37MBq 188-Re IgG group(P<0.05),The mice hemogram were reduced to lowest 14days after injection,but they recovered after 38d.Conclusion:with proper injection doses,early postoperative ^188Re-3H11 I.P.is effective and safe for the prevention of intra-peritoneally injected gastric cancer cells from surviving,growing and disseminating in nude mice.

高强度弹簧钢60Si2CrVAT拉伸试样异常断裂原因分析

某公司生产的高强度弹簧钢60Si2Cr VAT圆棒材,出厂之前检测力学性能时发现部分试样抗拉强度及屈服强度满足标准要求,但断面收缩率及断后伸长率指标均明显低于标准要求。利用体视显微镜及扫描电子显微镜（SEM）对力学性能异常试样断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,性能不合格试样属于异常断裂,试样制备过程中表面产生加工硬化、甚至出现微裂纹是引起拉伸试样异常断裂的主要原因。改善样坯热处理后的加工方式可消除此类异常断裂现象。
