基于三维联合分布的登陆影响广西县域超强台风“威马逊”的灾害风险评估

利用1409号超强台风“威马逊”登陆广西的灾害数据,构建三维联合分布函数,对各县域的台风灾害风险进行评估。选取过程降水量(X1)、最大风速(X2)和地区生产总值(X3)作为变量,通过K-S检验及拟合优度效果的比较,得到适于拟合三变量的最优... 利用1409号超强台风“威马逊”登陆广西的灾害数据,构建三维联合分布函数,对各县域的台风灾害风险进行评估。选取过程降水量(X1)、最大风速(X2)和地区生产总值(X3)作为变量,通过K-S检验及拟合优度效果的比较,得到适于拟合三变量的最优分布。基于三变量相互独立的关系构造三维联合分布,采用共现超越概率表征灾害风险的程度,按自然断点法将超越概率值划分为5个风险区间,绘制台风灾害风险区划图。结果表明:共现超越概率与各灾情评价指标之间呈负相关关系,并与综合灾情评价指标存在较高的相关关系;地理位置从北至南的县域台风灾害风险呈上升趋势,台风灾害风险大的地区主要集中在北海市、钦州市、防城港市和南宁市,这与实际灾情基本相符。 展开更多

基于观测资料、数值模式产品及主观预报,对2014年超强台风“威马逊”和强台风“海鸥”影响广西的风雨特征及预报偏差进行对比分析。结果表明:(1)“威马逊”深入广西内陆,高层辐散更强,副高西脊点偏东,低层急流南北宽度更广且风速更大,... 基于观测资料、数值模式产品及主观预报,对2014年超强台风“威马逊”和强台风“海鸥”影响广西的风雨特征及预报偏差进行对比分析。结果表明:(1)“威马逊”深入广西内陆,高层辐散更强,副高西脊点偏东,低层急流南北宽度更广且风速更大,台风强度更强,这是“威马逊”强降雨范围更广,小时雨强更强的可能原因。(2)主客观预报台风路径及强度随预报时效增加误差明显增大且差别较明显。ECMWF、广西遗传神经网络与中央台分别对台风路径、台风强度预报有很好的参考价值。(3)主客观均能报出强降水的形态但强度偏弱,预报误差随时效增加而增大且存在明显的空漏报。大暴雨量级预报评分ECMWF_HR明显高于广西主观,暴雨量级预报评分总体是广西主观优于ECMWF_HR。(4)ECMWF_HR没有准确预报副高西进南扩过程;副高预报的偏东偏北,是导致台风和急流中心偏南偏弱的可能原因。(5)ECMWF_HR预报850hPa水汽通量及其散度与实况在形态上基本一致,但位置偏西偏南,强度偏弱,这与预报副高偏东及台风偏西偏弱相关,应该引起今后业务预报关注。 展开更多

登陆华南台风的频数及强度变化特征分析 被引量:18

利用1949—2015年上海台风所提供的热带气旋资料,依据热带气旋登陆华南时的强度,对登陆华南台风的频数、初终旋影响日期、影响期以及登陆位置、强度等气候特征分为3个路段(即西路、中路和东路)进行了分析。结果表明:全年登陆华南热带气... 利用1949—2015年上海台风所提供的热带气旋资料,依据热带气旋登陆华南时的强度,对登陆华南台风的频数、初终旋影响日期、影响期以及登陆位置、强度等气候特征分为3个路段(即西路、中路和东路)进行了分析。结果表明:全年登陆华南热带气旋TCs(指登陆时底层中心附近最大平均风速≥8级的热带气旋)和台风以上(指登陆时底层中心附近最大平均风速≥12级的热带气旋)频数均有不显著的增加趋势,且登陆华南TYs频数占TCs频数的百分比呈不显著的上升趋势,年际变化特征明显,年最多登陆TCs频数是最少登陆TCs频数的9倍,TCs和TYs的年代际变化具有明显的波动特征,登陆时间主要集中在7—9月。登陆地点主要集中在珠江口以西(西路和中路)。登陆华南TCs的平均影响期为78 d,多年平均初旋和终旋影响日期分别为7月8日和9月23日,初旋和终旋影响日期有提早的趋势,其中东路平均10 a的终旋影响日期提前5.8 d。从登陆强度看,整个华南、中路和东路各级热带气旋的强度有不同程度的增强趋势,而从西路进入华南的热带气旋中,强热带风暴的强度是减弱的,而热带风暴和台风以上的强度是增强的。值得注意的是,近十年来以极端强度登陆华南的台风显著增多。 展开更多

目的拟为辅助临床早期诊断未孕未育女性尿失禁(UI)推荐便捷、可靠且客观的超声评估技术。方法将2018年11月至2019年11月在南昌大学第二附属医院行超声检查的未孕未育女性,依据有无漏尿史及国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF... 目的拟为辅助临床早期诊断未孕未育女性尿失禁(UI)推荐便捷、可靠且客观的超声评估技术。方法将2018年11月至2019年11月在南昌大学第二附属医院行超声检查的未孕未育女性,依据有无漏尿史及国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)分为UI组(36例)及正常组(104例)。比较:(1)两组三维盆底超声参数;(2)Omniview-VCI和Render两种三维超声技术测量未孕未育女性肛提肌裂孔面积的一致性、重复性及耗时情况;(3)两种技术测量肛提肌裂孔面积诊断未孕未育女性UI的受试者工作曲线(ROC)。结果 (1)Omniview-VCI和Render技术测得UI组女性在瓦氏动作后的肛提肌裂孔面积均大于正常组(t值分别为10.100、10.360,P<0.05)。(2)操作者内部及不同操作者间重复性分析显示,Omniview-VCI和Render技术测量静息及瓦氏动作下未孕未育女性肛提肌裂孔面积的平均值差异小(平均值差异=-0.086~0.045,P>0.05),相关系数显示为极强相关(皮尔森相关系数r=0.876~0.959,P<0.05)且复测信度高(ICC=0.876~0.959,>0.80),说明两种技术测量未孕未育女性肛提肌裂孔面积在同一操作者内部、不同操作者间均有较好的可重复性;Omniview-VCI和Render技术间的一致性分析显示,两种技术在测量静息状态及瓦氏动作下未孕未育女性肛提肌裂孔面积的平均值差异小(平均值差异=-0.053~-0.026,P>0.05)、相关系数显示为极强相关(皮尔森相关系数r=0.899~0.976,P<0.05)且复测信度高(ICC=0.899~0.976,>0.80),说明一致性好;Omniview-VCI技术测量未孕未育女性肛提肌裂孔面积的耗时均短于Render技术(t=-121.217~-39.073,P<0.05)。(3)Omniview-VCI与Render技术诊断未孕未育女性UI的瓦氏动作下肛提肌裂孔面积临界值分别为14.55cm2、14.65cm2,诊断的敏感度分别为91.70%、88.90%,特异度分别为83.70%、84.60%。结论 (1)两种三维技术均可用于测量未孕未育女性肛提肌裂孔面积,且Omniview-VCI操作更高效;(2)推荐瓦氏动作下的肛提肌裂孔面积14.55cm2(Omniview-VCI技术)和14.65cm2(Render技术)作为临床辅助评估诊断未孕未育女性UI的临界值。 展开更多

采用华南67个气象观测站逐日降水资料和NCEP/NCAR再分析风场、表面气压场、高度场、海表温度场资料以及上海台风所提供的热带气旋资料,分析了1960—2016年登陆华南热带气旋降水(TCP)的气候变化特征及其成因。结果表明:(1)华南区TCP存在... 采用华南67个气象观测站逐日降水资料和NCEP/NCAR再分析风场、表面气压场、高度场、海表温度场资料以及上海台风所提供的热带气旋资料,分析了1960—2016年登陆华南热带气旋降水(TCP)的气候变化特征及其成因。结果表明:(1)华南区TCP存在显著的地域差异,沿海最大,往西往北递减,EOF展开TCP的距平场前3个模态特征向量的累积方差贡献达70.6%,其中第一模态整个区域表现为一致的偏多或偏少;(2)华南区TCP和TC频数年代际变化特征明显,1960—1995年TCP的平均值远远高于1996—2016年TCP的平均值,两者差值54.6 mm/站,两个时段年平均登陆TC频数相差1.4个;(3)1995年之后,西太平洋副高脊线明显西伸,南海北部的偏东气流减弱,不利热带气旋在这一带西行登陆华南,同时1995年之后整个华南总体的水汽通量辐合减小,三者的共同作用使得1995年之后华南地区TCP比1995之前TCP明显减少。 展开更多

7-9月登陆华南台风气候变化特征及大尺度环流系统分析 被引量:14

采用1949-2015年上海台风所提供的热带气旋资料、NCEP/NCAR全球再分析格点资料、国家气候中心提供的74项大气环流指数以及青藏高原积雪等资料,对7-9月登陆华南的热带气旋TC(不含热带低压)和台风TY(含台风及台风以上的热带气旋)的气候变... 采用1949-2015年上海台风所提供的热带气旋资料、NCEP/NCAR全球再分析格点资料、国家气候中心提供的74项大气环流指数以及青藏高原积雪等资料,对7-9月登陆华南的热带气旋TC(不含热带低压)和台风TY(含台风及台风以上的热带气旋)的气候变化特征以及大尺度环流特征进行了分析,结果发现:7-9月登陆华南TC及TY频数均有微弱的上升趋势,且年际变化显著,但TC和TY年际变化和准十年波动变化并不总是一致,尤其是近10a来登陆华南的强台风有明显增加的趋势。7-9月登陆华南的TC占登陆中国的一半以上,并且有约3/4是来自西北太平洋生成的台风。从登陆华南TC的区间分布特征来看,以中路最多,西路次之,东路最少。亚洲季风偏弱、西太平洋副高偏西,登陆华南TY偏多,反之亦然。TC偏多(少)年,西太平洋副高偏强偏西(偏强偏东)。TC偏多年110oE以东引导气流出现的反气旋式和气旋式环流对较TC偏少年偏西,反气旋环流南部的东风异常一直延伸到华南地区东部,这样的东风引导气流异常有利于引导热带气旋登陆华南。另外,青藏高原东部和西部积雪偏多、华南气温偏高及西北太平洋海温异常偏暖的情况下也均有利于台风登陆华南。 展开更多

Selective laser melting(SLM)has been applied to manufacture various alloy components with excellent properties,but its further application is restricted by the intrinsic defects.In this work,the internal defect distributions in samples of three alloys(316L stainless steel,AlSi10Mg and Inconel 718)were investigated respectively,considering the effects of geometrical characteristics of the samples.The defects in the 316L stainless steel sample tend to be formed densely in the central part with large wall thickness,indicating a strong sensitivity to heat accumulation.Contrarily,the Inconel 718 sample shows a higher relative density with homogeneous defect distribution,indicating better formability for the SLM process.For the AlSi10Mg sample,the defect density keeps increasing as the deposition goes on.Typically,the defect density located at sample edges shows an abnormally high level comparing with the inner part,especially in the top sections of AlSi10Mg and Inconel 718 samples.The results are helpful for the geometrical design,the adjustment of building orientation and the further optimization of process parameters in the SLM process. 展开更多

利用1981—2020年广西台风逐日降水量和欧洲中心ERA5再分析资料,以1981—2010年30a资料作为历史气候态,采用百分位法定义广西台风极端强降水阈值和区域性极端强降水过程,对广西台风极端强降水特征和区域性极端强降水过程环境参数进行了... 利用1981—2020年广西台风逐日降水量和欧洲中心ERA5再分析资料,以1981—2010年30a资料作为历史气候态,采用百分位法定义广西台风极端强降水阈值和区域性极端强降水过程,对广西台风极端强降水特征和区域性极端强降水过程环境参数进行了分析。结果表明:(1)不同地区极端降水阈值差异很大,基本上呈现出南部沿海地区向内陆减小的趋势,极端降水阈值最大值为最小值的2.5倍多;(2)广西平均每年出现极端强降水的台风个数为2.975个,最多6个;出现台风极端强降水年平均日数为7.8d,最多26d;从变化趋势来看,台风极端强降水在桂中和桂南多有增加,桂北大部地区为减少;(3)对比16个区域性台风极端强降水过程的环境参数,整层大气可降水量、850hPa水汽通量、200hPa散度和700hPa垂直速度均具有显著的极端性,一般偏离气候态2倍标准差,对广西台风极端强降水预报具有一定的指示意义。 展开更多

Background:Remnant microhabitats are important for bird habitat selection and plant regeneration in the fragmented habitat.However,empirical information on the consequences of how microhabitat use by birds affects the early recruitment of plants is lacking.Methods:In this study,we evaluated whether microhabitat selection by the Black Bulbul(Hypsipetes leucocephalus)(J.F.Gmelin,1789)impacts the early recruitment of the endangered tree species,the Chinese Yew(Taxus chinensis(Pilger)Rehd),in a fragmented forest over a 4-year period(2011–2012,2018–2019).Results:Our results showed the main factors affecting H.leucocephalus microhabitat selection were distance to the nearest T.chinensis mature tree,herb cover and density,leaf litter cover,and vegetation type.Moreover,the results of logistic regression also highlighted the importance of elevation,distance to light gap and roads,tree cover in bird microhabitat selection.Furthermore,the seed emergence rate in microhabitats used by birds did not differ from the natural forest,which was related to five factors of bird microhabitat.The Random Forest model showed that seedling emergence rate was increased with leaf litter cover and distance to fallen dead trees,but decreased in relation to herb cover,slope,and elevation.Conclusion:Our results highlight the importance of remnant microhabitats in fragmented forests for sustaining forest ecology and optimal management.The contribution of microhabitats used by birds to plant recruitment provides insights into how frugivore species contribute to plant regeneration,which should be incorporated in future conservation and management practices of fragmented forests. 展开更多

Thrust tests of a linear synchronous motor(LSM)with its secondary made of coated superconducting coils were conducted via the built prototype over the traditional copper windings.A numerical model of the superconducting LSM was made and the measured data of experiment validate its reliability.The nonlinear resistivity of coated superconductor was electromagnetically modeled by resorting to the power law in conjunction with the constitutive relationship of conductor.Based on the numerical model,we carried out a set of transient studies to make a forecast about the superiority of the proposed high temperature superconducting(HTS)LSM,such as magnetic field distribution and the time evolution of thrust together with the speed in different loads and frequencies.The achieved results clearly confirm that the proposed HTS LSM has the advantages to work as a candidate for developing the high-thrust LSM with a large air gap. 展开更多

Nanocomposite Cr C/hydrogenated amorphous carbon(nc-CrC/a-C:H) coatings were deposited by a hybrid beams system comprised of a hollow cathode ion source and a cathodic arc ion-plating unit with varying H_2 flow rates.... Nanocomposite Cr C/hydrogenated amorphous carbon(nc-CrC/a-C:H) coatings were deposited by a hybrid beams system comprised of a hollow cathode ion source and a cathodic arc ion-plating unit with varying H_2 flow rates. The influences of H_2 flow rates on the morphologies, microstructures, and properties of the coatings were systematically studied. The morphologies and microstructures of the coatings were characterized by SEM, AFM, XPS, Raman spectroscopy, GIXRD, and HRTEM. The mechanical and tribological properties were measured by a nano-indenter, scratch tester, and ball-ondisk tribometer. The wear tracks were evaluated using 3D profilometer, optical microscope, and EDS analysis. It has been found that a moderate H_2 flow rate can effectively smooth the surface, enlarge the fraction of a sp^3 bond, and improve the properties. The coating exhibits the highest hardness and elastic modulus at the H_2 flow rate of 40 sccm. A superior combination of adhesion strength,friction coefficient, and wear resistance can be achieved at the H_2 flow rate of 80 sccm. 展开更多

Protein-protein interactions are vital for a wide range of biological processes.The interactions between the hypoxia-inducible factor and von Hippel Lindau(VHL)are attractive drug targets for ischemic heart disease.In order to disrupt this interaction,the strategy to target VHL binding site using a hydroxyproline-like(pro-like)small molecule has been reported.In this study,we focused on the inhibition mechanism between the pro-like inhibitors and the VHL protein,which were investigated via molecular dynamics simulations and binding free energy calculations.It was found that pro-like inhibitors showed a strong binding affinity toward VHL.Binding free energy calculations and free energy decompositions suggested that the modification of various regions of pro-like inhibitors may provide useful information for future drug design. 展开更多

Reptiles are the most morphologically and physiologically diverse tetrapods,with the squamates having the most diverse habitats.Lizard is an important model system for understanding the role of visual ecology,phylogeny and behavior on the structure of visual systems.In this study,we compared three opsin genes(RH2,LWS and SWS1)among 49 reptile species to detect positively selected genes as well as amino acid sites.Our results indicated that visual opsin genes have undergone divergent selection pressures in all lizards and RH2 and LWS suffered stronger positive selection than SWS1.Twelve positively selected sites were picked out for RH2 and LWS.Moreover,many diagnostic sites were found between geckos and non-gecko lizards,most of which were located near the positively selected sites and some of them have already been reported to be responsible for significant shifts of the wavelength of maximum absorption(λ_(max)).The results indicated that the gecko lineage accelerated the evolution of these genes to adapt to the dim-light environment or nocturnality as well as the switch between nocturnality and diurnality. 展开更多

COMPARISONS OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF TROPICAL CYCLONES EXPERIENCING EXTRATROPICAL TRANSITION IN THE WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC BASED ON DIFFERENT DATASETS

The differences in the climatology of extratropical transition(ET) of western North Pacific tropical cyclones(TCs) were investigated in this study using the TCs best-track datasets of China Meteorological Administration(CMA),Japan Meteorological Agency(JMA) and the Joint Typhoon Warning Center(JTWC). The results show that the ET identification, ET completion time, and post-ET duration reported in the JTWC dataset are greatly different from those in CMA and JMA datasets during 2004-2010. However, the key differences between the CMA and JMA datasets from 1951 to 2010 are the ET identification and the post-ET duration, because of inconsistent objective ET criteria used in the centers. Further analysis indicates that annual ET percentage of CMA was lower than that of JMA, and exhibited an interannual decreasing trend, while that of JMA was an unchanged trend. The western North Pacific ET events occurred mainly during the period June to November. The latitude of ET occurrence shifted northward from February to August,followed by a southward shift. Most of ET events were observed between 35°N and 45°N. From a regional perspective,TCs tended to undergo ET in Japan and the ocean east to it. It is found that TCs which experienced the ET process at higher latitudes were generally more intense at the ET completion time. TCs completing the ET overland or offshore were weaker than those finishing the ET over the ocean. Most of the TCs weakened 24 h before the completion of ET.In contrast, 21%(27%) of the TCs showed an intensification process based on the CMA(JMA) dataset during the post-ET period. The results presented in this study indicate that consistent ET determination criteria are needed to reduce the uncertainty involved in ET identification among the centers. 展开更多

For modular multilevel converter-based battery energy storage systems (MMC-BESS), uneven power among batteries of SMs will be deduced by battery aging, battery fault, etc., which will degrade performance and even lead to system failure. For maintaining the balance of capacitor voltage, this paper analyzes the limits of the uneven power of batteries, which are presented as the current limits in this paper. According to analysis, an analytical method is proposed that only the dc and fundamental frequency components of the arm current are used to calculate current limits. With the current limits it is able to evaluate the reasonability of power distribution among batteries. Meanwhile, increase of fundamental frequency component will enhance the current limits, and the dc component determines the size relationship between the absolute values of the upper and lower current limits. Finally, simulation model and experiment prototype are built for verifying the theoretical analysis and current limits calculation method, and satisfactory results are provided. 展开更多
