目的总结成人患者牙科焦虑预防及管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法检索中国知网、UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、Cochrane Library、乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、PsycINFO、CINAHL、PubMed、Web of Science等...目的总结成人患者牙科焦虑预防及管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法检索中国知网、UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、Cochrane Library、乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、PsycINFO、CINAHL、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中关于成人患者牙科焦虑预防及管理的证据,包括临床决策、指南、系统评价、证据总结及专家共识等,检索时限为建库至2023年9月16日。对纳入的文献进行质量评价及证据提取和汇总。结果共纳入10篇文献,包括临床决策3篇、指南2篇、系统评价5篇。汇总了筛选与评估、预防、心理社会治疗、药物治疗、健康教育5个方面共29条最佳证据。结论该研究总结的成人患者牙科焦虑预防及管理的最佳证据较为全面,可供医护人员在临床中结合患者偏好使用,以改善成人患者牙科焦虑。展开更多

However, to our knowledge, only few thorough and systematical matrix effect study of U-bearing oxide minerals has been reported.
