To hedge against such risk. in August 2002, China's central bank. the People's Bank of China, issued a circular on data security for banks that stipulates that banks with centralized data centers must establish disaster backup centers. The goal is for the production center and disaster backup center to have mutual mirroring, supporting two-way recovery and ensuring consistency of data.展开更多
