The processing method, the microstructure, the interface, the tribological properties, and the forming mechanisms of the coatings are analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the alloyed coatings is mainly irregular FeC crystals. Carbides of chromium and iron are around the FeC crystals. Small granular TiC disperses in the alloyed coatings. The microhardness of the alloyed coatings is greatly improved because of the occurrence of carbide with high hardness. At the same time, the wear resistance of the alloyed coatings are higher than that of 9Cr18 stainless steel.展开更多
