The effects of high-volume slag-fly ash cement with different particle sizes on hydration degree,microstructure and mechanical properties were systematically studied,by means of laser particle size(DLS),X-ray diffract...The effects of high-volume slag-fly ash cement with different particle sizes on hydration degree,microstructure and mechanical properties were systematically studied,by means of laser particle size(DLS),X-ray diffraction (XRD),comprehensive thermal analysis (TG-DTA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and mechanical properties tests.The results show that suitable particle size distribution of cementitious material has significantly promoting effects on hydration reaction rate and mechanical properties.Compared with slag without further grinding,the slag after ball milling for 4 h has an obvious improvement in reactivity,which also provides a faster hydration rate and higher compressive strength for the cementitious material.When the slag milled for 1 and 4 h is mixed at a mass ratio of 2:1 (i e,slag with D_(50) of 7.4μm and average size of 9.9μm,and slag with D_(50) value of 2.6μm and average size of 5.3μm),and a certain amount of fly ash is added in,the most obvious improvement of compressive strength of cement is achieved.展开更多
运用网络药理学和分子对接方法研究芦笋抗肿瘤作用的潜在靶点和分子机制。通过中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed和Web of Science查阅文献,获得芦笋的成分并运用TCMSP、Pubchem和Swiss Target Prediction获取芦笋成分对应靶点,通过OMIM、GeneCard...运用网络药理学和分子对接方法研究芦笋抗肿瘤作用的潜在靶点和分子机制。通过中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed和Web of Science查阅文献,获得芦笋的成分并运用TCMSP、Pubchem和Swiss Target Prediction获取芦笋成分对应靶点,通过OMIM、GeneCards和DisGeNET获得肿瘤疾病相关靶点,并使用Cytoscape软件进行芦笋-成分-靶点网络图构建,再利用芦笋的靶基因与肿瘤的靶基因交集构建PPI网络。通过DAVID数据库进行GO功能分析与KEGG通路富集分析,最后采用AutoDock软件进行关键成分与核心靶点的分子对接验证。筛选出芦笋活性成分20个,潜在作用靶点172个。GO功能分析表明,芦笋发挥抗肿瘤作用的机制可能是通过调节信号传导、酶活性激活与蛋白结合等发挥抗肿瘤作用;KEGG通路富集分析表明,芦笋通过调节HIF-1信号通路、RAP1信号通路、PI3K-Akt信号通路和VEGF通路等起到抗肿瘤作用;分子对接结果表明,配体和受体的结合能均小于-20.93 kJ/mol,表明配体和受体有良好的结合性。本研究揭示芦笋中的槲皮素、山柰素、雅姆皂苷、赖氨酸、香叶木素、原儿茶酸和木犀草素等可能是发挥抗肿瘤作用的关键成分,涉及的主要靶点有AKT1、SRC、PIK3R1和MAPK1等,并遵循了中药多成分-多靶点-多途径的抗肿瘤作用特点,同时也阐明了芦笋发挥抗肿瘤作用的潜在靶点和分子机制。展开更多
目的:探究右侧腋窝-双侧乳晕入路达芬奇机器人甲状腺切除术的安全性及短期疗效。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年6月就诊于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四〇医院普通外科并确诊为甲状腺癌行甲状腺切除术的185例患者。其中行达芬奇...目的:探究右侧腋窝-双侧乳晕入路达芬奇机器人甲状腺切除术的安全性及短期疗效。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年6月就诊于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四〇医院普通外科并确诊为甲状腺癌行甲状腺切除术的185例患者。其中行达芬奇机器人辅助手术(机器人组)的患者87例,行传统开放手术(传统手术组)的患者98例,随访资料截取至术后3月。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术中神经损伤率、术中甲状旁腺损伤率、中央区淋巴结清扫情况、引流天数、引流液总量、切口并发症发生率、术后疼痛评分、术后3月术区感觉、术后3月美容评分等指标。结果:两组患者在肿瘤位置、肿瘤直径、性别、体重指数、中央区淋巴结清扫情况、引流天数、引流液总量、神经损伤率、切口并发症发生率以及术后72 h疼痛评分上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),机器人组较传统手术组在年龄[(38.60±10.00) vs (45.95±10.79)岁]、手术时间[(178.80±43.58) vs (136.19±43.22)min]、术中出血量[(27.01±21.81) vs (36.84±30.31)mL]、甲状旁腺损伤率(26.44%vs 42.86%)、术后24 h疼痛评分[(3.33±0.58) vs (4.47±0.68)分]、术后48 h疼痛评分[(1.62±0.58) vs (2.19±0.73)分]、术后3月颈部感觉异常率(3.45%vs 11.22%)、术后3月美容评分[(8.60±1.08) vs (5.39±1.12)分]上两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右侧腋窝-双侧乳晕入路达芬奇机器人甲状腺切除术在一定条件下是安全有效的,在降低术中出血量及甲状旁腺的损伤率上可能更具有优势,并且术后患者疼痛程度低、美容效果好。展开更多
