目的分析广州市胸科医院结核重症监护室(ICU)患者常见病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为重症感染患者的初始经验性用药提供临床依据。方法回顾性分析2018年ICU患者送检标本培养出的病原学分布情况及多重耐药菌的药敏结果。结果1、共检出病原菌... 目的分析广州市胸科医院结核重症监护室(ICU)患者常见病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为重症感染患者的初始经验性用药提供临床依据。方法回顾性分析2018年ICU患者送检标本培养出的病原学分布情况及多重耐药菌的药敏结果。结果1、共检出病原菌599株,包括细菌433株,其中多重耐药菌占比72.75%(315株);真菌166株,主要为热带假丝酵母菌(31.33%)、光滑假丝酵母菌(28.31%)及曲霉菌(10.84%)。2、临床检出的315株多重耐药菌中,革兰阴性杆菌占87.62%,其中鲍曼不动杆菌占44.76%,肺炎克雷伯杆菌占23.81%,铜绿假单胞菌占10.79%;革兰阳性球菌占12.38%,其中表皮葡萄球菌占2.86%,溶血葡萄球菌占2.54%,屎肠球菌占2.22%,金黄色葡萄球菌占1.27%。3、临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、左氧氟沙星、亚胺培南的耐药情况严重,对替加环素、妥布霉素、阿米卡星的耐药性相对较低,未发现耐黏菌素菌株;革兰阳性球菌总体对头孢洛林、利奈唑胺、万古霉素、替考拉宁、替加环素、达托霉素的敏感性较好。结论结核重症监护室检出的病原菌以多重耐药菌及真菌常见,经验性用药需考虑耐药分布情况及真菌感染的可能性。 展开更多

It is found that there exists quantum tunneling between lattices l and l + 1, l and l - 1, respectively. In particular, when the optical lattice is infinitely long and the spin excitations are in the long-wavelength limit, quantum tunneling disappears between lattices l and l + 1, and that l and l - 1. The interference of the two-component Bose-Einstein condensates with a coupling drive in the presence of the dissipation is studied. We find that when the two-component Bose-Einstein condensates are initially in the coherent states, for the smaller dissipation parameters compared with that of the rf frequency ωrf, the interference intensity exhibits damply oscillation behavior, whereas when the dissipation parameters are larger than that of the ωry, the interference intensity exhibits a fast attenuation behavior. As a comparison, the interference intensity in the absence of the dissipation is also studied. We conclude that the dissipation of the system can be evaluated by selecting the ωrf experimentally. 展开更多

It is found that there exists the sub-Poissonlan distributions for spin-1 and spin-(-1) components, respectively. There may exist the violation of the Cauchy-Schwartz inequality. For the same atomic numbers, the regions that include violation of the Cauchy-Schwartz inequality will shift rightwards with the increment of the Rabi frequency, whereas for the same Rabi frequency, the regions will shift leftwards with the increment of the atomic numbers. 展开更多

A model of fractional-dimensional space is employed to study the measured ellipsometric spectra of polyaniline with acid doping treatment.Aside from some band parameters,the important dimensional properties of electronic states in the system associated with direct interband transitions can be obtained.The results indicate that as doping density is increased,the effective dimension(D)of electron states in the polyaniline changes from about 1.5D t o near 2.6D,in the same time the polyaniline shows an insulator-metal transition.A brief discussion about the results is given. 展开更多

Based on it, the energy eigenvalues are obta/ned by making use of the similar transformations, and the algebraic diagonalization method is investigated. In this letter, the superfluid-Mott-insulator phase transition of two-species cold bosonic atoms in an optical lattices is studied. The Hamiltonian of this model is diagonalized by means of Bogliubov transformations and by the inversion symmetry of the optical lattice, the energy spectrum of this system is obtained. From She energy gap of the excitation spectrum, the quantum phase transition condition is obtained and it is determined by the competition between the interatomic repulsions and the tunnel coupling. It is found that there exists an ordinary fluid phase when taking the zero wave-vector limit. 展开更多
