Cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)is an agriculturally and economically important vegetable crop worldwide.The thickness of mesocarp is an important quality pertaining to edibility.The development of mesocarp,however,has received little attention.In this study,we selected one thick mesocarp line D8 to analyze the gene expression profiles of mesocarp at 0,3,6,and 9 days after pollination(DAP)by RNA sequencing.Genes mainly related to ribosomes,carbon metabolism,biosynthesis of amino acids,and oxidative phosphorylation were up-regulated at 3 DAP.From 3 to 6 DAP,the genes related to oxidative phosphorylation,photosynthesis,and phagosome were highly induced.From6 to 9 DAP,the genes related to plant hormone signal transduction were highly induced.Differentially expressed genes linked to cyclin,hormone biosynthesis and signaling,carbon metabolism,and transcription factors MYB and WRKY were common up-regulated at 3,6,9 DAP in comparison with 0 DAP.The auxin-responsive and cytokinin-responsive genes were significantly up-regulated in mesocarp development.The higher expression levels of the auxin-responsive gene indole-3-acetic acid-amido synthetase 3.6 and the cytokinin response regulator 3/4b in the thick mesocarp cultivar D8 than in the thin mesocarp cultivar XUE1 might have explained the different growth rates of the mesocarp. 展开更多

近年来社会拥挤逐渐成为营销领域的一个研究热点,但仍较为零散,大量研究着重于探寻引起社会拥挤的原因等。消费行为往往受到微妙的环境因素的影响,随着拥挤状况在消费场所中日益频现,人们的消费倾向会发生改变,尤其在不同情境下,是否会... 近年来社会拥挤逐渐成为营销领域的一个研究热点,但仍较为零散,大量研究着重于探寻引起社会拥挤的原因等。消费行为往往受到微妙的环境因素的影响,随着拥挤状况在消费场所中日益频现,人们的消费倾向会发生改变,尤其在不同情境下,是否会对消费群体的特殊消费行为产生影响尚未进行研究。鉴于此,本文针对社会拥挤,借助pajek针对web of science上核心论文进行网络分析,在现有研究成果的可视化基础,构建以食品与医疗行业为整体的研究框架,进行社会拥挤对放纵性消费的双情境实验对比研究。结果表明,餐饮情境下社会拥挤会显著降低放纵性消费水平,而在医疗情境下社会拥挤则会显著增加放纵性消费的水平,以期为学术研究和企业的营销管理提供参考和建议。 展开更多

在“互联网—大数据—人工智能”三驾马车的强劲助力下,信息技术成为社会创新的强劲动力,逐步重塑个体的生活方式和社会认知。伴随着数字化和老龄化的双重加剧,银色一族数字鸿沟问题的特殊性不断显现。由技术进步尤其是人工智能带来的... 在“互联网—大数据—人工智能”三驾马车的强劲助力下,信息技术成为社会创新的强劲动力,逐步重塑个体的生活方式和社会认知。伴随着数字化和老龄化的双重加剧,银色一族数字鸿沟问题的特殊性不断显现。由技术进步尤其是人工智能带来的社会支持嵌入传统的个体生活,受益于信息技术的普及和互联网普及率的广泛提高,数字鸿沟的第一阶段接入沟得以缓解和改善,但受限于银色一族个体层面、社会文化层面的条件现状,银色一族新数字鸿沟问题频频。尽管已有学者从不同角度对弥合银色数字鸿沟提出了相应的管理对策,但研究相对零散,尚未形成综合性治理模型,而在老龄化趋势加剧的当下,银色一族的数字需求及价值尚未得以实现。故本文基于社会网络理论,结合银色数字鸿沟的不同阶段及其产生的产生根源,通过技术网络、经济网络、社会/政治网络多重嵌入,以联结理论、结构洞理论和社会资本理论为基本展开,为弥合银色数字鸿沟构建策略模型,以期为银色数字鸿沟治理提供相应的管理建议或意见。 展开更多

目的采用人体成分测量辅助评估血液透析患者的液体负荷,为临床血液透析患者提供容量评估的新方法。方法采用多中心随机对照法,选取2016年12月—2017年10月在江苏省3所三级甲等医院血液透析室行维持性血液透析的108例患者,随机分为实验... 目的采用人体成分测量辅助评估血液透析患者的液体负荷,为临床血液透析患者提供容量评估的新方法。方法采用多中心随机对照法,选取2016年12月—2017年10月在江苏省3所三级甲等医院血液透析室行维持性血液透析的108例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用人体成分测量辅助评估患者液体负荷,对照组采用临床测量法评估患者液体负荷,分别比较干预前和随访半年后两组的血压、血压达标率、容量管理达标率和左心室质量指数的差异。结果干预前两组透析前舒张压、容量管理达标率、左心室质量指数的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后3个月和6个月,实验组与对照组透析前收缩压、居家血压达标率的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人体成分测量辅助评估血液透析患者液体负荷,可以改善患者透析前的收缩压及家庭血压达标率。 展开更多

HPLC determination of glyoxal in aldehyde solution with 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone

Based on the absorption property of a diazine that can be formed by reaction of glyoxal and 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone(MBTH)in the Ultravioletvisible(UV-vis)spectral region,a HPLC method was developed for the determination of glyoxal in acetaldehyde solution.Glyoxal was derivatised from MBTH and the derivatives(diazine)were analyzed by HPLC for identification and quantification.The determination was performed on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6250 mm,5 mm)at 35℃ with an injection volume of 10 mL,using a mixture of acetonitrile-water solvent(99∶5,v∶v)as a mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^(–1).The proper derivative reaction conditions were the temperature of 70℃,MBTH to carbonyl molar ratio of 12,and reaction time of 110 min.The glyoxal diazine was a yellow dye with a maximum molar absorptivity at 401 nm and its retention time was 5.2 min under optimal HPLC conditions.The standard curve for glyoxal had a strong linear relationship with a regression coefficient(R2=0.999)in the range of 0.002–0.020 g·L^(–1).The analysis of glyoxal in an oxidising solution gave accurate results with a relative standard deviation(RSD)value of 0.55%.The average relative recovery was 102%.This efficient HPLC technique is also proposed for detecting other dicarbonyl compounds besides glyoxal. 展开更多
