The selective oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF) into 2,5-diformylfuran(DFF) is an important reaction for renewable biomass building blocks. Compared with thermal catalytic processes, photocatalytic production of DFF from HMF has attracted tremendous attention. Herein, the MoS_(2)/CdIn_(2)S_(4)(MC)flower-like heterojunctions were prepared and considered as photocatalysts for selective oxidation of HMF into DFF under visible-light irradiation in aqueous solution. Results demonstrated MoS_(2) in MC heterojunction could promote the separation of photoexcited electron-hole pairs, while the amount of MoS_(2) dropping was proved influenced on the photocatalytic performance. 80.93% of DFF selectivity was realized when using 12.5% MC as photocatalyst. In addition, the MC catalyst also showed great potential in transformation of other biomass derived benzyl-and furyl-alcohols. The catalytic mechanism suggested that ·O_(2)^(-) was the decisive active radical for HMF oxidation. Therefore, the MC heterojunction could be applied in photocatalytic conversion of biomass to valuable chemicals under ambient condition. 展开更多

目的探讨再次手术或多次手术治疗复发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的治疗策略和临床意义。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2017年8月北京大学第一医院普通外科收治的16例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤术后复发患者(复发组)行再次或多次手术的临床资料,随访时间12~62个... 目的探讨再次手术或多次手术治疗复发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的治疗策略和临床意义。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2017年8月北京大学第一医院普通外科收治的16例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤术后复发患者(复发组)行再次或多次手术的临床资料,随访时间12~62个月,平均30个月;观察其术后效果。结果 16例腹膜后肿瘤术后复发患者共行手术30例次,手术时间60~840 min,平均360 min;中位手术时间270 min,术中出血50~33 100 ml,平均3 755 ml;中位出血量800 ml。其中,28例次手术为联合脏器切除。原发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤行手术治疗患者(原发组)与复发组在肿瘤最大径、是否多灶等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而手术时间、出血量及是否联合脏器切除比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间无瘤存活率为25%(4/16),带瘤生存8例,死亡4例。结论对于复发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤患者,经多学科评估和完善的术前准备,可行再次或多次手术治疗。 展开更多

化石燃料的大量使用使人类面临前所未有的能源枯竭与环境污染问题,因此,寻求和发展可持续能源与技术迫在眉睫.光催化过程利用催化剂捕获光子将太阳能转化成各种能源与化学品,是一种极具潜力的绿色可持续技术.理性设计高效的捕光材料与... 化石燃料的大量使用使人类面临前所未有的能源枯竭与环境污染问题,因此,寻求和发展可持续能源与技术迫在眉睫.光催化过程利用催化剂捕获光子将太阳能转化成各种能源与化学品,是一种极具潜力的绿色可持续技术.理性设计高效的捕光材料与催化体系是实现高效太阳能利用与转化的有效策略.而光催化剂的效率主要受制于电荷分离效率低、氧化还原能力不足等缺陷.在众多提高光催化效率的策略中,异质结光催化剂的构建是解决以上问题的有效途径.与传统的Ⅱ型异质结光催化剂相比,阶梯(S)型异质结在氧化型和还原型半导体之间构筑了内建电场,动力学上加速了光生载流子的分离、迁移并且保留催化剂最高的氧化还原能力,成为一类极具应用潜力的异质结催化剂.本文通过简单的水热法将Ag_(3)PO_(4)纳米颗粒原位生长在TiO_(2)纤维表面,制备了0D/1D Ag_(3)PO_(4)/TiO_(2) S型异质结.两者之间通过构筑紧密的界面接触有效降低了光生载流子的传输障碍,促进了界面电荷转移,从而在光催化产氧和光分解罗丹明B、苯酚和盐酸四环素方面表现出优异的活性和光稳定性.催化体系的一系列表征结果均验证了Ag_(3)PO_(4)/TiO_(2)复合材料的成功制备.物相表征表明,均匀负载在TiO_(2) NFs表面的Ag_(3)PO_(4) NPs颗粒尺寸更小,这是由于TiO_(2)纳米纤维(NFs)中丰富的羟基使得二氧化钛纤维具备显著的限域效应,可以有效地防止Ag_(3)PO_(4)颗粒的聚集.此外,Ag_(3)PO_(4)/TiO_(2)的比表面积远大于Ag_(3)PO_(4),比表面积的增加有利于提供更多的活性位点,从而提高光催化活性.光电测试分析表明,Ag_(3)PO_(4)/TiO_(2)具有较高的载流子分离和迁移效率;功函数的密度泛函理论计算结合XPS数据证实了内建电场的建立及其从TiO_(2)指向Ag_(3)PO_(4)的方向.上述实验和理论计算结果都确定了Ag_(3)PO_(4)/TiO_(2)在光照下的S型电荷转移路径.循环试验及反应前后催化剂的XRD表征结果都验证了该S型异质结具有较好的氧化还原能力和光催化稳定性.总之,0D/1D Ag_(3)PO_(4)/TiO_(2) S型异质结具有较高的光催化产氧活性(726 mol/g/h)和稳定性,对RhB(100%),苯酚(60%)和TC(100%)等有机污染物具有良好的降解能力.复合材料活性的提高与Ag_(3)PO_(4) NPs和TiO_(2) NFs之间紧密的界面接触以及丰富的活性位点密切相关.综上,本文为构建0D/1D S型异质结光催化剂提供了一种有前景的策略. 展开更多

Undifferentiated carcinoma with osteoclast-like giant cells of the pancreas(UCOGCP) is an unusual pancreatic neoplasm that represents < 1% of all pancreatic malignancies. Moreover, the giant cells of UCOGCP morphologically resemble the benign giant cells of bone tumors. Due to the rarity of this tumor type, the histogenesis and biologic behavior of UCOGCP remain controversial. Here, we report a case of UCOGCP that exhibited an invasive growth pattern involving infiltration of the adjacent bowel loop and portal vein,as well as superior mesenteric vein thrombosis. The patient underwent a distal pancreatectomy with splenectomy and partial colectomy, followed by four cycles of gemcitabine chemotherapy. No evidence of recurrence was detected after ten years. In addition to this case, clinical information on other UCOGCP cases reported in the English literature is summarized. 展开更多

Macrophage death in advanced atherosclerosis promotes plaque necrosis and destabilization.Involvement of autophagy in bulk degradation of cellular components has been recognized recently as an important mechanism for cell survival under endoplasmic reticulum(ER) stress.We previously found that the engagement of class A scavenger receptor(SR-A) triggered JNK-dependent apoptosis in ER-stressed macrophages.However,pro-apoptotic mechanisms mediated by SR-A are not fully understood.Therefore,we sought to see if SR-A mediated apoptosis was associated with autophagy in macrophages.Here,we showed that fucoidan inhibited microtubule-associated protein light chain 3-phospholipid conjugates(LC3-Ⅱ) formation as well as the number of autophagosomes under ER stress.The inhibition of LC3-Ⅱ formation was paralleled by the activation of the mTOR pathway,and the inhibition of mTOR allowed LC3-Ⅱ induction in macrophages treated with thapsigargin plus fucoidan.Furthermore,apoptosis induced by fucoidan was prevented under ER stress by the mTOR inhibitor.We propose that fucoidan,a SR-A agonist,may contribute to macrophage apoptosis during ER stress by inhibiting autophagy. 展开更多

Objective:To validate the 8 th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)staging system for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)in a Chinese cohort of radically resected patients and to develop a refined staging system for PDAC.Methods:Data were collected from the China Pancreas Data Center(CPDC)for patients with resected PDAC in 2016 and 2017,and cancer-specific survival(CSS)was evaluated using the Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test.Univariate and multivariate analyses based on Cox regression were performed to identify prognostic factors.The recursive partitioning analysis(RPA),Kaplan-Meier method,and log-rank test were performed on the training dataset to generate a proposed modification for the 8 th TNM staging system utilizing the preoperative carbohydrate antigen(CA)19-9 level.Validation was performed for both staging systems in the validation cohort.Results:A total of 1,676 PDAC patients were retrieved,and the median CSS was significantly different between the 8 th TNM groupings,with no significant difference in survival between stage IB and IIA.The analysis of T and N stages demonstrated a better prognostic value in the N category.Multivariate analysis showed that the preoperative serum CA19-9 level was the strongest prognostic indicator among all the independent risk factors.All patients with CA19-9>500 U/mL had similar survival,and we proposed a new staging system by combining IB and IIA and stratifying all patients with high CA19-9 into stage III.The modified staging system had a better performance for predicting CSS than the 8 th AJCC staging scheme.Conclusions:The 8 th AJCC staging system for PDAC is suitable for a Chinese cohort of resected patients,and the N category has a better prognostic value than the T category.Our modified staging system has superior accuracy in predicting survival than the 8 th AJCC TNM staging system. 展开更多

In anode free batteries(AFBs), the current collector acts as anode simultaneously and has large volume expansion which is generally considered as a negative effect decreasing the structural stability of a battery. Moreover, despite many studies on the fast lithium diffusion in the current collector materials of AFB such as copper and aluminum, the involved Li diffusion mechanism in these materials remains poorly understood. Through first-principles calculation and stress-assisted diffusion equations, here we study the Li diffusion mechanism in several current collectors and related alloys and clarify the effect of volume expansion on Li diffusion respectively. It is suggested that due to the lower Li migration barriers in aluminum and tin, they should be more suitable to be used as AFB anodes, compared to copper, silver, and lead. The Li diffusion facilitation in copper with a certain number of vacancies is proposed to explain why the use of copper with a thickness≤100 nm as the protective coating on the anode improves the lifetime of the batteries. We show that the volume expansion has a positive effect on Li diffusion via mechanical–electrochemical coupling. Namely, the volume expansion caused by Li diffusion will further induce stress which in turn affects the diffusion. These findings not only provide in-depth insight into the operating principle of AFBs, but also open a new route toward design of improved anode through utilizing the positive effect of mechanical–electrochemical coupling. 展开更多

We report the growth of Si nanostructures, either as thin films or nanoparticles, on graphene substrates. The Si nanostructures are shown to be single crystalline, air stable and oxidation resistive, as indicated by the observation of a single crystalline Si Raman mode at around 520 cm^-1, a STM image of an ordered surface structure under ambient condition, and a Schottky junction with graphite. Ultra-thin silicon regions exhibit silicene-like behavior, including a Raman mode at around 550 cm^-1, a triangular lattice structure in STM that has distinctly different lattice spacing from that of either graphene or thicker Si, and metallic conductivity of up to 500 times higher than that of graphite. This work suggests a bottom-up approach to forming a Si nanostructure array on a large-scale patterned graphene substrate that can be used to fabricate nanoscale Si electronic devices. 展开更多

Aberrant activation of the WNT signaling pathway is a joint event in colorectal cancer(CRC),but the molecular mechanism is still unclear.Recently,RNA-splicing factor LSM12(like-Sm protein 12)is highly expressed in CRC tissues.This study aimed to verify whether LSM12 is involved in regulating CRC progression via regulating the WNT signaling pathway.Here,we found that LSM12 is highly expressed in CRC patient-derived tissues and cells.LSM12 is involved in the proliferation,invasion,and apoptosis of CRC cells,similar to the function of WNT signaling in CRC.Furthermore,protein interaction simulation and biochemical experiments proved that LSM12 directly binds to CTNNB1(also known asβ-Catenin)and regulates its protein stability to affect the CTTNB1-LEF1-TCF1 transcriptional complex formation and the associated WNT downstream signaling pathway.LSM12 depletion in CRC cells decreased the in vivo tumor growth through repression of cancer cell growth and acceleration of cancer cell apoptosis.Taken together,we suggest that the high expression of LSM12 is a novel factor leading to aberrant WNT signaling activation,and that strategies targeting this molecular mechanism may contribute to developing a new therapeutic method for CRC. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the difference and complementarity between total mesorectal excision(TME)and radical resection in relation to postoperative local recurrence in patients receiving anus-reserve operation on rectal cancer.Methods:Clinical data of 81 cases during a period from 1975 to 2001 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In the 81 cases with local recurrence,49 of them laid to anastomosis and mesorectum,17 lymph nodes and 15 multi-site relapse.The choice of operative procedure included abdominoperineal resection in 58 cases,Hartmann’s operation in 4 cases,simple double-pelvic stoma in 12 cases,exploration in 7 cases,and total pelvic or rear-pelvic resection in combination with other organs in 6 cases. The rate of resection was 84.0%(68/81).32 cases reached clinical radical degree,and the rate of radical resection was 39.5% (32/81).The 5-year survival rate was 34.4%(11/32).Conclusion:Based on actual condition of the patients,attention to radi- cal resection and total mesorectal excision are necessary,and reasonable adoption of the operative procedure could reduce the local recurrence of rectal cancer. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the method of Liangxuesanyu stasis on the patients with severe pneumonia and its mechanism.Methods:From March 2018 to October 2019,60 patients who met the diagnosis criteria of severe pneumonia were selected from the Department of critical medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into 30 Chinese medicine groups and 30 control groups according to the random number table method.Patients in both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment such as anti-infection,phlegm elimination,nutritional support,and respiratory support.Patients in the Chinese medicine group were added Liangxuesanyu Granules(shuiniujiao 20g,zhidahuang 10g,taoren 10g,shengdi 20g,mudanpi 10g,chishao 15g,danshen 20g),Wash with warm water to 200ml,and take 100ml orally or nasally each morning and evening.The course of treatment is 14 days.The differences in respiratory function,inflammatory response,and mortality at 28 days were compared between the two groups of patients before and on the 7th and 14th days after treatment.Results:The oxygenation index(PO2/FiO2)of the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the 7th day after treatment(P<0.01).The tracheal intubation rate,Murray score,WBC,TNF-α,and PCT were all lower than those of the control group.(P<0.05);On the 14th day after treatment,the oxygenation index(PO2/FiO2)of the Chinese medicine group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the TNF-αwas lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the Murray score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);The mechanical ventilation time of the Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay and 28-day mortality were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Liangxuesanyu method in the treatment of severe pneumonia can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of patients,improve the oxygenation level and reduce the time of mechanical ventilation. 展开更多

METHODS Fuji apple extracts were tested for their anti-LS^174T-pro-liferative activities, for their effect on expression of PCNA, and ability to induce apoptosis in a LS-174T cell line. RESULTS Apple extracts inhibited LS-174T cellular proliferation in a concentration and time dependent manner. The apple extracts equivalent to a concentration of 50 mg/ml inhibited the proliferation of the LS-174T cells by 34.5±1.2% after 48 h and 47.5±1.8% after 72 h respectively. Apple extracts inhibited PCNA expression and induced apoptosis of the LS-174T cells at concentrations above 12.5mg/ml. CONCLUSION Apple extracts can inhibit PCNA expression and induction of apoptosis in LS-174T cells which may contribute to their inhibitio-ry effect on cellular proliferation. 展开更多

Objective: The present study aimed to analyze the association rules of Fufang Kushen injection in combination with other traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) or modern medications in treating cervical cancer (CC) based on the electrical medical records extracted from real-world hospital information system. Methods: The clinicians’ prescriptions regarding to the combination of with TCM or modern medications were from hospital information system electronic medical data integration warehouse established by the Institute of Basic Medical Research of Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, which integrated the hospital information system data of 22 hospitals. The association rules of the drug characteristics were analyzed through Apriori algorithm. Results: A total of 839 patients with CC were included. We found that is often combined with prescriptions which could clear heat, remove toxicity, supplement Qi. also combined with chemotherapeutic drugs, immunomodulatory drugs, 5-HT receptor blockers, and glucocorticoids. The combination presents a specific law. Conclusion: Fufang Kushen injection combined with hepatoprotective drugs, immunomodulators and glucocorticoids is often used to treat cervical cancer. 展开更多

Aiming to solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately measure UV cut-off transmittance of xenon quartz glass by using present spectrophotometer in China SG III project. Through the analysis, we believe that its reason was that the xenon quartz glass was nonplanar so the outgoing beam geometry from under-test was different from that from standard sample. A method of transmittance measurement based on focal-plane-array camera was proposed in this article. The effects of camera uniformity and spot sampling on transmittance measurement were analyzed theoretically. This method, which can reduce the effect of beam geometry on transmittance measurement and eliminate the cutting error occurring during light transmission by monitoring the completeness of incident beam in real-time, is verified from experiments. The random standard uncertainty of this method here is 0.035% or less. It is particularly useful in the transmittance measurement of nonplanar optical. 展开更多

Nowadays,the wave of mergers and acquisitions in the capital market is still surging.High evaluation does bring high performance,and the huge impairment of goodwill has become a key factor for the frequent Black Swan events of listed companies.Starting from the essence of goodwill,using Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2019 as samples and based on the market data,distribution analysis and performance impact,this paper argues that problems of goodwill impairment in China are incomplete accounting standards,inexhaustive impairment implementation and incomprehensive market supervision,thus giving reasonable suggestions.Proper follow-up measurement of goodwill is conducive to improving accounting information quality and adapting to capital market demands,which is of great significance to the revision of international standards. 展开更多
